Exploring a $4,700,000 Abandoned Mansion with Tennis Court and Gucci Left Behind | Found $100,000

today i'm taking you inside an incredible abandoned mansion built in 1985 for a very wealthy businessman who once owned a very large and successful insurance company [Music] not only that but he was also a baseball coach for several different age groups from little league to high school he and his family lived in this home from the early 1990s to around 2013 when his insurance company faced allegations of swiping money from its customers a total of eight million dollars came up missing and this ultimately cost his very large company to close for good and he ended up losing more than just his business but his own three million dollar private jet inside of this stunning 10 000 square foot home as many of the items they used to own even gucci and prada boxes were left in the house it's safe to say that this mansion holds many surprises [Music] so stay tuned and let's see what's inside we're back again for another video and today we are exploring an abandoned mansion and right now we are chilling in the tennis court and this place is a crazy find i've never seen this place done before so maybe the first ones over here got lc explorers adventuring with trevor and uh yeah we're gonna explore this place but it's kind of a hike through the woods and uh there's like a gunshot going off i don't know if you guys can hear that but yeah we're out here just in the tennis court and it looks like we have a lot of woods to go through just to get to the house so we're hoping it's not that far and it's not too hard but we're gonna do our best to get there and see if we can get literally a ton of tennis balls just laying here but we should definitely keep our voices a little low so guys one thing that you always say in the comments is why am i whispering there's a reason and right now there's a neighbor literally like 20 feet that way 20 feet that way and the house is right in front of us so we're just trying to keep our voices down until we're actually inside so we're gonna try to make our way in okay so we're at the back side and it's a giant pool cover and then there's the mansion it's huge it's even a hot tub so we're entering the abandoned mansion it's a super cool fireplace what kind of even is this that's wild dude this place is huge there's an elevator there's an elevator dude no freaking dude that's the coolest elevator what that's the best elevator i've seen in a place and then you get there's so much natural light coming in here too look at all the and even like upstairs there's so much glass everywhere there's a phone in here so man what are you thinking because like we saw the batting cages we saw a tennis court do you think a sports player lived here i would say maybe because i mean you don't have that sort of stuff unless you're active maybe yeah now guys listen i don't know for sure we don't really know who lives here we haven't really done the proper research yet we just wanted to come check it out we didn't even know if it was going to be abandoned when we got here so obviously you probably know the history in the beginning so but we're walking through this and there's actually quite a bit left behind i'm ready to see the rest of it like even in here we have like medicines and shampoos moisturizers things like that big mirrors i mean this bathroom is one of the coolest bathrooms i've ever seen like it's massive oh that there's a shower right there the big huge jaded tub another big mirrors with two big vanities on each side there's a toilet in here with another toilet and bidet in here so i mean i don't even know how to explain this like just look at this entry like this little way right here out of the bathroom is insane this could have been abandoned that long ago no i'm guessing five years maybe five years right but it's so overgrown yeah it's crazy but that will do that you're gonna want to go back there really yeah what's back there look there's a lot of stuff left behind oh dude this is the master closet yeah no freaking way it's massive no way dude this is just the start of it dude he had everything tampa bay pants was this hold up flyers shorts are these sports teams kings these are all sports teams no flyers shorts flyers sleeves we got kings tampa bay ducks more products left behind [Applause] this closet is massive dude this is the biggest closet i've ever seen in my life there's money this might actually be longer than we thought because i'm seeing dates from 2001 so oh yeah i am too old gucci gucci oh there's nothing happening what's this dude that's a gucci box yeah it's a gucci box dude we might actually find some designer stuff in here it's very possible yeah what they're straight up checks for thousands of dollars here eighteen hundred dollars i saw five thousand right here five thousand dollars yeah wow 2001 2001 there's no way it's been abandoned that long you never know it could have been no i don't think so though stuff is too new in here yeah there's a ton of checks just laying around for thousands and thousands of dollars there's more right there too so thousands of dollars with the checks just laying in here dude this is prada huh this box is for prada shoes oh my gosh wow we're doing that was a very rich guy for sure wow which is insane [Music] these people had money guys it's like look at this this is the gucci thing what on earth this is the front entryway and dude no way dude no way look at this no way no freaking way that's the house no freaking way dude i can't believe it you just found the actual design of the house no way that's crazy except the only thing that's right here is the pool yeah this