Exploring the NEW NETHER in the ORIGINAL Minecraft Hardcore!

well-well-well do you think could be back here so quickly guys welcome back into the original minecraft hardcore world and boy does it feel good to say that just as I abandoned it it kind of abandoned I felt like I abandon it but just as I did that minecraft were like you know what clicked upload and uploaded a brand new snapshot which has the new nether update in it so that's what we're in right now we are inside snapshot 20 wo6 a which gives us a brand new nether which is pretty crazy there's loads of new blocks there's loads of new biomes but the problem is that we need to go ahead and a travel pretty far in our nether to get where we need to be what are you doing here how did how did you get here are the cats are judging me they're still angry from what happened before we're not gonna talk about that for now guys okay we've got some exciting things happening so today or what I want to do is actually check the advancements any new ones I don't think there are as of yet there are no new advancements so we're still 100% complete I actually need to grab some obsidian I also need to grab a flint and steel do I need one more I think any one more obsidian actually so let me go and grab one of those just because I need to be able to go to the nether fly as far as I can go because I could have reset my nether which would been the easy way because as soon as I would have gone back into this portal everything would be new but I have loads of network setup loads of travelling setup so I didn't really want to do that so we're gonna travel instead and hopefully that works just like when we went to find the bees in the overworld we should hopefully be able to find the new stuff in the nether and then create a nether portal and fly back in the overworld oh no I need some fireworks oh I desperately need some fire because when you've got eight to be able to fly home oh geez I'm have to find some gunpowder from somewhere that's upsetting but yeah in the nether update today we are going to see if we can just find it for starters but then there is also nether right which is rumored to be even stronger than diamonds even stronger than the big boy the number one material and minecraft has just been knocked off of it's thrown away try and find that I would be upset there's no more advancements but I'm sure there'll be some more new ones in the future but let's go back Gharib Citian and then we can go to the brand-new nether if my plan works so let's grab this I feel so good to be back buddy let me go up mysterious son of sir buddy and slow horse eight slow horse how's it go I didn't try and replace you that didn't happen don't listen to anyone that tells you otherwise let's eat the golden carrots as well I really hoped I've got some gunpowder hidden away because otherwise I'm not gonna have that many fireworks and that is troubling I still haven't fixed this either what is wrong with me what is going on fireworks fireworks oh no I've got none absolutely none unless I've got any oh wait hold on a second I need to check these forgot that these were a thing I do have gunpowder sweet I just need to find sir what are you doing will you chill please I just need to find some paper or gold I will definitely need I'm actually gonna take all this out because I do need this stuff let's pop all that in there because to make nether right you need gold I think I'm pretty sure so I'm gonna take that out as well there's some sugarcane I'll take that I've got stuff all over the place but this is a damn tedium let's play so you shouldn't be shocked why have I done this to myself ah here they are right let's grab let's just do all six I mean why not just pop that in there that in there grab some we'll call that in there half it's just so it is twice as nice go to sleep of these random chickens in my house I don't even know where they came from but they're here so what else are we gonna need I need my obsidian I haven't actually made this obsidian yet I'm gonna save the gold for later if you could get off the box please need to make some fireworks I guess that should be enough but I kind of want to make some more just in case we've got a more sugar cane in here I have absolutely no sugar cane that I can see so let's go and grab some sugar cane let's also make sure we've got our obsidian as well do not make cobblestone oh thank goodness Oh watch out watch out oh my goodness nope no what are we killing the dogs especially when they haven't got the names you wanted let's go look how fast this is it doesn't even have I don't even have my beacons here I haven't moved everything back yet I'm a fraud right so now we have enough obsidian flint and steel don't know why leads on me but that's fine the buckets I can put away at some point so let me grab some sugarcane and be back with you guys in a second this might be enough you know just a stack in a bit just to get us by zap and zap sweep this is definitely gonna be enough so if I just make all of this I don't think I'm gonna need gunpowder for anything