Exploring An UNTOUCHED ABANDONED $15 MILLION DOLLAR 1980’s Mansion

yo what's up you guys ethan back at it again on another epic adventure today i'm gonna have for you something really cool it is something you've seen before however my video was during the night and you guys wanted the day explorer i'm here by myself we're gonna check this place out um i think you guys are gonna like it this place is a billion times cooler during the day so please do stay and watch this you'll like this one much better i promise anyways enough of my talking let's just get right into this one okay so inside the front door here's where we're going to begin this is the main front door now this house um was built in 1985. i'll give the history again like i did the other video 1985 it was custom built by famous architect jack winston now before anybody says anything no this is not the house where there was a murder committed um this house often gets mixed up with that however this is not that house um and yeah so um i can't really give too much info about who lived here because it will give a location away and i'd hate to see this place vandalized or anything um so this place is literally like the definition of my dream house i think if i had to choose one house that i've liked the most it's been this one that i've ever explored and we're gonna get right into it so here's a big mirror what is up you guys getting a lot of hate about that lately however i am never going to stop so this is the walk of the closet the front closet can you imagine having your front closet but this is the size of some like apartments bedrooms um this house is i believe approximately 10 000 square feet those glass blocks are so much nicer during the day i'm not going to say it every time there's a lot of mirrors in this house i'm not going to say it every time i'm not gonna be a dick and say it every time there's the alarm panel it's dead this house has no power like it used to the first time i explored it so here's bathroom one i believe there's nine bathrooms total um and just very 80s the glass block this countertop stuff here this is just very very um wealthy 80s vibe here lots of glass lots of mirrors lots of glass block you know the black tile you got a big red door pot lights everywhere it's just um very very 80s again miami vice almost like so you walk in the front foyer and this is what you're greeted with so we're gonna go this way first so here you have a little fountain with the glass blocks that's where that bathroom was on the other side there look at that isn't that beautiful so much natural light in this house it's so much nicer in here during the day but i wanted to film it at night just in case you know and it does add for effect the night adds to kind of like a creepy effect but that's not really my focus my focus is documenting these places in their best form i'm not about the whole haunted thing it's if you ask me i'm not into that i don't believe in it but that doesn't mean it's not real that just means i don't believe in it so here's a room i wish i could open the blinds but i can't because they're like run by an engine up there but i wish i could open these so we could have some sort of light i'm guessing this is like a office maybe built-in that's like the only wood in this whole house everything else seems to be marble and tile and wood glass block the pot lights up there i believe this is called grass cloth wallpaper i think i've remembered that now all the wall switches it's weird how they're mid level like that big double door they're big heavy duty doors i like this is glass and you can look out to the pawn the foyer and the glass block wall there that's really cool so i think we'll do the front first and then we'll work our way to the back and then go to the other wing um here is the garage i believe here but look at this glass block wall again another one i'm gonna take a look in here very dark and cold four car garage according to the info i can imagine the nice cars that have been here right no need to walk in there there's the old panel one door closed okay this is just a closet and another closet here's bathroom number two right not a whole lot going on in there i like the hollywood lights yellow ceiling laundry room again i'm very surprised that these are even still here the washer dryer these are usually removed but i mean i guess when you live in a neighborhood like this and you own a house like this you don't really need the money from a washer and dryer this is a 15 million dollar property look at these cabinets how 80s is that the gray with like the rounded edges very cool here you have a second separate staircase to the basement there's a spiral staircase at the other end of the house here this door completely sealed off now i did not used to be like that i like this gate that's neat and you got the uh um i believe this is something to do with the maids quarters over in this side of the house i think they did have a maid that lived with them so well the original owners did i'm not sure about the people who lived here afterwards but um look at the big picture window man that's beautiful and this i believe was the maids bedroom look at that fan oh my gosh crazy 80s big glass shower it's massive you could fit like 10 people in there no mirror that's odd you have a window look at the ceiling it's painted with uh like the sky that'd be cool with the lights on i'm sure this is a big bedroom built-ins there i believe this is a sliding door it's outside i think or is it a window it's a sliding door okay okay intercom there all right kitchen just screams 80s so i'm going to go back here and look at this first okay that's gorgeous so left a couple chairs but then you turn around look at that that is just beautiful so much storage you have a built-in speaker system up there pot lights skylight you have a pot rack here