work or study uh i work okay um do you enjoy your job yeah i do what kind of skills do you need do you need to do the job that you do i should have a good networking skill which i have i think very commendable communication skill ah nice i'm talking about communication what kind of emails do you receive about your work or studies specifically what do you mean what kinds of emails do you receive about your work or studies whichever one or two you're going to use work or study okay oh i understand you know so um relating to study i do receive meals scholarships because at what point i would like to go to my master's study nice um do you prefer to email phone or text your friends next directive my friend specifically i make use of whatsapp because i usually connect to most of my friends so do you reply to emails and messages as soon as you receive them i brought a message faster than i applied to emails so yeah i'm faster with messages exactly what's up like i stated so immediately i get the message i'm able to reply immediately but my email takes time to synchronize so let's say i synchronize everyone also okay are you happy to receive emails that are advertising things no i don't like it at all example is the junior app you give me a idea i used to message from demand i don't like it okay um you seem to be a very um straightforward person you know what you want so um we're going to move to the part two of the ielts now you will have to talk about the topic for one to two minutes you will have one minute to think about what you're going to say and you can make some notes to help you if you wish here is your cue card here is your pen please take some time to make some notes from what you're going to see and uh i will record your speech after you're when you once you're done right just get ready to stop okay so let's begin i'll read out the question and then you please start please indicate when you want me to start the recording describe a hotel that you know you should say where this hotel is what this hotel looks like what facilities this hotel has and explain whether you think this is a nice hotel to stay in okay let's start okay uh we're talking about um a hotel on the island material to be specific to be specific and uh you know you tell them uh it's somewhere around adelaide i can't specifically remember the exact place it was but i know it's on the island that's victoria not too specific uh i actually went for international study fair hosted by uk ees i went there to just make some inquiries about some universities outside the country the hotel has a very good uh auditorium which uh was conducive for the number of schools that were there because we had schools from germany uk a host of european countries and outside europe like usa and canada so the first thing i saw outside the reception was the auditorium itself so it was a very very nice auditorium so about it being a nice place to stay obviously it was a nice place to stay from the aesthetics the beauty and every other thing that is related to the hotel i'm 100 sure you should have every facility and authorship and hotel is in need of so uh personally i think it's a very very good hotel and spacious and conducive for other programs which can be this uh affair study fair thank you very much for that um so did you stay over or tell did you spend the night there okay after the program would you like to spend the night today obviously i would love to depend on that what kind of reason would you have to spend the night at the hotel probably i have a job on the island and it's late because uh personally i don't work i don't work late at night oh okay so let's move on to the part three for this test um what things are important when people are choosing a hotel okay one i feel proximity to the goals they are trying to achieve in that area for example i have a job to accomplish tomorrow morning so i would like the proximity to be a bit closer to where i'm going to so that's one and two aesthetics some of us are just uh attracted attracted to beauty why do some people not like staying in hotel i feel there's a misconception on hotels about to be specific in nigeria for uh someone can say is going to the hotel and the first thing that comes to somebody's mind is um probably sexuality or something else yeah so i think uh it's a factor that makes a lot of people not bother going together and risk walking normally that night do you think staying in luxury hotel is a waste of money you can afford it there's no big deal for me to uh be in it do you think hotel work is a good career for life uh it depends um it depends on career goals like some people go to school to study hospitality management and one of this is just because probably you have passion for caring and things like that so yeah it can be a good career for such a person how does working in a big hotel compared with working in a small hotel pay that's the first thing that comes to mind the pay and probably the convenience and the extra i think of communities is that with the hms and gifts for doing holidays and stuff like that so what skills are needed to be a successful hotel monitor for me i think uh a good hotel manager should have good communication skills that come first because uh ah accompanying good management skill so those two is a very vital for a uh hotel manager okay would you like to be a successful retailer is that if you have the chance if i had a chance of course i would love to be successful in anything i do this will be inclusive in