else so let's pop this in here and let's get going you good bro yep you're good okay you were just a dream it that's fine okay we've got our fireworks is that everything we need to get around the nether pretty sure it is I'm just gonna take all this stuff with me so I'm gonna need to fly around the nether as well that's good with a quickest way to get around let's grab some baked potatoes and some cooked chicken all right to the nether let's see if we can make it out alive because remember we could still die I still have a totem on me so that's absolutely fine and let's choose a direction to go in I've traveled really really far in the nether so I need to pick a direction that I haven't quite been yet so this way I definitely have been cuz that's the nether roof in the fortress I also didn't want to lose what I did with another roof either cuz I don't feel like doing that again see Guardian temple definitely done before let me change here we go I I'm gonna put this in my off hand cuz remember last time it got a little bit crazy when I use the aletheia in the nether and I don't think I ever want to do that again that was terrifying you definitely been this way I feel like this way is a good bet so I'm gonna try and go this way without killing myself let's see what happens shall we take it nice and easy let's not get too crazy let's actually use our fireworks oh jeez okay we've definitely been this way what is this way which way we go we're going west we're just gonna just gonna go for it we're gonna go west see what happens and see if we can actually find any new parts of the nether if not I'm gonna have to Fandango away to reset my nether but also save the other one and then have the flip-flop between the two I'd already want to do that I'll see you on the other side the problem is I've traveled so far in the nether that I don't even know Oh hold on nevermind oh look at this whoa I chose the right way guys this is incredible hold on a second we've actually found it already oh I didn't bring an axe with me there's the sounds it sounds so nice we've got ourselves some warped stem it goes green oh this is sick I have wanted something like this forever we have got warped roots as well um what is this I want to see what this is oh I think a broke that no no no no no no I hear ghasts I keep forgetting this is a tragic place there's lots of Enderman here where are we we're in the Warped forest this place is dog this is my favorite place guys how you doing I've come in for a hug but your arms are too long can you chill you chill please I'm sending that back out never mind okay I'm gonna leave I don't want to see you anyway did I pick up that thing a shroom light oh we're gonna have to do some kind of re re chicken around some what's the word what's the word I'm looking for brain please work redesign that's what I'm thinking and we need to do some redesigning of my home with all of this this place is awesome so at least we know that we have found on earth is this a warped fungi oh how many different biomes have they added so far I'm not actually sure but what we do need to do is make sure that we've added a nether portal here cuz this isn't gonna be far from our home I don't think so do I do it now or do I do it later I feel like I should do it now and then we can just have one that gets here where shall we put it let's not put it at the edge so we don't risk dying in lava this is exciting though like really exciting let's plop it just here so knock out this with an elite truckers that's what I do yeah wait is this a oh it's pickaxe of all is this new nether ACTU ah this is great it's warped my Liam that sounds incredible yeah I purposely not looked that much at this update because I didn't want to spoil it for now so all of this reaction is genuine absolutely genuine right the screw that's this this yes BAM so now we should be able to light this let's see where it takes us actually hopefully it's not in please don't be in the ocean don't be in the ocean don't be in the ocean okay it's Underground that's even more useless oh wait nevermind this isn't too bad whereabouts are we I can't see myself on this map okay we must be really far away actually never mind hello earthlings how are we we're gonna have to do the old banner trick on this I think because we are in a completely different location with 6000 blocks away that's not too bad at all right let's not lose the nether portal but at least we've got a way to get straight to our new nether which is pretty sick I'm excited I need to explore some more and also check what things they have actually added so I'm not looking for things that don't exist ah yeah right I'm gonna grab some of these great the sounds and the design the visual design for this stuff is so nice so I'm just looking at a Minecraft snapshot info page which it tells you what's been added and we've got loads of different blocks we found some of the Warped stuff but we need soul soil the crimson forest is another biome we need to find nether rites mine ancient debris in the lower depths of the nether at your