hang your dishes or not dishes your pots and pans original sub-zero refrigerator oh man they're probably empty yeah yeah completely they've had some wear and tear there's definitely the originals there's your trash compactor the original one there's the original countertop obviously this whole house i don't think has been redone like maybe stuff like this and like the washer dryer but everything else is it seems to be um how it was when the house was built i believe these slide up and down stovetop seems like a little grill that's neat very cool lots of storage in here that's for sure that is for sure the general electric self clean clock stopped checking at 8 58. is your ovens and your microwave that's definitely from 1985. very cool and then here you have the dining room big uh friggin pot lights jeez another big uh this is all glass there's so much glass in this house it's another sliding door you built in speaker than the wall there look at that skylight up there even would that be considered a skylight it's not on the roof it's on this could be just high window i guess look it's a marble that's why we call it the marble mansion between us explorers very windy day and then you have the living room main living room i'm guessing big marble fireplace and i noticed this before but i just never said anything they see the face and the marble there kind of cool eh now a lot of people didn't like this house they thought it was cold and very clean and everyone looked like a hospital i personally again we all have our own taste i'm not for like bashing and oh it's ugly it's effing this and that and they should tear it down and i'm not for that right i mean we all have our own thing if you like it you like it if you don't you don't you know what i mean it's not a big deal all the switches the old honeywell uh look at that holy i like the curved walls too this is a very solid house okay let's go all right so this is probably my favorite room look at that the 80s were sure you know sure were something like downward age nobody would get this it's insane you have a fireplace there what's up you guys take a little peek outside yeah we're good it's too bad that it's ripped here i hope it's not people doing it purposely i'd like to say this will be salvaged before they tear this down but i doubt it you hear that sounds like it's at the side of the house maybe not because i don't hear it anymore just something else to stress me out sorry guys i just i'm on edge now because i don't hear it anymore okay how are we just hearing things you guys probably heard it too sound like a bike anyways sorry about that jeez you know and i'm gonna try and keep this in one continuous cut i'm gonna cut that out i like to keep it raw and original as possible wood's still down there there's still wood for the fireplace that's insane like the gold that's very 80s wet bar little mini fridge what's up you guys gold yeah that's 80s boy i didn't point this out last time i love the fake plants down there that's such a nice like a vibe gates to block off the bedrooms that's very cool so you're going to party you close this off you know people couldn't come down here there's a bathroom it's a big bathroom looks like people are smoking in here seeing ashes in a lot of the sinks red ceiling so where they paint the ceilings in here let me get a good look outside here making sure we're all right yeah we appear to be okay so bathroom i've lost count i stopped counting them i completely forgot big glass block wall what is up you guys hollywood lights on the side that's some unique looking fixtures there big glass shower again hardwood floor that's nice like real hardwood floor not fragrant that new crop you see nowadays now this i don't understand like this is obviously for storage but like why in the heck would they just throw it in the middle of the hallway i mean obviously without this this is a big open space but like i just i don't know seems like a waste of space to me just to throw this there i mean it's cool don't get me wrong but i've got the color of this room we need light in here man it's too dark there glass block wall again that's my favorite like type of window i love glass blocks so much very cool probably one of the kids bedrooms i imagine intercom okay hey there's the built-in speaker um yeah beautiful i have the tinted glass up there oh hell yeah what was that it could just be the wind there was a noise over there let's keep going be very careful but keep going actually if i need a way out can this open oh no oh they nailed it shot damn it okay so our way out is the basement if we need it let's just hope we don't probably just the wind we're getting i'm paranoid now i heard one thing and then everything just creeps me out it is very windy the wind's at like 50 kilometers an hour today you might be able to see the trees blowing like it's breezy this is nice you will close is it shut oh look at that it does okay this is the master bedroom you guys kind of seen it already but this is the master bedroom it's massive two walkouts it's like a his and hers walk out man like huge here is master bathroom probably my like dream bathroom like we'll get into that in a second here's the closet it smells musty in here like very water damaged massive this is like i feel like i'm like at like sears or like the bay like shopping like this is how big this feels like i feel like i'm in an 80s department store there's your water damage that's why it smells so many mirrors man tub glass block wall a mirror i'm pointing at the obvious because i'm nervous so big shower love the glass blocks this is the sauna very nice that's nice towel rack different you got a dryer like an industrial dryer jeez look at this there's so many mirrors holy jesus these are stalls with a bidet i don't i can't oh yes i can open it i didn't think it was gonna the day toilet you