Island Gangster Wannabies Sabotage A Failed Repo - 12/22/2013

Lotus freaking awesome okay so yesterday I only caught partially what happened basically as a recap the part that was not video I was called out to an address where with a 2003 BMW 745 L I had been reported as being receiving a party they thought they can we've got in Las Vegas and the skip locator head covered this part just I think that was a day or two ago they've caught this vehicle so they sent us out to the address to see if the vehicle was sitting there and if I approach the address it was there Town Hall before they have side by side garages and most of the living spaces above the garage as I pulled up to the given address the garage was open all the units had the numbers that match the address I can see the butt end of the BMW in the garage single car garage and I read the license plate and made out that it was our vehicle so I did what I always do I mean who taught my poem and what's worked because we had a very small window of opportunity this garage is open if the vehicle was accessible I later found out through limited conversation with the girl that was driving it if she was getting ready to leave people to convert kids from school so I happened there just to conquer at that time when she don't think Roger to come out and get the car unfortunately that also worked against me because he was coming out to get in the car and so as I was backing up to to be in motion here and have the kid orange didn't came I lived and the vehicle and after interacting with her permit I was able to tell me she was a very well seasoned better dealt with properly other legal men in her life IVA Tara was the first name we're dealt with machine wares and what to say what to do anyways it escalated into a situation where she called her husband and also the person that had the loan on the vehicle we later found out for what he had done it's a vehicle swamped with these people so she was driving the BMW and the guy that actually was the owner of the BMW was driving over indeed and these two other gentlemen showed up and from that point on I got video of interact with them see where all they wanted to do was fight with me because she had told them a story that I have injured conjures up an alarm and also had told them that I broke into the garage I think she was afraid to tell them that she opened the garage me believe so she fabricated story that they got in there and I had rode through the garage and they said as I pulled the garage door down on her lip and injured her which makes no sense whatsoever that his wife but I pulled the garage door down I am there to take the car I have employed the rod for now they got word get my favor benefit whatsoever in that situation that that's the guy says on camera that she told him that I would sort out on her foot anyhow they were trying to establish the story it all happens often they all they want to do is fight excited like English get out of the middle of the state did and then in the planets company request that we call law enforcement document what happened because they get sued these guys need to talk about allegations so the police came out I spoke with downfall camera and they you know said they had not heard from them you know anybody that gets injured person they didn't call that little water you know and report it and so we need these before three story to basically try to get out of this situation and between the car which they know she closed the garage and the car remains there at the premises and we let it go at that time what's transpired since then is the skip computer has been working with their clergy bishop for their local religious report and advise them to surrender the vehicle so they contacted me and said the vehicles going to be at this location at this time which is forming a red flag that they may be setting up some kind of ambush and so to counter that thought process what they are trying to do and they're not being legitimate here what I need to get in the area of where the vehicles at and try to look here cleared out it is exactly where they're saying exactly this town homes off State Street and like apply the vehicle that I need to call local PD you have any feet walking away from the location to happen about meetings call the police this way what I do in this restraining self-help repossession they were voluntarily surrendering the vehicle I bet other people got getting that which is all that so now we met at the parties involved and chain-of-command I'm just guiding without the hood actually it's painful so we'll get that on video council thing transpires but they have set up some kind of an ambush want to make sure that I don't walk into some dumbass repo mega were to go out there and just oh there's the car keys are the kilian you know second it bring your life back so you've got a big levels an amazing safety factors knocks in tunnel vision and they'll just hone it on the car the fact they're saying there's they want to release I think these people just stick to them we die and that dumb and so to speak being smart its line of work use your head no all the other possible scenario someone called me now and get an officer on his way out there tell them the scenario to locate this car get it picked up we've also got to get ball number to call that as