is the layout that's insane imagine you're walking to this store your friend's house can you see this staircases oh dude like the staircase is one of the best i've ever seen that is insane this here's another bathroom look at look at this flooring though too it's incredible it's like a it's almost like a soccer somebody's been playing beer pong in here you can definitely tell all right guys so like i said we are in this abandoned mansion oh my god this place is insane it's absolutely crazy one of the best ones i've seen so far honestly this would have been maybe the main entertainment area of the home we've got big carpet we've got a big fireplace i mean there's just so much stuff here this would have been where the tv was at bathroom part of it there's another bathroom some stuff left in here and this has the ceilings that i absolutely love it's amazing see what's over here just a bunch of like photos and paperwork there's even uh some cards and stuff i've never seen this place before so this place has to have been messed up by the locals but we're about to go upstairs see how beautiful that is but i want to go to this side of the house first so we're going to have it there ah here's the kitchen got a big uh got a big island here got a six burning stove two ovens not cheap stuff not cheap appliances at all nice fridge over there too this kitchen's actually not as impressive as i thought it was going to be but who knows there could be a whole another kitchen there's some boxing gloves in here nothing in the in the fridge gotta always check it you know guys here's another area with a fridge oh this is the pantry dang it's a big pantry a lot of food and stuff like mine sauces and whatnot look there's i think all these drawers are stopped yeah birthday cake stuff candles these skewers and stuff nothing there this is crazy oh dude it keeps going down there's so much stuff dude this place is massive some cleaning supplies some lucky charms you know i can't miss my cereal here's the garage oh dude the garage no way look at that these are signed jerseys maybe he was a coach yeah that's possible i think he loved sports we know that i think he was a coach i think he actually was a coach yeah because this is like i think so i mean this i feel like this would be signed by his uh his uh players oh oh the kid's room the bed's still here must have been a girl wow all their toys are still here how sad is that not like that we got a bathroom right here a bit small but guys this is really reminding me of that house with the iridescent ceilings now let's go upstairs let's see what's up there and let's see how good the master bedroom is this is look at the crazy what the heck walk this way first so we're gonna walk down this hallway wow look at this probably just a little bedroom there's a desk there probably the sun or something bed would have been right there with the two nightstands attached to the wall and a trophy that's a big trophy new year's bash i don't know what it was for maybe baseball that person's not on the top anymore they're probably baseball there's a lot of baseball stuff around here [Applause] this one looks like you got swept it's all purple in here i got a lavender almost wow i don't even know where you had to explain this place there's like a tiny little door here just for storage i honestly i think this guy was a coach there's a lot of like trophies and stuff wow another bathroom look at the sink right here it's got some little details in it like some plants and ribbons with the gold sink right there that's really cool the toilets are all really nice and the showers it's all like gold accents and the is pink marble and right over here the master must be on the other side but right down there actually the master might be that big room downstairs i think you might be right because these bedrooms are mostly filled with kid's stuff yeah and why would you want to walk upstairs for your master bedroom yeah exactly yeah you got the second staircase this is a pretty big room this is actually a really big room because it goes way over there but it's definitely not the master okay it's got skylights i mean this place is this place is all that i swear nice bathroom in here this can't be abandoned that long ago those ax things are not that old i don't think at least it's one of those acts like scrubbers it's like a loofah scrubber at the same time even outside there's a basketball hoop and there's the second detached garage there's some graffiti on it looks like this is safe it would have been just been in this money box right here i'll make too much noise this might have actually been like the office or something like that this has an office feel to it the carpet's not like that flattering you know desk and stuff paperwork everywhere could have been just like an office area of the house and down there can imagine this place would have been amazing to live in get to this side this is a boy's room we've got halo 3 we've got call of duty black ops we've got fight night and this is on xbox 360 and playstation 3. so that was a little while back it's just so hard to tell you know but it definitely was abandoned later in 2001 that's one thing about these places guys you walk through them when you don't know anything about them you try to discover what you can by the hints so i think it's definitely abandoned probably only five years ago it's not not that old but look at all these toys it's like lego sets i don't know i know legos are worth like a lot of money too but i don't think they're all like no they're empty i like legos for sure this little boy had a nice platform bed angry birds wow nice blue bathroom blue and white there's a lot