Exploring An Untouched Abandoned $3,000,000 1970's Colonial Mansion **EVERYTHING LEFT BEHIND**

yo what is up you guys it's ethan again back at it today what i've got for you big big big mansion this place is absolutely beautiful i haven't seen the whole house myself yet just took a little look around you know half the main floor haven't been upstairs yet haven't been downstairs yet with all that being said um i don't know what the the uh what's gonna happen to this place probably gonna be demolished it's been abandoned for a long time there's cobwebs um a little bit of decay you can tell it's been sitting for a bit so um scouted this what a month or two ago with my good buddy carlo i'm here today with my buddy allen so uh anyway let's get right into it okay guys inside here this beautiful beautiful mansion um so from the research i did um before i came a couple nights um a couple nights ago i did some research and apparently it was built in around 1974 this house was built there's a real cool surprise through there we're going to save until last so let's get right into it we have a big house to cover you're going to notice that it's a lot of it's furnished and there's a lot of stuff in here but you're going to see some decay you're going to see cobwebs and you're going to see that we are not just in somebody's house so what's this what is that that was a little fridge that's cool it's our light no it's dead bulb's dead because i think the house has power these big wood nice solid pegged floors got a fireplace here couch fancy looking table look at the cobwebs in the uh the bugs coming through these double doors and check this out guys whoa look at the grand piano oh wow that's the decay i was talking about look at the water damage guys the cobwebs everywhere i don't know what these are they look uh well they're definitely oriental you guys know what that says or what these are definitely let me know wow the dining room look at the big cobweb guys it goes all the way up to the chandelier cobwebs everywhere in here get this big china cabinet painting on the wall it's the kitchen holy freaking huge holy crap not one but two fridges look at the crown molding holy guys this is awesome here's a big cobweb i don't know if that's showing up on camera see it right there right there see that hopefully no one's lived here in a long time guys hold the maytag sink is there a date on the window a lot of times the date will be on the window um 19 oh it doesn't say it doesn't say sometimes it'll have the date the windows were installed and generally if it's the original windows which you'll be able to tell means that's where you'll find the date of the house that old 70s oven the subzero fridge those aren't cheap panasonic mike the nuke we got the jenn air stove top i'm not going to be touching stuff and flipping on switches and whatever but that's pretty cool and then you have a little eaten area here so obviously this isn't like the main dining room but um again here's another look at this massive kitchen that's beautiful just beautiful look at that light with the molding above it wow not sure what that is got the old uh intercom and then the newer adt system that is not armed see all the bugs on the floor guys it's what i'm talking about look at all the insects it has been years since this has been lived in holy crap look at the crunching sound it's gross let's see on these shoes i don't want to get them all gross there's a staircase not the main staircase that's out here but there's two staircases guys that's pretty cool here's the main foyer isn't that beautiful guys look at the big crystal chamber here big staircase wow what's up guys holy smokes here's the front door looking up wow i don't know why they leave this stuff tower in here oh there is what's up guys that's freaking beautiful look at that painting or drawing what would you call that exactly is that a pain you're drawing i'm an archive that's pretty cool there's a bathroom yep what's up guys crown molding in the bathroom holy smokes that's beautiful the wall sconces man let's go this way oh you know what that's the surprise we're going to save to the end we're not going to go over there yet we looked in here but not really so we're going to have another look in here we got here we got cinderella in the prince guy not a disney person don't know who this guy is but there's cinderella that's cool pretty nice house guys right guys that's the main floor let's do the basement for a second we usually do the top floor but we're going to do right here first but first before we go downstairs we get a big what is up you guys obviously there's a mirror we're going to say it um then these orange 70s carpet stairs this beautiful wood paneled basement foyer with these nice brown floors but not only that we have like 13 what is up you guys is on these stairs check out these mirrors and then a literal wine cellar like you've seen me in like some of these houses have wine cellars whatever like and they're smaller no this is a whole room holy shoot that's a light switch if you're in here only one light works but you get the idea mirrors to say what is up you guys every time you want to come grab a bottle and it's not like cheap wood like that's that's solid wood it's oak wood beam the ceiling god damn man even the uh these big handles on the wood doors friggin unreal and then you come into this little rack area rec room area you got dimmers on here for days all the lights down here don't know what that is looks kind of cool does it move oh it does move treadmill carpet i think a speaker maybe a painting on the wall you got some workout equipment down here um this probably doesn't work sure doesn't oh creaky but my favorite part about this basement guys a literal disco ball that's freaking