New Beginnings 2019 Night 3

Church will you join me in welcoming everybody all over the planet earth tonight number three of the new bikinis conference here at open door Church I want to welcome everybody to big-time Burleson Texas and call you guys blessing the mighty name of King Jesus friends tonight I'm going to be talking to you for the first time on faith because I not first time ever in my whole life but on the first of a long series on Wednesday nights that I'm gonna be doing for sometimes because in this year 2019 we recognize that the number 19 is a number that represents extraordinary faith there are 19 people listed in the Hebrews Hall of Fame of faith right and we're going to be talking about the difference between faith unto salvation and then all the other different kinds of faiths I've been going through the Word of God and looking and so far I've located at least 14 different kinds of faith all the way through the Word of God and I never hear very many people talk about this I'm not gonna be talking about faith unto salvation I'm gonna be talking about extraordinary faith the kind of faith that you have to exercise in the kind of faith that you have to work the kind of faith that you have to grow in and you have to actually mature in I'm gonna be talking about the gift of faith I'm going to be talking about extraordinary faith guys there's a kind of faith that King Jesus has given you that he's not trusting another single human being with he's trusted you with a certain kind of faith that he has not trusted me or anybody else with we're gonna be looking at those different kinds of things how do we grow in faith how do we continue in faith how do we go from just the kind of faith that says well these things are probably going to happen into the kind of faith that says I'm believing for the things that are that are improbable into the actually living a lifestyle of I believe in the impossible I can tell you first and foremost that when you get off into all that while believing God for extraordinary things is so important because King Jesus is trusting you with that but that's not what faith is faith is not believing God for something there's so many people who get disappointed in Christ that well I used my faith I was believing that this would happen and when it doesn't happen you go well faith just doesn't work is because you don't understand what faith is see that's the difference between expectation and expectancy in this year 2019 that's not a year of expectation where I'm expecting King Jesus to jump through this hoop and that hoop and that hoop in that hoop and that hoop no no it is expectation which means I have learned the heart of God and I have great faith for extraordinary things because I know the king one is all about works the other one is about relationship one is all about functions one is all about those kinds of things and friends I tell you man the Lord the Lord Jesus Christ is very much relational and he doesn't he doesn't operate in heaven through functionality God Almighty did not create you to function well that's why he puts up with you being such a malfunction he created you to be in relationship with him and the relation the the relational process is a messy process and I'm already preaching good in here so he demands perfection through his angels amen so he demands perfection through us because the Bible says be perfect as your father in heaven is perfect that word perfect does not mean flawless it means complete Jesus is literally saying why don't you be committed the way your father is committed why don't you be all the way in the way your father is all the way in there's a different you guys are so important for us to search these things out and to learn the language that God Almighty is actually speaking to us amen so friends I want to start off here by talking about just a basic premise and we're going to get into three different premises but this is a very foundational scripture that I'm bringing to you right now and it's Romans chapter 10 verse 17 that says faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God the more you increase in the word the more your potential to increase in hearing I'm going to say that again more that you increase in the word the more your potential to increase in hearing that's not automatic it's this your increase in the word Amen your increase in the word gives you a potential capacity to grow in your increase in hearing and then your increase the more you increase in hearing the more potential you have for greater faith but it's going to be up to you if you walk in it it's gonna be up to you or like okay well I'll just learn the scripture and that's good enough for me well then you're not gonna be a here amen okay well I am actually hearing God now okay I am learning the scripture I am hearing God okay now that you're hearing him now you're gonna have to walk out that faith that kind of faith is talking about you will see a finished outcome God Almighty whispered it to you in private but you will see it in public that's called a baby being born what happens in private is manifested publicly nine months later amen guys this is the 19th year this is the nine this is five seven seven nine so there's a big huge part of hearing God's speak that has to do with intimacy because literally you and I should be pregnant with the Word of God that God Almighty speaks to us in very intimate places in very secret places places that isn't anybody else's business be careful that you don't show until everybody your business because until that baby is born you're gonna have to hide it and you don't need to hear God Almighty speak and tell everybody everything that God Almighty is speaking to you or else you will abort your baby and there's so many examples of that all the way through the Word of God including including one of my favorite people in the whole Bible there's a brother by the name of Joseph and God Almighty spoke to him some secret things in some dreams and he went and told everybody about it and it got him thrown into a pit well that was the will of God well let me just tell you this God never trusted him with the dream again after that God trusted him to interpret other people's dreams but God didn't give him any more dreams because the brother couldn't keep his mouth shut I'm gonna tell you right now I'm not telling none of y'all about the fireworks that go on between me and Miss Liana but it has dang Skippy man that's that belongs to us that doesn't belong to nobody else nobody you don't talk about that you don't you don't