on today's comments to crafting we're taking a look at what minecraft would look like if dads were in charge of minecraft and let's just say the dad jokes start to go out of control okay let's start this one out strong with a really good one first one's the ladder and if you couldn't guess it's made of last oh boy this could be a very long video it's made like you might normally make a regular old ladder in minecraft except now it's made with baby villagers lads they climb upwards oh kids i'm so sorry i'm like trampling them just to get up this ladder oh man at least they're not whining about needing emeralds though so yeah like i said this is gonna be a very tough one all the dads out there why are you doing this to me up next is the beacon right beacons of course up you see where you are they produce a beam of bees into the sky oh my gosh you must be joking me you must be joking me yeah okay that was a missed opportunity there so to make this one you need bee nests glass and another star for your beacon oh man well honey i tell you what you're gonna want this one it is pretty sweet oh they're all dying at the top okay not so sweet ooh spider-man in minecraft it's a cool new mob apparently let's spawn in spider-man [Music] that's like only two percent cool at best spider-man caleb or caleb's dad mr mr caleb i don't know he has a friend and a close sidekick i stop i'm trying to look at your sidekick cave spider-man let me guess oh come on you must be joking me wait what happens if i punch one of these ah lucky them or maybe lucky me i would have had like a hundred bees all after me at the same time okay next one is the diorite oh goodness okay diorite die all right all right all right all right right die right is the most gross deadly block in the game stepping on it will kill you there may be a colorful version called die oh right [Music] geez all right well so terrible that it kills players in creative mode let's see i'll be the judge of that yeah all right it does diorite it does this is what i can get behind bedrock to make it you need planks and stone bedrock oh i feel sick not the most comfortable place to sleep yeah no kidding what are we cavemen cave dads perhaps he doesn't even let me sleep not that i'd want to but next up is the carpet i can only imagine oh you need a whole bunch of carpet right that makes sense to get a car pet ah okay pops i read you okay the carpet's a cute little guy that follows you around someone might need to explain how square wheels work yeah i'm not gonna worry about that just yet look at the carpet is sugar cane can only guess yep sugar cane for all those old dads out there that need some help walking and they're looking to add something sweet to their accessory list sugar canes mm-hmm the sugarcane helps you walk it is also great for fending off those pesky youngsters oh oh back in my day we're going to go up the hill both ways what do they say book shellfish oh no oh oh okay hey hey this is that looks pretty normal okay so then what does the book shellfish do exactly it grabs any nearby items and pulls them into it it doesn't really like to share however i do find it quite attractive huh okay let's throw some items down see exactly what he's talking about whoa literally actually grabs them all instantly that is a very shellfish bookshelf fish block what happens if i give it diorite does it die nope all right i guess not how about the furnace or the furnace to make it you need cobblestone and a fern and then you've got a furnace uh-huh that yup yup sure whatever that makes sense it's a smelty device great for cooking organic foods okay organic charcoal what makes it organic exactly how about organic raw chicken seriously what's with the asterisks i'm actually kind of concerned do i get oh i get it it literally cooks off the organicness saddest story worst come on dad how about this one the fencing sword okay that sounds oh no just based on what it looks like i know what we're about to get our hands into maybe some dough looks like a rolling board to be honest you need to stick in two fences for your fencing sword and there's not even an explanation for it you can literally just attack with it sure spawn sparring partner hey i oh he's strong easy does it with the fence i mean at first i liked the weapon but now i'm kind of on the fence about it sorry the grasshopper yes we've added insects to minecraft just kidding it's it's a hopper with grass made out of it is now an organic method of item transportation be careful that it doesn't hop away from you it can't actually hop away oh okay well let's just keep you a little bit of company huh there we go they uh they don't look too pleased are you all ready for this one we need some nether brick fences and some netherrack to make another rack ooh calm down everybody it's literally another rack the netherrack is the perfect device to store your items on it may be just a horrible pun but still can we store items on it nice oh the shellfish bookshelf okay good i thought it took it for a second i was like very very shellfish of you where did it go whatever i'm gonna count my blessings glass pane what is this one about glass and then a sword for a glass pane okay so what is it does it do any glass pain hurts when you stand on them this is probably due to the shardy construction goodness shoddy i oh yeah okay lesson learned oh boy it is very strong it's somewhat appealing i next is the warped fence gate okay how do we make this one who warped planks ender pearls for the warped fence gate how's this one work walking through a warped fence gate will teleport you randomly they don't call it warped for nothing okay the dads are losing a little bit of their steam on this one but let's go ahead and just put it down and oh wow it literally just takes you wherever okay whoa now where am i oh i'm like oh okay i thought it was actually a lot further how about this hey okay i gotta say it's pretty cool this is like a good troll item all right pops i read you night and daylight detector okay you need oak slabs red concrete blue concrete nether quartz glass very patriotic okay night and daylight detector so it's both combined into one a block to determine if blocks are similar to each other these blocks are similar both concrete and full blocks these blocks aren't one is a slab other is a stair and so oh night and day oh oh gosh night and day oh the oh gosh the pun just missed me so hard that took me so long i am embarrassed but oh okay oh wow i like that actually that's gonna fly over many heads but hey we roll with it here's a dropper all right a dropper you need cobblestone tnt a lot of tnt and a lot of redstone dust to make your drop or does something it it seems a little rough i'd say it's cooked too long but it looks rare as the diamonds from before and i didn't get it back packed ice please be something not terribly cringy huh packed ice is just own not a problem no one say anything i'm just glad i don't have a nose dad's ruled minecraft there'd be a flint and steel item and to make this you just need regular old ingredients but now you got a flint and steel interesting so flintsteal lets you take items from your friends well people that used to be your friends so this is caleb's house of ugliness nice wow wow very very ugly i can tell you what i'm gonna do with this house we're gonna flint steal it yeah stolen by stila i think it just means burn up until it's uh gone and and you've stolen um his place of living from him i mean it's indirect but you know these things count man that thing is going up very quickly wow thanks dad i always wanted to bring someone's house down in minecraft okay i think maybe they forgot to update this one bo that should be easy stick stick stick string to get a oh oh no oh a bow oh oh gosh the bow can be worn in your hair to make you look pretty is it true can i oh oh look at me wow oh big fan actually it doesn't work very well for you though hey what i thought it looked good that's what i think about what you think caleb did that wood turn into slabs of beef nether right oh gosh right next to what nether left so another right scraps golding is to get another right ingot uh-huh one in your inventory you were unable to turn right oh gosh this is going to be particularly difficult well i can turn left but i'm unable to oh nether never right right i get it it takes some major brain adjustments to turn correctly i challenge you to keep it for the rest of the video maybe oh no this is not going to be good okay mycelium wha it's just my uh mycelium okay uh mycelium okay we're gonna we're gonna try and oh this is gonna be really bad all right let's turn this fight you thought it was your ceiling but no it is mycelium so yeah mine not yours these are getting worse yeah i'll say your celium jokes are terrible and the bow is nice i don't know what he's saying is this the last one okay good because the the the the another right is getting to me so this is inner chest okay oh gosh instead of an ender chest so we need obsidian and an eye of enter to make the inner chest okay i