own risk and then you refine it into a scrap combine for scraps or for ingots to make nether i'ts so for gold it makes one nether right ingot that's pretty expensive but not too bad but at least gold has something to do now which is good so Sam Valley we haven't found yet as well but we have found the Warped forests least hostile place okay that's good we started off easy so we need to find two more places and I'm ready let's go I think I'm just gonna keep heading this way actually and see what happens let's see if we can find any other biomes I need to make sure that I don't get into the eyesight of these Enderman I need to remember that I'm in I'm in the old a hardcore mode as well otherwise I'm gonna be in even bigger trouble let's try doing this let's just be super careful though the fireworks make you go so fast and we need to try and find where the scraps are - dude this place is so nice the nether looks incredible now oh we found a new place we have found the new place I think this bad boy right here is the soul sand valley is that what it's called yeah soul sand valley so we got soul sand here we've got this stuff I love the new sound effects your minecraft had done well really well hold on a second basalt okay so bath salts can do certain stuff I'm not sure what but it can do something oh there's also pig Lin's in here as well would be dope if we could capture one of these but I don't think we're going to be able to okay I need to go east to go home I need to make sure that I do that and remember that otherwise I'm gonna be in big trouble lost here forever and nobody wants that so this is this the stuff we've already got yeah this is gnarly ambass all is new I don't know what you can use it for we should find out but this is all this is new this is definitely new oh wait you can make torches with this Seoul's soil what kind of torches can you make then normal torches what are the other torches yeah I think I'm gonna need a crafting table for this look at the different changes in the way it looks when you go from one to the other I like that a nice to fade so it doesn't look as weird and I think that's a new biome over there as well we've also got bones here bone blocks which I don't think appear anywhere else do they all that noise is really satisfying hold up listen to this let me just fill up the black choker box with all our goodies so all of this can go in here bones netherrack let's grab that sweep yeah if you light a fire on soul sand which you can't do it doesn't exist but if you do on here goes blue and I think you can make blue torches which we definitely need to find out how to do so I'm gonna grab some of this stuff we've also got crimson roots I think they're new as well what they're definitely new I don't know what you can do with them though and there's something dangling over there they're either crimson roots or something else look quartz over there there's more Enderman over there as well and apparently pickings do exist in this snapshot oh I think this is the other one this is the other biome I'm pretty sure let's see what happens whoa chill chill chill chill chill chill oh my goodness I think this is it yeah this is the final one oh all this hogs here this is the crimson forest do they attack me I'm kind of scared actually I don't have a shield on me either hello friends how are you look at these red trees and what is this is red crimson eye Liam oh the builds you'll be able to make with is so look at the ribcage what died here I'm so pleased with this update I'm just gonna see if I can uh attempt to make friends with these guys if I hit this guy and the pikmin gonna get angry I don't think he's gonna attack me is he you good bro hello how are you I tried to slice them and did it work let me see if slicing is this a hog Lin okay what a big nose you have my face could fit under there okay let me see oh oh oh I hit it that was kind of weird I'm gonna hit you again what's happening to his legs you good I think you're good okay the Pikmin do not care about this being here and he drops experience and rotten flesh that is pretty much it okay that is not helpful in the slightest is it sir so those are in here now but they're fairly peaceful look at this wood it's purple this is called a crimson the stem purple woods ah this is great this is such a good-looking biome and then we've got weeping vines as well which I think can grow in different directions is another fortress here that's actually kind of cool I might need that at some point I want to see if you drop anything else my friends I don't think you do right now you only dropped rotten flesh that's definitely not handy but at least I see it's the only way you can get food in the nether right now until you drop something else so you have a fortress down here with blue flames around it in the brand new biome but now we found this what we can do is go and find nether right is that what it's called never right it doesn't really say where you find it so it only says like deep down so I'm guessing we need to be on the floor maybe and one of the