worship you lord to praise your holy name to thank you lord thank you for your goodness thank you for your mercy thank you for your kindness lord we thank you lord for your creation all of the heavens and the earth lord we praise you because we know that you are the almighty the all-merciful oh god that there's nothing too hard for you lord we as your children we come before you lord asking lord that you bless on today lord asking that you strengthen those that need to be strengthened heal those that need to be healed uplift those that need to be uplifted lord lord we know that you're able we know that you're able you know every need you know every problem and you know every situation lord move right now in the name of jesus we pray we ask you lord to bless this service on this morning lord bless our worship lord and accept our praise bless the man of god bishop as he bring forth your word lord bless his family bless us home lord bless first lady gates lord we ask you o lord jesus to let your anointing rest upon him bless every heart and every ear lord that we may receive it in the name of jesus we ask these blessings it is so it is so we thank you in jesus name amen amen as we prepare uh to read our scripture this morning our scripture in psalms 95 psalm 95 verses 1 through 6. oh come let us sing let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation let us come before his presence with thanksgivings and make a joyful noise unto him with psalms for the lord is a great god and a great king above all gods and his hands are the deep places of the earth the strength of the hills is his also the sea is his and he made it his hands formed the dry land oh come let us worship and bow down let us kneel before the lord our maker may the lord continue to bless his holy word hallelujah well come on church let's just begin to worship the lord we serve an awesome god he's mighty he's worthy he's holy hallelujah let's just declare it in the atmosphere somebody shout it live be the one that answers our every wish he serves to be our god and king he's our lord our savior but it's good to know that when i need a miracle he's a miracle working god has anybody ever needed a miracle before come on right at home if you've ever needed a miracle before lift your hands up slip him up in the sanctuary and begin to give him glory trusting and believing and knowing that god is going to provide your every need he's going to work it out for you that next miracle that you need god has already put it in place for you come on lift your you hands the god of the miracles [Music] you to give god one big triumphant shout of hallelujah and i wanted to connect from the physical sanctuary to the e-sanctuary all around this nation and all around this world wherever men and women are gathered together and connected together in this space of kingdom apostolic ministries to worship the lord just one shout out we're going to do at this moment if god's been good to you if you got a reason to praise him if you're glad to be in the land of the living if he's been your covering if he's been your protection if he's been your provider just one quick hallelujah one two three everybody shouted out oh man [Music] glory be to god we're grateful we're grateful we're grateful today and we're thankful today to the lord for his manifold blessings in our life and we appreciate him for having protected us from what kind of danger now go back in the day what kind of dangers dangerous what seen and what else unseen and that's why you know sometimes we should accelerate our praise we say when i think of the goodness of jesus amen some of his goodness goes beyond our cognition get that on the way home but some of his goodness goes beyond our cognition he's been better to us than in more ways that we than we can think and that's why every time we gather together in the worship space we owe god our very best praise and we owe him an exuberant praise and i'm grateful today that we're here together serving the lord and worshiping the lord i'm thankful for that sacred hymn we sang this morning his eye is on who his eyes on the sparrow and therefore uh we can appreciate even what he's doing in our life we appreciate the lord uh for the praise team and for those beautiful we're those beautiful songs they opened the service with and uh and i'm just always grateful to the lord just for uh the melodic connection amen the generational connection that he makes in our church kingdom apostolic ministries when we come together to praise the lord looking around in the physical space let alone in the church i see multiple generations gathered here in the sanctuary they're represented young middle-aged old children amen but the beauty of it all is that we're here to to serve to praise and honor the same god because he's good to us regardless of age isn't he regardless of generation and like yourself i appreciate him on today i'm always excited when i see the beautiful faces of the saints of god again those in the physical room as well as those of you i'm excited when i can view our e-church when i look at this screen and i know that there are many others who also gather together with us uh in this worship space in these unique times and so the lord bless you today i want everybody to uh real quick uh let's let's just do a shout out to uh amplify the connection the first thing i want to have happen uh is everyone in the e-church space i'm gonna double back and ask you to do something else in just a moment but right now i just want to continue to foster that worship connection and so all of our e-church worshipers i would like you to just give a shout out a word of affirmation and acclamation for