well as skip locators been in contact them today has been in contact with their bishop as well and he's helping to get this thing surrendered so see how this goes now the finance officer for your husband as long as we're here with paperwork from the courthouse and he'll show you what they've got so just so you know that well I know he's not he's the one that owns the vehicle though that's in your garage and he's got court paperwork from the courthouse I just wanted you to be aware that what he's doing well I didn't know she was I mean I thought I was the car garage open and there was nobody outside so I thought perfect I started dropping my arm start backing up to it then she comes flying out that's when everything escalated so there's nothing I mean there was no way of knowing if I'd see like the brake lights on it backing out I would have just left it you know so okay he's out front here so I'm gonna have him talk to you hey my wife dumbass you're not better that's your wife that's my wife you [ __ ] okay yeah but you're not what happened earlier [ __ ] I'm just trying to get a hold of someone needs a top dog she she just got the garage slammed on her on her foot [ __ ] I don't know I know that neighbor came over and helped her I told you do you [ __ ] [ __ ] dude if I'm not here you don't come out here get the [ __ ] out the car you [ __ ] [ __ ] okay don't worry little [ __ ] okay he doesn't want talk to me all he wants to his fight hey you know what you're making this worse on yourself okay I you know like you and your words your hand don't know what I didn't touch your wife are you I got some of them are you okay do you know who he is you don't know who the registered owner of that vehicle is he's just claiming he you have a warrant for your arrest oh that's cool yeah you know you know this is right hang tight brother and tight hang tight hang tight but don't go nowhere yeah I don't know who this guy is but he's driving a black Tahoe so I don't know although I think I think this is I think this is probably here there's another guy pulling up here in another van with Nevada plates so are you they're just punched my truck yep yeah they just want to fight they're just kicking my doors and beating on my truck now well at this point we could bite me but yeah okay they're not going to I'll do anything a started I'll do anything as far as the vehicle goes okay okay the ally other Samoan our Tongan okay I'll call about here I mean either and I'll just tell them that these guys I mean they're all the gonna say is it's a civil matter you know and oh they'll change trust me they'll change our tune once the cops wrecker they'll totally change our tune I'm not worried about that it's just in a change of tune but then I've got the cops out here and there's nothing they could really do about it you know so but I mean I'll tell them if you want me to it's just I mean just I'm just telling you it's probably and trying to be a big waste of time but I'll I'll call them and have them dispatch out here and just I'll chuck them you know I'll let them know know for sure ya know for sure yeah okay uh-huh okay Oh few vehicles out in front of the garages not seeing the car big waste of time from cops do what we got to do I'll call the skip looking right now and tell him to come by the location and you don't see the vehicle I think all the better you get a better description we're exact you tell them we're out here where they're planning something they'll be looking they're not planning something then they'll get the vehicle pulled out of the garage and you thought well we can see it like unit number for them or something like that we can pull up in front before we give up your music the officer as much as we can to mitigate here's time getting back on the road working on some real calls ok so we just got a call from the officer that's out here said he'll meet us at the front entrance the skip locator is called the debtor the dude that showed up second yesterday and the maroon van that was telling me to get out of my truck so I could kick my ass he has indicated that the vehicle is parked in the visitor parking here and it can be seen from the tracks it's almost got turned in here there's our cop okay this doesn't turn out to be a big waste of time I still have not put eyes on the vehicle as it yet it is here we get it hooked clean nothing we're going to look make sure they haven't done anything to sabotage the vehicle like loosen the rims things like that there's the vehicle right there now you had to pick this up yesterday West Jordan and I was just backing up to it and then Samoan girl came running out and stepped in between me and my my truck in the vehicle and we exchanged words for a few minutes and and got five minutes later to Tong and deke showed up and all we want to do this kick the living [ __ ] out of me so I got back through the cab my truck and got out of there and you know wait for it where they live we don't know this is a different location they were at the 17 here south and way out on the West End on the other side of the banger when we located this find it here we they called us to surrender it that's why we thought this might be an ambush when something goes down that hostile and then also the next day they're like oh come get it you know I've been doing this 26 years