get the chance last week because we were talking about kicc and thanking god for kicc toning 29 praise the lord i hope you took time out to pray for kicc yes thank you so much thank you uh the scripture for this month has been taken from 1st chronicles chapter 18 verse 6 then david puts garrisons in syria of damascus and the syrian became servant to david and brought tribute and the lord gave victory to david wherever he went the amplified version says does the lord help david wherever he went another translation the new living translation says so the lord made david victorious wherever he went god gave him victory david was victorious the lord helped him and that is the word of the lord to us this month that he is going to help us we will be victorious not just in one area in some areas of our life but all around financially spiritually mentally in your work in your career you want us to be victorious you want us to live a a life that is full of victory not defeat because he said he has come that we might have life and that we might have it abundantly so you want us to live an abundant life victorious like but a lot of us are not living that but the world has come out again that this is what he wants for us and i pray that we will lay claim to our victory in the name of jesus all right means all around in all areas victory in anything you do it means complete victory so we're not going to have a partial victory complete god does not do his work halfway he goes all the way so i don't know the good work he has started in your life i want to assure you this afternoon that he will surely complete it i said he will complete it he might look like he might not be completed but i'm assuring you again that our god doesn't do his work halfway you know some people when they say they're going to help you because the scripture we rested and god helped david everywhere he went some people will come to us they're going to help you and then at this point they will say due to some unforeseen circumstances they cannot they can no longer help you or they can't continue but that is not the god that we serve he goes all the way and i want you to know that i did not bring you this far to leave you victory is yours in the name of jesus so from the beginning to the end entire whatever you lay your hands on he said there's going to be victory and victory is a success or triumph over an enemy in battle or war it means defeat on an enemy or opponent defeat on an enemy or opponent oh god help anybody wants to be your enemy because they can't be your enemy because the bible says when god is for you who can be against you so victory means defeat on an enemy or opponent it means and the ultimate and decisive superiority in any battle so you are going to have the upper hand that's another meaning of victory you are going to have dominion you are going to conquer there is going to be achievement it means to overcome to conquer it means mission accomplished mission accomplished your vision will be accomplished in the name of jesus that is the word of the lord and we must run with it because that is what he wants us the all-round victory and like i said last week i want to even go beyond that it's not just you know all around victor permanent victory permanent victory so that people will say oh she used to be that will not be your testimony she used to be he used to be or even maybe it might be you saying it i used to be i used to do this no it's going to be permanent in the name of jesus because the bible says that whatever god does is forever is forever is forever and that will be our portion in the mighty name of jesus because god does not want us to live a defeated life the enemy wants us to do that but no you have to make up your mind you have to make up your mind the bible says in revelation chapter proverbs 21 verse 31 he said you can do your best to prepare for the battle but ultimate victory comes from the lord ultimate i'm reading the passion translation that is new translation i'm getting into now but the only thing is they only have the new testament and then i think the psalm he says you can do your best to prepare for the battle but ultimate victory comes from the lord ultimate victory comes from delaney has promised us that this is our amount of all-round victory the bible says you can do whatever you need to do to prepare yourself but if god does not give that victory nothing is going to happen but i believe that the god that we serve is the covenant keeping god is a promise keeper and the bible says to us also in 1st john chapter 5 verses 4 to 5 for every one born of god is victorious and overcomes the world and this is the victory that has conquered and overcome the world our continued persistent faith in jesus the son of god this is a victory that overcomes the world so that has to be continuous faith persistent faith we have to trust him we have to have faith in him because every christian is ordained to live a victorious life that is your ordination that is your calling to live a victorious life we have been there where you give your life to to christ he has already done it you don't have to do it again he died and he gave us victory and that would be our portion in the mighty name of jesus so that means that nothing can stop us as a child of god nothing can stop us if you don't allow it nothing can stop you unstoppable unstoppable is is only when we allow some things and then you know we can be stubborn when you make up your mind that my father said i am unstoppable then you will be unstoppable in the name of jesus so that means you can conquer opposition you can take your victory by force in the name of jesus you may cop your mind i'm taking back my joy i'm taking back my peace because victory is mine this