everyone who was able to physically gather at cam detroit in the physical sanctuary so right now uh e-church be expressive in the chat line send some love give god praise for your fellow believers your fellow cam members and worshipers this morning now i just want to work with the ecampus just a little bit more or the e-church should i say just a little bit with born the sanctuary i want you to do real quick matter of fact i want everybody to do it real quick um what do we call that we call it list amen lis means life it means love it means invite it means share it means text and tag so i want i want us to just be a cooperative let's take about 60 seconds to invite others to church right now even those of us in the physical room if you don't mind and you have that capacity all everyone in the uh east sanctuary would you help me real quick and invite others to our worship space let's boost our numbers up with cam members and with visitors this is such a great time to introduce others to christ to introduce others to our church and our worship space how many believe we have a wonderful church god has blessed us how many believe we have wonderful members at our church wonderful people wonderful saints of god now we we should want to share this wonderful thing we have most of all we want to share jesus most of all we want to introduce others to jesus not only do we want to introduce others we want our fellow believers and fellow members to stay strong to stay inspired that happens when we touch them that happens when we encourage them to stay connected in worship sometimes someone needs a nudge somebody needs encouragement because you hit a place of discouragement anybody in the room ever hit a place of discouragement anybody all right i have and how many will help sometime just because somebody reached out to you called you text you tagged you let's do that real quick come on you can forward uh some of you got the the the text from cam then you know service started you can forward that text to several people right now you can do that real quick or you can just send a straight up text of your own composition and invite somebody to service you who are in your home do the same detroit campus will be leading this service this afternoon and the young people will be in charge now i just want to drop this little tidbit out can i do it help me in my monitors and get that echo out i want to drop this little tidbit out to our young people even on youth explosion sunday uh you don't have to wait till 1 30 to come to church so youth leaders get that word out and uh tell our beautiful cam young people that bishop said get your behind up and come on out to the house of the lord you know you ain't been doing that don't start that now get your can did i say it wrong i said it right because i started to say get your butt up but oh oh oh all right so get your behind on uh amen come on come on you know better don't you be laying in church for no 1 30. i'm at the 10 a.m and i'm coming to the 1 30 and so let's do can i get some help here how many young people in the room agree with me i'm gonna come to the 130 service and i ain't laying in you ain't been doing that before no pandemic so don't start it now the young people i'm gonna work on you use some everywhere can i buy some amens out there use something everywhere so so if it starts stop sleeping in and get on up come on to the house of the lord i'm gonna be up to 1 30. and i'm gonna fuss at you then too so amen especially the leaders especially the leaders all right now god bless you and heaven's smile upon you is my prayer um i just want to see if there's anything real pertinent that i need to give a shout out don't forget this is environmental awareness month uh cam is going green can i get a shout out for somebody from that somebody shout out you see our you see our praise team our praise team is uh is is is up our priests team is up uh they got they got they got green on uh right now and that all is celebratory i'm fine musicians for a moment thank you so much all of that is celebratory of growing green month and so i'm glad that you have uh your green on today that's what that t-shirt is all about we want to be very conscious of our environment and uh i'll be teaching a third bible study uh one month series on uh this whole uh issue of creation care i hope you'll join us and invite others into the e-sanctuary on this coming tuesday at 7 pm and then friday i'm really excited we have our uh 7 30 p.m with our cam family reunion on friday night and we hope that that all of you will be excited uh about it that you'll participate it's going to be all virtual uh we want you to see the look at the screen we want you to upload your photos and uh i'm told that i'm going to be cooking on friday night and you're supposed to come cook with me on uh friday night so i'm gonna look forward to it i don't know what i'm gonna cook yet but i'm not gonna cook any ribs because i don't want to discourage my budding rib cookers in the church but but let's come together on friday and let's look forward to having a great time in the house of the lord and then uh we'll move on into next week you've already heard the outline next sunday september i need to sound man something's not right up here okay um sunday september 26th i will be doing a virtual service i'll be in detroit all week into next sunday and i'll be doing a virtual service out of this sanctuary again at 10 a.m and then at 1 30 p.m there will be an in-person worship service on the indianapolis campus of cam and so i want to put all of that in front of you and let you be very conscious of that uh our theme as you know for the years advancing the kingdom