Bankrupt Artist’s UNTOUCHED ABANDONED $7 MILLION Dollar 1964 Mid Century Mansion

yo what's up you guys it's ethan back at it again another epic adventure today what i have for you is this gigantic 1960s mansion um it was built in 1964 custom-built 1964. it's approximately 5 000 square feet um it's basically it's basically this place some of you are going to say oh it's not abandoned it's not abandoned um it's been vacant for years years and years and years it's basically nobody wants it um for probably because the reason the price is very high and no one wants to pay that kind of money for a house like this so um uh yeah um place is just gorgeous um reason i'm starting over here and not at the front door because we're gonna try and save the better stuff towards into the video so um well that being said guys i think you guys are really going to enjoy this let's get right into it okay so here's where we're going to start um the door here i don't this isn't the front door it has like it's really weird there's like three front doors this place is really it's kind of like a maze so we'll start here this is probably the master bedroom have your bed right here probably i would think in between the two lamps got some nice shutters little mini chandeliers all throughout was a real glass too so it's pretty nice oh my look at this what's up you guys so yeah obviously um so the house was built in 1964 and there are going to be features where it shows that but a lot of this part like part of it looks like it might have been renovated and maybe the the 90s this looks 90s to me got a bidet jacuzzi your toilet your shower a lot of storage here to put your stuff big sink you know it's really nice so that's probably the master suite here's a door that leads out to the front yard there is a second entrance to the basement that's not the main one though the main one is much nicer um so always just like nuts in here there's a hallway there's noah what's up what's up one of the kitchens yeah yeah sure sure guys look at how big their kitchen is all right you guys we'll come back to the kitchen in a minute let's check out what we got here so we got a bedroom with a bigger chandelier actually let's try to open some shutter here to get a little bit of light there you go what's up you guys oh look at this oh man wow what's up you guys what's up you guys what is up you guys and uh what is up you guys double sink at the jack jack-and-jill bathroom between the two bedrooms it's really nice again a very 90s vibe in this bathroom oh it's a big bedroom what's up you guys hey what's this that's cool had some disney toys up here get the turtle from nemo the squid the puffer fish nemo dory incredibles incredibles incredibles incredibles dory dory or nemo and nemo don't know nemo's dad marlon and um incredibles i think i did pretty good there here we go you have the great big beautiful greatest country in the world canada beautiful beautiful map yeah this looks like it was redone those toys are cool i like that so the foyer is to the left we're gonna save that we're gonna go check out the kitchen oh here we go yeah this looks uh maybe this wasn't redone it could be the original counters just kind of refinished they look old cherry wood that's beautiful my gosh you got the um ovens here it's very dark in here like the colors make this room very dark there's an open cabinet nice quality heavy doors there dead smoke alarm it's uh awesome photos postcard photos of the house that's cool look at this it's like a sunroom type retro thing here i really like that i really like that so much cabinet space like is all this cabinet space no that's just design okay all right i'm gonna turn to the right guys i really think you guys are gonna like this check it out i've never i've seen photos of houses with stuff like this but i have never personally explored a house with a uh back room like this sunroom that's just insanely beautiful and then we'll check out the foyer to the left it's just beautiful like the wood the all the windows i know i've never seen anything like any skylights get your fireplace like it's just beautiful yes i think you guys are gonna like this so we got it by the same guy look at this wow the thing is you get this entire dome ceiling painted almost like it's in a church yep that's amazing what wow okay this is also another john angel right here this is one stormy sea yeah that's beautiful and we missed a dining room little wall sconces yeah this is um it's effing huge what's this whoa a jacuzzi in the front bathroom what is up you guys what the black blinds wow got a tree got a tree okay skylight like and we're not even done yet actually let's get this room out of the way oh my god it doesn't end dining room no it can't be a dining room way over here what the heck why do you need this many rooms actually let's get a better look at this room so we'll look at it that way oh my gosh that's beautiful it's just beautiful and it has a pool right there oh it is a staircase we'll get outside i'll show outside later maybe okay so you got that one doesn't do anything well good paneled office these are original doors to the 60s these sliding doors here wow that's just gorgeous wow this is one i hope is saved not bulldozed like every other old house in this neighborhood these places don't last around here guys i'm very confident this one won't maybe this was the master actually because it's by itself over here oh yeah this was the master this bedroom's bigger than the one i originally started in what is up you guys what is up you guys gold faucets bathroom again jacuzzi shower just beautiful wow you i'm saying it in spirit you know what's up what's up you guys is what's up okay so i think that's it for here let's go and take a look at the basement we're gonna try and keep this rolling all in one clip i think i can't get over this that's just freaking beautiful like oh man all right let's go downstairs look at this spiral staircase it smells weird down here hey look at this it's pretty nice underneath the staircase take a look at that staircase guys wow yeah it smells weird hello just absolutely wow honestly like i don't like these houses normally these are this one's pretty pretty nice yeah wow that smell is like i don't want to say it's a gas leak for sure but like it smells like gas what's up guys hmm pink toilet oh my gosh it's a friggin jacuzzi look at this oh my gosh yeah these guys are living luxurious holy crap walkouts everywhere like that's just the furnace room back there looks dark and scary you're in it now we're in the shot guys we're gonna get out of the shot now so we're gonna back up here so we got your built-in shelves got a room we're gonna check out in a minute but this is just wow the old retro mid-century like sunken living room conversation pit damn that's cool look at that shot you got the bar the stairs the built-in shelf man that's beautiful wow wow wow here's your fireplace with your store your wood in there oh hey what's that hidden room oh just the furnace i don't care i don't care just the furnace okay someone was doing some drawing maybe back here looks like it's down here somewhere is that anything i know where it is it's the alarm panel no it says the communications all right sorry about that guys sorry so we checked this out now let's go this way into that way does it go that way yeah it's huge it's actually huge probably pink carpet ooh it doesn't oh hey there's our black mold there you go there you go there's your proof that this is not going to be lived in anytime freaking soon is that another bathroom yeah it smells really weird in here i don't like that like just like a really uncomforting smell how many hallways do you need what is this how many rooms are in this house like look at this you got another bedroom that wall's nice okay there's the staircase we've seen earlier you got what is this was there a light there's no light in here it's just closet space it's just closet space yeah it's just closet space oh whoa oh like pool storage i think almost a water tank no why does it smell so freaking weird i can't like i don't usually point that out it just smells really weird it smells weird oh yeah have you been in there no like i think it's just a normal sauna right yeah oh my god it's huge isn't it you mean people you could fit in here you have a whole hockey team coming here if you want literally i mean you're not you're not tall enough for it but yikes there's even a shower right here i mean everything's really cramped though but it is it's very very tight there's a shower right there wow i didn't expect this to be that big look at that guys gorgeous another bathroom yay what is up you guys and last but not least whatever the heck this is is there light another kitchen that's 80s holy crap it's frigging red yeah so there's your alarm ready not armed communication failure huh nice i actually found mold in here yeah me too in the closet all right guys i think that's it alrighty guys that's gonna do it for this one um i really hope you enjoyed um you may notice we're not on that property anymore you're probably wondering where am i i'm i'm at home um so what happened was i completely forgot to film an outro and uh i got taken my photos of the pool and the outside of the house and i just i completely forgot so i apologize um but uh but yeah so here we