have two of them you've gone there and one there how many sixty oh it's two there was okay i thought there was a third one there and then this is like a it's like a ballet bar with the mirror walk out of the backyard and then here you have a glass block wall big pot light there so that's cool that's just that's really cool okay so let's go look at the basement and you guys may remember the whole basement like a lot of it isn't finished um there's part of its finish don't get me wrong but part of it's very plain and not finished and it's just a gigantic waste of space so we're gonna start over here it's like a gym there's a big walk out here to the backyard can you see how unkept this place has been it's been vacant i think five or six years now i think 2016 i think around is when they left and it's been vacant ever since i need the light for this because um it's like dusty rose like moe colored bar with mirrors you have a gold singers an intercom your gold sink because that could be more copper that's gold but that's copper the actual sink that staircase that's such an aesthetic am i saying that right aesthetic there's a pot light in the stair people with money man i tell you they have the coolest damn stuff and then look at this there's an original microwave from 85. in mint condition you have a cutting board there and the the matching general electric refrigerator look at that this is a bedroom i think or a rec room that's the part i was telling you about which is very boring and we'll get there i'll go through it quickly but it'll be quicker than last time her change room and the girls you got the boys got the bathroom what is up you guys shower spooky back door yeah there's that big open room it's a lot creepier when you're by yourself i'm not one that gets you know like the house itself doesn't scare me i'm not scared to be here alone it's just those noises i was here and spooked me out a bit i think this is a sauna yeah could fit 35 people in there well who knows back in the 80s they were doing some crazy weird stuff back then you can imagine the stuff that's took place in this house i don't even want to think about it um and i don't think i can say the one word because youtube doesn't like when you talk about d-r-u-g-s so all right here goes nothing it's like soundproof like it's like i don't even oh my gosh okay big empty rec room with furnaces and all your stuff to keep the house working big concrete basement though all your mechanical stuff that you guys seen last video that we kind of more focused on this time we're just going to kind of go through it quick you've seen it there it is and then more finished space so there's that staircase by the side door but then over here you got yourself more electrical and furnace and water tank and fun stuff and then you have a bathroom i was done like bathroom eight or nine i think what is up you guys and then this room which is creepy there's a bench there's a stove top with a sink and yeah a big closet like that that's pretty well the whole place guys i'm going to show you outside however oh i missed back here cedar closet the size of some people's apartments same thing a cedar closet and i think this was i don't know this must be a wine cellar is that what that wall is it looks like it it always has to be a creepy chair always okay let's go outside let's go outside we got to go through here again oh man we're going through this freaking room creeps me out i don't know why i said last time it didn't i lied it does okay okay so here's the very unkept grounds i feel better outside i just feel aside from that damn wind which the house is blocking it right now yesterday it was beautiful 16 degrees and sunny and no wind at all but today a little colder so you take this path here and i apologize in advance if it gets windy guys take this path takes you to a tennis court i hope you guys like longer videos because this is definitely one of them there's your tennis court imagine all the tennis matches that took place here and i can just picture it the guy with the really short shorts and you know you could almost play well you could play ball hockey in here you could play basketball you could play for you freaking man you could play baseball if you wanted to god damn it's huge and you walk up here you have a pool i apologize for the wind guys nothing i can really do about that there's the back of the house there's the stairs i wish the pool wasn't covered but i guess for safety you know and animals can get trapped in it this way here's the back of the house she's big she's solid and she's gonna be demolished that's so sad like these like well this would have been nice before it broke um and then here you have a pool shed it even has glass blocks it has been sealed off but look at the glass blocks like they spared zero and i mean zero expense when building this house they just said you know what this is what i want do it you know like there's the side and i guess i'll show you the front now that we're here i mean might as well at this point right hope you guys are still with me i know this is a long one but the only way to properly document it is a long video so there she is there it is so you guys seen the whole grounds i don't know if any other youtuber is showing the whole grounds but i've shown you now all right with all that being said i hope you guys who's yelling at who over there hope you guys enjoyed this video um this place is probably like i said my dream house like if i win the lottery in the next like little while i'm buying this house and believe me guys you're gonna see a lot of vlogs of this place so i hope you enjoyed this place is awesome i know it was about half an hour but um again the only way to properly document it is a long one so i apologize too for getting a little spooked there i thought i heard some out here but we're all right so i'm