for maximum impact today and tomorrow this month our emphasis and our bible study series is centered around the greatness of god in his creation the earth is whose and what else the fullness thereof and what else the world and they that dwell therein so let's keep all of that in mind and be very conscious of these things in jesus name now let me just uh share something real quick with you as we get that echo out of this box um let me share something real quick with you today now we're going to be shifting in october and uh i'm going to make an appeal i'm going to ask east sanctuary to talk to me i pray the immediate sanctuary will talk to me in october we will move next to alternating sundays now what does that mean every sunday listen closely there will be alternating in-person worship at each campus that all right all right so we're shifting and we're working we're working on things but we're walking in wisdom and i want to i want to try to say everything i want to say in five minutes and i ask you not only to lend me your uh your uh ears but your heart i want your ears so you can accurately understand what i'm saying because i don't want any misunderstandings i want your heart because i want you to lean in with me all the way as your pastor and all i can do is make that request so in october alternating sundays we will have in person worship first sunday will be indianapolis second sunday we're going to come back to detroit third sunday indianapolis fourth sunday back to detroit fifth sunday indianapolis and i can always already tell you in november you'll shift a little bit first sunday will be in detroit so that's the pattern everybody knows what's going on for the next several sundays and what your pastor has said he's endeavoring to do uh throughout the entirety of all this time is to is to walk in the wisdom of the lord now i have chosen as i said several times now i've got three minutes left i have chosen with the help of god what i believe to be the pathway of wisdom and that's all i'm trying to do is use wisdom i told our leaders yesterday i'm not trying to mimic other ministries i do observe other ministries gather information but then i always try to make the best decision for kingdom apostolic ministries um the virus is out there i don't do that to fear monger i live in the reality of that because there are many who just think if i just do my thing the virus is going to go away but that's not the case we can ignore it but it won't ignore us there are members who still texted me family members are dying there are multiple people who are being infected one pastor gave me permission to share with you this morning let me tell you this story real quick they had a party of 100 people there's one of our pastors in the pcfi god just blessed it so this pastor and their spouse didn't attend a party there was planned for one of them but something sort of tragic happened but i believe in the tragedy god covered them from a greater catastrophe party was outdoors 100 people they got comfortable some went in the house she said bishop i want you to tell it because i want you to help people they went in the house and got comfortable many of them in and out of the house took their mask off when the party was over 60 people were infected with clothing not saying that to scare you i'm saying that so all of us will think and you'll understand my heart another prominent bishop shared with me there was a funeral i won't call his name he was asked to speak for that film he went to the funeral tons of people tons of display on display after the service he was invited to come to the re-pass he thought to go because of his love for that family but something told him to stop his children didn't want him to go and he said well i'll pass his children rejoice he said bishop gates at that re-pass 30 people got the covet virus so these are things that we want to think about things that we want to be wise and as we re-enter the sanctuary which we're doing now i'm following the formula of the marriage vows in the book that said marriage some of you've heard that ceremony many times you know it would have been a preacher he said it it is to be entered reverently and discreetly and so that's all i'm trying to do and what i want to ask from you today this next move is alternating sundays and uh uh we're gonna keep bible study in the east sanctuary we're doing good in bible study i pray you'll stay engaged and i pray that you'll cooperate with these worship opportunities now our mantra is everybody will attend according to their comfort level and so those are in the physical space you're here because you're comfortable others are in the e-church space because that's where they're yet comfortable in time how many believe god's going to get it all together in time come on let's give god praise for that let's give god praise for that but but let me tell you about god's time it's his time and so we just in your patience were anybody remember that scripture in your patience possess your souls and so i ask us to be patient um understand my heart i love every one of you i need every one of you i'm gonna say that again you understand where i'm coming from i love every one of you i need every one of you and i hope that there's a need for me as your as your shepherd in your life but i really need you right now to walk in lockstep with me if there ever was a time i need total unity at cam i need it now now here's something i want to ask everybody to do uh i heard me pricking with our young people today i'm just picking with them because i know they do go to church and i i want them i want us to be supportive of what we're doing when cam has church whether