show anybody else that it's something that is so special and if you don't keep it special then it's not special belongs in a realm of Covenant and I think that just exactly like that we turn the revelation that god almighty gives us into some kind of sick religious pornography well God Almighty will whisper something incredible into our lives and it's so special and it belongs to us and we go out and show everybody we don't share we don't keep it special friends faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God and whenever you see this scripture it's not talking about physical hearing it's talking about you hearing god almighty speak if faith comes through physical hearing then deaf people go to hell if faith comes through physical hearing then all we got to do is get on a mega horn and drive around Fort Worth Texas and say now the invisible things of him from the creation of the world even his eternal power and Godhead are clearly seen being understood by the things that are made so that they are without excuse for when they glorify God you know the rest of all that's Romans 1:20 when they knew God they glorified him not as God neither were they thankful but they became vain in their imaginations and professing themselves to be wise they became fools me and pastor Maurice Gilmore where are you man whenever we were teenagers we would try and learn entire books of the Bible we would try we'd start off with the chapter said can you quote the entire chapter and we would do that a lot of it actually stuck and when I can't remember exactly I just make it up cuz they ain't none of y'all know what it actually says this season sorta well friends god almighty is speaking because that doesn't work you can't just get on a bullhorn and just and just read the Word of God verbally and when people hear it they get faith that's not how you get faith you get faith privately you get faith intimately intimately you get faith from the inside out where God Almighty speaks to you on the inside so that's how that works the more you increase in the word the more your potential to increase in hearing and the more you increase in hearing the more your potential you have for much greater faith so if I'm going to talk to you about hey guys man let's let's let's have an extraordinary kind of faith this year well then that means that you're gonna have to be people all of us that we have an extraordinary skill set of hearing God speak God is speaking to you right now a word that changes absolutely everything there's a word that God Almighty is declaring into your life right now that changes absolutely everything for you and you're not gonna miss it because of Netflix or Hulu or everything that I've subscribed to oh I know you know you don't think I watch TV now watch TV you bet I do but I'm not gonna let it rob me I'm not going to I'm not I'm not going to let it rob me so friends we have to have a much much much higher value for his voice so I'm gonna give you guys a premise I'm gonna give you guys three quick premises and a premise is a line of logic that helps to support a conclusion so the conclusion that we need to come to we cannot come to unless we have these certain foundations and this is one of the foundations I'm gonna give you premise number one is this God is God is speaking clearly to all of us right now every Christian can and every Christian must hear God speak prophetically tell the person next to you you are prophetic tell them that now don't say pathetic that's not nice prophetic I swear I thought he said pathetic no you are prophetic you're a prophetic person and we're going to talk about that but premise number two is this within every word God gives to his church corporately there is also a word for you individually so you can be like well you know I joy the word that you're talking about is really not for me okay if I'm not talking to you and I'm talking to somebody else and I'm prophesying to them if you listen long enough you will hear a word for you and you're like whoa well man how exactly how exactly does that work well guys the Word of God is both singular and plural at the same exact time why because you are both singular and plural at exactly the same time you are one member that is a part of a huge body you are also one living stone that is part of a great big temple you can see this all the way through the Word of God guys we've got to study all the 316 s have you ever just studied the 316 everybody knows about John 3:16 which is everybody's favorite verse but I don't hear very many people quoting 1st John 3:16 first you know we know what John 3:16 says you know it says God loved us so much he laid down his life right you know our first John 3:16 says it says if you love God then you ought to lay down your life everybody like God dang I never heard that scripture well one of the great 3:16 is first Corinthians 3:16 that says you are all a temple so you know what that is you've got a plural pronoun in a singular noun at the same exact time another example a plural singular combination that doesn't well this is just awesome Matthew chapter 5 verse 8 it doesn't even use a pronoun it says blessed are the pure in heart for they shall see God the pure in heart is most singular and a plural noun and doesn't even have a pronoun before it so like what is the point of all that by the way how the Bible is written is prophetic not just the words that are in it but actually how the words are written is actually prophesying Amen it's very important for you to understand that even Jesus himself said every jot and every tittle must be fulfilled so that means the dotting of the eyes and the crossing of the tee are prophesying and those prophecies must be fulfilled that's what Jesus said right so whenever you see something like this that says ok this is for you and it's most singular and plural you need to understand that when God Almighty speaks a word into this church and it is a corporate word there is also an individual directive for you that is within it if God Almighty comes up here just like he did last night through brother Richard he gets up here and he just declares us actually Robert Henderson right so I just like one of my best friends I I know him so well so sorry I know a lot of people dadgum it so Robert gets up here last night Robert gets up here last night and he prophesized Oh an accelerated word and he says that that there's a momentum in this church that is unstoppable and that we're actually going to see that happen this year ok and I love that word but if if you listen under the anointing that