awesome it's over here you got a closet with stuff so i usually don't look in the closet but there's stuff kids stuff look at this old bathroom no light but it's white or gray and blue what's up guys holy smokes house doesn't end saying holy smokes a lot lately you notice that hey holy hannah laundry frig bro not gonna lie that scared the excuse my language scared the living out of me holy jumping what is this goddamn thing what is this okay that's from 70s like that's probably older than the house or it was put in when the house was built god dang oh a little excited sorry guys jeez hey okay that matches the stove so that's probably been down here it's a stove built in with a microwave dude that's you guys know me when i see something retro i it hits me in the fields and i freaking get excited all right you know what but again give me a heart attack i'm going to end the clip here quick so we take a couple pictures and then we're gonna resume guys okay guys let's continue so you see in the basement you've seen the uh main floor what's in here jesus man stuff's gotta stop musty oh it's just storage no big deal don't really care there's more important things than a storage room i think back up guys here we go top floor what's up you guys look at this light fixture oh it works got some very generic pictures in these frames here very weird you have a tub with the towel still hanging i have no idea oh this is nice wow nice big light fixture some paintings kay gar garvin don't know who that is there's another one oh what the oh the bed still made bloom with joy huh where's the light oh what's up you guys oh what's this oh this isn't i don't think this is a bedroom it's more like a den or like a i don't know an office there's an intercom that's cool lights working here oh yeah sweet what a nice house man so sad that this is just sitting here like this beautiful house beautiful house what's this closet oh cedar closet i was right there's your main staircase and chandelier beautiful turn these lights back on for a sec made for the mates quarters huh interesting okay guys so we were just in here spent some time in here we spent some time in this bathroom again what's up you guys times one times two times a holy jump and there's a lot of me look at that look can you see that look at all me holy jumping but now check this out so there's a girls room we can walk through here i wanted to save this if you got a peek of it earlier then okay but if not look at this the bed's still made there's stuff on the shelves disney stuff barbie doll look at this look at that these like figurines of disney characters there's littlest pet shop figurines up there down there wow i really hope this is why like this is the type of spot we like to keep like quiet so stuff like this doesn't end up going missing because that's just that's amazing garbage day i think in here right there nice light picture that's just brilliant what's up you guys look at these mirrors in the shells wow but that that's amazing that they would just leave that okay guys so now that i've had a chance to take that in let's keep going oh clock holy smokes jeez man i just i don't know is that the light you think those bark the pot lights look at that alrighty guys so you've seen that let's go into here shall we whoa fireplace how do you leave all this stuff like this furniture is obviously not cheap and like you're just gonna leave it here for i i mean judging by like the the part of like where we are like this house is probably going to be torn down and how do you leave this stuff man like look at this unreal master bedroom obviously is freaking huge what's the date on the pizza box 21 10 19. oh he actually might be okay until somebody was maybe squatting in here definitely i don't know if they still are and if they still are and they can hear me we're not here to mess with you your stuff be out of your way in no time look at this bathroom holy what's up guys holy crap there's a bidet toilet crown molding everywhere i haven't pointed it out you might have seen it every single room besides the frigging shower man it upsets me to see a house this big this empty what's up you guys oh and i can't believe i almost forgot and you guys thought i got away with it i think i did say it now that i think about it but what is up you guys oh nice here's the closet wait what there's a safe locked safe big closet okay let's finish this place up it's getting hot in here what's up guys holy smokes it's hot in here look at that here's the like maids or servant staircase attic entrance another bedroom look at that this is presumably a washroom yep what's up you guys good decent-sized room not bad oh yeah nice and bright really bright actually that's nice the heck is there light in here no there's like toys and stuff in here okay look at this this light up hell yeah it does our alarm's off it's probably good nice so guys i found the switch for the chandelier check that out beautiful beautiful beautiful all right i don't want people outside to see it so let's uh let's get this thing shut off all right guys this is a surprise i'm saving to last ready to see this hell yeah indoor pool staircase we're gonna get to look at that big skylight look how deep this pool is holy crap diving board here's your spiral oh it's hot up here i think there might be somebody in here with us guys i hope i'm wrong but i think there is because when i cut the other clip i could hear something look at this [Laughter] that's awesome and there's that it's freaking on up here holy smokes okay guys that's gonna do it for this one hope you enjoyed i'm gonna be kind of quiet there's neighbors there and there and over there everybody's in outdoor pool in this middle of summer so um that love being said hope you guys enjoyed this
