and it's Sunday August 21st just to apply a new address and the vehicles there it's a Land Rover that's actually got a boat attached to the back of it we went by the address a couple times over the weekend and hasn't been shown up and now that it's here we know where there's a lake so I'm just gonna get back over to the office and get the truck ready it's got a boat attached to it right out the steering wheel lock on it which is still on there he came trying to push me out of the way of his vehicle as I put my dollies on and we had a few words back and forth back and forth as he got into the vehicle and sat there so I walked it back rounded this other vehicle when I saw he exited the vehicle I went back around finish doing my dollies and then pulled away yeah and think we have a backup camera in the back window to that kind of in so two different cameras yeah not at the house I don't because we were up at the front door originally but once we were back out at the street [Music] [Laughter] all right so we're gonna stop filming at this point because we've got the police here they'll straighten everything out and then once ready to start recording again we will go from there no thing we could leave if we want to there's no reason for us to stay here but on this dune it just said the cops explain to them that there's nothing illegal about what we did I'll be out of here we're good to go you do this here for something okay get this all figured out okay like I told them nope nothing nobody got his Marquis no I tried that route and they want to get physical so yep that's your soon as I stopped you can get off started to go get and he jumped back on my truck so I wasn't making him stay on my truck in case that was one of the issues he brought up oh yeah I knocked on the door and pulled the holder lady that's what we were doing and he came flying out got rights I know I said this is a repossession and she said well there's a boat at estimates we've already disconnected the boat and then I started walking down towards the vehicle and that's when he came up all hot-headed and got my things and some pushing against my chest saying you're not doing this you're not doing this and you just got that I think I don't like you guys a determiner I get but I think you've been drinking he wasn't acting right anybody will jump on a moving vehicle it's just not normal I think this is TV or something you did you follow another fire dispatcher you're gonna read we do that immediately after we clear the scene because if we used to call before we would go and then the vehicle wouldn't be there this offense we've got saying we'll want you let notify us as soon as you have repossess the vehicle so was that dispatches request that if a reproduction takes place for us to call him in immediately afterwards in this situation I was trying to get clearance to see because the guy was going psycho and then he jumped on my truck and then I mean I the opportunity to call you guys hit not arose again since the reposition to taken place but we we always call him in with him in minutes after that's kind of the point of us being aware so they call these other vehicles spawn right the other problem with it yeah the other problem that's calling in ahead of time is the 14th amendment says that we can't do anything under the color of law and sometimes cops'll actually pull up before the repossession even takes place and if they were to go to their attorneys say hey we thought the cops are making us do it we've been to violating their Fourteenth Amendment right so technically complicated agree on respond saying we've had cops in their cities do that before they do a drive-by just to check it out and we haven't even started executing the repo yet and then when we said like city's repo a pot comes up pulls up and then sit there watching it can't look like you guys are involved it's one stead of civil party against another civil party and so our standard operating procedure is execute the repo and they call it in immediately afterwards so I understand your point about calling ahead of time but we have no control but what's gonna happen you know whether the repossession even gonna take place well until it does yeah and plus people don't steal vehicles with their comforting information right other side of the truck you know another one this is okay yeah they can debate they've got the finance company's information they can contact them and then the finance company will give them everything they need about us yeah he's got my card in like and he's got a copy of the order 27 we good to go they want to get their cash in what okay all right all right I'll say that sorry guys I got to get called out on this bullshit now my friends is rich people being stupid

I ended up watching a bunch of this guy's videos and he's usually super professional and patient. He just seemed burnt out in this video, which he acknowledges both in the title of his video and in the self-reflective statement he wrote which another redditor typed up in a separate comment in this thread.

I totally get this. I'm a nurse and I oftentimes feel burnt out by dealing with really aggressive, combative, verbal patients, or even patients who refuse to take care of themselves. He definitely lost his cool, but he didn't do anything truly wrong or illegal. And it's great that he still has the self awareness to see where he went wrong. It's unfortunately a part of the job when working with people, especially people in these situations, who are in a place of hardship and/or feel pressed up against a wall. At least in my place of work we have counselors who help us deal with burnout. I doubt this guy has any ability to seek the help that I have been provided.

My heart goes out to this repo man. Keep up the good work brother!