we are physically in the room or we're in the digital space is it all right if i ask my members to be in attendance now so i said this early on when we when we started when we are in service whether it's in the building or in the e-space we need you we want you at cam service any other time do whatever you want now what i'm saying to you is a request your pastor is asking you to do that and that will keep us solidified with solidarity throughout this whole time and we've been doing well we've been doing well and what i'm asking you now as we move in what prayerfully is this last stretch we'll be in this space maybe a few months i don't know we move this last stretch can we stay solidified can we stay unified i'm asking a question can we stay together can i get can i get some real support it's a real support it's a real support let me see some support coming from the e-church we're church we're church and so i'm asking you to walk in lockstep and when the people from other churches even if pastors from other churches hey what y'all doing over there you know what you tell them we're walking together and we're following our pastor as he follows christ and that if we do that we're going to come out of this thing stronger with more members with more money with more everything to do the business of the kingdom so i'm humbly asking you and i'm signing off from that and i'm going to take the offering we're going to get to the world but i'm asking you today to be unified with me when our services are going on in this eve space or in this space i don't want you to be elsewhere i'm asking you to be with us and then uh i never i don't mind you visiting i'm just asking you the little space we have on sundays when we're in session be here then knock yourself out amen because i've never been that kind of leader tuesday night let's be in our worship space then whatever else you want to do in the week knock yourself out but we have to keep our church strong you know i had a phrase and i wanted us to shout it out i thought about it yesterday i think i was on the plane and sometime i get epiphany you know the lord i talk to you when you're 37 thousand feet in the air and you need him to keep that complaint up there you know he'll talk to you up there but this phrase came to my mind and to ask the saints to say today we are calm strong we are cam strong can i get everybody in the physical sex we shout that out and say we are cam strong come on say it to your neighbor say we are cam strong all right i need everybody in the phys in the e-church do the same thing pile that line up pile that line up and say we are cam strong we are cam strong come on put it in there in a big way now let's get on with this service i love everybody can i say it one more time can i tell y'all i love you one more time and i need everybody can i tell you that all right i don't make no bluff i can't be no pastor without members but if there ever was a time i needed you it's in this this time and in this pivotal place and you've been wonderful all i'm asking you to do is don't get fatigued and stop being wonderful right now let's go down this field the last leg oh look at them saints oh they each hurt this they're hollering it out real good with cam strong will come strong all right now what we want to do real quick is we want to present to god his tithe and receive his offerings and um we have done remarkably well in that area remarkably well this whole time all i ask is for continued faithfulness in that realm as well and i'll just ask those of us who have not perhaps been consistent tithers and givers why don't you check in and and see what god does in your life and see what he continues to do for our church detroit campus you're already seeing some things but i'm gonna tell the detroit campus and the whole camp campus about detroit you ain't seen nothing yet you give you hang around here we got some stuff coming down the pike uh we slowed down just a minute because we want to make sure it's right but in the say what i was doing what it was i was closing out a deal last night when i got off the plane coming into detroit god hooking indianapolis up he has blown my mind for what he's doing for our church and when we when this thing is over cam is going to be so strong cam is going to be everywhere jesus is going to be glorified and so we're grateful and we're thankful for him now let's check the for those in the in the physical sanctuary if you did bring monies and or check in the envelope there's a receptacle in the foyer for you to deposit that but of course everyone knows we're encouraging as many of us as cannon will to to be digital that are digital and to remain digital become digital remain digital right now i can safely say between 90 and 95 percent of our congregation they're connects with where we are this month i think there's a connection here between this verse and even the focusing on the greatness of god in his creation we live in a day that is is filled with with angst it's just the time in which we live it's just the hour in which we live it's it's stressful people are laden with care loaded down with worry lives are filled with dread i think this is the case before over and beyond even the constraints of pandemic and covid it's just where we're getting where we've been it's the conundrum of life in which we find ourselves not going to be long this morning angst could be a word applicable to today stress anxiety everybody's worried have you noticed that look around everybody's worried now it's amplified but even before everybody's worried almost nobody has any peace it seems that the world itself is reeling and rocking out of control and maybe that's