hey everyone its Julie and today I'll be making honey garlic lamb chops they were so juicy flavorful and delicious but the best part about everything any guys look ten minutes to make how great is that so let's get started okay so first thing I did with salt and pepper both sides of my cute little lamb chop and I bought these like this they're kind of tiny you can buy bigger lamb chops you can buy the connected rack of lamb any lamb chops will do and I'm using kosher salt and now if you're like my grandmother you're probably thinking only salt and pepper for seasoning and you'll probably try to shove me unless she can't cook category but here's the thing I love flavorful meats and I love to season my foods well but when I'm making a certain dish like this where honey and garlic is the main focus there's no need for cumin coriander sofrito sauce on and etc same thing when making lemon chicken the lemon is the star so let's let the honey and garlic shine and salt and pepper goes a long way all right so we're just going to get a skillet with about two to three tablespoons of oil and we're going to cook these for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they're brown and crispy just like that I look so good I want to pop it out of the video need it all right we're going to flip them over on the sides and then we just want that fat on the sides to get crispy for about a minute or so and this entire time I was cooking the lamb chops on medium-high heat all right so we're going to remove the lamb chops like I said and then we're going to add our minced garlic and really quickly just give it a quick stir and add your honey ASAP you don't want the garlic to burn garlic burns incredibly fast and we cooked our lamb on high heat but now you want to turn down your heat to about medium-low all right I threw in some soy sauce some sesame oil and a little bit of chicken stock just to thin it out just a little bit gave everything sir actually now is when I add the chicken stock see I'm always getting ahead of myself all right you don't really need to taste this because it has soy sauce and lamb chops or season but if you want you can I think the recipe I'm sharing with you guys is perfect but if you guys want to adjust of course you may do so I added the lamb chops back into my skillet and we're just going to flip them over and let the juices get in there and then we're going to sit while I serve this over couscous you can serve this with vegetable salad or rice and now I really want to take a little lamb chop out of this video I drizzled some extra honey soy sauce on top of the lamb chops and added just a little bit of dry parsley to make it look nice and you're probably thinking truly you love to make things with honey garlic and soy sauce so much oh yes I do if you have three ingredients that work better let me know that may look perfect if you like yours more well done you cook your lamb chops longer that's just how I like mine I hope you guys really make this because it was so delicious and I also hope you enjoyed this video and thank you guys so much for watching
