[Applause] our next speaker has never met Don Rickles oh that's a lucky guy but he uh he asks especially if he could come here tonight just to pay tribute to him ladies and gentlemen would you please welcome Mr Foster Brooks [Laughter] thank you bro thank you very much thank you as they put Frederick and gentlemen just told you I have never met done with records in fact he's probably wondering what I'm doing here he has never even seen never even seen there's never seen me before [Laughter] he has never heard of me and our paths have never drawn however Mr reckles you and I do have an indirectly relationship see I'm fooling around with your wife [Applause] so you see we do have something in common I hope you understand Ron that we've tried to keep this very very discreet so don't tell anybody with you [Applause] my wife would be furious if she found out John I really must compliment you on your spouse Mrs Mrs pickles she's a real Dilly [Applause] and I must also admit you have a very little a very lovely home apparently you're out of scotch [Laughter] [Applause] and if you if you happen to think of it pick up some pretzels [Laughter] [Applause] wife and I love to do most watching you while you're on to are you on TV when you're on we're just laughing charcoal and giggle and sometimes we even turn the sound on [Applause] foreign [Applause] [Applause] [Laughter] your lovely wife on for any of this our getting together was all all my doing it's all my fault I haven't be the one who answered her ad in Hollywood Free Press [Applause] [Laughter] you know your wife thinks that things very very highly of you Don she tells me you are one wonderful man and I know that you you must be to put up with all her snoring she tells me that since she's been Mrs Right Here [Laughter] [Applause] it's every day with your respect Thanksgiving by Ellie that's what she gets for marrying the turkey [Applause]
