A DISASTER Happened in Minecraft Hardcore!

another week another minecraft a snapshot welcome back to my minecraft hardcore world I don't know about you why I'm loving these weekly updates we got new items we've got new blocks and one of these new blocks I'm very frustrated about you see this this is by a pretty sweet nether castle it's made out of a beautiful thing cool why they say it like that beautiful freakin this beautiful thing is made out of bath salts and today they added a new block cooled smooth basalt or polished basalt so I'm gonna go and test it out and if this thing looks even more cool than this I'm really pretty max I'm gonna have to take the whole thing down and rebuild it in this smooth stuff so let me just see if I've got any bath salt baths oh there we go I'm gonna smell one of these bad boys up yeah there we go new recipes top right you see it it's happening I'm gonna do it give me this cold soul sand that's no I need you put this in here pretty sure you can smelt it I then give it this but yeah welcome back guys how are you doing hope you're doing good last time if you're aren't caught up then what you doing but last time we traded with pig Lynn's that's why we have so much gold and I have something to say about gold as well but I'll tell you in a second we also got this nether right hole which is our first piece of nether right equipment we haven't actually found a normal piece of never eye equipment at all we also got the soul speed boots and this soul speed book and apparently I've been a dummy big dumb dumb apparently you can only insure this onto nether right boots I mean what was I meant to think when I've got iron boots with it on huh what does Amanda think come on let me see this polished diorite looks like I mean bass up you know what I mean oh all my stones mixed up if I put this down I look sick I'm gonna be mad oh it looks kind of good no why does it look so good you know what I think we can we can make this work if we get some basalt and we work it out a little bit I think we'll be okay if we don't recreate the whole thing we can just this there we go there we go see I think this is gonna look good if we like outlines certain bits yes yes okay I don't need to rebuild the whole castle that's great what you need to do though is smelts probably half the battle I have let's do 28 and let's see if it's gonna look good I'm gonna put it in certain places up the middle of here will be perfect but I'm apart from that I'm not changing the whole thing I refuse I refuse to do it minecraft okay anyway let's get to the cool stuff last time I went to the nether because as you know the big nether update is coming out and every week they're adding new things well last week they added in golden or in the nether so you can go and find gold there now they've just changed that this week to drop gold nuggets so we were out here getting one gold ingot for every single gold ore we had to smelt it which was fine but now when you bust one open you can do it with any pickaxe you don't need an iron ore above but you only get golden nuggets so I think we cashed out pretty nicely from last week's episode no go I the money came in and we profited how much gold have we got left actually we used oh we got some more up here what okay we've got two stacks not too bad actually not too bad at all considering we just lob loads of them at the pig lines if you didn't see it go and check it out it's very very cool I need to put these boots wigs I don't need these I don't need these actually I'm gonna take these because I need at least one piece of gold if we're going back into the nether I don't need this diamond her anymore I'll Oh call me crazy but we got this bad boy look at it it's beautiful I think you can add enchantments to hoes now like better ones so we're gonna in shine this bad boy up at some point new item let's get it so we need glowstone there we go one two actually need quite a lot of glowstone there we go that's as much as we have so I need to go over to here grab myself some crying obsidian that's right I can't use it on my portal anymore it needs to be used for a different block actually I'm gonna go sleep real quick bear with me I need to go sleepy-bye bias what am I even saying at this point I should have record this late I get a little bit delirious you bye bye stop looking at me it's creepy guys what have I told you please I still think you're plotting against me I just want to check if we've got any more crying obsidian in here oh we have eight hey that's actually pretty good there you go new recipes it's right there Oh Carmen crying obsidian portal just cuz it's gonna look fantastic but this here here am I gonna fill up the back I don't really know I guess I can afford to let's do it and see what happens does that look weird at you know what it looks alright I'm liking that it kind of looks like you know the old game cartridges it's just been slotted into the floor I'm about this looks great but now you can use crying obsidian for something else I thought the recipe was six crying obsidian and some glowstone but I might be wrong so I thought it was like this oh it is like this the respawn anchor it's brand new I don't think we're gonna be able to use it no like we are in we are in minecraft hardcore edition here but this is brand new and it looks cool I need to take it to the nether though so let's grab this we've got a couple glow stones and that's got anything live yes so touch because I'm gonna need as much glowstone as I as I need for this so let's go in here oh that's actually kind of cool yeah I like the back of this so the respawn anchor this is a way for whoa whoa yo don't be pointing that they're pointing that I mean why why are you mad oh wait wait wait wait wait friends I'm wearing the or of your people you serve me well last time guys very very well indeed I appreciate your have this have this oh I forgot you need to wear gold otherwise they're gonna destroy you yeah the respawn anchor brand new item in Minecraft now they want and they being Mojang they want you to be