Exploring a $30,000,000 Abandoned Mansion with Movie Theater, Indoor Pool, and Elevator

[Music] [Laughter] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] yo what is up everybody it is big banks we are back again for another video and today we are going to explore an insane mansion it has some really really cool features to it like a cinema a indoor pool like a lap pool uh a gym all that stuff beautiful staircase it's got i want to say the ceilings are like 60 foot tall we're gonna take you into this place and it's going to be awesome so this place was originally for sale for about 30 million dollars it's been on the market since 2005 the reason behind it being on the market for so long is pretty wild to me this place was built to be a mediterranean-style villa it's around 16 000 square feet and it was owned by a very wealthy businessman and his family literally the words that came out of his mouth was we don't really want to live in a castle so that tells you a little bit about this place the price has been marked down so many times because it couldn't sell from 2005 and it just recently sold for around i think four million dollars it wasn't much but like the original asking price was 30 million so that's pretty crazy so this place has cathedral type ceilings and like i said they're like 60 foot tall this elevator that's right in the middle of this beautiful double grand staircase and it's just incredible this place so this place also has a restaurant quality kitchen and a wine cellar big enough for 3 700 bottles of wine if that's not rich i don't know what is now one thing really cool about this movie theater that's in this house is like when you first like walk in this it looks like a something you see in spain like it looks really cool and like the ceilings are painted like the sky like it's got blue and clouds and everything like that and you walk over to the side and you'll see a movie theater and it's like it says cinema across it there's actually like a booth for ticket like a ticket booth there's like a mannequin inside where you can get your ticket you go in and there's your movie theater and you can watch movies in your own home it's a pretty wild property but i'm not going to talk much more about it we're going to get right in this video i hope you enjoy this and yeah let's go we're on the outside and you can just get a feel of how massive this house really is the driveway's nice there's a detached garage right there plus so there's six cars there's a six car no seven because there's a four car garage here and a three-car garage here my lord it's an elevator so looks like the wine room that's the nuts so dang this room is in kind of despair wow ever seen a fire pizza thing in here never so stairs go somewhere i'm not sure where this needs i don't open to any doors because the wires could go off washer and dryer this is the fridge you come right behind the staircase i've never seen this before like never ever have i seen this before like that is not this is right here behind the staircase come down to this side of the house and straight through here we've got a very elaborate very fancy like living space again i mean look at this fireplace there are freaking dog statues i have never seen that before i may have seen like tiger statues or things like that but like not dogs you can tell they definitely use the fireplace too and they used to have a tv but my god look at the ceiling like this is one thing i love about rich people is they always have detailed ceilings which just makes the place look so much better i wonder if this was like a bar right here no maybe i don't know yeah could have been come around here and you get this now to take you guys downstairs and then we'll go upstairs upstairs is just rooms so i want to show you the good stuff first and then show you the rest of the house so guys i'm going to take you right downstairs where we can see crazy stuff this is just when you come downstairs like what is this this is a garage it's like a i don't know it's nice now one of the craziest things in this house is they have a cinema it literally says cinema on it and they even put a mannequin in this mansion can i get a ticket please see signs of some mold in here this must have been like where he made food and stuff a little bar yeah like a bar and here's your movie theater room right here that door is goodness screen's gone got some chairs here we got the speakers for the movie this might have been where the controls were or something like that and it's still on this floor when we come out of the theater and we go straight through these doors right here in this door we get a pool this would have been like have couches and things maybe in the workout area because this is like mats actually yes this would have been a gem right here and they've had a tv right there but you come down and you see a pool and it's still blue that is dope wow i am blown away by this just a giant mural painted on the wall that is beautiful this is like a lap pool not really a pool i'd say hang out and have fun but like pulls us to like exercise let's keep walking through it let's see what we're going to find and nothing's really left behind but nonetheless it's a cool mansion for sure so guys again down here i think this goes up to this is the elevator yeah so you walk through that door and you go to the elevator yo hold up i think i just found the vault this is the vault of the house no freaking way that's cool i think that's a gun in there i think that's a gun case it was a gun case though not here but this is just downstairs like this is the basement like look at this who puts a light like this in their basement this is crazy before i actually take you upstairs i gotta show you this room guys this is the library which is insane kept all the books up here and down here and right here i can just imagine the furniture in here and then look that is just crazy people with so much money i would love to have this the house is a bit too big for my liking though all right guys let's head right upstairs see we can see it there either a giant family lift here or this is just made for entertainment here's a bedroom and since it's hot i'm gonna stand under the fan that's running right now very beautifully detailed home get a little bit of a balcony on both sides and this room actually has the closet right here pretty large walk-in closet this doorway is so tiny though it's narrow then we have a bathroom right off of that with a differently designed floor for sure nice showers long hallway but you can see the massive chandeliers which there is four of them now i do like to find stuff left behind but places like this are just crazy with the designs and everything you can tell this is european and looks like maybe an older person even lived here that's like a built-in bidet or something yeah it is it says bio bidet so it's like you attach it to your toilet so definitely probably european it's like a looks this looks like maybe the main closet can you come through these arch doors dude this closet's huge it keeps going around it goes all the way around that is wild this is the biggest closet i've ever seen we can't even get out that door we gotta go back we have another bathroom here and it's nice little very large shower toilet everything and this must be a master bedroom it's the largest i've seen so far we got fans going in here so it's cool we got the fireplace these super nice ceilings and a giant patio wow i honestly can't believe we're in this place i mean just look at the entertainment space you get we have another large room this one's got such high ceilings get that open feel and everything and this one also has a balcony oh wow this bathroom look at the painting on the in the shower it's just beautiful there should be a mirror there but it's not and giant doors like this is a freaking house george doors jammed we got another laundry room here there's like four laundry rooms in this place what another giant room with huge ceilings they're all different colors we have another very nice bathroom in here so it looks like every single room has a bathroom attached to it or at least one near it wow i'm amazed so that is the end of today's exploration i hope you guys enjoyed this entire mansion now i know it was empty and i know there wasn't much you know left behind but at the same time architecture is kind of is is pretty cool and kind of the story behind it how they're just so rich they don't really need a castle to live in kind of blows my mind i don't know about you guys so the new year has begun and this is