month and beyond in the name of jesus so as believers we are more than conquerors the bible says we are more than conquerors so i don't know how you came to church today i don't know the challenges and i don't know what happened during the week or what you are you may be going through right now but i want you to know that you are more than a conqueror so i like us to stand on our feet because we are going to pray we cannot be dominated we must not allow anything to dominate us not sickness not sin not bad habits nothing is going to dominate us because this is our amount of all-round victory amen do you believe that psalm 110 verse 1 says lord says to my lord sit at my right hand until i make your enemies a full stool for your feet sit at my right hand until i make your enemies a full stool for your feet so that means your enemy will be your footstool you know they tell people as you get younger you know you need to stretch so something you need to stretch your leg out so that that means your enemy will be that fools too that you will stretch your oh some of you are not convinced it's our month of all-round victory so that means satan is under your feet your enemy is under your feet and the last time i checked is still there i mean this is the word of god he said until he makes your enemy a full stool for your feet amplified now continue subjugating them into complete submission they have to submit i said your enemies have no i mean i mean they don't have a choice they have to serve it that is the word of the lord you know that word sit means to stand still to wait and see because some of the battles we are fighting ourselves is not our battle the battle is the lord and he said we fight for you and the reason why some of us are not victorious is that when he says we should wait we are fighting no there are some battles that you need to live for god wait on him he will fight your battle wait on him he will bring you out wait on him he will bring you through that those challenges he said the battle is is the battle is is we are victorious and so we are going to pray we are going to pray i don't know like i said what you may have gone through it might be your family your marriage in your business we're going to take it to the lord we're going to take it to the lord give me victory you know the areas and i want you to commit it into the hands of god so i just want you to lift your voice this morning he's here he's a promise keeper he's not a man to lie now that the son of man that he should repent he wants us to live a victorious life he wants us to live a joyful life sadness is not our portion it's not part of his plan for us he said he has plans for us to give us a future and a hope and the plans he has for us are good plans so i want you to take those things to the lord and prayer some of the reasons why we go through what we go through is because we don't take some things to the lord in prayer we want to handle it ourself we want to handle it ourselves but he said the battle is ease the battle is ease we need to wait we need to wait patiently he's not a man to lie neither the son of man that issue repent he said you will make your enemy to be your fools too that means you will step on anything that wants to dominate you you are going to rise above it in the name of jesus your family will rise above it in the name of jesus your children will rise above it in the name of jesus if god be for us who can be against us if god be for you who can be against you i even feel sorry for anybody wants to be against you because god is a bad fighter god is a bad fighter he said he will help you psalm 27 verse 14 he said wait patiently for the lord be brave and courageous yes wait patiently for the lord wait patiently for the lord did we handle those things you don't have to fight from battles by yourself no you just wait and see what the lord we do he has done it before he will surely do it again he has done it before he will do it again he said wait patience and i'm going to read that same uh scripture in the living bible in the living bible he said don't be impatient wait for the lord and he will come and save you be brave start attached encourage us yes wait and he will help you god will help you whatever the situation is he will help you is it an interview you are going for this week it will help you are you going to discuss a contract if we help you so i want you to start thanking god he's a promise keeper because the bible says in second corinthians chapter 2 verse 14 now thanks be unto god which always causes us to triumph in christ and make it manifest the savior of his knowledge by us in every place so let's start thanking him are going to be the the trophy of god's victory you know when athletes when they win they give them a trophy and they show it off so that means because jesus has conquered the enemy and so we are the trophy of his victory so it's going to show us off that is what the bible is saying and the last one i will read because i can see our senior pastor coming right now in the message translation he says as as i got to thank god in the messiah in christ god leads us from place to place in one perpetual victory parade did you hear that perpetual victory parade so there's going to be a victory parade our guest and his brother started their christ to the rural world outreach 35 years ago 35 years ago and the admissions outreach is an outstanding one which touches the body soul and spirit of people wherever the missions go i tell you uh for years i used to just go speak for them at their annual convention they put the video of their outreach on in the green room we call where we hold where we entertain preachers green room i wouldn't even watch but then one particular year they put the video