Repossessing A Couple Heavy Beasts And Returning One Of Them

this is probably about the heaviest thing I would ever want to try to repossess excursion it's backed in pick it up from the nose and make contact parked right next to this trailer inside of this house couple little girls pitting in it right now turn around and pull away the parents saw me hook into the vehicle where there's little kids getting in it Oh down the street here from it and then wait long enough for them to get back inside the house make a second attempt at that this has been my day of bad timing or what backed it against that trailer I need to access the rear end of it there's nowhere to get to it clean without going offroading always Park up the street and walk up slight chance that keys could be in it pretty unlikely since they know it smells likely up for repo the way they got a part backed in like it is and stuff for a minute and update my notes and stuff and then roll we'll try that again I want to be able to do is back up hook it from the front make contact see if I can get keys if I can't get keys and we have to drag it from where it sits hopefully have enough time to be able to get the steel rails out and get the dollies loaded pull it out that way let's try this again like this time I'm gonna pass the house come from this way that way I can stop back into the dryer plus now I can go buy one more time and kids are still outside see the kids you know I think it's hooked to that trailer looks like it's backed up too close to it to be actually hooked to it he's trying to do is avoid a tow truck being able to get gain access to the rear of that thing because it can get it from the rear you can get it clean and get it out of there without any contact I Drive away quietly hope to get it lifted the air before he comes out of the house I was floating on this truck the contact see what they have to say keys are in it see everything on her yes I'll hook to the trailer no more you okay is he here not okay is there anybody here that's on the loan I have no idea okay I get next door and saw oh okay I see oh oh yeah you need to get some stuff out of the vehicle or probably I don't know just make sure okay oh yeah no it's disconnected for the trailer yeah I'm not taking the trailer too we have just the paper on just this thing you know they don't tell us we're just the company that transports up and stuff you'll just need to contact the people he did the loan with and they'll make the arrangements to just go get it back oh yeah yeah they don't want the vehicle they want the money to pay for well that's why they it's got a title loan on it so yeah dragon you should [ __ ] paid for growth I hear what you're saying Harry's saying what's a big big puppy but yeah it's just judging from the trailer so if you want to grab some stuff out of you can I got the key keys were in it so blocked me in I got the keys for someone lower it drive it out it's like there's a mailbox key and some house keys on there too don't want to take those over yeah if you can pull your truck full up I've already disconnected from it had that gut feeling the keys were gonna be in it brother live the next torquing hauling butt over here pull over here a lot of surface I can get on or this arm down talk to my Monday and we'll get it [ __ ] credit a puffle for this dude something puppy okay it'll it'll all stay locked to the vehicle so become a repo it's automatically he has to be free beat here right so it's probably on our 200 hours on top of the payment oh yeah this is a fee already associated with us coming out and picking up the vehicle so what do people probably got quite a few kids if he's got a vehicle this big - oh it's got like a salvage title and insurance company will do they'll total amount stings on fumes that's what I had the Triton v10 dead the same one will pull everything we have you help me look there on the farms without it without diesel prices well I'll just tell them to contact them and make arrangements to get it back oh my god this thing is a beast gonna write so freakin heavy he's on the phone with his brother tell him nothing dude dude he's here doing it brother sounds like he knows you a copy of it I've got a digital copy be the fastest way to get it to you okay I wish I could help you on that I don't have any to do with the loan or I'm just a third party transporting company they just moved the collateral around and stuff and I've got the vehicle already hooked up my truck and stuff so yeah so just just contact them first thing Monday and make arrangements to get it back from them and then they'll you know whatever they need I don't I don't know anything about your loan so just you know contact them and ask them that whatever you got to do and then they'll work with you to get the vehicle back we'll hold it here in we have a north it's it'll go as far south as a Leighton and so it will hold it there's our Leighton yard and then if you guys are like everything taken care of on Monday then we'll make arrangements to meet you to get the vehicle back I I don't know any of the fees or anything you know I just yeah that's something that they'll be able to tell you okay yeah I saw that yeah I took the I took the house key in the mailbox King stuff off and gave him to your brother all right uh-huh no problem sounds like a way cool guys hey school wife has an affair yeah this bad boy hooked up try and pick it a excursion up one time with my Dodge 3500 nose came floating right off the ground this 550 s probably just barely heavy enough to pick this thing up is trucks factories eighty six hundred pounds those tires on that's probably right at nine thousand maybe ninety two hundred that's a heavy the heavy load I'll take the sign up here my rally point for this far north location and get it dropped secure it's not even try to get it back Monday don't worry about trying to haul it all the way south good brother jumped in his truck and was blazing right over there and blocked me in I wasn't being a dick you just didn't want me to leave it up she's done it's taking the trailer everything else too he started talking to me and realized as being cold and I already disconnected and stuff you know average you nothing moved out of the way excursion down