Crazy Debtor Behind The Wheel Of An Escalade - 11/03/2011

all right today is November 2nd 2011 the dog starts going crazy as soon as I start videoing she knows since I say those magic words that we are getting hooks to an address I bet you got an interesting one today these are some people that actually helped us on another repo that we had it's called this is how the other half lives and we end up locating a really nice Cadillac CTS down at their a location the guy hurt that I was after the vehicle and he called me and they ended up giving it up and it was under a different name everything the one who they're talking to me said that they had a black Escalade in the garage and as I got honest I'm over here for were here for the you know the Cadillac and then to that and the guy gave his name anyways this repo just came up today a couple months later and it's the exact same address and it's for a black Escalade and it turns out that this lady did a loan with another finance company and that other finance company accidentally mailed the title without a lien on it directly to their house and then they went out and they got a loan on that title with a local business and that local business now is talk with their legal department something they said you know 9/10 of the law is possession so go get it picked up and they're going to have us pick it up and secure it then they're going to let the lawyers and all the finance companies attorneys and stuff battle this one out and figure out who's got rights to what but at this point we've got a secured title and lien which is what you have to have do a repossession in Utah as well as a contract signed contract and we have all our paperwork in order in the other finance companies the one that failed to get their lien secured and more likely we'll end up losing this vehicle and we've lost a number of vehicles in finance companies losing other vehicles this way as well by not doing the proper securement of their title because people promised to bring the title and all kinds of things happen the leaders to see how this one goes down because they don't want us to you don't talk to these people out of this being for trying to get them in door things out they need this Diego picked up and I know that it's in this multimillion-dollar neighborhood over here in the rich part of the town and it's in a garage so I have to catch it with the garage open if it's in there spagett these might be the kind of people who leave their keys in the vehicle and there's rumors of the family having ties to the Mexican Mafia things like that I've actually heard those rumors previously when working this account not going out to these people but people do they're associated with in stuff and so now we're directly going in to take a vehicle from them and we want to be aware of that as we go in there this we want to stay clear of her father what I understand for most of my investigative work so yeah always get your heart felt a little bit when you know you're messing with people that have no problem making others disappear for a living so see how this goes all right so we're here at the gated community and the gates are closed so we're going to need to pull over here just across the street and wait for someone to come in or out and then follow them into the neighborhood like this lady right here going in with her dealer plate I don't know if she's turning around or going on she doesn't have access to that gate so we're going to wait here for just a second wait for this gate to open up so we can get in there do some investigative work on what's going on the house is actually just at the end of this first street it turns there's a corner house and so if I don't see a vehicle come here the next few minutes to let me in over through here there's a gate where you can go through for pedestrians right there so I'll go around that fence and then go through that little gate there it's actually open right now and then I can just get in there and walk down to the house and scope it out la I may not end up wasting my time sitting here and wait for the gate to get opened up just to find out that they're not home or the garage is closed or anything like that but if it turns out the garage is up with the vehicles outright get to it then we're going to want to get in here as quick as possible so it's better just to get in there at the truck when if we can we came down here to the other entrance where there's more traffic and there's two vehicles waiting to go in here some construction workers and some other people putting their code in so the gate opens up we're going to follow these two vehicles in but you get a lot of construction guys will go through these gates during the data the custom cabinetry work and tile work all that stuff on these Richie homes there's a house over there that we actually repossessed a bmw x5 from got the keys from the guy and everything and then in the process of waiting we I got a call that they got the loan paid current so we actually didn't have to take the vehicle they cleaned it out gave us the keys everything looks like the first guys giving up a try so he's going to move out of the way but the second guy go the second guys gonna put the code in then we'll all follow in here there we go look at these homes is why I named the other one at a video that I made when we were picking up that Cadillac how the other people other half live just ridiculous money there's a black Escalade just like the one we're looking for going plate get our account pulled up here these are the super-rich there's the house right there on the corner garage is actually on the backside the driveway that was up the other side of the house there you can have the house listed for sale right now last time I was out here I didn't have the shell on the truck so the truck does look a little bit different all the garages are closed house like that is gonna have cameras all around the outside of the tube so you don't really think around sneaking around and over day or even at night they got night