on i think it was their crusade in the town called i don't know how it was a ballet or you know sounds like a food in nigeria bully you know i'm saying praise god but it caught my attention it was so powerful and i saw how they taught the physical life of the people with food but then they also minister to the spiritual life of the people and that's how i got involved and the rest is history in november christ to the rural world will be going to the northern part of ghana which is predominantly islamic it's going to be the biggest they've ever had it's going to be a big crusade i'll allow the guest himself to give us a full gist of what you'll be doing the people who are contributing who are really going to be part of it this was i think this was a crowd this was in the middle of kobe they said we're holding a uh a day of help for the disabled in november i said i'm there they said you have you have to do all the coming i say whatever test they need to do i'm doing i'm coming praise there praise the lord so i was there i was there i was in this one and we're looking forward to the november meeting i felt he should come and share the heart of mission with us this morning's tear up our hearts because you can see pretty in the church and not carry the burden machine and he can preach on any topic computer marriage business finance it's also on the powerful evangelist any time it comes to the evangelistic trail is something else he has different dimensions share with you and i want you to turn your bibles to the book of azam chapter number six verse eight six visit as i said verse eight also i had the voice of the lord saying whom shall i send and who will go for us then said i here am i send me hallelujah please say the last bit here am i send me that's the topic for this morning here my lord sent me sending has been one of the major ways though we have a lot of arms of reaching out to people but sending has been one of the major ways by which the gospel has reached our world say amen and i pray that somebody will avail himself for the lord to send him into some parts of our world for the preaching of the gospel say amen the bible said in the book of romans chapter number 10 the book of romans chapter number 10 reading from verse number 10 the bible said romans 10 10 he says four with the heart man believeth unto righteousness and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation for the scripture said whosoever believeth in him shall not be ashamed for there is no difference between the jew and the greek for the same lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him for whosoever shall call for whosoever shall call upon the name of the lord shall be saved doesn't matter when how then verse 14 how then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard and how shall they hear without a preacher and how shall they preach except they be sent as it is written how beautiful are the feet of them which preach the gospel of peace and bring glad tidings of good things verse 16 but they have not all obeyed the gospel for azir said lord who had believed our report so then so then faith cometh by hearing and the hearing by the word of god hallelujah so so this picture is clearly stating that there are people who are waiting to hear the gospel of jesus and how can they believe how can they hear of him whom they have not believed and how shall they believe when they have nothing and how can they hear except a preacher preaches and how can the preacher also preach except the preacher is sent so this morning i see you sending a preacher i see you sending some missionaries who will come to preach the gospel many years ago many centuries uh missionaries arrived from here in switzerland and all kinds of places came to what we call our dark continent of africa to preach the gospel they came i'm sure their pastor was preaching like this look there are so many places in the world that need to hear the gospel there are so many places in the world that must be what was my spiritual how many of you would like to go to africa go to the caribbean or go somewhere and pray the gospel and i believe that people got up and they came forward this is my wife these are my two daughters we want to be missionaries and some of them came to africa they came there they lived there they preached the gospel made convert build churches and die there that is how come the gospel penetrated to so many places say amen these days when people come they don't count for the preacher of the gospel they come to mind our gold and do so many things they come to do business say amen so it is now our time to reach our own people say amen i see you being sent to do the gospel ministry whenever god wants to deliver a people he sends a prophet he sends the man of god that is how come god sent moses to egypt to bring his people out of bondage i see as go into some of these areas that are in bondage that the gospel of christ will deliver them uh john 3 16 look at it john 3 16. look at it john 3 16 for god so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life look at the next verse there's 17 for god did not send his son into the world to condemn the world but that the world through him might be saved it means that god was god sent jesus into the world and the sending is what brought the good news for which you and i today are sitting in the house of god save it is now our turn to also go because he said as the father have sent me so sent are you so sending is still one of the powerful way to which the gospel can be preached so i hear you many years ago 1976 my twin brother and i were watching our television it was a black and white round television when the man came on on the on on the on the scene i mean i'd be shopping i have come