able to like live in the nether the unfortunate thing is if you put a bed down and try and use it it explodes so this is apparently meant to be the option if you want to respawn in the nether the only downside is you need to keep it topped up with glowstone so let's pop this down let's add oh that's cool wait that's really cool look at this oh it's like a normal nether portal but a little bit cooler I like this this might just be one of the coolest looking blocks in Minecraft I know we can't use it in hardcore but I'm gonna put it in my house so I think this looks cool now I think you can charge it up four times you see that one two three four oh it gets brighter each time as well it kind of looks like it I didn't mean to do that but I've done it so I think if we die no if we died how does this thing work because if you die you lose all your stuff but would you respawn here like a bed that must be the case which is which is why we can't use it in hardcore but the snapshot image adds like a little one above it so I don't know if you can like make something else with this thing but I think it aggrieved me it looks like a pretty cool cauldron granted we can't use it but we can oh it sounds kind of sign is kind of creepy you I'm liking a lot I swear test if I get my glow stone back okay deaf you know get your glow stone back so and be careful with this thing actually I'm gonna grab myself some glowstone real quick man this pickaxe is just Opie another thing that we need to do in this world is prepare for getting nether right so I was talking about you can't use beds in the nether we're actually gonna use the beds to our advantage because we need to blow stuff up to find nether right so I need to make I think it's a smithing table so I'll see if I can make one of those but first let's grab some glowstone look at this okay give me let's shop the shop haven't seen you in a while you're gonna work wonders on this glowstone thank you my friend silk touch this into my inventory thank you how much did we get oh I keep forgetting that I got my my falling boots on keeps scaring myself headphone users I apologize I got 29 okay right let's head back and let's find a place to put this in the house cuz we ain't gonna be using it but I think if you fill it with glowstone so you can good do it up to four times and each glowstone is a respawn chance so if you're in normal survival and you die in the nether I think that's where you're gonna respawn but it uses up one of your little chunks on the sides I'm pretty sure that's how it works I can't test it in here because you know your boy hasn't died just say it but I'm pretty sure that's how it works right let's place this thing down I wonder if it works in the overworld actually and I don't know where to put it I feel like just here would look really sick ah even that noise is amazing oh no oh my goodness no no stop stop stop stop stop oh no no this made our wolf this is made out of wool I don't know what to say guys oh oh no oh no wait a second I I could have died I could have died get that in my off hand trying to scare you but it would have been over I don't even know I spent so long in the staircase I don't know how it works I think it goes there I think I've got a box with all the wood in haven't I yeah there we go warped slab so we can rebuild the floor did you we don't need to rebuild that do we I mean we're good so for I just I put the chests in the wrong place which is big brain move let's just actually we need to put a torch down here so nothing spawns underneath and then we're just gonna rebuild this real fast no biggie we can rebuilt as quick as we blew it up we can rebuild I just need glass white glass and then I can change this and get rid of this but wait wait wait wait - look yeah well that stuff popped in okay sweet so that was the chest I think we lost a crafting table but who cares about those am i right I'm joking I'm joking let's put the cooked pork chop in there this was the food chest oh no this is all broken to my new bath salt is ruined as well okay polished a bath salt that can go I guess it's a opportunity to kind of try this out well that goes sideways I told you they'd be a plus side I told you that would be a plus side let's do this and this this and this and then we need to do some more there was also a furnace I think I lost quite a lot of furnaces you know I definitely lost a lot of furnaces but yeah who cares let's grab a crafting table and rebuild that grab some cobblestone oh I can't believe that just happened the cat's gone be quiet up there you make me upset I shouldn't have things they just died I think I had six let's do six of these 2006 put those back where they were good job well done so those were they're blocking the window perfect I lost a lot of coal as well I think I'm pretty sure I lost a lot of coal that's a lot of coal gone oh man I don't believe it I need some more how many more do I need one two I think it's me two more let's do two one more actually because I've got a number one here got some normal basalt in here take this wood out I got some wool from all the stuff suspicious stew some foods oh man ooh oh you can make way look at the top right you can make a new sign now as well which is quite nice maybe what on a skinny Junior with that sign confident that happen how any of you knew that was gonna happen put your hands up and don't raise them to Ike's you make me mad this will forever be known as the great explosion when people will say they remember it it'll be because I'm an idiot let's break this I want to put all of these things in here maybe this is a good thing maybe it's a good reason to reach each everything and that's not a good reason to do anything I'm I'm just mad I'm just straight-up Mads give me this she the only thing that can cheer me up put this sideways put this sideways there dude that's gonna look good all right next thing we need to repair is we need to repair the staircase that needs to be done while we're doing that though we might as well grab the glass oh we have loads okay we might actually