and I know a couple guys have got their teeth kicked in got walking and ambushes in the and these guys are affiliated with Samoan gangs and stuff and so I just figured they'd have they'd be just stupid enough to think I'm just dumb enough to come here by myself so I'm guessing they're probably watching out the windows and I'm sure as soon as I saw you whatever plan they had if they had one kind of went to [ __ ] but oh good idea so but I'm gonna strap it down and I'll get out of here thanks sir we can clean that's how we wanted to go down so one of the things that we watch for when picking other vehicle that voluntarily surrender especially after there's been a critical incident like the one that happened yesterday and then out of the blue the people contact the finest covers say oh you can come pick up the car we always a little wary of you know them doing things like one ambushing us which we countered by having that police officer respond and two we checked the vehicle over to make sure they haven't done anything to sabotage it like loosening the lugs on the tires so that the wheels come off when you get on the freeway or I've seen someone break up a glass bottle before and put it under a seat cover and so when you get the vehicle and sit down and get cut on your ass I've seen all kinds of different sabotage the one that just got me today I've only seen one of the time it was in a different version but as you can see I cut myself pretty good here on the thumb what they did is they left the window down on this side and then taped of a bag on this side the window was actually partially down and as I pulled out the window went all the way down I still in figure out why the window where I laid out and guessing is some kind of a thing that BMW has when the alarms going off for safety singing considable flips over and goes underwater or something so the windows automatically go down I don't know have that one out yet but I think it's really good you can see where what they did is they take a razor blade to the underside of the handle so that when I reached in I got cut and they did it on the side where the window is down knowing that this vehicle would not unlock always right there Romilly BMWs they have these walking mechanisms where if even if you do the handle the lever goes up but the door won't open and God abacus you let go the handle goes back down that way the vehicle stays locked and there is no unlock button on this door or that door or any of the doors and I've reached back there and pulled that handle I've climbed inside the vehicle I tried popping the trunk I was able to pop the hood try to disconnect the battery I believe the battery is underneath either the back feeder in the trunk on this vehicle they turn these vehicles they could Stickley into mobile Saints so that you you know the rich people can store stuff in them and they're harder to break into you can't stick a slim jim down in the door handle next impossible to break into you can see where I had to crawl into it and put my ratchet straps on the steering wheel to keep it from turning the seatbelt wouldn't go all the way through the steering wheel and latch so yeah they thought it'd be funny to screw with us so I got a nice little cut on my finger thanks to that the last time was I had my tetanus shot I think is within the last 5 years we should be okay with freaking idiots I don't give up easy today all right so now we're out here checking a skip address for the 2007 black Subaru Tribeca looks like it might be it sitting right there on the street it's our plate charlie 97 you know that's our vehicle okay it's rolling free yep hold for here just a little bit get it strapped down we're gonna go demand keys oh don't check and see if these things all wheel drive I still haven't had anybody come out of the house all right all-wheel-drive in 2006 to 2012 yeah we gotta throw it up on dollies dollies on get some lights on here lock all the doors if we can get a key Hey or whoever's driving the black Tribeca are they here okay sometimes they'll answer the door and then never come back I just sit there and just peek out the window I guess their thought process must mean oh well he's already got it or something I don't know what but I'm going to use this big white driveway turn around in wait for someone to come out the front door I saw the front door open and close while I was turning around try one more time to get the key for this thing pretty much when we know that the person driving the vehicle is not gonna be getting it back we do everything we can to try to get a key for a finance company hi the finance company that has the loan on it asked us to come out and pick it up I just wanted to find out if there's anything you need to get out of the vehicle no I cook today and they bang in the bank uh and the man seemed like wait for the pace sure yeah they asked us to come out and pick it up is there anything in there that you need to get out yeah okay Hey this one yeah yeah Monica sorry lady hey miss Ferrara band Oh No got it good okay yeah barbar go ahead Paquito huh thank you trying to give her a bag for property you see people started to accumulate a bunch of stuff and their arms turn be as helpful as you can enough people there to grab everything okay this transported and keep working my way through the list