word for this church there is also an individual word for you so that's a real big part of hearing God speaks so in other words if God Almighty is speaking to the nation through the 911 event there's also an individual directive for you you did know that God was speaking through that right like God was not speaking God didn't do that yes I promise you God was speaking and yes he did not do that it was 19 Muslims that did that what was the number yeah you guys know what 19 means it means extraordinary faith it was two different it was two different kinds of Airlines Americans American Airlines and United we are the only nation in the world that boasts one nation under God he's saying where's your faith how come you're not united anymore oh there's a huge word in it whole world was no longer talking about Wall Street they were talking about Church Street because Church Street is what the building's fell on I can go on and on and on about that and if you were a part of open door Church back then we spent in 2001 I spent a month unpacking what god almighty was declaring through that event so well God didn't do that no but God Almighty employed it so one of the confusing things that people have all the time is though so here's here's here's something that will happen somebody will get cancer and then during their cancer they will they'll crowd to God and they will repent and they'll walk with God and then they will come to the conclusion that God sent cancer into their life God is not in the cancer business he's in the repentance business so he employed cancer it was a devil from hell that brought cancer into your life it was not God Almighty but just because God uses a thing does it mint that doesn't mean that he's the one that sent it if you want to know what the kind of stuff that God sins look in heaven guys how much cancer is there in heaven are you sure there's not one person not walking around big Oh tumor on you know between your eyes there's there's not any body okay well then let his will be done on this earth as it is in heaven if you want to know what God's will is look and see what's going on in heaven and all these religious knuckleheads all over the time hey will you pray for me well I don't know if it's the will of God do you not know the heart of King Jesus what's wrong with you if you're like if you're not sure if it's God's will for you to have cancer or not you have no business being behind a pulpit like well I'm not real sure if it's God's will all you got to learn all you have to do to find out what God's will is is to find out what his will is in heaven and it's our job to say your kingdom come your will be done on earth the way that it is in heaven which which rocks religious people's world because it means that God is not in control of absolutely everything yet like okay I don't believe that well then you believe gods are rapists because there's somebody getting raped right now and you're saying that that's God's will it is not God's will that is not what he's doing he has turned the dominion of this world over to mankind and it is our job to turn the dominion of this world back over to him so that his kingdom will come and his will will be done on this earth as it is in heaven but if you preach that that means that we are responsible for partnering with God in our ain't no religious people going to take any responsibility for doing anything I remember one time I got a big big big fight with a bunch of religious knuckleheads about a money issue that was involved in a certain orphanage and I told them I said you I'm gonna tell you something guys you cannot stop sending money to that orphanage people will die well then that must be the will of God no it is not the will of God for children to die because you're too lazy to send a check and you're calling your unholiness righteousness god help us these things need to be clear to us in it's religion that makes this thing confusing so tell the person next to you don't be confused it's real simple it really and truly is are you ready for this listen you can teach a one-year-old this but you cannot teach a one year student of seminary this God is good the devil is bad after you've been in cotton you've been in Theological Seminary one year you're not sure of that at all man this is going to go over so well all over the world I I don't know why I'm being so fired up tinnitus or Jesus please make me nicer for television God loves it whenever his people become fanatics about hearing him and going after him because they're just like hey this whole scripture of blessed are the pure in heart for they shall see God do you know what means to be pure in heart it means to be real it mean you not have a fake agenda the blessed are the folk that are real those folk are really gonna see God if you come before God and you're just as real as you can be and say Lord Here I am and I'm not trying to hide anything I'm not trying to dress anything up I'm not trying to candy-coat anything I am in desperate need of you I love you I love you I love you I need you God will show up and go tada with the same measure that you meet it'll be measured back to you God is as real to you as you are real to him that's why God don't show up no religious churches that's why you can go to that religious church well this church been here 2,000 years and it's full of dead men's bones you literally bury people in your church and it's white on the outside white painted Sepulcher full of dead men's bones and what a great tribute that is to the house of God no friends I want to just encourage you and just tell you this you need to have the gift of realness be somebody that just says if it ain't real I'm not gonna mess with it amen walking the power of God amen and then the third premise is this God is not limited to the voices that carry his word or the means of delivery for his word so the first premise is God speaks to everybody the second premise is that when God is speaking corporately if you tune in there's also an individual word for you and then the third one is by the way God can speak through anything and see religious people never tell you that if it don't have a steeple on it and if it ain't wearing a tie and if you don't have stained glass and if they're in an organ playing in the background they're gonna tell you it's not God and they will define to you exactly how God God can speak to you and guess guess who is gonna guess how it's gonna be it's gonna be through them because everything in religion is about control I'm gonna say it again every thing that is about religion