from from nigeria to preach the gospel come to come in come a circle creep also walk blind we see you know until then i've never heard anybody speak so badly so we all went when we went it was a very big crusade he came with so many missionaries white black all kinds of people and he preached three nights and i can still remember those three messages it was 1976 six weeks ago i was 60 years so that is how many years now i'll be 1976 to 2001 it's like 40 five years 45 years ago he came as a missionary to preach the gospel the first night he prayed the gospel the lamp of god i went to i said christ the second night he preached on blind batting news i went to i said christ again he preached the third night the woman with the issue of blood i said no i have to accept christ again three nights of accepting christ see me and i remember he was preaching the blind way seeing miracles all over the place then he saw a man sitting on the wheelchair saying get up young man and start walking the guy was sitting down he said i said kept up look at what's he did the guy didn't get up there he went down and pushed the guy and threw him out of the wheelchair and the guy started running that was how powerful the preaching of the gospel gospels but he came to ghana because he was sent and sending is still the one of the most effective way by which we can preach the gospel some of you have been here for a very long time it's about time you pack your bags and let the lord send you to the lordship say amen hallelujah and i remember i was standing by the podium and when the ma when he had finished preaching everything then i told my twin brother this is what i want to do one day i said that prayerfully and today 45 years old i've also gone to places towns cities villages preaching teaching healing the sick casting our devils and we are still preaching we are still preaching now we are going to the upper east of our country ghana apart isis towards boko haram thousands are waiting thousands what we're going to do we're going to do five things we are going to have four nights of the preaching of the gospel three mornings of passes conference three mornings for youth explosion and then we are going to have what we call a day of help with persons with disabilities you have seen beautiful people who are disabled in this country and consider that they are enjoying their disability when you see a disabled person in africa you can see that their story is different say man they are really disabled crawling on the ground autistic children children with down syndrome mothers who are very poor taking care of sick children now we are going to preach the gospel to them and demonstrate the love of god when you give a gift to a person he never forgets that gift i remember when i was eight years old i was then a catholic uh with the holy spirit cathedral in alabama somewhere and i remember my priest saying that when we close everybody should wait at the pavilion everybody should wait at the pavilion and that has a gift for us so when we came they gave us make powder saw gum wheat as gift there are so many things that we take for granted in our lives today that is a big blessing to the person who is poor and sick and needing christ say amen i see you coming as a missionary i see you coming i see you being sent to preach the gospel to heal the sick to cast our devils and to demonstrate the love of god say i receive it two times the book the bible says in the book of uh matthew chapter 9 verse 35 matthew 9 35 please read it again in matthew 9 35 and jesus went about all the cities and villages teaching in their synagogue preaching the gospel of the kingdom and healing every sickness and every disease amongst the people preaching teaching and healing but when he saw the multitude he was moved with compassion for them because they were weary and scared like like like sheep having no shepherd say amen then he said to his disciples their harvest truly is plentiful but the liberals are very few god and husband therefore pray the lord of the harvest to send out libraries into the harvest to send that laborers to the so jesus right from there is the talking of ascending and have come to re-echo the voice of christ we need more laborers into the harvest many people travel to their hometown for various reasons some come for birthdays some come for parties my father's eight years my mother is 98 some come for funerals but how do people travel because they want to be missionaries and preach the gospel so when are you going to travel and come to africa it's not because of the birthday or christmas or easter but you have come prepared to preach the gospel and help the sick and the poor i see you coming to preach the gospel say i receive it say amen preaching the gospel killing the sick and the day we stop caring for the poor the day we stop preaching the gospel the time and the moment when we don't care about the lust anymore then we ourselves have become lost but i pray that the preaching of the gospel will never leave our hearts to jesus comes it is the main thing it is it has been demanding a to forever remain the main thing the reason why we are saved is to save others the reason why we are blessed is to be a blessing to others the reason why god has given you a voice is also to become the voice for the voiceless i see you prospering i see some millionaires rising from this place to to promote the gospel of jesus anytime you see yourself prospering remember the reason why god is prospering you is because he wants you to send the gospel send the gospel hallelujah many people will die and leave a lot of monies and things in your account and things and you'll get to heaven and get everyone appreciate you because you were so blessed who did you bless