[Music] hey what's up everybody hungry huh see here I got the treat that a lot of people have been asking for for a long time and that's doing cheesesteaks hungry us he's finally onto the cheesesteak y'all for some reason something out of blue we're in Harris Teeter met my wife my kids I said honey I said they got they got they got rib eyes on sale I said I can buy big and slice it up and we have cheese steaks she says god that sounds good she actually says she wished for in my ear and she says right girl dang right tonight's the night all right I got some thinly sliced ribeye they I bought a big one I bought one about that thick I put it in the freezer all right and then what I did is I sliced it thin with my long Dexter knife and that's what I did I had to put it in the freezer a couple of times because it didn't really get frozen all the way through because I went and got everything today so I sliced here and there so I slice it and I put it back in the freezer bring out slice it some more so so what we got though is we've got some pretty thin thin pieces of ribeye ribeye steak had great marbling beautiful marbling so so we got that I've got some beautiful beautiful rolls these are Roma rolls these are what people use and like food food service that kind of thing I got a hookup I can't tell you but I got a hookup all right so I'm going to you know butter these bad boys up put them on the blackstone I got some onions and peppers coming good hey I'm gonna quit talking about it this close what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna bring you in close I let's get these ingredients all right so our ingredients are there's our ribeye got some peppers I got red peppers and yellow peppers and it's just some sweet onion they're sweet onions I got my seasoning mixture right here a salt pepper garlic powder beef powder all right I got some butter I got some Duke's mayonnaise up in there you a little bit of olive oil and that is it tater chips it's gonna be some good groceries hey let's get it on the blackstone all right hey welcome back folks my ingredients I did my ingredients forgot to cheese I have some provolone cheese and I have some yellow American cheese add that to the list I thought I'm a little girl she don't like white cheese but I thought and I thought that the yellow American I think that would be nice along with the provolone just think it's melting nicely all right so what we're going to do hussy won't put a little butter hold on to our vegetables first all right we're gonna do a vegetables okay onions onions get on there get on sick okay onions got a little spice mixture here whoo what does onion smell good already okay right now right now my dials are all on low everything's on lo the griddle is on it's about three hundred and three hundred and forty degrees right there it's I don't have the griddle smoking hot I just want to get these sauteed and get them happy all right when we get closer to go time put that steak on I want crank it up all right so just where to whiz them right there we're gonna go low right now won't crank it up soon we're all let these go two or three minutes two three minutes all right let's give these a little flip here they're looking good just wanna cook them through well let them go for another two three minutes and then we should be ready for the steak all right all right let's take a look at our own y'alls and pebbles they're looking good they are getting very soft and I believe what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna push these over to the side so it's all over there get ready get ready all right so this burners on low all the way low high high all burners cool yeah that's it while I was doing this I also buttered the inside of my rolls and so we're just gonna we'll eventually just toast those off over here well make her sandwiches all right the black stone is get hot she's 425 plus all right got our vegetables they happy over here [Music] again tip use your cold zones to your advantage all right you know up here it's not gonna be as high so put your stuff up there to keep it warm get it ready for the other stuff okay all right what we're going to do oil alright now I'll put this state down it's not gonna take very long I hear that out oh no worries that pretty cool alright we're gonna season or steak all right won't cut this out over here down we'll put a little more all over here okay we'll go ahead and Maggie's wondering what Ali is put our rolls down I don't know if I have enough for all them that boys perdy hurting hurting my all right I want to get our cheese ready like I said I got provolone provolone and some yellow America some beautiful beautiful thin thinly sliced provolone and American cheese Boar's Head ran oh good stuff right there all right I'll put that over there okay now put my rolls turn everything on low everything although you can actually you probably put everything on turn the two burners down alright we're gonna get this top see here one two it's kind of pushing them out for the size of the state or for your cheese state right okay I got enough for about four that's about it okay now for mine I'm gonna put vegetables on line of I like vegetables okay I want to flip these over hot hot tamale oh my cheese I want to do provolone II my wife she want provolone only okay but for mine also oh boy this cheese looks good I want to do some yellow American and from a little girl I'm just gonna do American on hers all right little boy lord I don't know what this little boy I want little boy he'll just get provolone okay all right now let's put that over here let's see what we got bread is nice and toasted nice and toasted boy look at that look a laugh dang it boy that's it right there boy that is it cheese all right mine oh oh boy about forgotten gotta put mayonnaise yeah boy mayonnaise okay look at that boy look at that I'll see that bang all right a little girl perfect and now I'm a little little meathead buddy [Music] some extra right there nice and cheesy y'all nice and cheesy get on in there get on in there whoo purty Wow how easy was that huh how easy was that let's uh let's give one of these a slice and let's give it a bite I all right hey that's it now let's slice this bad boy and take a bite look at that dang dang boy let's try this let's try it I'll try just a meat mmm that's super tender seasoned nicely mm-hmm let's taste it all in one cohesive dish okay hmm Polly hmm cheese is so so creamy the onions and the peppers give it a nice crunch I get too creamy from the Mayo but the state kind of shines through nicely and I will tell you what the bun the bun is probably my most favorite y'all I don't know if I want to make them happen mm-hmm y'all yeah make one share something to make one of these it's super simple it literally took I don't know I set up everything probably 20 minutes or less so it's super simple very easy anybody can do it need any help a message me alright folks hey I love