is about how religion can actually control you and it doesn't matter if it is you know a Muslim mosque or if it is a Christian Church if there is a spirit of religion within that place it is not going to be freedom it is not going to be about Jesus it is not going to be about setting people free it's gonna be about what King Jesus said to the religious leaders of his day not only are you going to hell but you won't let anybody else go to heaven and whenever people get turned over to you they turn out to be twice the child I held that they were before they came to you he told that to people who were quoting the Bible amen you guys tracking with me right so I say all this to say this let's don't do that let's let's not be about controlling people and fixing people man let's be about the power of the Living God that transforms lives amen hallelujah God might be speaking to you right now now obviously God Almighty does speak to you through the Bible why would I say that God doesn't use the Bible of course he uses a Bible God Almighty might be he's an a preacher I pray that he is tonight amen sure hope he is but men to say that the only way that you're ever gonna hear God speak is through the voice of a guy standing behind a pulpit talking into a camera or talking into a microphone and reading scripture is ludicrous it's a good way it's a really good way and I praise God for it but maybe God Almighty speaking to you through circumstances and timing one of the most powerful ways that God speaks to me is through the timing of things one of the ways that God speaks to you is through counsel through cultural events oh do you know God can actually speak to people through say Christmas time much less the Feast of Pentecost right we can go on and on and on through all that God Almighty God am I can speak to you one of the ways that you you will learn the voice of God are you could you will learn the Word of God through one of the incredible voices of God is peace you'll know what God is saying simply because when you look you can tell where you have peace and where you don't have peace and you will learn how to steward the presence of the Lord within you yeah I mean with a lot of people and I have to make a lot of decisions and sometimes I will meet with somebody that says everything right does absolutely everything wants me to get involved in this this this is and then they leave and I will tell pastor Jerry there's just too much static involved with this person there's like some kind of distortion filled with this person and that ain't Jesus anybody in here know what I'm talking about and like I'm not I'm not interested in that I want to be led by my peace because Jesus is the Prince of Peace and if he's ruling and reigning where his throne is there is peace God speaks through supernatural manifestations sure does God Almighty show up sometimes man and you see more you hear him or you experience God in a way that it's just mind-blowing he does absolutely speak through people he does speak through the Bible he does he does speak through dreams he speaks through dreams he speaks through visions he speaks through numbers he speaks through the weights and the measures of things and sometimes some of the greatest sermons I were here in my life is well I'm pumping gas and it stops on a certain number and I go whoa I know exactly what that means like well God wouldn't do that he wouldn't do it to you cuz you're blind he wasting his breath you have to be willing to look you know so look here we know that I'm preaching all on the number-19 right okay and we know that nineteen means extraordinary faith we know that this is the 19th year of the 21st century on the very first Sunday of open-door Church the exact count of human beings that showed up all three services was 1919 okay that might not mean anything to you it means something used to me and I was like you have got to be kidding me the next Sunday which was last Sunday we had three services again the exact count was 1919 two weeks in a row that never happens it typically fluctuates 300 or 400 people every single Sunday and it's like dang Monday night we came in here we took up an offering and it was a crazy cool offering so that we could save girls out of sexual trafficking and the digits of the number equalled 19 on top of that the count of the people on the first night was exactly 818 people and that's Deuteronomy 8:18 which says it is the Lord who gives you the power to gain wealth are you kidding me know that welcome to my world jump in the waters warm because God Almighty is speaking and he is declaring a thing but man you have to you you have to be ok what if God uses something on godly to declare a word that's what he did through 9/11 that's what he did through the Titanic you don't know what God was speaking through the Titanic let me tell you it's real simple a dope it's a very very very simple word and it's this the guy that was in charge of the Titanic the guy that was in charge of the radio room his name was bribed his last name was bribed I'm not making this up and on let's see what is what is tax day what is it April 15th a lot of people get sunk on April 15th and so did the Titanic okay so in April the 15th I'm just doing this of 19 I think it was 1912 I think was it 1912 so in 1912 on may the 14th they were steaming along and one of the cool things that the Titanic had that nobody had was they had a way to Telegraph without wires and one of the first class P one of the first class features if if you was in first class which by the way if you bought a first-class ticket to be on the Titanic is the equivalent of a hundred and thirty thousand dollars today those people paid a hundred and thirty thousand dollars for their first-class ticket so you're gonna milk every single amenity that they have you're going to steal the soap you're gonna do what all you have bilities do every time you stay in a nice hotel so they were invited to actually sin that you did it hey mom dad I'm actually in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean how cool is that but the technology of the day was this if somebody sent a message it stopped it and you were overridden by the message that was coming in and you couldn't send it out and poor bride had this list of things that he had to send out to all these people in big-time New York City and there was this knucklehead by the name of Captain Shepard in a ship that was called the USS California who kept saying monster iceberg dead ahead monster iceberg dead ahead so bride said back to the Shepherd's shut up keep out