Comic Book Origins of Every Spider-Man PS4 Suit

what's up key issue so I finally finish spider-man and I track down all the suits most of which are amazing pun intended and I thought it'd be cool to break down where each suit originated from whether it be an original design from a movie or from the comic books so strap in let's take a look at all the suits from spider-man oh and oilers obviously [Music] don't forget to subscribe and hit designed in game by Otto Octavius after he found that Peter had been helping spider-man with his tech it features a large white spider with long legs on its chest and white accents to the web launchers the battle focused Power Suit allows you to charge up focus at a rapid rate which can let you perform instant takedowns much more often or spam the healing button if you're trash like I am this suit made its first appearance in amazing fantasy 15 along with spider-man himself and has been a mainstay throughout spider-man's history the web blossom soup hour allows you to launch impact web like attacks all around you in a spinning beyblade style fury webbing up anybody nearby and also launching them away which can pin them to walls or the floor or other objects and in my opinion is the best ability in the game this suit first appeared in spider-man no war number 1 the first of a four-part miniseries from 2009 the story is a darker and more ground to take on spider-man that was set in the early 20th century during the Great Depression the sound of silence is the perfect suit power for completing those final stealth missions around the map with this ability active enemies radioing their friends will find no help coming and since your attacks make no noise you can fight as much as you want and other enemies cannot detect you unless you know they actually see you [Music] this suit is traditionally worn by Ben Riley a clone of Peter Parker and the suit first appeared during the Clone Saga storyline in web of Spiderman 118 the hollow decoy power suit allows you to even the odds kinda enemies will become distracted by Hollow decoys that the suit deploys and this is likely a callback to Ben Riley being a clone of Peter Parker Peter created a second version of a spider armor to compensate for the loss of his spider sense because without it he can be easily wounded by bullets this suit made its first appearance an amazing spider-man 656 and was used to defeat massacre of course this suit comes equipped with the bulletproof suit power which allows you to focus on the tacking bugs head on without having to worry about constantly dodging incoming gunfire this suit first appeared during the 2004-2005 comic series of the same name or several of Marvel superheroes battled against technology themed villains the exact issue is secret Ward number 5 if you're keeping track the arms race suit power is pretty good it unleashes a blast around you that will stun nearby enemies and renders their guns useless for a short while but I'd rather just use Webb blossom every time [Music] this is the suit that Tony Stark of the Marvel Cinematic Universe designed for Peter Parker during the events of civil war and it's the same suit that he wore throughout the majority of spider-man homecoming the spider bro is one of the better suit powers as it unleashes a small spider drone that quickly lashes out with rapid-fire attacks that stun and Electrify large groups of enemies during his visit to the negative zone and spider-man 90 Spidey suit transformed into a white and black version being that the negative zone has no color the suit made spider-man seem almost invisible the negative shockwave Power has a smaller radius of attack when compared to other AoE abilities but it deals far more damage but again I'd rather use web blossom this rubber insulated suit was created by spider-man and issue 425 in order to protect himself from Electro's enhanced powers after the fight spider-man improved the suit by adding additional padding and he made it a lot more stylish the electric punch suit power is great for completing extra tasks that require you to Electrify enemies during base missions as it charges all of your melee attacks with electrical properties that can stun groups of enemies if they are close together the spider punk suit is the suit of Hobart Brown who was the spider-man from Earth 138 and punk rock legend that leads the spider army this suit first appeared alongside Hobart and amazing spider-man vol 3 number 10 the rock out suit power is my second favorite AoE ability if blast enemies skyward and then they are hurled backward from the continuing winners of spider-man's guitar the wrestler outfit dates back to spider-man's first appearance in amazing fantasy 15 but this version first appeared in Brian Michael Bendis ultimate spider-man run more specifically issue number three this suit has become an iconic part of Peter Parker's origin thanks a large part to Sam Raimi spider-man trilogy the King of the Ring suit power gives you the ability to toss enemies around like nothing it's a ton of fun but it's not really that useful [Music] this suit first appeared in fear itself