sun's out guns out baby it's beach day today we are here defending our sand castles last sand castle standing wins ten thousand dollars eugene is not with us but do not fret we have lauren from lore diy and michelle carey from mk ultra try guys and friends are at the beach today it's the try guys on friends only on try guys let's do this no i didn't get a bucket high tide is at 5 55 pm that gives us three hours to build and defend our castles players stay in the game until the plastic topper falls off their sand castle throughout the day we're gonna have a series of mini games that win us different power-ups a bucket a boogie board and even a brick wall did we get a brick wall and if you don't win those games then you just gotta use your hands and start digging i'm already behind my sand castle structure is gonna be based off the mighty mighty octopus with eight tentacles how could it ever sink what's he doing i'm gonna watch him i got a big old bucket of water because this sand is so dry it's not strong so i'm gonna start getting it into here and really packing it down this is way more physical than i signed up for i've been around sand castles but it has been like a very long time oh my god oh my god it's actually not coming up what's happening what do you mean you're stuck i'm done now everybody's counting me out today and they're absolutely right i don't know how i'm supposed to do this i don't get it i've got chronic back problems i can hate the beach i find sand to be a real nuisance once you go to the beach it never leaves you it's not dense enough it's like the glitter of nature it's incessant i think my biggest strategy for today is just going to be to treat this like an hour long workout i actually watched a couple youtube videos on competitive sandcastle building a lot of it's kind of counter-intuitive so good luck everybody you know me i'm a florida boy we like bad decisions and beach days maybe i'll ask everyone if i can borrow their bucket then forget to bring it back hey can i borrow your bucket thanks my goal today will be to take down the other four castles i'm telling the water which way to go i may not make the best structure but i will redirect the most water at my opponent very gracious if you ever need to call in that favor you got it 15 minutes castle builders 15 minutes this is stressful this is my decoration this is going to separate me from the competition we're going to finish up the castle building in five four three two one put your final piece on your castle [Music] so all right we have nails that i feel like are little shovels look at my form we're going for a break wall as our first line of defense a lot of people are going to be going straight for the moat i'm on the outside which means all i got to do is get the water this way i'm going to have a network of channels you're going to see water it's going to go through pipes and then boom in your castle nope nope i have been watching a lot of netflix's the last kingdom lately i'm half a viking half a saxon 100 percent of floridian i might not have the prettiest looking sandcastle but i'm gonna have the deepest moat and the highest wall what is it called fortress my shovel broke that's just not worth second place at all they've came in last place but this metal spoon is never breaking i feel like there's a magnetic force that is just bringing the water to my castle already the water needs a pathway out you know once it floods it's got to be able to escape my goal is to give the water places to go so that it doesn't go to the octopus man i'm thirsty you know what i'm saying oh no here it goes that castle wall has been breached oh i'm so oh god this is a big one maybe if the water's already in here there can't be more water you know i'm building a third wall oh my gosh i don't think i can hula hoop at all you know i was a camp counselor i'm not good at this wow [Music] chef's table two baby booty bars you do get a board i get to walk the plank we have five sand castles standing whoever's castle is the last standing will win the money i'm really putting my money on keith there's who's the best at this and who who wants it okay so the octopus he's a genius he doesn't win just by being strong he wins by being smart and i've noticed that there's a lot of birds around here and ned is just too tall it's never gonna come down so we need the forces of nature other than the water to take it down we're gonna go grab some birds we're gonna try to have them attack that's castle for us let's go birds birds birds birds birds get it get it birds get it boy get it boy get it get it birds come on now well the birds didn't knock down his his castle but they got close in it boy was it fun [Music] i'm about ready to give up and commit myself to a stronger kingdom i think that michelle's kingdom's looking really good what do you need what can i do for you i'm giving up i'm done i'm done [Music] oh my god good job octopus no no no no watch come on come on look at that yours is just as strong as michelle's without any effort i was really counting on being out a long time ago it's time for our frisbee challenge okay sandcastle builders our next challenge is you all each have a frisbee you're gonna toss it to various sized buckets bowls and mugs whichever yours lands closest to is what you can use to bail out your castle oh my god from this point onwards no more touching of sand all you can do is bail water out [Music] oh no keith oh my face oh whoa his face oh my god the face of mine is really crumbled but luckily an octopus's head sits back so i put the castle on the back of his head so it's got more defense until it comes down no no no no no no no no no no i lo oh michelle is cracking a little bit but i think she's got that strong base i cannot believe that mine is still hanging on i'm living on borrowed time right now zach's has got to go down soon right it's a castle on a cliff ledge yours looks like a fantasy novel i mean look at the cracked earth i was saying i had the octopus but you have the kraken [Music] all right well i'm out there's only three castles left and mine is barely a castle at this point so i think it's gonna be between michelle and ned but i'm gonna stay by my guy until he's fully out watch out oh michelle i know it's like cracking god maybe michelle's gonna be the next one out no no no no no [Music] he's still alive oh doing boy best right now fight the waves with my legs god gave me these gams so i feel like i'm not totally out of this yet oh this is it oh my god what a plot twist we're still alive baby yo now it's heating up that was enough i'm playing for planned parenthood i always play for planned parenthood this time i'm going to win i haven't won for them in a while so we gotta do it i'm playing for the national ms society and i'm gonna take it all no no no no no no no no we got about half hour left to full tide all tools need to come out a cutting board he's doing so much good work cutting board out ah there's no way i can protect this with my hands ah daddy's got the height what do i have i also am tall i'm gonna use my body as a shield and stop the waves myself oh my god it worked it really does help i think to like hit where the brunt of the water and just change this direction just a little bit kick [Applause]
