MINING RARE BLUE PHANTOM CRYSTALS IN ARKANSAS

[Music] [Music] [Music] welcome back to another video miners prospectors and rock counters great to see all of you back at the channel i hope you like what you see in this video and you decide to subscribe this video we're going to be searching for arkansas's rarest crystal formations you have the dow points japanese twin or japanese law double terminated there's cluster formations you have all types of different phantoms as in ghost phantoms or the blue phantoms there's arkamer crystals that have multiple facets all the way around it which are really rare and expensive we're going to start this video off at crystal vista the trail up the mountain is right behind me we've been here before i made a video finding several blue phantoms at the blue phantom pit here if you haven't seen it go back and check it out like to see more videos in arkansas digging for crystals in the natural terrain be sure and drop a thumbs up about a 20 minute hike up to the top of the mountain at crystal vista so be sure and take everything you need water snacks digging tools etc because you're going to want to stay up there for quite a while and dig around at this location you can bring rock bars hammers i got the rd1 with me in this [Music] video [Music] do [Music] [Music] okay i'm almost to the top [Music] yeah i got this climb to go and i'll be at the top of the mountain try to find some blue phantoms that's what we're going to be focused on here at crystal vista if you see right over here to the right that's a huge tailing pile from the old miners that were up here mining and i've heard of some really big crystal points being found in that right there okay made it to the top there's that tailing pile okay but i like to go this way and hit up the blue phantom pit it's like somebody had some fun right here i'm in the blue fam pit if you've seen my uh video here you would recognize this spot so i'm gonna dig around and all this again hopefully find some blue phantoms looks like we have a little bit of a blue tint on this huge piece of silica and this right here is really nice that somebody didn't want [Music] okay i picked around in that spot pretty good didn't find a whole lot just getting some small stuff like that maybe a small blue phantom right here you can see that really dark inside the crystal that's probably gonna be one it's just tiny but i came over here to this huge chunk of silica and i noticed right here we've got a facet this small one nope doesn't look like a blue phantom it's a really nice water clear crystal okay i'm still picking around in this hole this thing rolled out of the mud take a look at it oh it's not a blue phantom a nice point though water clear pretty good just pull that little crystal out of the mud almost a dow point almost i'm still digging around this huge trunk of silica getting deeper and i found this neat little cluster that little crystal sticking out and i believe it's a blue phantom so this could be a small cluster of blue phantoms you can see right there that dark spot let's get a closer look at it with the other camera cleaned up okay looks like i see something down here let's pull it out yeah just a chip yeah nothing so i'm a little bit deeper and all of a sudden i'm seeing all these small blue looking points sticking up right here all the way to here just blue may have found a cluster of blue phantoms i'm going to dig it up see what it is some stuff out of the way something here oh wow check out this one all right we got a really nice blue phantom right here and that may have broken off of that cluster check that one out it's sweet wow let's take a look at it through the other camera there it is cleaned amazing rare crystal for sure you can see the blue phantom internally this thing is so cool the back side is hard to tell right in there you can see it really good okay hopefully there'll be more to get okay so this super awesome blue phantom point that's very rare one of arkansas's rarest formation phantoms could have broken off of a cluster that i'm digging up so we may see some more points like this or bigger i'm going to keep on working on this cluster and see what else we can get [Music] [Music] yes [Music] awesome looks like it's a cluster of amazing i can't believe i found this i wasn't expecting a cluster so let's get the other camera take a closer look at it cleaned up and here it is all cleaned let's flip it over and see what we got just loaded in small points incredible i scrubbed and scrubbed on this to get all the mud out and as you can see there's small crystal points everywhere such an amazing piece and it was free together i think it's loaded with crystals probably a thousand in there uh we got here so okay i'm still in the hole and right up in here i pulled out this cluster that's gonna look awesome i don't see blue phantoms so let's take a look at it cleaned up and here this piece is cleaned looks like one small point right there and some other small ones clustered in there nothing really great but still a beautiful piece of quartz crystal okay so now i found something else and it's up up along right in here you can see the facets this side right here feels really slick oh there it goes it came out i could have some points i got down to the hard pan see the red layer then it got down to like a different type of soil one thing i like to do is go back and check my tailing piles you never know what you'll find in them here's everything else i gathered out of the blue phantom pit lots of really nice water clear crystal points a little banged up on that one some of these some of these are just amazing little crystals yeah they still have some mud on most of these but we can get this video to 1000 likes within a one month of being uploaded i will give away all of these crystals to one lucky subscriber that leaves a comment on this video [Music] i'll let you do the cleaning on these clusters up here you clean that off there's no telling what that will look like [Music] so i'll let you uh do the honors and removing all that mud and revealing the small crystals there we go let's get this shirt out let's get up to 1