number 7 during the Serpent's war many heroes were given armor made by Tony Stark and the dwarves of middle of ear to battle Cole Boursin when Spiderman was one of the lucky few to battle the gods the quad damage suit power gives you a god-like boost to your attack stat but isn't very useful as it can only be used for a short time and has a very lengthy recharge Peter Hain crafted this awesome suit and it first appeared in amazing spider-man 650 during the big time arc he created it to battle the Hobgoblin who was being a real dick at the time in the game the suit has a green light to it but in the comics it could change colors suit gives you the blur projector ability which makes you extremely hard to detect and is a great way to clear out those stealth challenges it's up to you whether you prefer into war or the stealth suit ability they're both pretty solid [Music] apparently spider-man red under the Red Hood before creating this suit an amazing spider-man 682 Spidey had to beef up his previous spider armor to take down the sinister six the titanium alloy plates power makes you even more bulletproof than the mk2 [Music] black-blue whatever it's all the same this suit is worn by Miguel O'Hara also known as spider-man 2099 and first appeared in spider-man 2099 number one superpower isn't all that great that allows you to stay in the air longer so if you like doing air attacks it's perfect for you but if you don't then it's kind of useless the iron spider outfit first appeared during the comic book Civil War event but this suit is taken from Starks design from the Marvel Cinematic Universe and it first appeared at the end of spider-man homecoming the iron arm suit power allows you to deal even more damage than usual and gives a much wider reach thanks to the four giant spider limbs that extend from your back I wish they were out an interactive while you were swinging around the city but you know beggars can't be choosers [Music] this suit is another original design made specifically for this game designed by acclaimed comic book artist and film character designer Adi grin off it has not been seen in any other spider-man iteration but the suit power is hot garbage it lets you spread faster and knocks down enemies you run into like some sort of mini juggernaut this is my personal favorite suit to traverse the city in and it first appeared an amazing spider-man vol 4 number 1 the suit was created by Peter after taking his body back from Doc Ock and has been a recurring outfit unlike the previous iterations the defense shield is one of the best suit powers in the game and is great for extending combos [Music] this suit first appears in incredible hulks annual number one and it's the craziest looking outfit in a game and in the comics it's referred to as ghost spider and shares a lot of similarities with the Ghost Rider the spirit power ability burns enemies is you've attack and it's not bad for clearing out crowds in a hurry still not as good as web blossom Oh another super badass suit worn by miguel o hara the spider-man of 2099 this suit was created in spider-man 2099 volume three number one by Peter Parker for Miguel after he drew Parker Industries in the present-day the concussion strike suit power boosts your attack power and sends enemies flying with every punch which also sometimes makes it harder to finish them off but it's a great way to clear out some space an inked and cel-shaded version of Peter Parker's classic suit from amazing fantasy 15 and one of my favorites although it's kind of jarring at first you'll get used to it quickly the quip suit power is probably the most deadly in the game as it insults your enemies as you take them down this outfit first appeared an amazing spider-man 500 and belonged to the spider-man of birth three one two five zero zero the unrelenting fury ability is probably the best if you just like punching stuff as no enemy is able to block your strikes this awesome Black Widow inspired outfit is unlocked by completing Black Cats missions but has no actual connections to Felicia Hardy the suit first appeared in spider-man Deadpool number 8 which Spiderman used to battle Deadpool unfortunately he hasn't worn it since [Music] this is just Peter Parker in a mask and some underwear while there have been many homemade suits from Peter Parker's early days as spider-man this suit first appears in the Marvel Cinematic Universe during civil war but is featured heavily in spider-man homecoming you get this suit by tracking down all of Peters lost backpacks and unfortunately it has no special ability [Music] Peter rocks is alma-mater 'he's t-shirt in this outfit and it is a secret suit that can only be unlocked by finding all secret photo ops it also has no suit power this is another insomniac original and it looks like a hybrid between spider armor the symbiote suit from Secret Wars and also the arms that Doc Ock uses in this game it's unfortunate that it had to be made at all though can I get a rip uncle Doc Ock in the comments please the suit power resupply is perfect for boss fights as many bosses require you to constantly Web them up resupply