vision cameras and you just don't want to be out there stupid around you blowing the case there's one of those ones where we're going to stay back at a certain level and we watch it observe and track you know I've got the vehicle on our camera hits picking up or dropping off a kid at a dance class over in Orem at about 3 o'clock in the afternoon just a few days ago and so that's I know I know that you know we're familiar with that area in that dance school our Jaden is actually not at the same school so we know you know their routine and their schedule all that kind of stuff and so I could even go down there wait her to go down there to do a pick up the drop of the kid if she gets out of the vehicle you know even shows you know the vehicle look walk it in look it lift it this is a repo on-site order it's one that has to be picked up and you see a different tactic from us on this one when we put this video together how we have a repo on site there's no talking negotiating being sweet about it this is we find the vehicle without being caught and we pick it up so they're around a block one time we've scoped the situation here you see we pass the house and we go right up the street here and there's the gate the gate to go out we'll come back by here later this afternoon it's only about 1140 right now me so the vehicle could be in there be in the garage nothing we can do about it right now if it is no reason to get out and even confirm that information it's not something we need to do right now so we're going to let this gate open up we'll get out of here we'll do a little bit more investigation around town see if she isn't out doing some errands and stuff all right so it's now 2:35 in the afternoon for the last two and a half three hours we have been tracking down a low five Jeep Liberty Green just by that dark 4 screen the color green now there are a couple lighter bean ones out there but most commonly they're the dark forest green ones and so we just now stopped at the house for a quick break eat a lunch dog got to go do its thing in the yard such a good dog she holds that you know when it comes to crapping himself such a good dog and she'll take a piss anywhere we go which is finding old water I got hurt anything but she she's so good about always doing it dirt sit on people's lawns respectful huh these are respectful Dobie that's a good trained girl for the best dogs in role be looking for a new big dog try a Doberman out in there and ah I never had big dog she's awesome one of the best breeds of the world though really smart loyal security they freaking are badass dog this dog can jump higher than most people way higher than most humans she jumps six-foot fences bleep so like a freakin gear I got to get some video her jumping up and down on our counter just effortlessly standing in the kitchen up coffee counter backed off the counter make it big dog to be prone or something out like that just other stuff around like she's one of those little Jack Russell check carrier yeah let's things you're jumpy little dogs no Google and they're freaking phenomenal dogs she jumps around like one she's big and when she runs a issues ferocious which barked scary as hell haven't been at night asleep and we've had people thought that buddies of mine come over to go to step in the house quietly freaking footie and get to the door she growled the hair on the back of her neck standing up good guard dogs awesome repo dog two very well-mannered always follows daddy comes on command heel sits jumps rolls over shoots guns you're on ar-15 don't you [ __ ] spoil right there so we are coming up on this we've been chasing this escalator around as well we got more information since our last video segment and we now know that our best options of finding this lady there their house they've moved out of there the garage is cleaned out you invited confirm it sure enough nothing to check me out no powers even running in the address so we've got this camera hit of the vehicle right here at this dance school to the same dance school my son went to I just got done talking to him at the house and found out the schedule and for what if they were there at 3 o'clock on a Tuesday what class would that be and how often would they come gave me the insights get because it's pretty high likelihood that the vehicle would be here again today it just stays Wednesday we've seen here on Tuesday at 3:00 so we're going to wrap around the building one time because the parents come both upstairs and downstairs to this place there's this parking lot right next door here with overlooks the school you look down to this right here and all the parents pull through and they park right there they also can park out front so we're going to run over there go to the front area as well we're just gonna Park up the street probably because this location back here is the most secure and undetectable but leave you right up front which is that there is a pic your staging point where you're waiting for your repo carefully this one having a backup cameras nice even back up safely and confidently in parking lots quickly because you know what's behind you there's no blind spots got cameras mirrors see everything's you turn I got that camera right there just parked in the window back all the way up to walls I changed my perspective to the over top camera and I can back this thing right up to a wall if I want to put that right to the wall which any other camera looks like this oh right there kind of a fisheye view you got to know got to know your blind spots and having a camera system and say makes you so much safer there's so much crap I used to run over where I had no cameras back there at night the dark and how does every good guy I'll go to repo man Helios having hidden things like skateboards kids toys you know hockey clubs rollerblades that stuff can constitute here dollars you run over over the wrong neighborhood so be conscious of that stuff get cameras if you can I'm going to start reselling them you know through hands come ok I got the staff and got the best