Ocean Bakery 🎂 | Ep. 22 | Minecraft Empires 1.17

hey peasants what's up the emperor here and welcome back to empires as you can see from this glorious crown on my head i am now the most powerful ruler on the server and i wish i could tell you that i acquired this power in a heroic way but unfortunately it was actually rather undignified you see as previous emperor joel decided to give away his crown to the winner of his game show so i and a bunch of other rulers decided to compete against each other all wearing our stupid joel heads one last time and with each round of the game one player was eliminated first there were a few rounds of trivia which i barely made it through true or false i have dug up over a hundred thousand red sand true hundred thousand that is correct i've got a hundred and twelve thousand sand which two mobs drop crossbows pillagers and hot uh brutes huggling prickling brutes correct it's piglens but i'll give you that but then the game show devolved into chaos okay the last person to bring me a glow ink sack is out go wow i'm not used to this bye-bye but after desperately searching the ocean for a couple of minutes i could not find a glow squid i had to make the ultimate sacrifice for the crown sorry bert the sacrifice it's worth it i got it bring it back to me and i'm sorry mythical sausage but you are the weakest link don't even bother coming back did you have one for the next round you'll notice there's only three people left it's up to you guys to decide on who goes out you gotta discuss amongst each other that vote like the ending of mean girls if you all want to go through to the last round you can if you want yeah we've decided to all stand together okay okay everyone take off all your armor you've got a fist fight to the desk last woman standing wins oh come on oh my gosh wow congratulations queen lizzy oh it looks good as emperor of empires i have decided that from this point forward you may only eat cake oh my god what all right good luck everybody goodbye and coincidentally that brings me on to today's project which is to open an ocean bakery so i will have an unlimited supply of cakes but first i need some cake right now we better hurry because my hunger is getting a little bit low i need buckets but not buckets of fish buckets of milk i need some wheat there's a cake these will come in handy oh jeez i only have four eggs oh and sugar now unfortunately the ocean empire does not have any cows i killed them all so we have to go to the disgusting landmass over here for some milk fresh from the udder cow now let's make some cake maybe it was a bad idea to make this law it's so annoying to make cakes and they don't stack what have i done oh but wait i get to enjoy cake now oh i guess i'll just leave that slice there well now that i realize how annoying it is to make cakes i should really get working on my bakery so that i can supply my fellow rulers with all their cake needs so i'm gonna build a whole new island for my bakery over here which means i'm gonna need all the dirt to build a whole new lily pad now i just need to plant some grass and wait for it to spread oh it's about time for more cake what a tasty convenient snack delicious okay now i just need to build the bakery and of course i'm going to make it match the rest of my ocean empire by using quartz prismarine and coral oh my goodness the bakery isn't even finished yet and i'm running out of cake so fast we could find ourselves in an emergency situation here we must build the bakery faster i'm gonna build the roof out of dirt for now because we don't have time for coral at the moment ta-da this is more of a rough draft than a final product because this is my last piece of cake and i just realized that the server is on hard mode which means i could die from hunger so i need to start getting the ingredients for the cakes as soon as possible i need a cow and a chicken and the best way to travel is by boat because it doesn't deplete your hunger so as long as i stay in this boat i won't die ah here's my old cake from before and there's the trusty cow we only need one and now i'll be on my way come along now come on we don't have time for this two hours later fabulous now we just need a chicken so i can start collecting those precious eggs now where might i find a chicken around here i live dangerously close to mazzaglia and we all know how much joe loves killing chickens oh chickens eggs oh my gosh oh i really need these okay one of you needs to come with me now you little chicken you're going to be the savior of my empire i will call you count clockington the egg bringer now these chickens will just lay eggs into the hopper and they will land right here in the barrel for me to collect here we'll have my cow so i can easily collect milk whenever i need it and let's make space for the other ingredients too so here some wheat and over here i've got sugarcane all the ingredients are secured now let's go back to decorating with these magenta windows and i can finally fix the roof it's a little bit embarrassing having a dirt roof on this server even though nobody's online i feel shamed somehow so i'm gonna make a few cakes for the journey and off we go to find a coral reef where the heck am i this is definitely not the right place there's a bloody iceberg there what's going on where's my coral reef aha here it is this is a very painful process that involves eating a lot of soggy cake okay that should be enough coral now we can replace this dirt roof now we just need to get some smoke coming out of these chimneys like this now the bakery is up and running we just need a little entrance here with a storefront so here we'll have a little canopy for the bakery entrance and then i've partitioned off the secret side of the bakery i don't want people knowing my secret cake recipe now here i'm going to display all my cakes oh i only have one left and i'm probably going to eat it we must make more thank goodness i have all the ingredients oh no i'm have wheat okay this is my entire cake supply for now but i have an idea i heard that there are certain specialized villagers that can make cakes unfortunately this is not a talent that any of the ocean folk currently possess as you can see kelpie does not sell cakes nor does this guy wait why is there a chicken here what the heck are you mocking me how did you get here i believe that we can train one of these unskilled villagers so let's see if we can turn one of these villagers into a master baker okay let's see come on make cakes my friend no suspicious stew ah okay let's try this again no not again clearly bacon cakes is a very specialized skill that the ocean folk are really terrible at oh come on come on come on come on hey come back here with my cake no this just keeps happening and now i'm getting pretty desperate because my hunger is running low there are some cookies floating around but i can't even eat them give me cake oh no oh no i'm so sorry i was hungry i don't know what came over me please don't tell the other villagers just give me cake i'm desperate no come on it's not that hard make me a cake what is happening what is it with you people and stew i know it's an ocean delicacy but please we need cake or we won't survive the winter okay here we go cake man no what's wrong with you i'm just pleased with your offerings look at all this food i'm wasting oh yes oh my gosh finally you come with me and hurry which oh no which one of you was it where did you go there you are okay quickly to the bakery you are needed immediately to make cakes for the people the people is me i need all the cakes let me test out a few of these cakes oh yes so many cakes okay now we really have an unlimited supply of cakes i can start selling them by the barrel and now the bakery is open for business i call it oceans 13. a baker's dozen and one barrel of cakes can be yours for just one barrel of your empire's finest resources am i corrupt swindling everybody out of their money it's so fun well that's it for today's episode of empires let me know in the comments if you have any suggestions for how i should