the reason for some of that stress is stuff is happening and we can't control it we'd like to and i don't charge anybody for wanting to i i'd like to too i wish i had the power to straighten out the world i wish i had that power to snap my finger invoke some kind of divine incantation that just puts everything in order i i you know if i had my way i would make all the nations of the earth get along how about y'all i'd end the disturbance with china i try to end what they said it already ended whatever struggle it is they used to call it cold war i would end any conflictual relationship with russia or if i had my way i would have stopped afghanistan 20 years ago never would have been a 9 11. never would have been an iraqi war if i had my way i'd get iran to settle down and in the words of our former president if i had my way i'd get man over in korea to grow up pull his suspenders up and quit lobbing nuclear missiles into the pacific ocean rattling that whole region of the world and putting japan on edge making its neighbor and sister nation south korea to the south soul nerf if i had my way you know really if i had my way uh this i'm gonna date myself if i had my way i would bring to reality you know the pepsi generation but that pepsi i'd like to make the world to oh that's coke i got mixed up well they look the same both of them are colas but y'all remember that song back in the day especially some of the older ones young people don't know nothing about it but but but but but but if if pepsi or coca-cola could work honey i'd slip a little bit into everybody's drink settle the world down unfortunately it doesn't seem to work and it's a day that's that's filled with angst that's that's the operative word today angst and stress and everybody's stretched out and and sometimes that's why can i preach this morning for a minute sometimes that's why uh we're so many of us are on edge even myself we're we can be edgy you ever caught yourself snapping up people y'all i need some real saints here today i know you're speaking in tongues now and and you were caught up in in that flowery music of uh uh that ladon ford i tell you he just know how to set some stuff up him and that praise steve oh this morning they took us in he's saying so good i was wondering do i need to change my message today i might be on the wrong track i was sitting over here and and he just i need and i just felt myself getting flowery floating in my chair one kind of twisted around and uh his cl his time was over four minutes ago uh but i was saying i said i ain't gonna mess with that thing i saw this thing people picking up handkerchiefs wiping tears and snot they were getting the lift and the boost they needed but at the same time here's a question for all of us where we were we in that place this morning that's not a rebuke that's just something to make us think about life who did you tell off before you came to church and needed him because you were a little edgy today and a lot of times we're edgy and here's the real truth we don't even know why we're edgy can i be real with y'all this morning and can i preach without morning let me tell you something the other night i've only said this this is only the second time i've said it in about the last a year and a half the other night uh deacon nelson i know i can trust you son uh i think i have no panic attack now i hear somebody out there pleading the blood oh lord we got a crazy pastor i hear you i'm not crazy but has anybody ever woke up in the night and found yourself combating some other elements some other emotions well let's just cut to chase have you ever woke up and had to fight off just a spirit of fear just try to jump on you and and i need some brothers to help me how many know you can be a man but every now and then you have to confront fear i don't know where it came from i had to sit up on the side of the bed in the middle of the night something was pressing me i thought about getting up and walking downstairs and and going outside and and breathed the fresh air but but i had to settle myself down and i suppose remind myself of who god is stress is real and the world is full of stress life is full of stress how will i eat how will i survive will i get a job can i keep a job huh seeking a job is stressful then keeping the job is stressful you ever worked for a boss and you don't know what the boss want you ever had a job can i preach here this morning you ever had a job and but but the whole time you're working the job it looked like the devil getting everybody around you and make you feel insecure you can get a blessing from the lord and be insecure about the blessing that's the age in which we live stress all the unrest going around the globe and let me tell you something what you see on the news impacts you much more than you know no i'm just listening to the news i'm just watching the news but let me tell you something that's why i'm asking god to help all of us get some balance in our lives i'm fine i'm trying to find a way because i'm a news junkie i'm trying to find a way sometimes to turn that news off because the news itself their their primary franchise is in sensationalism and the worse they can make it sound y'all ain't saying nothing the better it is when you get through listening to the news the whole world is going to pot no safe place on the globe [Music] you were thinking about taking a vacation and then the newscast came on and said trouble in paradise y'all ain't gonna talk to me get just getting ready to go to cancun and and here come the news uh uh two women were kidnapped in cancun stress local cities full of violence streets are full of violence crying crying hmm you got to