of pool and toilets i'm gonna go there nasty oh there's another nice bedroom i don't get the bed frame uh was it supposed to be that low probably not nice closet there's already some mold building up in there so they had a guitar it did some work right here though so much i'm gonna have to blur out closet yeah we got some jordans are these ones no these are dunks nike dunks i don't know if these are worth anything but i know nike dunks do go for a lot of money we got trophies i mean we got plaques triple crown spring champions like 2004 so there's a new date right there 15 year old division fourth place so you got fourth place definitely baseball but these this family was athletes it looks like they did more baseball than anything but they definitely played more than one sport 2008 right there position two games i mean there's a gucci magazine right there i mean this is just nuts all right guys we're gonna head downstairs i can already smell the mold so i'm putting my oh it smells pretty bad yeah it's moldy down here yeah oh my god oh my god i think i have it it is so dusty down here oh i don't think i have it actually just put your shirt over your mouth so workout area dude this is huge down here nice yeah it's super moldy down here it's extremely moldy down here look at this bathroom what the heck that's different for sure this is so bad down here this is a whole other mansion down here i know this is huge this might actually be more interesting than i like that entrance i'm hoping for a pool you got a big jersey right there but look at the mold next to it i wouldn't touch it it is so moldy down here oh there's there's the elevator yeah we've been looking for this elevator it went down dude what is this this is a fancy elevator for a mansion i know dude it goes further down no way you're right this is huge i can't believe how big this place is well we scored today boys this thing this is a little shower sauna what kind of shower is this it's like just a big white room this is the workout area it looks like it was a uh this is the gym it's like everywhere seems like a gym down here yeah this is a gym yeah for sure i wonder where the equipment went probably sold it probably sold it off yeah there's a lot of stuff that's gone but there's a lot of stuff still here which is really weird that is super weird see i just imagine they would have been doing all their workouts maybe even yoga in here a whole bunch of stuff yeah push ups probably all throughout this entire basement yeah here's a shower nice shower too wow i'm loving this oh this is so sick yeah all of this is like work out because this is the pattern [Music] i actually wear that cologne if you guys want to know what clone i'm wearing where giorgio armani got some nike free run right here those are normally not two cheap shoes this is like all the oh it's really bad in here i should really cover up my nose what is this this is all the breaker boxes there's so much what is going on here i've never seen this in a house like this what the heck wow yeah i gotta get out of this downstairs area i'm covering up as much as i can i don't have my mask next time i left at the hotel so we gotta see it all first oh it's wet down here more closet space that's so bad i'm old insane down here it's like really really dusty i got a catcher's mitt what in that world and this is the this is where they would have had entertainment areas right here tvs coming out here to the basement just chill out it's probably like a den or something we gotta go back up i know it's really bad down here yes your eyes are red yeah yeah we should go back up yeah guys don't be like us not healthy if you explore places please wear your mask alright guys so we're chilling in the gazebo because i saw two people standing outside in the front so we don't know if that's the owners or we don't know what's going on i saw two older ladies and we're a little on edge i haven't even got the film on my b-roll yet i think we were getting a little too comfortable like i said we started to talk about it definitely getting a little too comfortable yeah i left my light i accidentally left my line in there so trevor's going back to see if he can get it and kind of scope out the ladies it could be just ladies out for a walk you said they were taking pictures right i don't know if they were um then i didn't see a flash going through the window they sounded like they were they were laughing or something so guys that big room lasso i said it might be the master but this might actually be the master because this actually makes more sense tv mount right there and then because this leads right into the bathroom with the elevator and the walk-in closet so i guess that's actually i don't know this house is really confusing it is it's amazing it's like kind of not like opened up it's like condensed yeah there's a lot of rooms for real all right guys so we just explored this entire mansion and something some guy that was big into sports definitely lived here with his family and his kids and they were definitely very very wealthy gucci prada like all that stuff behind your hands like hot tub outside giant pool i mean it's it's important mansion guys come on an elevator obviously so yeah obviously guys all the history will be in the beginning uh we're not going to say the name of this person because that will definitely give away this location and we want to keep this one as safe as possible look here and what's up trevor what's up they're joining me on uh this little trip up here so yeah let's uh let's get out of this house there was already some little scare with some ladies outside yeah we should probably still get out here soon yeah we
