Balsamic Brown Sugar Lollipop Lamb Chops

hey guys welcome back to africa's kitchen today i'm gonna be cooking some balsamic brown sugar lollipop lamb chops that are so good okay so first i'm gonna start off with my lamb chops they are cleaned and they're pat dried i'm gonna spray some olive oil and then i'm gonna add my one of my main ingredients which is my balsamic glaze i'll be adding about a tablespoon and a half and then i'm gonna be seasoning it with my go-to seasoning which is my seasoned salt my onion powder my garlic powder my red crushed peppers my regular black pepper and about a tablespoon of minced garlic a little parsley and then a half a cup of brown sugar and then when that's all done i'm just gonna massage it in and i'm gonna mix it all up until the brown sugar is all melted oh and i can't forget a little sprinkle of sea salt [Music] okay so next i got my pan i'm spraying a little bit of olive oil on there and i have the heat between medium to high heat i'm going to wait till the pan get a little hot and then i'll be putting my lamb chops into the pan and i'm going to be cooking it on each side for about five to six minutes until they're like nice and charred [Music] [Applause] [Music] so [Music] so the lamb chops been cooking for about 13 minutes now and they look perfect so i'm going to take them out and put them to the side i'm going to let them rest for about eight minutes because they are kind of small and you can always pair these lamp chops up with a rice of your choice you can do it with some mashed potatoes and vegetables or you can even do it by yourself like an appetizer and garnish it with some rosemary and parsley and make it look all [Music] pretty [Music] thanks for watching another one of my videos so please like subscribe and comment below