go in your house and lock three locks i just want to talk today somebody tell me go ahead and talk faster y'all know what i'm talking about you drive home and you're looking over your shoulder the whole time get out your car you're looking around you before you get to the house and and then and then you you stress you got to find your key in the car and then you get to the door and find out you pulled out the wrong key and it's dark and you're fumbling with the keys trying to get them to fit and you're looking over your shoulder cause the devil said the bad man's coming to get you y'all ain't gonna talk to me he fights us with stress get a muscle ache in your chest oh god i'm having a heart attack heart attack elizabeth you know your granddaddy dad when he was 47. y'all ain't saying nothing and sally on the job she fell out when she was 55 and he fights us can i have about seven minutes to preach did you did you did anybody uh and i'm gonna touch on to get instagram didn't anybody read the other day um about how facebook knew that instagram was driving our teenage girls crazy anybody read about that facebook did a study you know because they on instagram and it was their own study mr is it zuckerberg he said he's a strange looking chap lord forgive me i don't know i just look in his eyes y'all forgive me pray for him and pray for me i shouldn't have said that but there is a strange look in his eyes look at him next time he goes on capitol hill check him out i'm saying all that i'm saying it with a little color but let me tell you this we wrestle not against flesh and blood powers and principalities rulers of the darkness of this world spiritual wickedness in high places let me tell you something satan is the lord of worry and stress if god is not the author of confusion the devil is he likes to stir up confusion to keep us on edge to never let us settle down to never let us relax in god let me tell everybody in this room he worried us so much until we came to jesus but if we're not careful after we come if we open up the door he'll worry us so much until we leave jesus the devil is a liar ikaiba now young girls young men too they're about to lose their mind and it's because demons are working in these realms and in these platforms oh i just want to preach i want to talk preach today he's working in these platforms he's working in instagram and i don't know pictures i've never quite understood instagram pictures pictures and and and i was just thinking of down for the other day i was thinking uh elder sean kelly the other day how how um how that social media fosters stress through lies you do know the father that the devil is the father of lies don't you and he fosters lies in elder mike wilson in that social media and he's he's he's he's he's he's robbing our young people of life and he's giving them a false perspective of life and most of us including me we are participants sometime unwittingly in the stratagems of satan i keep telling y'all i try to be prayerful about what i post sometimes i miss it but i try to be prayerful about what i post because because i want to make sure i'm being used of god and not of that devil and that i'm not being a purveyor of the devil's goods even in my innocence i wish i was making sense we're not we should never sell the devil's wares for him but sometimes unwittingly walk with me just for a moment saints i'm gonna be cleaning up in just a minute it happens in that in that realm uh uh uh smurkandis anybody watch smirkconnis on cnn he's a commentator uh i watch him because he comes on after eight o'clock prayer at nine o'clock he says a lot of good stuff but but i was happy did you hear about that young lady uh in florida that's missing right now y'all heard about that stress point again and did you hear about uh uh they questioned her husband real hard now they can't find her husband and did you hear about the fact that now the family is talking and they're saying that the husband and wife never got along together that they fought and that i guess he went upside ahead now y'all getting quiet did y'all read about that but did you also read and this is what mrs mcconaughey pointed out uh you could have never told that through the instagram pictures because instagram instagram somebody tell me preach anyway instagram got them all hugged up [Music] they hugged up on instagram 24 7 they in there all bunched up but now it appears that all of it was alive now what's happening what's happening i just use that as an outstanding example and and and some of y'all gonna get mad at me eighty percent of what you see on facebook and instagram is alive i'm gonna preach anyhow i'm gonna tell you something people gonna get mad at me if you're a good husband you ain't got to tell the world you're a good husband if you're a good daddy you ain't got to don't and don't get twisted it's okay for your little family folks i get it but but sometimes i'm i'm wrestling in between uh uh why do we need to go with you on every family outing [Applause] what's the need for the whole nation to know i won't preach unless y'all tell me go on and preach what the whole world need to know i took my boy to a baseball game sometimes maybe the little boy wanted that intimate moment with you why every time you and your wife go on a date we got to sit at the table with y'all i'm gonna get some pushback but i'm gonna preach right now what's that all about you know you can't have an intimate meal with you and your wife without taking a thousand other people with you to click like in love the lord just spoke to my spirit some of us need to be delivered from the clique we're hooked on the click more than we're hooked on jesus and we're