mythical more um now we've told you that those of you who have been with us for a while you know I figure that it's got the Rambler on top ran ler with a with a pompadour now we're not is he's got it yeah the Rambler with a pompadour now we've been working with bearded lady for a while here you know our good friends from back in North Carolina Lance and Lacey Lance was on the show with us talking about our trip to San Francisco a few weeks ago but though the story goes that we were just you know at a party like two or three years ago I don't know what it was when we started breaking out some beard oil that I had or some beard balm or whatever and then Lance was like I can make that and that turned into this what has become our partnership with bearded lady they developed Lakes lip balm the peculiar clue I can't say it I can kill you lay perfect peanut butter peppermint lip balm and then also my beard oil and then going back over a year we were like wouldn't it be cool if we could have a pomade and then especially after you started doing your hair differently back at the beginning of this year and you started using a pomade we were like would it be possible if we were to have a product developed that we would it would it is there's no wood in it though that could get his hair to look like this and my hair to look like this and so we tried multiple different things and was formulated in multiple different ways and finally we arrived at this formula which is a medium hold-hold pomade matte finish premium head spritz so that's why our hair is water-based not particularly shiny yeah it is all water-based so it washes out really well mild scent so you don't smell like you know a teenager that's got body spray on it smells good it smells clean and smart and funny clean and smart and funny everything you want to be it smells popular no and it smells like it smells it smells like I'm getting date really it sounds like you're getting a date no not I'm on a date don't make promises that you can't judge if we can't fulfill what I smell like to you it smells like it smells very clean smart and funny it smells like clean trees it smells like clean energy it sounds like it's been produced by clean energy it has and I will tell you I'm going to tell you about that in a second but let me let me say one thing first there's this is a four ounce container now you may I don't know how it looks in links hands we have pretty big hands but most of the palm mains that we've ever looked like I've ever handle right now I've ever not a candle I've ever used personally are like three ounces three and a half ounces so we went with a bigger container so it's actually very tall compared to a lot of them so four ounces is compared to most pomade you're gonna gonna get a lot of use out of sight but load up all May yeah it's a buttload of pomade don't put it on your butt though you can it is I mean it's water-based all natural you can put on your butt if you want but we don't recommend that but it is made at a facility in the US all this is made in the US and it's a facility that uses almost exclusively solar power for the entire process so it has a very low carbon footprint smells like the Sun and so I don't know it's also like that we know we we wanted to get some some high-end products in there so it's not like you're a little cheap pomade that you get on the bottom shelf at a pharmacy this is something that this is like salon grade so this buttload of pomade is not a load of crap there's got good stuff in here so check it out and in later we will tell you what we do at some point we are going to make little videos explain like how you get your hair to look the way that you get it to look because I don't know the process I've never witnessed it and then I have my grading process and we'll break those down for you it's work a modest amount of paste into damp or dry hair then style to make your hair its mythical best simple erosions simple instructions okay your face is on this side my face is on this side we both look kind of sad because you haven't bought it yet when you buy it we get happy when you fit when you finish it and reorder another one that's when the previous back is we begin to smile this is new technology well we're smile at the top and then when it gets empty we frown we got to work this out do you um is there gonna dip some I mean it's white but then it goes on clear it doesn't you can do whatever you want to I have the perfect amount in my hair right now I do not add it this is about how much I use I broke the seal on this new product here do you uh is there a blow-dryer in your process sometimes if I'm feeling real speedy really I'm a little ashamed of the fact that I use a blow dryer I don't know what it is but I mean I've already got it in my hair styling and then it looks kind of weapon then it dries I'm actually doing this taking a risk guys I'm using the product that's nice link I like what you've done there and then it's gonna dry and it's just like the home shopping hey I do it when my hair is dry in a way that links hair looks very it looks like he didn't try too hard because when you got like really wet looking hair shiny here not a good look guys see how this is a good look um I put my hair's dry obviously but I usually it's damp when I put it on and then it it dries and it doesn't it looks like you're used to seeing it on my head and it's also this isn't just for the for the men that's good because men and women generally have very similar hair actually contrary to popular belief and you can use this in a longer haircut if you've got longer hair just if you want to give it some we're selling the heck out of this pomade guy yeah well we don't know yet we're selling it hard we don't know how well is that it's actually selling mm-hmm smell anybody's hands we've been talking about this for a long time and not we haven't been able to tell you about it and we've been particularly excited about this one who wants to come in here and smell so so useful any any smeller's any smeller's okay drew come on gotta get the branding right before you smell it here not you just dip your nose down what's that smell idea sounds like nature does it but the good parts of nature yeah trees because nature is also like cheetahs killing deer that's like that it's not mile in here it smells a little woodsy like a little hint of woods yeah I'd put that in my hair but clean like it's very clean nice Martin Assizes Martin funny I feel smarter and slightly funny just not right then but you don't have it in yet that's right we just got it here he hasn't had a chance to use it well we you know it's gonna revolutionize his life we write we made no we've made no apologies for how much we I mean we pretty obvious that we care a lot about our hair you know we quit caring about that a long time ago quit being self-conscious about that a long time ago I mean again if it wasn't if it was just up to me and I was the only person who existed on earth I would have either one large dread or just a buzz cut those are the only two functional haircuts as far as I'm concerned but we live in a culture where there are expectations placed on just this weird hair that's on top of your head and you have to fulfill those expectations in a mythical way or you are given the opportunity to fulfill those expectations I do that with read length mythical pommy it's your hair we're just the squirrel trying to style around here look at that length oh you got a lot you have a lot of volume there I don't know if that if that took it does good or bad always good I'm just demonstrating how I could you know how I could decide to do something different woke up on the wrong side of the bed the pliability let me do something different that fly Billy you look like johnny test is that what it was that his name no what was just miss Johnny Quest no what's the cut did you get the blonde hair that goes straight up what does johnny test maybe it's a test i took to see if I was a Johnny see nah nah but now I'm gonna fix it failed and also if you do happen to purchase this we would love your
