Jessica Yaniv is still an issue

[Music] hey guys what's up and welcome back to my channel so today we're gonna be once more and unfortunately going to be discussing Jessica Yaniv I try to say that without vomiting so if you don't genitalia Jessica you need the transgender woman who made global headlines when she sued various beauty salons for refusing to acts for male genitalia is now upset that Gynaecologists are refusing to examine the same male genitalia yaniv who has been accused by an internet commentator and fellow transgender woman blair white of sexually target children posted on Twitter to voice her frustration over being refused service by Gynaecologists practice so a gynecologists office that i got referred to literally told me today that we don't serve transgender patients for an eve are they allowed to do that legally isn't that against the college practices in a follow-up tweet yaniv wrote that gynecologists form a part of the multidisciplinary team who engage with transgender non-binary patients either as a part of the transition stage performing surgery or managing pre or post transition gynae logical problems I'm gonna stop right here for a second so it says gynecology the branch of physiology and medicine which deals with the functions and diseases specific to women and girls especially those affecting the reproductive system the bottom line here is that Gynaecologists take care of people who have vaginas taking care of female reproductive systems now as much as I can imagine that it must be difficult when you're trans to have to see the opposite type of doctor than what you might align with now it's still the reality is you know if you have it transitioned yet fully you might still have a vagina even if you don't identify as a woman anymore and you might still have a penis that you don't identify as a man anymore those are just the facts now you cannot go to someone who works on vaginas specifically and ask them to work on your penis because now you identify as a woman because your organs are your organs if you identify as a woman I respect that but it's like chromosomes your chromosomes remain the same so you need to keep that into account and I believe that's just being realistic the same way that if I chose to transition at some point though I have no plans to I'm still a woman with a vagina until I get surgery so I would have to see a gynecologist even though I wouldn't identify as a woman anymore most people I think would understand this but the thing is there's this common thread with Jessica and Eve that is very alarming to me where it seems like she has I don't want to say a fetish but a really weird obsession with going to see people who are not designated for her like having her male genitalia waxed by beauty salons that only offered female waxing now there are some salons that offer male waxing it seems like she couldn't go to any of those and again we find that same kind of repetitive situation of going to see a gynecologist when the reality is they're not trained to work with male genitalia hence why they're Gynaecologists it kind of hurts my brain to think about this because it seems like such an obvious thing to do it would be like me bringing my dog to a reptile veterinarian what why would I do that it just doesn't make sense why would I not bring my dog to the vet that's specifically trained for dogs and cats and the reason that I believe that Jessica Yaniv really has this kind of thing about going to people who don't want her or don't cater to her is because she gets off on the outrage and frankly I don't think I would really be talking about Jessica Yaniv had she not been predatory towards children that's all in my first video there are messages there are voice memos there's plenty of proof to show that she in fact is a predator Yuni would send rumble disturbing voice messages in an Elmo voice saying things such as Elmo wants to [ __ ] and Elmo loves [ __ ] in the final clip you Nev is heard saying I love you just rumble your movies go up and down up and down up and down here we have the voice memos where you actually hear the Elmo voice that Yaniv does and it's creepy as [ __ ] so just prepare yourself I'm just gonna roll it really is what concerns me because if she's being a predator towards children I'm kind of wondering if she's trying to do that with adults too aside from the outrage aside from having people talk about her I'm wondering if the reason she's going to places that do not cater to her specifically so she can kind of get the same feeling of like in some ways forcing yourself on someone which is kind of what she's been trying to do you need made headlines earlier this year when she sued Canadian Beauty Salons for refusing to perform a Brazilian wax on her male genitalia the companies explained that they do not perform the service for clients with male genitalia prompting Yaniv to accuse the companies of transphobia and sue them for discrimination the transgender activists lost the lawsuit in october of this year she was ordered to pay $6,000 in damages and Eve also made headlines more recently when she announced plans to host a nude only swimming event that offered free admission to minor children so national foul reported now in spite of having previous skinny-dipping event canceled you need to tweeted out an event which has been summarily oratio deactive replying to a tweet so it receives more replies than likes or retweets inviting people to nude bathing at a swimming pool with free admissions for under-18s and the tweet Yaniv says this is actually an interesting event at the Newton wave pool on Saturday a good job for allowing this city of Surrey great to see inclusiveness and more inclusiveness on Sunday - were all human according to the websites advance admissions are as follows admission adults $12 an event $10 online children under 18 free membership as mandatory application forms are available online or at the Swim children are admitted only when accompanied by their parents or legal guardians skinny dipper swims at Newton wave pool are nude only so compiling the information of this specific issue with the gynecologist and the information prior of the skinny-dipping situation with free entrance for minors and the nudity you have to wonder what's wrong with Jessica and even you know if we really start talking about that we're gonna be here for hours between the predatory nature I think there's some mental issues as well because I mean I guess some people get off on outrage but when it's at the cost of someone else like putting someone else in a shitty position or an uncomfortable position or taking advantage of it makes me wonder what's wrong with you I don't understand that whatsoever based on your Neves track record I am just concerned that this person is still roaming the public because they clearly have shown that they are a threat to people generally because of this insistence to keep going to places that aren't meant for her and then the predatory nature of her discussions with children the comments she's made against foreign people her racist comments pretending to have illnesses she doesn't have it just adds up to me to someone who is unwell and needs some kind of force to step in between the police force potentially maybe seeking therapy of sorts maybe medication there's nothing wrong with taking medication I take it myself but it is our own responsibility to take care of ourselves and not negatively impact other people and I feel like she just either doesn't