stuff out a couple distributors some really cool night trying to get it will start wiping out there's the dance school it's now 241 to give ourselves a 90-minute wait I actually was in that 90 minutes can actually I'm going to break from my town on the run for the gas station fill my tank up now full ready to go for caribou back here five minutes or three hopefully she comes in we get the sucker tag GPS if we can't GPS it if there's a better opportunity and we can take it we'll take it read pull on site baby this is the job a repossession company know the ins and outs ups and downs Goods and Bad's blah blah blah so I'm going to show you how we're going to pick our spot there's the school weave down around at one time we can see our entrance and our exit one-way loop parking lot we're going to sell this dead-end street right here we're going to go up here and turn around the first clear driveway we see the nice shadow black truck you don't even see me sitting over here just ask where I should walk over there and turn back towards my truck and just show you how invisible I am I'm going to sit right here I'm going to do some paperwork we call it paperwork we do some computer work get some documentation done on some other accounts they're running around women in on that Jeep Liberty every moment that were in the catheters truck we're working right is the thinking 24/7 unless I'm thinking with the stereo hi I use a serif do all that you a new per second here while your window down a bit so I can talk to you I can't hear you all right so we have a GPS device on the vehicle she's leaving right now here's I know that we got a GPS so we can track her she's gonna try to run from us that's fine she doesn't realize to be able ability to chapter in real time we'll just hang back so that we don't force her into a critical situation where she causes a crash or something like that once she gets away from us she'll think that she's free of us that's why I put the GPS device on the vehicle first we saw her pull in we blocked her and she took the maneuver to get away from us and that's fine it's hid we got the tracking device on without her knowing that we put it on there she had her daughter coming out of the classroom so now we will track her and that to a good address most likely she's probably to try to go into a garage that's fine we'll deal with that as as we need to do in a track on the vehicle right now took off and she's already out of the area and she thinks she's free of us that's fine that's what we want her to think that way she'll slow down and not rush through traffic and stuff like that she's watching her stage right now trying to get away from us and she sees the or not behind her for a while so drive more normal that's where one of the advantages of these slappable GPS devices works but she did try to run me over while I was getting the VIN off the vehicle will track her here we'll see where she's going she's pulled into an apartment complex right here and so she's just going around the complex just sit right there on the street don't try to take off again okay okay don't try to take off again okay don't try don't try to take up again okay hey ma'am you even stay put you need to stay put following her into that subdivision with the gate right now and to eventually be able to figure out that we're tracking her you know it's only a matter of time to figure that out because of the fact that we can pop it up and pop it up you know and she was clean and often were where she is again that's one of the disadvantages of tracking someone you ought to make sure you don't keep popping up or shut up you want to make them think that they've got the way successfully and so will ever get away this time and make her think that she's gotten away successfully and then we're going to sit back and we're going to watch them serve so now we know she's a runner we gotta wait till she gets out of the vehicle and then we have to get a boot or some kind of a disabling device on the vehicle because she's just social be running no matter what we do and she's dangerous to herself dangerous to other people so it's the job we're almost on this location right now Hey video footage of her hit in that car Oran PD is on their way all right so what happened right here is we've we lost video from my DVR sunglasses and I'm just jumping back into my truck I had pulled up nose and nose with the repo after spotting it in the Wells Fargo Bank drive-through and it was blocked in from both sides with pillars and other people doing banking and the other rows and as I pull up to the nose of it I jumped out of my truck and approached them with my hand up told him to stop and she put it into reverse again and slammed into a car behind her a customer was behind her and now everything's come to a stop but I'm getting in my truck and I'm turning it around so that my sneaker lift is backed into the front of the vehicle and so we just keep them pinned but at this point the repossession has come to a halt because a crime has been committed and there's now been an accident even though the wrong type of property people calling 9-1-1 and the police are responding so we're going to wait here and what i did is i walked up and her window was down and i reached in and i put the vehicle into park and pulled the keys out all in one motion which isn't as easy as it sounds when you're doing it in Reverse but I got the keys out and got it so that the vehicle is disabled and she's not able to try to drive anymore because there was a lot of people around and this lady's just absolutely crazy so let's go ahead and watch the rest of what happens here hey you done we put a GPS tracking device on this vehicle and walked up to a definite contact with the female drivers who hit me as she pulled out of the vehicle I've got that on video so we backed away because we knew we were tracking her we saw her pull into this parking lot I pulled in this way she tried to back out to get some gentlemen behind her and there's our faithful we've got a tracking device still