new biomes just so we know that is generated luckily get in through netherrack is actually really easy I don't know if we need to go into the gaol hold on what's this what's this block here I haven't seen that yet what are you nether wart block oh dude you can find them now that's kind of cool right I need to find some nether right so we can make this and max out our armor cuz right now we're actually not over well with overpowered but we haven't got the max armor anymore which is kind of crazy let's see if we can find us some nether right I need to be careful though cuz my pickaxe is gonna run out real fast oh man these the so rare I'm reading the wiki right now ancient debris is what we need to find and I think we need four of them right to get another right scrap I mean one of them to get another right scrap but we need four to make one ingots of nether right which is nuts apparently one to two ancient debris spawns randomly between eight and one nineteen so currently we are in the right place but only one to two spawn per chunk so I'm not quite sure how you're meant to find it is that rarer than diamonds I think it might be you know I'm whipping my pickaxe around and this stuff's gonna be so hard to find it should be as well though to be honest cuz if it's better than diamonds then it should be rather than diamond which I think it is and you have to battle through the nether to get it but oh man how are we gonna find this I thought it was gonna be easier I'm not gonna lie we have to strip-mine in the nether I think if I have to strip-mine in the nether oh I wonder if our fortune will work I've only got fortune 1 on this so I might need to go home and upgrade or go and grab my other pickaxe cuz if we find some we want to make the most of it for sure so I'm not gonna lie to you I have spent ages trying to find nether right and I'm full of a are you back off don't fire me this is an exciting day don't ruin it by being a punk but yeah I spent ages trying to find nether right however it is the ancient things so what I thought I'd do instead is try and take some of this stuff home just because I want to try what happens if you use all of the mushrooms cuz apparent you can burn me all those apparent you can't bonemeal netherrack as well and it will turn into the stuff that's on the floor which is pretty crazy I also want to see if we can grab the stuff that's from these leaves oh wait the leaves just get made can I not grow these trees at home I'd love to be able to do that oh this is warped wards oh okay I want to see if I can try and grow some of this stuff at home I think that'd be amazing yeah as you can see about all the quartz that I've got and the nether egg as well I have spent ages trying to find it and I just can't find it so we're just gonna try and find our nether portal and get home I'm not quite sure where my portal is so I just over here I think I just saw over here I'm pretty sure the way you write there it is a fella how's it going how are you enjoying the brand-new nether stuff I think it's pretty sick you think it's sick good good I'll leave you be oh this is so good now though we need to find out where we are on the map and then try and get home so we have a way to get to the nether real quick but it involves being underground why is this a thing I'm not even on the map am i is it raining as well of all the times I want it to rain and it's not raining there we go that did not work to plan what is going on which way to home I'm gonna guess this way I think it's this way I'm pretty sure it's gonna be this way I thought how long it's gonna take me but we're gonna get there oh there's a monument right there I I would have been better off just going back in the nether why did I not think of this I'm such an idiot but hey it's fine yeah we just need to go east we're a dot on the map now but it's 5,000 blocks away please be careful don't be an idiot and then we can do some experiment him with this new nether stuff because I think I want to work on a big overhaul of this world even though we started the ultra hardcore we can still run this side-by-side cuz it'll be ashamed to just leave this after how many days you spent on this how many days are now 622 I think that says yeah be ashamed to leave it all now so hopefully a makeover is on the books I think that'll be fun I don't know why I didn't just go through the nether that's the whole point of making the portal in the first place isn't it why did I even put a portal there I took it I thought it would be a good idea it wasn't a good idea at all right I don't have beacons anymore so this is my beacon the beautiful cobblestone beacon that we created together right let's do some experimenting let's get inside first and I'm trying to think like what can I change if we could get new bricks that I'd be amazing as well like new bricks to change the cast wait so I could dark castle ah I've got so many ideas but I don't think one of them are gonna work the only way they're going to work is if we can if we can actually grow the other stuff I guess so let me grab