Blocked In Back Yard Stashed With Cop Calling Neighbors What Fun - 09/09/2014

we're up here in Midvale for repossession on a 2000 Chevy s10 blue in color will is actually over there at the address right now it says that the truck is blocked in he's in his repo truck I have between the Tahoe with the trailer on the back we just been kind of doing a divide-and-conquer thing I've been moving transports around and he's been picking the ones that we need the repo truck for and we're just covering as many addresses as we can I'll go to one why he goes to another that way we're knocking down all these addresses we got two at a time pull it up to this s10 address here just a second see how it looks locked in it is I may just pop the vehicle for the steering wheel lock on it and then knock on the door and demand keys basically the way I would handle it if he wasn't there with the tow truck just ask to be hired 420 where he's at he's where he's parked at I just got a text message from Emma see what he says that's all from him my finance company sending me a picture of a driver's license for a skip we're looking for those lights green here will get through here and I'm just gonna enough room for me to pull over on the side of the road or not I I see it back in there blocked by a couple things for on this corner walk down there it doesn't look like it's actively being driven [Music] hey you just passed me I'm walking down the sidewalk just to come back through this little come back through that light and basically just pull right up in here and back in and just kind of park and I'm gonna it isn't the way it's blocked yeah actually just pull right into the driveway where this vehicles blocked in there's the dude out here right here I'm gonna fake contact and just get them to surrender it so I'm gonna wait to walk up until you uh pull up and you're just pulling those in and just kind of put kind of pull off to the side so that they see if we got a truck here and I'm just going to talk with him and just basically tell him we're here to pick it up no right yeah no he doesn't know I'm standing here I'm gonna wait till you pull him before he sees me it was up brother is this all one address the whole thing yeah okay are you part of that blue s10 okay oh no we're here for the s10 in the back so that's the people upstairs yeah okay who drives this silver car here in the red G frame okay if you could could you have these two cars have them move those out of the way so we can back up to the nose of that s10 alright well let him know for sure yeah I don't I don't know who tell me oh no no this has to do with the company that has the loan on there's a company has a loan on it yeah don't have us come pick it up yeah no yeah those have been due it's the property this has to do with the people that actually have the the title on it they've shorty yeah we used to take the rear seats out yeah we used to take the back seats out and we would actually cut out the floorboard and have a metal box welded in and then we drop a fiberglass box in and put a couple twelves in and then put the seat back over it and you had people anybody anybody that sat in the rear they got one hell of a butt massage do that motor sounds sweet I got some good climbing power how do you got a geared pretty good climber though huh Lars I can tell I'm out of here who painted it really yeah nice nice all right kind of work got my gloves before I keep walking on those vehicles for us certified this match 45 I think is worth a quarter be alright all right well we can take it anywhere because it sucks yeah yeah let's do that yep yeah right around the corner you know you got a vehicle it's blocked in you just deal with it go up assess the situation talk to whoever's available orders weren't even there the guy that people that owned the vehicles that were blocking it willing to move their cars out of the way no questions asked [Music] one actually goes back south with me Utah County so after we're done working up here for the night depending on how many I end up with we'd have to go south load it up on the trailer and transport them down all right so we are down here in Riverton for a 2002 Land Rover Discovery I didn't see it in front of the house but I did notice that the property but back quite a ways and there's a white trailer back there and an access road that runs along the side of the house so I walked along this field here and I looked through the fence and I could see the front of the Land Rover backed in next to what looks like a Ford f-250 f-350 this is real Colin right here hello 1:7 south west it looks like we look like we should be able to just drive straight back to the front of this Land Rover hook it from the front throw dollies on the back and then just drive it straight out uh you know this one know goes where he just came from yep yep okay I'll see you down here fight so yeah he's on his way down here right now with his truck I think we should be able to just get back there and hook it from the front throw the dollies on it it's just starting to rain the interesting thing is while I was back there scoping out the situation a lady in a blue shirt came out and came to this corner and she was looking at me seeing what I was doing and I tried to make it not obvious that I was looking at the Land Rover and then she walked across the street and went into the front yard of the given address I don't think she went inside the house but I stepped over the fence just got back into the Tahoe and she went back across the street and went into that house over there I don't or she's that now but she was definitely watching me and figure out yeah what she was doing you want to get a better look what kind of access we've got to get back there there could be keys in it there's a property from behind [Music] looks like there is a little gate there beware of dogs sign it was likely that gates gonna be locked let me just have to make contact on that Ornan demand it you just tell me to get bent but not locked it is locked there's not much else I can do let's see if I there's a back way well kind of these big lots have multiple entrances back entrances little skinny roads that'll make their way all the way back up to the rear of the property