your jamming my signal when the Bride of Christ hears the voice of Almighty God that says you need to stop what you are doing and when the spots of the bride to the Shepherd is shut up keep out your jamming my signal you are not unsinkable you are unsavable and that's what God was speaking so like can God speak through something on God name oh I promise you God can speak there's something ungodly God's probably speaking through me right now you think way too much of yourself if you think you're so holy and you get everything way ride all the time and the only way that God can speak is through somebody who has interact together in every single way I have my act together and that Jesus Christ is my Lord and I'm doing everything that I can do to walk with him but if you think man that I'm perfect it's because you're on crack Leana will be happy to verify that one of the ways that we need to learn how to live is saying this if that was a dream what would it mean B if you want to hear God speak through the voices of everything going on around you when you see something you go any man if I dream that if I'm doing that I wouldn't know that that meant something what I got to wait till I'm asleep to hear God speak through an extraordinary event if that was a dream what would it mean so I'm gonna go back to the very first premise which is this God is speaking clearly to all of us right now and every Christian can and must hear God speak personally friends if you have your Bibles please open up your Bibles to Matthew chapter 16 Matthew chapter 16 and this is the world-famous story where Jesus takes the disciples to the one of the most offensive places that you can possibly imagine which is a place called Caesarea Philippi now if you come go with me to Israel in April I'm going to take you to the very spot where this actually happened and we think it's a really nice place because it sounds so churchy and the Lord taketh his disciples unto Caesarea Philippi they're like wow I want to go there Caesarea Philippi Phillipa means the place you go to worship Caesar that was built by Herod Philip Jesus took the disciples to a place where you worship Nazis Roman soldiers Jesus took the disciples to a place that Herod built to force people to worship Caesar and then he asked the Jews imagine brilliant Rudy can you imagine can you imagine if our country was invaded by some other country well you really don't got to imagine that but if they if you can you imagine can you imagine that our nation was actually invaded by another nation and then they came in and they said by the way we're gonna make all y'all slaves and then the president built a worship center for us to worship the president of the nation that was enslaving us that's exactly what Caesarea Philippi is that's what it is and Jesus took them there to ask them so who do you guys think that I am so when we read it finally we even we know the story where he said who do you say that I am is somebody they said some really funny things they said some things like whoa some people say that you're John the Baptist which is funny because John a Baptist didn't have a head I don't know how anybody thought that Jesus was John the Baptist this is interesting but nonetheless finally he just said okay who do you say that I am in Peter who's always talking before he thinks about you know because and everybody's like because he's a knucklehead it's cuz he's brave he's the only guy that jumps out of the boat when it's time to walk on water I love Peter Peter catches a bad rap but he's a human being he's not a Marvel Comics superhero he's a dude who fishes for a living that is literally hanging out with the creator of the universe and he's trying to figure things out and so he says I know who you are he basically says you're the son of the Living God you're the Messiah that we've been waiting on for all these thousands of years I know exactly who you are and then King Jesus says something in him that's absolutely amazing because he talks about his natural heritage first and he said blessed are you simon the son of Jonah blessed are You Simon who comes from a guy named Jonah all right that's interesting he says then he says for your flesh and blood has not revealed this to you you understand what he's saying when he says flesh and blood is not has not revealed this to you he says but my father they starts off talking about his dad he says okay Simon this did not come from your dad your faith in who I am came from my dad so let's read it the way he says it blessed are You Simon bar Jonah for flesh and blood has not revealed this to you but my father who is in heaven and now I say that you are Peter and upon this rock I will build my church and the gates of Hell shall not prevail against it he says okay your natural daddy passed you a name that means shifty or unstable Simon but my daddy and your supernatural daddy has given you another name that means rock solid and he entered into a new identity by hearing the voice of the Father speak to his hearts faith comes by hearing and then he said this upon this rock I will build my church fundamental Christianity 101 I'm not talking about college level I am talking about the most basic level is this every Christian has to hear the father reveal Jesus to him how many of you guys can say I have faith okay can I just say this you are a hearer of God Almighty because you can't have faith unless you hear God like well I've never heard God oh no you have and your faith is the proof that you have heard God because you can't have faith outside of hearing God how many of you guys really and truly believe that Jesus Christ is the son of the Living God I got I got great news for you Jerry Jerry what's your dad's name Jerry Cecil listen are you Jerry son is Cecil your natural father did not reveal that to you but your supernatural that daddy in heaven is the one who revealed that to you personally Joel what's your name what's your daddy's name Gary blessed are You Joel son of Gary it's not Gary is it it is Gary like well nobody knows DNA test said now ty yeah I know what that's all about I promise my dad says that to me all time so blessed are you son of Gary flesh and blood has not revealed to you who Jesus is but the Father in heaven has revealed to you who Jesus is do you see what that means and then he says this and by the way the gates of Hell will not prevail now there's there's all different kinds of teaching that go with that and there's all different kinds of Revelation that goes with that but the bottom line the bottom line that goes with all that is