not need to make any more this is good we need another another thing I hear how did the explosion get over there out up there dude this thing was brutal do it the question is do I put another one in I'm feeling like I don't want to but it looks really cool so I'm kind of I'm kind of torn man this blasted out a lot of glass I might actually need some more okay so it makes sense that that item does that because the beds do that in the nether so obviously that's gonna do that in the overworld so obvious that that was gonna happen that I didn't expect it to be honest I should have thought about that as an option surely man I hate spiral staircases especially when I've done it once before and blew it up there we go that is fix right you guys were literally saved by the beds that's what she was saved by so I don't even know what to say to you my two least favorite cats survived the great explosion as allowed to feel about it okay is this done I feel like we're back to normal but I also feel like it was the other way round was it I don't think it was right what happened here we need shroom lights here instead oh that was a shroom light actually wasn't there right that will go there was that one in each corner there might have been one in each corner yeah that looks better deaf oh and this one there okay I think balance has been as restored as it can be I need to put this shoot back in his uh his rightful place with an item frame okay at least he survived wait this is more here hold on there we go there we go they're gonna shoot pride in place we bow down to friends we bow down I feel I was something missing here I'm gonna have to watch back and see what actually exploded because I'm I'm not 100% sure I've got everything I'm coal I'll take that this can just stay here for now it's the secret chest no one will know about it we didn't lose anything crazy which is good I need to replace the armor stands that definitely needs to happen I need to keep an eye on you guys because I think you're up to something still especially after that don't let blackcats cross your path sleep on your bed watch you while you sleep give you a kiss while you sleep bad things happen really bad things I really want one of those things regardless in my world though I think we should protect it in something because obviously it's gonna explode it looks sick I'd love to have it in my house but I feel like I would accidentally right-click it all the time what if I was eating near it boom it's gone I really like it though is there a way we can encase it in the floor or just in the middle of here because we could have like let me grab some glass let's think about this for a second panes and normal let's see if this works so if I had it directly in the middle if I had it there I'd need glass like this and then we'll be able to see it all okay that's gonna be a pain in the butt a hundred percent so I don't think that's gonna be worth it because we need to see the sides and the top I could put it in the floor here well let's see what happens all this looks kind of weird actually well this might be better so if we did this this would stop me breaking it no I don't think it's gonna work in the middle it's not gonna work I need to decide where to put it though cuz I really want in my house I could put it outside full extend the castle and put it in there maybe like a an unstable room that could be a cool idea I could which way I could make like a secret room and have it in but then we never go in there to be there's no way that's how it's supposed to work surely I can get rid of all of this mega quick look at this it even lags when I do it because my pickaxe is so strong we do this all the way up I don't watch dropping frames every time I touch this stuff but maybe it's cursed maybe I changed my castle to a cursed castle and I've cursed myself without knowing who knows the more things will happen I'm sure let's jump on here oh that's looking sweet I like that a lot I can put the other trees down there as well because if I get the whatever that green stuff is called and then put some other tree's down there that's gonna look so good so good I love that I think it's great I need to sleep I'm hearing zombies okay you guys need to move I am NOT sleeping on the same bed as you get off get off no I've got to go and do one more thing this has been a pretty eventful episode wasn't exactly what I what I wanted to happen I'm just looking at the other changes the other big change is hose and now the appropriate tool for sponges interesting not gonna need to use that anytime soon right I don't like the design that I have forced onto myself with this I think I need that to go all the way up but I'll work on some of these designs with the new polished basalt it looks good though definitely have to do the central column in bass or actually let me try and do that now let's go down sweet let's just uh fry all that in here there we go that's what minecraft needs a fryer so now we have a good project we've got weeping vines as well that's great because now you can get all these red and blue stuff in the overworld which is fantastic Oh what are you doing here oh no no it stopped right in the forehead how did you kind of like the crossbows but they're not as powerful as the shoot and I can't get him back this is full of shoot gotcha oh this is so cool there's still an element of danger cuz I still can click it from the side so it's chilling okay polished basalt is complete so this should make a pretty nice column I like the top as well kai reminds me of quartz somehow probably all this in here that is looking spicy look at that that looks good so what I think we are overdue for is a beautiful stream over on Twitch - we are not forgot this doesn't open to renovate fully the castle with any of this I'll get your input from from you guys I want to renovate this because I want to have like I want to have that oh jeez Oh what I have the nether spilling out of here I probably want to remove this and replace it with something else get something for the llamas but most