who did you take care of who has who has finished his education which poor person has never met a man like that stand on his feet meanwhile at night he's going to preach and on his feet sometimes he gives her five thousand ten thousand pieces of food items and i would say papa i think you should wear a result i'm okay i'm okay i'm okay i'm gonna come okay he does his t-shirt his cup he's knickers whatever standing and he's giving out and giving up for hours then you go take a shower dressed in the evening it is wilder than before i see you preaching the gospel i see you healing the sick i see you casting our devils and i see you helping the sick and the poor there are so many sick people we have what we call the day of help it's a day desire for only disabled people who have never seen anything like this i have never seen disabled people like that before and we thank therefore those who were scattered abroad went everywhere preaching the word the bible said then philip went down to the city of samaria and preached christ to them that the bible said and the multitudes with one accord he did the things uh the things which philip the things spoken by philip hearing and seeing the miracles which he did and the bible said for unclean spirits crying out with a loud voice came out of many who were possessed and many who were paralyzed and the lame were healed got the next verse i love the next verse and there was great joy in that city and there was great joy in that city i have seen this multiple times multiple times where we have gone to a city and we have preached the gospel and the whole township is blessed and they are so joyful when the gospel is preached there's joy when the gospel is preached people's lives are transformed when the gospel is preached the land is healed when the gospel is spread there are healings and miracles when the gospel is preached people go to heaven so you cannot keep the gospel to yourself you have to preach it and some of you are loaded as you are sitting there you are very gifted loaded when we give you book of jonah chapter one the book of jonah chapter number one the bible said now the word of the lord came unto jonah the son of amethyst arise go to nineveh that great city and cry against it for shook the boat and shook the waters because of jonah and you know i said please please i know why this is happening threw me into the sea and then he threw him into the sea and the lord prepared a big fish and swallowed him and jonah was in the belly of the whale three days and three nights because he refused to do the will of god as he was sent to and then he scribed in the middle of the world and said lord i will pay that which i have vowed salvation with the lord and the lord told the fish vomiting so he was vomited with all the slimy things around him he went and took a shower and the bible says invest the chapter look at it look at it chapter 3 of jonah and the word of the lord john chapter 3 verse 1 and the word of the lord came to jonah the second time and the word of lord came to jonathan the second time saying arise go on to nineveh that great city and preach unto the on preach unto it they preached it i beat thee so jonah arose and went into needy according to the word of the lord now navy was executed great city three days journey and jonah began to enter into the cities a day's journey and he cried and said yet forty days anyway shall be overthrown so the people of nineveh believed god and proclaimed a fast and put on sackcloth from the greatest of them even unto the least for the word of lord came unto the king and he arose from his throat and he laid his robe from him and covered it with sack love and satan ashes and he caused it to be proclaimed uh and to be published through our neither by the decree of the king and his noble saying let neither man nor beast head nor flock taste anything let them not feed nor drink water let man and beast be covered with sackcloth and cry mightily unto god ye and let them turn everyone from his evil way and from their violence that is in their hands who can tell if god will turn and repent and turn away from his fierce anger that we perish not the preaching brought national repentance to the universe the preaching brought transformation their life the preaching moved the king to decree fasting and prayers for man and beast nothing should eat for the next three days and the bible said in verse 10 and god saw their works then god so yeah please repeat that after me then god saw their words when there is preaching people repent say men that they turn from their evil way and god relented from the disaster that he had said he will bring upon them and he did not he did it not because jonah went to the ninevites and preached to them anytime we send the gospel lives are transformed see amen it's about time you also find yourself somewhere preaching to your friends to your neighbors to your smoking and dancing friends many years ago see amen preaching the gospel it brings transformation speak this parable unto them what man of you having a hundred sheep if you lose one of them do it not leave the 99 in the wilderness and go after that which is lost until he find it and when he had found it he laid it on his shoulders rejoicing and when he come at home he called together his friends and neighbors say unto them rejoice with me for i have found my sheep which was lost i say unto you that life has joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repented more than over 90 and niger's persons which have no need of repentance looking for that lost sheep see amen look at the next verse either one woman having 10 pieces of silver if she loses one piece would not light a candle light a candle the light of the gospel and sweep the house sweep