obvious right off the bat yes that same feel from the other side we think back to that land rovers through that front gate have to get up there and get a closer look and see if it's actually locked or buts just latched closed and our dogs back there I couldn't even get near this back fence it up down starting to go mark and ballistic it's fenced all the way around separate piece of property all the way around would have to start raining writers get ready to start this one this is one of those title loan deals were I don't have negotiating options it's picked the vehicle over that's a big vehicle up we don't get to do anything else other than that on these deals neither might just be watching their house while they're gone she may have just made her neighbor aware the fact that they could be some repo men coming around that could be what the reason why she's so skittish she's seen me pulled with a trailer park and walked back behind the property as soon as I did that she came bolting out watch what I'm doing she may just be watching up front of her place to ever see what we do I'll walk up and check out the fence and the dogs first and then my option of having I guess to go to the front door meet contact and let her know that we're here for the vehicle if nobody answers at the front door then I'll confirm my suspicions at the guy out of town but they could also just park their vehicles back there behind the house with their trailer [Applause] okay there is a gate on the side of the house that has a beware of dog sign with a doggy behind it and a chain going around the fence with a walk it's the only way to gain access into the rear to get to that land over knock on the door I think I think they're out of town she's got a neighbor across the street a female lady that was checking me out while I was being back in the field looking at it she walked out of her house and like looked to see what I was doing in the field and as I came back out of the field she darted back into her house across the streets I think she's the neighbor watch and there a house for them while they're out of town basically but yeah it's just sitting back there and there's a gravel driveway right down the side of the house back straight back to where it's at but there's between us and the vehicle is this little three-foot high chain-link fence the dogs I'm not even worried about they're not really that threatening they'll just run away from us if we go back there but it poured for a second and then it's stopped and now it's just kind of a light sprinkle coming but so yeah I mean I didn't even get halfway across that field and she came out of her house and was can't walk around the corner I was like looking to see what I was doing so she's she's and she's straight across she's straight across the street I ignore most guarantee issues I got my back to her house but I can almost guarantee you that she's probably looking out her window at me right now I'm kind of I'm kind of hanging around the front yard for a while I'm kind of hoping a cop shoot people real fast so sure we'll just go over here so we'll wait till will gets here look it over with him see what he thinks might have have to do this one later at night so we're cloudy skies yeah you got a high berm and a pretty high piece of chicken wire on this side even if the chicken wire wasn't here you got a canal water that's our Land Rover right there and only access to get back there so that little teeny 3-foot fence over there keys could be in it path aleast resistance that front gate the old raindrops falling now guys I've been out of town it's see the white trailer it's back because it'll f250 backed in behind that and then the land over in fact in behind that and the little fences on the side of the house of there and the defense says lift right up its kept a little post and it just lifts right up and I can walk the whole fence right out of the way the dogs as you as you get closer to them they run from you to little wiener dogs and then a sheepdog they've got horses all the way in the back back my gut tells me I bet the keys are [ __ ] in it I bet I could drive it out back kick know this lady just came out she didn't care back here but the husband was out on the porch now sitting out on the porch my prom cherry is I mean yeah he just sitting on the porch but she came out in a blue shirt and I got over here to the field to look in and I looked back she come around the corner was Center out there looking at me and when I come back across the field she walked across the street went into the front of their house but didn't go inside like went into their yard and then she went back across over to there so I know she's definitely watching their house but and then if we came 1-2 in the morning and quietly I walked up quietly and got the fence out of the way and then you came along you could back right down then back there and hook and we'd be in and out no problem and as you rolled out I just read hook it back onto the [ __ ] thing we never have to even touch the wok but it's the only way we're gonna get that Land Rover out of there never watch you do on did it 1:00 2:00 in the morning when everyone's sound asleep huh oh no this is the land rover we're on right now that's the venture van did you go by there I think just waiting to see if they came home oh yeah these guys across the street forever usually when somebody calls about a repo totes yeah yeah thanks yeah that's funny that he goes way back old school it's like bread that's like huh ILD it's a long time ago like long long time ago all right cool so yeah I'm gonna head up and pick up that s tenon just head south and if any of those other ones are there was that was the gate open were they over there still being navigate was locked but you open it for me and I stuck it there and when did he say when he was leaving yep yep that's the head he runs that stop well I've got the key to that gate on me if you want to take it with you or that we're Megan Lee I'll leave it in the tow truck in my yard oh yeah I'm not so bad to search okay I know right now I know it we're getting through most of it right now but once in a while I have no power at all and it's something to do under here's like a wiggle these wires and