HOW TO INSTALL A BOLT-Up METAL SHOP BUILDING | TEXAS BEST CONSTRUCTION

[Music] what's up guys joshing on here Texas vest and this morning we are starting the framing on this 30 by 50 shop building and we're gonna try to show you guys some of the steps involved in putting up this pre-engineered bolt up metal shop building there's going to be insulation there's going to be the metal panels framing and we got our crew here we just got our telethon alert and the materials gonna be here any second and we'll be unloading all that we'll be getting going so what what guys are doing right now is just going around double-checking all the measurements and removing the nuts off of these anchors so that they can get ready to start putting the columns what you'll start seeing them do is line out and label the columns what numbers are gonna go where because they're already marked on the plans this process is gonna go a lot faster in some ways than the weld up because everything's already pre done so we're just taking the information that was designed in the office coming out here and these guys are just gonna put it up [Music] [Applause] okay so our materials are here we're just getting everything unloaded everything situated we're prepping for the columns on the slab these are the roll-up doors our client purchased and there's gonna be four doors like a 12 by 14 - 10 by 12 I think and [Music] a foot a foot and we will have a walkthrough door like a 307 m [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] I read it Brandon come I'm reading this you see that brendan is gonna be before you folks Brandon is read in your comment oh I see where he got the cockiness from welcome you this is a Coleman Brennan's reading your comments on Facebook place on YouTube on YouTube I said Brennan has been on videos before you didn't you need to get caught up he says he said I see where he got the cockiness from he's saying it's from you Sana's for me that I'm talking okay [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] here we are wanted to show you guys final end-all product here on this bolt up 30 by 50 metal shop it's insulated it's got four doors which is quite a few doors but they wanted our clients actually wanted plenty of options because we're going to be building a lean-to off on the side it'll be a 15 by 15 link to that we're putting on the side so they added an access door for you know if they're having a party or just whatever they might be using this for and I think that's a good idea and then of course they got the big height doors 14 foot which is the one we just came through as well if we spin the camera around this way we've got to 14-foot doors one being a twelve by fourteen the other one being a ten by fourteen so giving plenty of access obviously to get in through the face of this shop building so a couple things that we want to take note of on this build because you'll see some interesting straps and some other things these are actually designed for wind load you got the cables this is part of the design as well because this is a full engineered building you have the straps that go on the top they actually we're designed to criss cross and that keeps the purlins from going one way or the other and gives added strength therefore support for no twisting so here you go it's gonna be a nice little shop it's clean you know it's it's a little non-typical than our willed ups because everything comes primed and you know you don't have maybe some rusted materials and things like that so the bolt up is a good clean way you'll see that we actually put the insulation on this as we were installing it and you'll see it on the roof as well so this is nice shop it's a nice shop and it's gonna be really nice for our client to enjoy for a long time but this is the 30 by 50 got a lot of headroom 16-foot eave heights with a 4-12 roof pitch okay guys I'm over here with Drew and we're trying to get our final filming of this building we did it's always a battle to see who can get the best picture so I feel like I've got some pretty good songs already but I know drew you know okay don't be deceived like this guy he always puts Sony he tags Sony on his shots he's using his iPhone guys look at that till the truth busted we appreciate you guys watching and don't forget we still have more updates to come on this particular build so stay tuned the way you can do that is you can subscribe and ring the bell so that you'll get directly notified when we have a update coming and I'm Josh helm wishing you all the best and thanks for watching Texas best hey if there's a problem burning right there see they got ya if there's a problem it's his fault he put the boat everything is wrong just [Laughter] kidding don't worry hey Vic checking all the measurements and they said you got at least 4 or 5 volts he said he they said he checked three or four times quadruple three hours to do this cuz I checked and check you tell him that he did a good job you know cuz there's a problem he needs to know how to do it okay they said who where did Brendan come from or something like that I said well you haven't seen some of the other videos you need to get caught up and he said something about oh well that explains the cockiness lol or something like that I'm like wow it's the way that he portrayed me that's true maybe maybe he's saying that you got it from me what do you think I don't think I don't think Brandon's cocky he's actually a pretty humble guy and so I don't know he's a you know you got to have confidence there's a difference between being cocky and confident so I think there's even a scripture that says cast not away you're confident because then it is the recompense of reward you've got to be confident