the search and the bible said and and seek diligently and until she finds it and when she had found it she collect her friends and their neighbors together say rejoice with me for i have found the peace which i have lost likewise i say unto you there is joy in the presence of angels of god over one sinner that repented you know in our churches i'm sure it also happens in our church there is a lot of choreography dancing jumping praises you know a church when there's praises people have choreographed dancing they do whatever you see them young people moving whatever and there is happiness sometimes the happiness in our church is not the same happiness in god the heaven does not is it our happiness in our church is not a true reflection of how happy heaven can be heaven is happier when we have left the 99 and go for the lost sheep lost sheep when one sinner gives his life to christ the whole past of angels are at attention they stand and clap their hands as a sinner walks say amen so sometimes we leave the 99 and go look for the lost sheep i see you looking for the lordship i see you looking for the lordship and you see if i'm in a neighborhood of this woman and uh they come knocking on doors and things the woman said please please please please people people come around come on come on and then we're walking around what is it ah this is my one p i've been looking for it since morning i have now found it i'll be very very upset so did you call it did you choose one p but that is what happens when one sinner comes to the lord the whole past of angels in heaven begin to rejoice i see you looking for the lordship you know i've seen people who tell me things like oh i'm going through hell i'm going to end it because his health is it's a painful divorce his health is too much traffic he's healthy he can't pay his mortgage i'm going to hell i'm going to hell you know and they talk about hell and the hell is visited by it is a stressed out life for a child who is not who is a bit reward and brother your type of hell what you call hell is nothing compared to the real hell in the bible the real hell if it is just traffic divorce there is a good help then i will fool around and afterwards i could do that but the hell that the bible talks about it's nothing compared to your type of health what you say hell the hell if we are going to take the bible literally and translate it about here there it is it is it is it is fire that cannot be granted it is fired with brimstones and gnashing of teeth and you will be in it till eternity never ending and there are many the bible says that narrow is the way that leads to heaven or to eternal life and only a few have found it but broad is the way that leads to hell and many are on that road it is our job to sound the trumpet and warn them of hell say amen because hell is real just as seven is real hell is real your type of hair i'm stressed i have a certain lady one day she came with her two children to my office i said reverend i'm stressed i'm going through hell i'm going to hell so really what's the hell oh my husband left me and i'm finding difficult to take care of the two children and i'm always in traffic i say well then your health is a good hell it's a very very good traffic husband has left you look for another husband and traffic it's not a fault stay in the traffic you will get your destination but the real hell is something else so somebody told billy graham if your hell is real then christians must walk on broken bottles to one man kind of hell beloved jesus said as the father have sent me so send are you god is sending us to africa to villages to towns to places it's about time you start packing your bags and join pastor matthew to come to africa to come to people you don't know and preach the gospel it's a long time since you travel it's about time you don't travel for parties you travel for the preaching of the gospel see me the bible said finally uh in the book of uh john chapter 20 i'm ending with that scripture i've just read it but i want you to see some part of it john chapter number 20 john 20 reading from verse 19 john 20 verse 19 look at it john 2019 then the same day and evening being the first day of the week when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled for fear of the jews jesus came and stood in the midst of them and said to them peace be with you when he had said this he showed them his hands and his side then the disciples were glad when they saw the lord look at this so jesus said unto them peace be unto you as the father have sent me i also send you we've got the next verse and when he has said this he breathed on them and said to them receive the holy spirit if you forgive the sins of any they are forgiven if you retain their sins they are written he parts of the world it's a lot of big deal and i tell you how many of you have been to those missions with us all right we have some people here uh when they introduce mattress into it but matrix is verse 14 that how can they go without being sent and the only way for a preacher to go is because you and i decided to send to touch lives to make impact and it's great when the church does this because sometimes regional ministers in ghana have confessed that the government cannot do this it's good for us to be able to do things which even the government said we can't do this praise god so this morning i should show you see what i want you to do on the offering envelope whether it is tithe offering whatever you are giving i want you to run missions on the envelope you know because uh we call those kind of seed or offering designated funds once you have missions it means we at london cannot use the money we have to use it for this missions once you write missions on the envelope it