also don't get power okay the light the light the light will come on yeah well the light will come on even if it doesn't work okay but sometimes yeah but besides that everything's working okay no I have nothing else rule and I guess I'll get that s10 and I'll just haul it south and then we'll just go from there I just had a curiosity what why do you have the trailer I'm is that your vehicle yep yeah reason for transporting you should have seen how bald that one was before he changed it today it was rubbed smooth flat yep he just barely takes it out one of his uh one of these yeah one of it's one of these was dug into it and just just shoot it down so you put this tire on oh I was gonna say he's got some dry rot on that one [Music] this one's for a tide alone place yeah you know a ver ajiz about 325 yep yeah and there's yeah California's over 650 yep you know yeah you have to be bonded because I hear that you guys have to be bonded and know Kevlar oh we can't even week week yeah we can't even look like law enforcement we can't even be under the color of law you know they can't they can't feel like there was any pressure whatsoever that they would be in trouble legally if they didn't give it up and so these guys that were badges and you know Kevlar and tasers it's like you know what I was doing it for Zions Bank like I said [ __ ] I didn't go after sixty to ninety right there in that sweet spot anything over 90s considered a hardship I'm all they gonna do is pick up the phonee communicat all they gotta do is have a talking just with titles credit unions and banks [Music] yeah yep yep no the title loan companies are much more aggressive they're more like 40 days oh yeah [Music] that give them time to move yeah they'd rather dump 1500 in the more deposits and then moving bands and they would make it a tutor dollar payment it's just skills of ya know sorta John work unfortunately well Clara here and make it quiet again yeah alright guys well if they're here you guys come back with their town most the time or if not if not that at least getting to going to make a payment yeah so that'd be safe okay and then I'll call then thanks hey I need to give me any money for help me next time you ride together I'll just fill you up 7:3 is a pig loud noise all those cops pulling up you know the neighbors had called us called it in send an update over to the finance company let them know my vehicles here but you're not gonna be getting to it where it sits matter of fact just to piss the neighbors off one more time I'm gonna walk back there get a picture how it part send that over my update yeah I'll head back up to where that blue s10 is get it loaded head south with goes our yard down south he's gonna finish her on the rest of my stuff up here oh I can't wait to have my truck back not gonna miss this that's for sure looks like they just got home I said you're doing my updates walk over and talk to this lady yeah you got a second to talk we got a order of repossession from a finance company that's got a lien on a looks like a Land Rover I think Discovery drivelines tore out of it and the wheels broke wheels broke okay they uh they did put the information in there there was some damage to the vehicle and stuff they just asked us to come out that's why i brought the flatbed trailer because they said yeah they said it wasn't running and stuff you can't get it from what record boys what's the vehicle is sitting in the backyard next to the f250 on track and a different one that we bought for parts okay well the VIN number on it matches this VIN number right here and the plate that's on it matches this plate right here a little bit confused about how that vehicle back there can have the same VIN numbers why because we have an order of repossession to pick that vehicle up when you sign the contract for the title loan you gave them at the right to it along goes into default for us to come out and pick up the vehicle and we have to verify that it's the right vehicle before we pick it up well we've got a tow truck that can in a little short tow truck that was just here a second okay do you know when you'd be able to do that Wow okay you guys could never get all of them okay just to let you know I mean obviously my job is just to come out and pick up the collateral and move it if they contact us and say that they still haven't heard from you they'll just have us come back out again I don't want to be a pain in the butt but my job is just to still Landrover this in the back yard they asked us to ask us to go pick it up so there's best you guys just get in contact with them and just take care of with them and you know I don't want to be I try to have to be pain in the butt but my job come on pick it up and move it and and all that so just do your best to get in contact with them all right I appreciate it appreciate it thank you Hey see how she had tried to lie to me and tell me that it was broken down and it was at some record place than when I confronted her about the fact that I knew it was in the backyard first thing she said was and you were in my backyard why not oh I'm a lying piece of [ __ ] I probably shouldn't have done that so now I could update notes let them know that hey she's not gonna allow us access back there she made up all kinds of excuses about why we couldn't go back there and pick it up lie after lie after lie you could see the neighbors that run over their worst asses they could as soon as they came out to tell him that they had called the police and that we were out here looking around their property and she was like I don't care and then I confronted her the neighbors saw me walking up and walked away all sheepishly looking stupid people cracked me up nothing like nosy neighbors no no I'll do one more update stating that we did make contact with her and what she said leave it at that it's broke it down the wheels off of it guaranteed that Land Rover drives just fine when I fact after dark I mean come back and put a tracking device on it I'm almost guarantee as she's driving that thing on a regular basis I'll just let her bring it out of there and then we'll just track to wherever it goes and I don't think for a really good video getting that one picked up can't wait for that one