more concerned about imaging to others sometimes really not what we are but what we're trying to be and we're trying to image it to others maybe we need to shut some of that stuff down and get on the potter's wheel and say i'm yours lord [Applause] oh i need some help to preach i need 50 people in the east sanctuary tell me go ahead and preach for a minute bishop talk to me i need somebody it came detroit in the physical sanctuary to hollow out and say go ahead and preach bishop now what happens i'm going to say this quick and close this message um um this is a piece a lot of what's in that media creates stress somebody saw that couple that really wasn't who they claim to be and they're measuring their relationship by picture oh the holy ghost is talking to me right now it's 11 53 we should have been out but if y'all tell me take a few more i will you're stressed out because because you about to tear up your family see you was happy until a picture says somebody else was happier your wife saw a picture and then and y'all was fine that morning she saw a picture deacon smith in the middle of the day and when you got home from work all hell was raging how come you don't do that for me oh i know i'm preaching but y'all won't let it you was fine until then our little girls let's catch this quick our little girls let's go back to instagram our little girls are all twisted up something like six percent of our teenage girls and my statistic may be wrong i corrected my by next sunday but but they're off because they s they see a picture and they see some young girl with this statuesque body with a pimple-free face yeah i went there and because i'm not like that i fall into depression and what they don't know is the picture was photoshopped god i want to preach to somebody this morning when are you going to stop believing alive see the media makes it feel makes us it appears that everybody's life is great but yours you portray the perfect marriage but you never post me and my wife had an argument last night and when i woke up this morning she wasn't feeling me you don't post that with your saved and sanctified self it's all right to celebrate don't get me wrong but all i'm telling you is you got to balance out the perspective little johnny look at him he got the scholarship but you didn't tell how many nights you beat johnny's behind to make him finish an assignment see see we like to put up uh finished products but we never like to talk about the development to get to the finish and because everybody just looks at that we end up depressed cause i'm not like that i come to call the devil out i come to call out every photoshop life [Music] y'all to get that on the way home cause you don't have to post a picture on instagram and facebook to be photoshopped all you got to do is be a phony and try to put stuff out in front of people we're in that age where added stress is added because we spend our time trying to impress one another instead of trying to please god we seek the acclaim of man yeah i'm coming back to my text we seek the acclaim of man the favor of man and we bought into this system of the world where all we do is spend our time trying to impress one another what good is it to impress everybody on earth and go to a devil's hell i'd rather you not like me and have the favor of god i need some help to preach somebody tell me preach today [Applause] laying some foundation it's going to sound discarded but i want everybody to say it loudly if you're with your family tree you live in the same house you can speak to your neighbor if you don't live in the same house just say it loud enough so your neighbor can hear uh uh i want everybody i'm gonna give you a positive word before i quit preaching everybody tell somebody you're doing better than you think you are you don't get anything else out of the message i preached this morning get that message you're not junk you're not a nobody you're not nothing regardless of what you may seem to be in the light of of of photoshop lives you're not nothing and your life is coming together oh i feel like preaching i feel jesus the lord told me to tell you your life is much more together than you think and if you would just push aside the distraction if you would quit looking at sally and johnny and henry and harry and doris and mabel and start looking to me he said i'll give you the full hookup i'll set your life in order shake it first [Applause] you seek everything but me you seek everybody but me you work the favor of everybody but me god said when you put me first when you put me out front when you step up to the plate and look everybody in the eye and the devil himself and say you may have this whole wide world but i'll take jesus for my who will help me say jesus is the best thing [Applause] i'm getting ready to close right now i'm calling the church back to god can i do that can i be a pastor today can i be a bishop in the lord's church today can i preach to the old can i preach to the village can i preach to the young can i preach to the children can i tell everybody in this house the lord said i about your face i'm sorry that i let the devil make me forget your face and fill my life every day with vain destruction hey god i'm back here because i remember what your word said in your presence there is fullness of joy at your right hand there are plaguers forever more somebody help me celebrate the presence of the lord who have been celebrated who give god a praise somebody praise him right somebody praise him in the social media somebody praising on facebook live somebody pray them on youtube today somebody praise him at the detroit campus open your mouth real wise let your neighbor
