look i get it you're tired of among us you're tired of everything relating to among us literally every single youtuber and their favorite congresswoman was flooding your timeline with the imposter when suspicious among us is a content cash cow and trust me i should know i'm a hypocrite if you're looking for something fresh and exciting how about we just pretend no that's it pretend was released earlier this year and was praised for breaking new ground long gone are the days of crewmates and imposters so welcome the employees and [Music] pretenders which i just find hilarious because your honor i was pretending will not hold up in court this game is similar to among us in the sense that it is similar to among us but according to reviews pretend attempts to do something that among us never dared to using your computer to mine bitcoin this game does look like the perfect package of malware but i couldn't take the reviewer's word for fact so naturally i downloaded it and heavily monitor my cpu and gpu usage verdict uh-oh there is a very likely chance that this game is just poorly optimized which honestly feels equally likely but would someone really go online and lie like that to jump into the game it looks like among us that plays like among us it's among us the biggest difference i found was that they had the royalty-free elevator music track in the lobby oh yeah there's also a piano can hear the gameplay is the same as among us but they have some crazy new tasks i mean quests but it says tasks and games wires vending machines plunging toilets what they actually added a lot of new tasks and sabotages as well as an in-game proximity chat that doesn't doesn't it doesn't work oh aaron oh jaden jayden no it is hi that's her in discord well it almost works however my favorite part about pretend is how much they play at the theatrics every time someone gets voted out oh do you see like a bright white light and they paid for it in bitcoin pretend did add new sabotages like reactor then they added one when the pretenders do something evil and make the temperature in the office below freezing and everyone has some mash on the ac unit to make it warmer as you might have guessed the pretenders can just click the opposite direction and win the game so ultimately the meta of this boils down to how fast can you click don't mess with the temperature let me do this please guys it's really cold in here it's so cold it is so cold i'm going to freeze this off and one sabotage requires you to clean out the vents and uh we didn't know that initially so people definitely got voted out for that so i know what you may be asking what does pretender gameplay look like yo apparently if you kill while on cooldown it still plays the kill