is is this foundational principle that basically just says this the momentum that comes from hearing God's speak makes you unstoppable and not only does it make you stop it doesn't just mean that you are invading Hill it means that heaven is invading Earth that's what it actually means and so if you want heaven to invade your earth you have to be a hearer of God which means you are somebody who is building a skillset of hearing God's speak intentionally on purpose that you're somebody that's going after the voice of God within your life no friends I have a whole bunch of scriptures here that will be in my notes and tonight whenever we upload all of the video this we will also upload all of my notes because there's a whole lot more than what I have time to preach because I've got to get to a place to where I can finish here's what I'm gonna do I'm gonna I'm gonna I'm gonna finish up by giving you this and telling you this so you're gonna have to get to the place guys do you remember do you remember the place where they heard where Jesus begin to talk to them about by the way you're actually hearing the voice of the Father that place was Caesarea Philippi and that place was a place that Jews didn't want to go to and once you think about the foundational principle of this if King Jesus will meet you in two places that you don't want to meet him at two taught to point to you how you hear the father speak in those places and if you're somebody religious that runs from God every time that you sin and if you're somebody who can't be real about who you are and how you are with God Almighty if you're somebody who refuses to go to your Caesarea Philippi you're never gonna have the one-on-one with King Jesus where he begins to identify the father's voice to you now that place is an offensive place because I promise you while God Almighty is willing to talk to you about the things that you want to talk about there's a bunch of stuff that God wants to talk to you about that you don't want to talk about there's a whole bunch of subject matter that is so important to the father and say I need you to meet me here at Caesarea Philippi let's go there but lord I don't go there that's not what I do I do not go there I have all my whole life I have said I'm not going to go there if you're not willing to come before the Lord with your sexual malfunctions I say Lord I just need to be so real with you Lord I'm thinking this way I'm feeling this way I don't know why I don't know why I think that friends if I could just be so real with you and taste them you deserve a pastor that does not lust after your wife amen you know what you deserve a pastor that is not going to lose his mind you deserve that and I and you know look all of us are human beings all of us are but there needs to be some places that you just go okay I want to tell you something there's certain lines you just do not cross okay with that said it is amazing to me how many times that God Almighty wants to come to me and talk to me about the things that I'm passionate about because I'm an extremely passionate person and if you do not have a lot of self-control your passions will kill you amen so I'll just tell you this right now I learned a long long long time ago man if I'm starting to get out of line if I'm starting to think things that I shouldn't think if if I see something longer than what I ought to just see it if I look twice I want to be so real with God Almighty about that that's see that's accessory of philipot for me it's a place where I say oh I I don't ever want to go there but actually King Jesus says come over here into this place that you hate to talk to me and come here into this place do you understand so so there's an offense there's there's offensive things that God Almighty wants to invite you into an offensive place it says can we be real with this thing that's so offensive you don't you don't run from him you run to him in that place see that's what listening that's what King David did over and over and over and over and over again and God Almighty promoted him to be the king so here's what I closed on I closed on this things to tell you this it is offensive to hear God speak because just because God is speaking doesn't mean that you know it and that makes that makes us all mad well if God's talking then how come I don't know it well you know what if I'm on the radio how come you don't plug how come you don't tune in well because you're busy and you got something else going on so if God is speaking just because God is speaking doesn't mean that you know a joke 33 verse 14 for God speaks once yet twice yet man perceives is it not and friends I have a bunch of notes that I want to share with you so be sure and get that the second offensive place that's kind of like that's kind of going through the gates of seseri of philip i the second one is this just because you know it doesn't mean you understand it once you get it okay I get it that okay God is speaking all the time and I don't have a clue I have to be a seeker I have to be able to live a very intentional life because God Almighty can literally be screaming to me and I miss it you bet he can but furthermore once you know God is speaking to you doesn't mean that you understand or have a clue what it is that he's saying you just know it's God and I want to say that that's that's a dangerous place because people come to their own conclusions about what God Almighty is saying it's exactly like the scripture whenever the father spoke to King Jesus and he said I have glorified your name and I will glorify it again meaning he's encouraging Jesus gone dude we're doing it it's happening and you know what some people said yeah some people said it thundered meaning they had no idea that God Almighty spoke at all they thought it was a natural event just like the Titanic I thought it all I had or 911 all they had was a natural value but there was another group of people that's even more dangerous than that and they said an angel spoke so they knew something supernatural was happening they knew that it was God but they didn't have a clue as to what that's a dangerous group of people there's somebody that actually heard the voice of God within the Thunder and actually understood exactly what that meant but you know what you're gonna have to get past all those offenses of why don't you just clearly tell me I'm seeking you and I'm trying to find you Lord why don't you just clearly talk to me and he's like because you wouldn't seek me you wouldn't spend time with me I do you know how important that this thing is