out off out of there I really could have gone much better than the way it did right there Ellis as good as that working to God and consider alright we're out here on repossession for a K 2500 suburban white in color kind of a weird situation on this one where there was a loan on the vehicle somehow the lien got released the vehicle got sold to a new party that new party has gone out and gotten a title loan on it with another company and the first company has the first lien on it and the second company we also do repossessions for them hasn't sent out for repo but first company said we want our collateral picked up these people gonna come out and probably be pissing and moaning like crazy about this you've got explain to them what is happening why we were picking this here Clubman for whom is they're gonna think this is for the first title own company heavy bugger my truck floating verify the bin because it doesn't have good plates on it that's it who's your mom hi this is Matt who's this we're picking up a vehicle it son got a repossession order on it is it your vehicle where did you guys get the vehicle from from from where gotcha oh of course you got she can yeah she can grab anything she wants out of it you can run whatever you want of the vehicle the last fight dealt they'll still stop you take it easy taking breath it's it's okay they'll bail so they'll sort everything out the vehicle is not going to disappear on anything like that all we're doing is picking it up they'll hold it and then you they can figure out they'll be able to figure out what happened but your daughter kidnapped she's getting stuff out of the vehicle right now so everything that's inside the vehicle will stay here we won't take any personal possessions but what I'll do is I'll give her a number that you guys can call to find out and then that way you guys can you know but this is this is this is previous to you guys buying it there was another guy that owned the vehicle and it had a lien on it from up so it'll all get sorted out but I'm your daughter's getting stuff out of the vehicle right now and I'm gonna hand the phone back to her okay she's crying she's kind of upset oh yeah go and grab whatever you know the vehicle okay so we've called the finance company and told them the name of the tow company that this lady's husband works for it makes sense what hearing that he works for a tow company how they would have been able to release the lien and know how to do the paperwork and stuff to get that take it off but now my next issue is that woman's probably on the phone with her husband right now which was that probably got a tow truck a flatbed tow truck hauling ass this way to try to stop me from taking this thing so I get these girls out of this thing and get it pulled out here onto the street and picked up from the rear before he shows up hello um what's the name of the company it's our company's called certified asset recovery as certified asset recovery the guys still here that's picking up the truck is that Jared so you want to talk to me q yeah hey is this Jared hey I understand you work for okay what happened is the previous to you guys purchasing the vehicle I guess from your company this vehicle had a lien on it from pain and was owned by a previous guy its lien was taken off and then sold to you guys and they have no documentation of the motor vehicle enforcement division of them of it properly being the lien being properly released and so so has a secured interest in this and the state's given them permission to go ahead and cannot pick up the vehicle so that's what we're doing our job and I understand that but that was done without the proper documentation I know that you guys got a new title from the state everything that was issued but the paperwork that was used to get you that titles disputing this and saying they didn't sign this they're trying to find out who signed the lien and released it so I don't dispute that you got a clean and clear title but ya know it's already hooked to my truck and we've already let you know that we've got it and we're transporting it so it'll be leaving here with me and going over to their yard and then it'll just sit there until the whole thing is sorted out and you guys figure out what what has to happen but as of right now it's been repossessed we did go ahead and let the girls that are here go and get all the personal possessions out of the vehicle so that those weren't taken as well so it's the vehicles been cleaned out I don't know how they'll figure that stuff out but they they did not release their lien on it and stuff and so the state did issue that title to you but it was issued to you based on its like if you pick up a private impound out of a parking lot nobody claims it you send out all your certified letters and no one responds to them and then you apply to the state for a title on that vehicle and they send you a clearance free title for that on that vehicle there's documentation and processes you have to follow to be and you to put a bond in place and a bunch of other stuff to be able to get that clear and free title this then it's going to be on your boss's side to prove that he'll have to show documentation showing yeah I sent a certified letter out it came back or it wasn't responded to and then if that's the case if that's the case and he has all his documentation then the vehicle comes right back to you guys so but but up but until then these guys want to hold the vehicle because they have a secured title and stuff and documentation so but the girls got everything out of it and and and I'll hand the phone back over here I guess this is your daughter your daughter okay there you go yep Oh butan you don't there's a key to it so I don't have to drag it out yeah I won't have to leave skid marks in his driveway the one with the yeah yeah okay yeah he just talked to Jared so yeah tell is that your mom tell her I explained to him buddy yeah he explained it to Jared and everything Jared said he's gotta make alright you guys gotta get out of there okay this is the girl's name she's the manager over there at the finance company in on it and that's her direct number just had him call her and then he can talk that way there we're just a middleman company that