this black box full of goodies and let's grab some bonemeal as well and let's try this out have any more bone meal I must do there we go 64 bone meal I'm pretty sure it's bone meal that we can what are you doing here what are you doing here why are you here we got no I didn't know what to crimson fun guy doesn't look like it's gonna plant on here so let's grab some netherrack and see if we'll apply it on there let's get rid of this this is all experimentation I haven't looked to any of this to see if it works the Crimson fungi doesn't go on there either maybe it goes on a Liam no Liam would work that would make sense no Liam BAM crimson fungi goes on there ow oh oh that makes this so is there a way to make this sustainable I don't think there is is there because if this grows like this there's not really a way that you can make the tree decay and stuff that just doesn't work I don't think it works anyway now looks so good though look at this that's crazy so that was the Crimson fungi there's another one what is the other thing that we can grow warped fungi that was the other one so let's grab let's put it in the line here put this down here warped fungi oh oh they're bigger as well ah we eat we changed the whole world to an evil nether worlds right now how are you listening to me you're the one of the only survivors from this thing look how good that looks but I need to find a way to make it sustainable potentially in the overworld as well because these fungi I think you can only find on the floor if I could find a way to harvest them that'd be so good what else can we try crimson roots let's see if these do anything okay you can't do anything with those let me see if you can grow them maybe okay they don't do anything good to know we have weeping vines as well so not actually sure what these do Oh or they hang underneath stuff you can't bone mill these but I think these are gonna fall down I don't know if you can climb them or not we'll wait for them to grow and see what happens shroom lights now these are cool the other thing I wanted to do actually was grab I don't want to use these planks for it I need some wood please I need wood there's no wood in here I need this crafting table so I can find out how to make the cool torches cuz I need blue fire everywhere I need blue torches this whole world it's gonna look fantastic just look at this stuff it's so sick right shroom lights I'm gonna put one just here I don't know how to craft them though that is the problem how do you make them what about the torches are they go soul fire torch soul soil stick and a charcoal so let's grab soul soil and then we just stick and some charcoal I don't think I have any wood on me gonna check all my shocker boxes and see what I got ah I have some wood sweet I don't have cold though let me go grab some call real quick gonna take the quick way oh geez it's like it a little bit I've got too much going on in here and grab some coal all that gold will be done by now as oh it is great ready for us to get the overpowered armor which is gonna take us a while so we got soul soil stick and then call BAM all these are gonna look awesome too oh wait you can make lanterns with them LAN jack-o'-lantern oak planks or what's it called what the lanterns called maybe it's in the crafting table always forget soul fire lantern iron nuggets and a torch I need to grab one of those too so this is the blue torch look how sick that is oh I need to make there they're pretty expensive I'll give you that because they're one charcoal for one on a wait they're not they're exactly the same you just need the soul wherever the bottom part scored I'm gonna learn the names of these you just need soul soil isn't too bad to get I wanna grab these warped roots as well and see what happens with these so let's put another nail iam down here mind you let's test and see if we can do this there is a way to turn this into that I think it does say bow mill on netherrack so maybe I just need more of it see what happens Oh meal on netherrack this is definitely netherrack isn't it or maybe I need it to be connected that might need to be connected see I'm not looking this up I'm just trying to discover it we're doing science experiments here and now oh yeah so as long as it's connectives we can make more of it so I can get unlimited of this which is nice warped nyam but there was another type wasn't there crimson I liam so can I make crimson eye Liam or is this one rare - aha I know I can do so if I do this and then put another AK down here I can spread the red one I'm pretty sure that's how it works give me some nether Eck - another egg down here and as long as that's connected yeah we could make the red one let's go so oh these ones only plant on the red these are you plant on the blue one of these plant anywhere let's see what these do though I don't think they do anything right now oh man this is cool Oh basalt as well that's a new block so that can go sideways or up ways not really sure what you can do with it though if there's anything you can craft with it I don't think