is super super super important a third one and again I have a lot of notes man that I'm gonna give to you let me see what is the third one the third one is this just because you understand it doesn't mean you know what to do with it so the first one is just because God is speaking doesn't mean that you know it the second was just because you know it doesn't mean you understand it the third one is just because you understand it doesn't mean that you know what to do with it I cannot tell you how many times prophetic voice will hear God speak about some kind of sin within their life within somebody else's life so they use their pulpit to shame that person in front of everybody because they heard it and they know it but they are still unskilled and what to do with it I'll tell you something you're never ever going to hear me speak death into your life that doesn't mean that God doesn't tell me because I promise you I pray for a lot of people and God Almighty will tell me I will hear the voice of the Lord within me say cancer and you know what I do I don't say the Lord told me that has cancer that makes me the prophet of Hell because that's the heart of hell you're like well that story you said God told you yes which means I had to be plugged into his heart and know what his heart is concerning cancer so what I speak is I declare in the name of King Jesus that you will live and not die and no weapon formed against you shall prosper and no disease is going to befall you this year in the name of King Jesus it doesn't take any faith whatsoever to call a prostitute a it's not what you do if you're a man of God we were in we were in Mexico and and and Adriel was a little boy and Adriel was with me me and his daddy and Adriel and a whole bunch of other people from Brownsville Texas and I was at this church and it was a prophetic conference and I was getting ready to get up there and preach some prophetic things and Friends this lady they literally were dragging this girl this this this woman down to the front and they literally had her by the hair and she was trying to get away and she would say no no no no no and these mean Oh church people were dragging her down there because they recognized her that that she was a local prostitute and the reason why she was there is because we were doing a giant food outreach immediately following the the preaching and some men we're cooking these great big giant things of all kinds of incredible food and you could smell it all the way down the street and this prostitute was starving so she snuck into church she covered her head hoping nobody would recognize her so that she could be there long enough to get in line and to get something to eat well these me know church people saw this girl and in the middle I mean while I'm up there preaching grab this girl by the hair drug her down to the front shamed her in front of absolutely everybody was so mean to her and I was sitting there watching this happen going oh my gosh and like pastor Troy you need a prophesied of this woman and she was crying and she put her hands in her face and like okay okay okay okay I got a word I got a word I feel the Holy Spirit here we go in the name of Jesus I call you holy that's I'm telling you that's exactly what I did and I prophesied holiness into her life and then when I begin to speak the father's heart on her God Almighty begin to reveal things about her to me and I begin to prophesy in incredible detail about amazing things that were happening I'm within her life and these people were all stunned and then man I got down and I hugged her and I loved on her and I blessed her in front everybody and I said I'm so sorry that these people shamed you but your father will never shame you and you're fighting I said I said I don't know what devil these people came in the name of but I came in the name of King Jesus and I'm not accusing you of anything and you know what I'm gonna help you I know that this was not your dream for your life whenever whenever you were a little girl and you can't believe how your life is turned out you know what I'm gonna help you with that and I told her I said listen I also know that there's something really demonic that's going on with you and I don't want you to be afraid but I'm gonna cast this devil out of you and this woman trembling said yes please and I want to tell you man there was some cray-cray crazy stuff that started happening I'm pastor Jerry's been with me a couple of times with that kind of stuff started happening in certain places the world not talking about some next-level craziness and then you know what after she was done she was completely delivered she gave her heart to King Jesus and friends I want to tell you that lady I haven't seen that lady in 15 or 17 or 18 years actually the last time I saw was probably 10 years ago and that had been 15 or 18 years before that and or I should say five or eight years before that and she was actually on the dance worship team in that church leading the dance worship team and so but then I had these me know church ladies so I had to deal with and I'll tell you right now I am the wrong person to be abusive to somebody in front of I have a hatred for abuse a holy hatred for abuse and and I'm a grown man and I it just infuriates me how people treat each other especially in the name of Jesus and friends I want to just tell you this I said well I got a word for you and they're like you're like Lucy the whole post for Lucy if no that means I'm sorry I said no no I got a word for you thus saith the Lord I call you in the name of King Jesus sweet and nice and I'm going to rebuke that me no religious devil out of you and you're gonna fall in love with people that are messed up and you know what they did they started a ministry for the prostitutes in madam Morris that's what they did so just because God is speaking doesn't mean you know just because you know it doesn't mean you know what to do with it and just because or doesn't mean you understand it and just because you understand it doesn't mean that you know what to do with it and you're gonna have to meet God in some places that you don't want to meet him and let him reveal his heart to you within those places and then the next to last one is this just because you know what to do it that doesn't mean that you know what the outcome is going to be just because God is speaking doesn't mean that you know it just because you know it doesn't mean you understand it just because you understand it doesn't mean you know what to do with it just because you know what to do with it