I would just be relaying everything up that's the source of who they need to talk to okay okay you're welcome let's get this heavy beast out of this driveway go around the corner drop it pick up from the back in yeah we get these funky deals from time to time where there's a finance company that's got a lien on a vehicle and then all sudden turns out that the vehicle has been resold to somebody else there's a number of ways that that can happen and my guess is that this woman because the guy works for a towing company was most likely impounded and then either they did or didn't send their notices out and the finance company that I'm working for did or didn't receive him and did or didn't respond to them and these guys were able to produce some documentation to the state that got the lien released and a new title issued and then the guy bought that truck off of the suburban off of his boss and it happened to subsequently go out and get another title loan on his own from a different finance company that we also happen to do repos for this poor force I'm not blocking this driveway straps not throwing the wireless tow lights yeah as soon as I heard that her that girl's dad worked for a towing company big part of the picture came into focus for us made sense real fast our job is the same though still have to go out and pick up the collateral until everything is resolved bankruptcy I did the other day when the lady said that she paid in full we still took the vehicle the next day the finance company said you know what we found the documentation you're right it was paid in full through the bankruptcy and we got paid to deliver the vehicle back to her and then a finance company we worked for eight the repo fee and the transport for you so that's the gamble they take when they send us out to repo these things and there's a dispute if they're on the losing into that dispute we still get paid do hard job we'll get this transported over there yard and that's what I'll sit until this thing's all worked out and I'll follow up with you guys and give you the follow-up story on whether they were correct or whether there was a bail documentation er you brought this back over here 2,500 tsubame heavy beast just glad I didn't have to throw those dollies or drag it out of that driveway I worked out here to get the key and putting it neutral rolling it out okay so I'm out here back returning this 2500 I told you guys I'd update you on what happened got Jared here he works for a tow company local here in town we won't say who they are and turns out that the finance company that sent us out to repossess this lost their lien compute vehicles is what impounded got impounded went to say talk ssin yep but the state auction the employee for the towing company ended up picking up the vehicle from his boss submitted all their paperwork got a clean title and now he owns the vehicle the finance company that we were working for still showing a lien on there and received a letter from the state one of their managers at one of their stores received that letter signed for it and then never told corporate that they had received that notice from the state that their lien was being released into the vehicle consultant state auction so that's what the breakdown happened unfortunately that cost somebody their job today and that's what happens you know you're in a position where you're signing for important documents and you don't tell your boss that it that and people above you that that's happened your jobs probably going to be on the line so an unfortunate ending for this repossession but it was brought back to the rightful owner he was cool about it he was actually waiting for me and it turns out that he is a viewer of the YouTube channel and so I asked him if you want to be on YouTube and he said didn't matter to him yeah so got his vehicle back is this the wife I want to tell you you know I apologize I felt bad that I put you into tears you know why I cried a drop I'm what else that's good I'm one of those you know I cried everything not tell him I just I was like seems like it's gonna work out it's gonna work out you know it guys are the right this is what will happen you'll get it back your car your vehicle in for a little spin around town came right back to you could it fix it laterally yeah that's nice asking em I was like does it running he's talking about a timing issue and stuff so yeah but you can take that one instead no I move enough cars in the days it is like but yeah I know I you know it is what it is he understands the job he's repo before learn stuff and it happens from time to time but we got cause yeah I was like I just tell him I was like I started crying yeah like he's my career buddy buddy get everything out of it no I told him I said your daughter man she was sharp she was right on top of she's calm the whole time and she just you know right through it and Richard methodical that she walks in the house here's the key is you know I just like like this girl done this before no if you dealt with a great yet crazy mom she had it she was like just down down down - that's good yeah she's mentally ahead every-- years and eight I'm sure she's a cute girl good parents good parents well I don't know if some of that's all my choice or because I'm just a little emotional on occasion but I'm glad you guys were cool about this yeah glad we got this all resolved quickly yeah he watches your thing on YouTube and yep I'm like you can't watch him no more no great I just lost two subscribers yeah okay I'll go yeah I know we appreciate it all right cool well a handshake over it yet get it together Hey exactly see you guys later yep yeah if not everybody's that cool about it when you get your vehicle repossessed but my pull up is like I watch your YouTube channel he's like I was glad of all people that come out and do this when my daughter told me who it was I was glad it was you well I guess that says something for character you know at least I must handle myself good enough in the field that people want me to be the one to show up and do this but got it all resolved and all ended up on the flip side was you know what it was gonna go down try to get some more real repossessions then but messing with people that shouldn't be
