D3 FLATPACK

hey guys the flat-pack I wanted to talk to you about this today I know we haven't done a video on it yet but we wait this great flat pad come out so we're totally excited to talk about the entire lineup finally the first I want to talk to you about the concept of the flat pack why we built it what was a requirement instead of just coming out with some assault pack booking thing it's a it's a multi-role pack you know when we were building the the chest rig that was purpose-built for a military requirement as it grew in popularity people started using it a lot of different lifestyle so we added more accessory pouches one of the things we need to add was a hydration character so we started seeing guys zip tying at five-fifty cording bladders to the back of their chest or your harnesses and we were like hey stop this do this right so we decided to build a flat back now this flat back is not just a again just a simple pack it does a lot of different things the first thing it does is a absolutely its hydration carrier it's got its own hydration bladder inside and its own pocket for it but it's got three different lifes three different missions it's got an every day carry aspect you can put your laptops in there you know up to 12 inches so we're like I've got my macbook 11-inch air in here right now I've got iPads in here got keys you know I take it to the gym I do all kinds of stuff with that any seat back my kids have been use it as a backpack this is perfect for guys the second life that it has admission is the patrol system so whether you're you're out on a patrol and maybe you just want to take and wear slick style armor or maybe you don't have are you're doing like a drug interdiction or some type of reconnaissance patrol or something or just going out hiking or hunting you can just simply throw this whole system on and as you can see it simply mounts up using the shoulder straps you know I have to do is take the harness off 53 CR and it plugs right in using the side of these bubbles it also comes with two straps every pack comes with two side straps for an additional third and fourth attachment on the one inch loops here so you can have all four points of the d3 CR chest attached the third life it lives a mission is a direct attach so as we were designing this we realized well let's let's see if we can cover all aspects here for both Dec Patrol and potentially direct action so as long as you have six and four six vertical and for horizontal pals webbing or Molly channels you can fit the flat-pack on most any play carrier out there the other unique thing about the flat pack is just got an expandable gusset now inside of this pack here I've got a completely loaded entry to your chest rig with the mags and everything and all the medical stuff handgun mags handcuffs everything so you can keep your pack and this is the compact mode this is an expanded yet you can put a chest rig in there both the heavy of a light fits and it can be nice and discreet sitting in a car or just keeping it organized in your truck or in your house or whatnot when you do expand it it goes for about 100 cubic inches up to about 750 cubic inches and that's the main gusset so the main gusset is your bottom zipper down here and now what I've got inside this pack as you'll see as I expand it you can see I kind of just exploded on its own right there because I've got our Tareq's full puff jacket in there I've got our Tareq's pants our tariffs rain jacket I've got a pair of gloves I've got an IT s medical blowout kit and a couple of things that gaiters also got I got cold weather 24 hour package so I've even got a 1 liter source bladder with watering so this that's a lot of stuff that's a 24 48 hour pack right there but it was compressed now I can add twice as much gear in it because I just expanded the main gusset don't want to expand this fall guess I'm on the admin pouch I can get another 100 cubic inches out of that one as well so you can see that you can go from a very low compact profile to a full profile if you need to put more gear in it or maybe you just raw a mission and you need to do a site exploitation and start packing a bunch of stuff in it it does both things so that's the cool thing about the flat pack most recent addition to the family is the new disruptive gray flat pack it's a little bit different doesn't have a Velcro field on the outside and it has a space or masculine comfortable pad instead of the Molly on the back so this is something I would typically carry everyday it does still come with the two side straps you can still integrated in with the d3 CR chest rig but just a lot more incognito and that's pretty much it guys on the entry flat pack where it's coming from where it is and stay tuned for more where it's going in the future I'm Travis Haley stay sharp and be safe
