Beautiful Abandoned $3,500,000 1981 Castle Mansion

yo what's up you guys it's ethan here um today i've got this super super cool house for you um i'm gonna call this like a castle style house whoa big cobweb big just walk right through it oh it's in my freaking anyways we're gonna call this like a castle style mansion um don't know when it was built it looks 70s here let's see the date might be on the window like it usually is there we go house was built in 1981 here let me show you let's see is it gonna show up or see right there 1981 that's how i get a lot of the dates for these places but yeah so 1980s castle style mansion um had this place on the radar for a bit but uh just doing it now so i'm excited to uh show you guys this place and uh without that being said let's get right into this all right you guys this is where we're starting off here in this little uh back hallway room here i don't know what this would be kind of just i guess a hallway huge you know that's a lot of woodwork in here that's real wood don't worry about the side here nice glass same right there you can see there's a nice gazebo play place outside look at this wow cobwebs holy crap look at the wall scones nice parquet floors i like the wood yeah that's solid real wood they built them good back then got it up there even smells old in here not that it is old it's only not even 40 years old but it uh get that smell okay now that part you know what let's let's show you guys now so this is probably one of my favorite parts of this place there are a couple but so you have a french door here and it's like stone and it's a curved hallway and then before we go into there you can see here you have a skylight big wall sconce and there's a door there right over there and you know what i'm not gonna show you what goes to the left of me yet we're gonna go up here first so that goes into the garage a little area above the garage here parquet again the wood is that it's wainscotting right i believe that's what that's called it's nice in here really nice get an idea of how big this room is it's huge and usually these rooms above the garage are hot it's very comfortable in here actually so anyways i thought i'd show you guys that first see what's in here the hell there's your garage three-car garage pretty empty it smells weird in here oh no the door closed um but yeah not a whole lot to see in here three-car garage there's a mirror over there so you know what that means what's up you guys tables just stuff like that nothing super special going on in here all right let's head back in here all right and this is what i was kind of saving to show you right after i show you this wall sconce here so right here check this out so it's a room with a door [Music] a big chandelier it's like a castle dome uh ceiling isn't that beautiful it's awesome dude damn check that out all right let's keep going we got a lot of house to look at and we're already uh approaching five minutes okay got a bathroom here there is power sup guys nice this looks updated hmm we get to trim a lot of details in this place this looks like an office maybe look at cobwebs see that right there walk through a bunch of them in here too there's still a few things left on that shelf there the built-in what's this what do you think guys closet bathroom what do you think yes the closet [Music] nice window park your floors again nice nice big the size of the doors in here like they're just heavy-duty like solid doors and you got this what is this oh tv stand that's cool all right let's go over here first and then we'll come back to where we just walked through so here's your dining room big big big glass chandelier it's freaking beautiful like that up there that i'm molding again with the wood very old-fashioned but very nice very classy if you ask me look at this the little details just things like that these windows are cool they're like glass block windows nice painting michael um don't know his last name nice nice window big window fireplace is nice stone it's really nice actually there's a surprise right to my right we're going to do that right after i show you the kitchen huge looks kind of modern to some point water work sure does hey center island that's a puzzle that's kind of cool huh you get your inner column here neither of these times are accurate all right it's ready for the little uh surprise here guys check this out so there's your stone uh your stone flooring which this place gives me a very big medieval vibe and then we have a what is up you guys and we have this is that not beautiful look at that big chandelier big skylight with like a molded ceiling around it look at that and then you have a little painting here uh looks like grease judging by the buildings the water there's a motion sensor it doesn't work thankfully and then front door here you got a little tiny chain there up there all right let's head upstairs well first of all look at this railing that's awesome anyways let's head up the oak staircase just walk through a big cobweb it's a weird staircase the angle it's on cobwebs what's up guys dirty mirror geez not much going on in here in terms of interesting features that's for sure this is weird how there's the window but there's like a brick wall right in front of it oh it's the fireplace it's a fireplace the stone one downstairs in the front room parking floors again everywhere look at that bedroom just a closet in there you can see it's empty fairly newer light fixture freaking cobwebs all in my nose oh man bedroom number three already what's up you guys intercom here's the bathroom whoa holy smokes that's nice beautiful what's up guys what's up guys so this is making some weird noises don't know what the hell it is but okay oh there's the master bathroom so we're in the master bedroom now there's the bathroom what's up guys bidet sink shower toilet toilet paper frosted window all you need a little timer there big room very big room oh you guys see what i see one two three what's up guys what's up guys and um [Music] what is up you guys look at this surprise this is just open like this i really want to go out there because there are neighbors but you can see the balcony gazebo back there that if we have a chance i'll go back there and show you okay not a bad house guys i think that's the whole house and i like being able to get it in one clip like this i like doing that the unedited unedited clip i like to show you you know straight up what i see without any cuts i think that's pretty cool um so yeah i'll get all the history like usual get all the history all the info on this house third down in the description below um from what i understand this is approximately a three and a half to four million dollar house judging by the area that it's in so that being said um i'll get all the info i can and and i know you guys like to see that stuff so um all i know is built in 81 i believe which makes sense you know judging by the the materials they used here the architecture 81 is fair i could understand that um let's head down here and we'll end this uh and this one off that's cool it's really cool okay all right well let's put this thing around i guess eh okay guys it's gonna do it for this house um like i said this one had been on my radar for a bit um and i'm super happy i was able to uh come out here and show you guys um and we'll a little storage room and it smells horrible in there nice and damp we're gonna keep going around come on let's have some interesting features down here come on nope i got a noise i don't like laundry room that i don't even want to open this freak see you're making a noise i don't like that but you know what it does have is a mirror what is up guys then there's washer dryer and what in the hell it's a god dang sauna oh this smells beautiful well i'll be damned that's wicked shower dude i'm glad we came down here that's cool not much of a basement but it's a basement i'm like literally taller than these ceilings so i gotta kind of duck a bit okay well there there is a basement sweet