doesn't mean you know what the outcome is going to be sometimes God Almighty will arrest you and you know he's talking and you know exactly what he's telling you and he's telling you go to that person's house and go over there and love on them and help them and bless them and whatever that word is and you know exactly what to do and how to do it and you go over there thinking I know what's gonna happen they're gonna get saved they're gonna get set free and they spit on you I've had that happen to me and I left there was spit all over my face going now what guys like oh yeah I knew that was gonna happen like well you didn't tell me that was gonna happen cuz I would have never signed up for that why would you not tell me that and he's like cuz you never would have signed up for that we have taken groceries to people and fed people we knew exactly what God told us to do and man they attack us right can you deal with that Caesarea Philippi can you deal with those offensive places and still love his voice and then the last one is this let's go through all five them again just because God is speaking doesn't mean you know it just because you know it doesn't mean you understand it just because you understand it doesn't mean you know what to do with it just because you know what to do with it doesn't mean you know what the outcome is and this fifth one is a big one just because you know what the outcome is doesn't mean it's gonna happen like what if God told me it's gonna happen still doesn't mean it's gonna happen but wait wait God told me it was gonna happen yep but it doesn't mean it's gonna happen you know what the Bible says about Hebrews chapter 11 all these died not receiving the promise we're talking about hall-of-fame faith people knew exactly what God told them and didn't see it happen think about that for just say can you meet God in that seseri of philipot if you hear God speaking you know it and if and if in and if you know what to do with it and if you know what the outcome is gonna be and if it doesn't turn out that way can you still be somebody that loves his voice because these are the offenses that cause people to fall out and now it's on us so I want to tell you this I'm not saying that I have conquered this but I'm telling you I am in all five of these stages in different parts of my life I know people there's one of my most favorite human beings in the plant whole planet Earth I love with all my heart man she took care of her husband for twenty-one years believing God up until the day that we buried him that she was going to see her husband raised up and then whenever he died we had a resurrection party in hospital or we all got together how many yeah yeah hugged you back there Brian you were part of that resume and he was one of the coolest resurrection part I am shocked to this day that that man did not raise up from the dead because I guaranteed I would have had we hook him aside and shunned died and pour it all and we celebrated and we're like it's going to happen it's going to happen I know we felt it and you know what happened nothing like what listen man she she literally climbed on her dead husband's body and fought off the nurses and said you will not I'm praying and she called me and it was a holiday and she called me and it was like midnight is real late at night and she says is pastor Troy my husband has died and I'm here I'm now on his body and these nurses are being very ugly to me they want to take him away and I said no not until you get here and pray for his resurrection I said okay lock on the end let's go let's go and then you know what man it didn't happen and then and then the funeral happened and I'm telling you right now I was thinking okay get ready cuz this is gonna put opened door on the map that brother gonna get up out of that casket I'm serious I don't really believe it I know it sounds stupid telling you guys this but I'm telling you right now man I believed it we all believed it and really felt like that God was saying that that's what that's what was gonna happen did it happen now didn't happen and now let me tell you where this woman's faith is this is what she's decided because she really believes that God Almighty has promised to her that her husband is going to be resurrected from the dead so she's decided this well he could just show up that's what Jesus did when he was resurrected he just showed up in the room you know I had to come crawling out of a casket this ain't pet cemetery you don't got to be all weird things just show up and be eaten that's what Jesus did Jesus walked in the room the door being shut and walked in the room they're like and he's like y'all got anything to eat to the Bible I'm not making that up that's exactly what Jesus did he's like what do y'all got to eat no he got some fish here and they sit there and just watched him eat he's like you know as I was telling you guys what happened yeah there wasn't any stained glass there wasn't any hello there's Jesus walked in the room and said I'm hungry man y'all got anything to eat I'd been to hell slapping the devil around went to go see Dad what do y'all got to eat yeah that lady though she's been through those terrible offenses I promise you she is a praying machine and I promise you she hears God speak she's met Jesus in her Caesarea Philippi can you do that well you're going to you're going to this year greater than ever before so father I pray God in the name of Jesus God that you would meet us in those offensive places that we don't like and God because all of us have offensive places that we don't like so god please please meet us in those places and cause us God to hear your word and to know your voice increase our faith this year Lord God I pray God that when you're speaking I pray God that we would know it and I pray God that when we know it that we would understand it and I pray God that we wouldn't that when we understand it I pray father God sir that we would know what to do with it God when we know what to do with it I pray God that we would know what the outcome would be and then I pray Lord God Almighty sir that we would indeed see that outcome for all the places God where we have it God we don't blame you for anything we will not accuse you of failing us we will never ever ever sir accuse you of failing us or God we repent of any place that we have ever done that and Lord God sir we just make a hearts brand new and we love you and we praise you and we thank you Lord God in Jesus name everybody here sit together amen well hallelujah let's give God a great big praise [Applause]