these have a use yet I'm gonna go and grab some iron real quick just to see what the lanterns look like cuz they're gonna look sick as well iron have so much iron it's ridiculous I need nugs though iron uggs and then we should be able to make ourselves one of those this is gonna be so good I think these are the best looking blocks in Minecraft by far they're insanely good-looking oh man right let's do this that in the middle so soul fire torch in the middle that router outside makes the soul fire lantern I want to place this somewhere look at this that's so sick right it's getting too nighttime as well so we can test out what these will look like so you've got nether wart blocks I'm guessing you can make them by putting them in a nine-block let's see it's kind of hard to see what is new in here they go nether wart block so that's how you make that nether wart block warped walk block doesn't have a recipe so you can't make those I love the you can make the wood so you're just gonna have to go and grab as many of the fun guys as you can to be able to get enough wood for this so I don't think it's gonna be too bad it'd be good if you could maybe bonemeal this to get yourself some to get yourself some fungi but I don't think you can there's one thing we're missing here no we're not there it is nether sprouts I think actually what I wanted so let's see what these do you plant these down can you bonemeal them I don't know what the nether sprouts for there's no recipes for them either I don't think they do anything just yet but I reckon they're gonna make some kind of food I want to see how good this looks when is right into nighttime it kind of gives off like a soft glow which is kind of nice like we do the whole of our base like that is it gonna look amazing the shroom lights I don't think you can craft you can grow them I think though by making these trees oh yeah that there's one there you can't craft them though not yet anyway the nether sprouts don't do anything which is interesting I'm sure they're gonna be made into like some kind of food at some point but I'm pretty sure we gathered every single thing that is new in the update apart from the ancient shards and nether right which is gonna come next because I think we need to find a way to get nether right easier because I spend probably about 30 minutes maybe a little bit longer trying to find some and it's so rare understandably so but we need to find a better way to do it so I need to think of a way to do it and then I want to grab as many of these resources as possible so that I can make my own nether in here because the place in the nether looks so nice and we didn't even have to travel that far to get it because we hadn't traveled what was it east or west I can't remember one of those oh man they're bothering uh they're bothering this man over here I'm gonna go sleep before anything bad happens oh yeah we got bustle as well I wonder if they'll use that for anything I could build the cost out of this and transform it a dark castle mr. chicken do or the dark castle is not interested in the slightest haha man that was so good and I've got so much netherrack bones are really are easy to come by so you can just help it to spread all the way across here ah that look so good I think my psyllium will look good with it as well actually Oh careful oh my goodness please be careful you almost chopping your head off actually you're a daredevil I appreciate that I appreciate that a lot we just grabbed some mycelium real quick if I go any dirt I've got something somewhere but I don't know where I've kept it I've lost it good job good job ah how are you surviving wait what how are you surviving out here what is going on you're not even wearing a hat you are so you can survive that's fine how did the other guys survive where did he go so confused what Oh creepers great we don't want your kind around here sorry buddy goodbye what are you doing here as well oh you could shorten you as well spiders falling out the trees what is going on ah no not a second creeper explosion I'm just trying to outro the video you guys calm down please actually did that gunpowder though I appreciate that thank you I think this is giving some mobs the ability to spawn underneath here what is going on someone this is cursed land this is now cursed land bad anyway if we make an evil section of this world these guys are gonna fit him perfectly instead of being in a small sandy pit you guys can be let free in our nether section oh there's another light up there as well which is kind of nice that's two in one not bad guys we still have one thing to do which is learn how to farm at nether right which we will do at some point in the next video so we're back in this hardcore world my friends and I'm gonna try and make it so that I can get nether I armor next I don't know if you can enchant it or not but it's gonna take a while to get nothing either right to do that and we can make some improvements to our hardcore worlds the OG world is back and I hope you enjoyed this video if you did leave a like that'd be