on the vehicle right now but we've hadn't followed her for the last 50 20 minutes she been running all over okay I'm trying to get away from her so we just back up so we didn't create some kind of a safety list for the pub because we believe him the tracker she picked her husband or kid up somewhere along the way and then I pull in here I saw that she had stopped in this parking lot for about five minutes I figured she was stopped when I pulled in I saw she's in the drive-through so I pulled in this way to make contact again it was a second said they tried to back out they hid the car behind them which is a separate issue for you guys to deal with but I put a scary one thought walked on the vehicle I hide that for him to the keys and so I've taken possession of the vehicle I saw that you guys square up the accident she paused behind her there's our paperwork you can keep a copy of that that's your copy and I've got her a video doing a number of illegal things on the street if you wanted all see they all happen to windows you see Annie came in to reach inside I did I reset the keys because she's a risk to the public she keeps to operate this vehicle illegally on the tree that's why I had to make the vehicle I had to disable the vehicle so I read from the window and turned it off that's all I've done it as part of that note I get them back the copy of peace I took their keys off the keyring and gave them back their house keys himself but I've still got the keys to the vehicle and I've backed away because I saw her hit that gentleman behind right minute we were dealing with an accident issue I didn't realize you guys need to come and sort that out so you came to keep forever after what I saw she she hit him and I reached in put it into park and took the keys out I've got it on video so where do you have it a video after my phone and on Lady Dior sunglasses we report from a camera here and a camera here well make you guys a copy of everything I've apprehending the vehicle when they've got a lien on that's the ones that requested to pick up and they've got we checked make sure they got their lien secured we've got a title on it they ever scream to see what the cops are going to say I've got my truck pulled over there right now and I like I said I've got the keys I write patient's ID I called those out because she was a risk factor to public and that was my reasoning behind a disabling the vehicle I've got a steering wheel lock on the vehicle now sellers going to wait see what the officers have to say here hopefully will be either zari policing lady for me up she's my driver he works for the house excuse driver look at all those ideas we don't want us to put it up on dollars and so we're gonna drive it out of her way beyond that repossession agent you guys know you're behind okay you guys know that you have trolls in this vehicle or another one with another company they accidentally sent you guys the title clearing for you then you took it into a title own place it did an illegal title this is a repossession it's a civil matter all we're going to taking this vehicle up and storing it for them and then tomorrow you guys go down there and clear this up or do whatever you got to do but driving around erratically and do what you've been doing is ridiculous but yeah this is a liquid of a repossession we've got the paperwork and no matter here's a second seat back into another vehicle they just pulled out and then the cops came because if we're hitting in the week I'm not the other guy go I said to get the insurance information and then show them the title and stuff okay this is the representative from the lien holders so you go after IV milligrams amended legitimate is that look at the serve the owners to look they don't believe that you guys send out the repo so they right here alright so we are clear on the scene or the vehicles already out of here cops did their report on the accident and we've got the insurance information so the lien holder key not here with the folder the cops concern was that they ordered repossessed so we just bring it off on my Twitter felt like that wasn't enough proof to show that there was a reason for the repossession so I don't know they wants to carry a golden ticket and have Willy Wonka signature or what when we're doing this stuff but I actually had to have the lien holder send a representative out here and that's them right there walking on foot below their stuff bye-bye ridiculous 19 episode the people we deal with lock them in they give up 1% those people right there crazy get my truck twice I got a dent my fender get my career door we let her go cuz we knew she was psycho we just waited tracked her from a distance we got a spotter vehicle to follow we were going to do a blocking on her they ended up coming over here she picked up her husband kid along the way they came into this Bank parking lot right there went into the drive-thru and they were blocked from always I pulled in from the front she put her car in reverse and backed right into another vehicle and crushed the part of it what do you do what do you do people like that you know we don't want to push them into an accident but that lady was crazy so there's our repo got our driver in it we're gonna head over garden pound do the condition report there was no damage to this vehicle but they had insurance on it so we'll probably end up doing a claim for the damage on our vehicle and that other guy's going to have to do a claim for her back and that's a totally separate issue she made the decision to back in to him and he just happened to be there so it's one of those things that we don't want it to happen we don't want to property damage to happen but this is the way I went down and we backed off immediately so that we didn't cause an accident and we picked her back up once we saw her sitting in a parking lot and we pulled up on scene there in that drive through it I felt like it was a good place to block her in and disabled the vehicle to deal with the situation and she escalated into an accident chase and
