okay guys Saturday and you know what that means sweaty Saturday is in full effect and I'm serious it's freaking hot outside so a few things I filmed this workout this morning the same workout we're doing right now the video came out horrible it was messy which we like but like too messy as and you can see me in the frame couldn't see my form it was just not something that I was proud of so I was very irritated and I really wanted to get the video out to you guys so I was like I guess we have to do it again and here we are so this time my boyfriend will be filming and the only thing I have to focus on is the workout again it's fine my shoulders are freakin dead they feel like they're off on the floor right now but it's fine so my boyfriend's gonna be reading out the 8 exercises that I chose I chose 8 different songs that we're just gonna keep running through it until we're done so say hi boyfriend mm you're gonna see me fail a lot I think it's good for yet to see me fail because a lot of people think that I can just like zip through workout which I can not sometimes I get a big fat red s felt land failure is actually a pretty good thing you want to take your body to failure usually for me for my workouts it works for me I like that that's what we're going to do today so get ready to fail so with that in mind I want you guys to keep in your mind that this is a very hard workout if you have never worked out before it's okay congratulations you are here and that's amazing but you are probably going to stop a lot I am probably going to stop a lot like I said my shoulders aren't even here right now I don't know what you're looking at these things are on the floor for the workout is hard on my only two goals for you today is to one have fun and to move for about 35 minutes just once you guys get excited to move around hopefully the new routine will make you excited to workout and bring some excitement to your life and you'll just move this workout routine and next week's workout routine that I'm gonna post is also part of a one-month workout plan that is on my website there's two other workouts I go with this so it's a four day a week program all done at home all the equipment is very very basic mostly you probably have everything except for the rope so if you guys can invest in the rope it's really it's gonna take your intensity to the next level and it's only $5 on my website you guys have been asking me for an at-home workout program not really for at-home workout programs being and charging a money because they usually have like five to ten pound dumbbells and you can find that for free so I try to make it as detailed as possible as fun as possible and as intense as possible so all of that is links below go ahead and give me an email if you have a question about that if it's gonna be good for you so you don't waste those five dollars one more thing last year I said that I was going to be doing an experiment with one of these little sweat waist trainer things that said that it's supposed to shrink your waist and give you that hourglass figure and I never did update you guys but I thought this would be a perfect time to tell you that it doesn't work like I said my waist is still very boxy but what it does do is help you reduce water weight normally will wear it when I'm feeling a little thick in the waist because of the whole period thing and that's about to drop so my mess up this morning and redoing the video is not making me feel any better but I thought it would be cool to wear it during the video and we can kind of like look at my waist after and we've got our water so we don't get dehydrated and let's get okay just kidding I'm actually like I'm in a good mood but I also like just an irritated mood because I put in so much work with it this morning and I'm tired and had a headache and I am dehydrated still from yesterday so I keep trying to drink water so I just need other music to pump me up
