it's fun thing to do my grandkids love it there'll be a lot of chatter and going on um on my video because my family sitting in the background my son walls been kind enough to cook let me show you all the prep work I'm lucky enough to have a flat grill I figured that if you had a regular grill you could use a copper squares and then fry it it's so much fun I hope you stay and watch my video and enjoy okay so now we're gonna start with the chicken that's our first thing to do for the hibachi how do you think we slice like that we want to even pieces and we fry them on the grill they fry evenly you this is going to be four chicken breasts she depends on how many people you want to feed or you could use four chicken breasts like I'm using and then you had plenty of leftovers if your family's not as big as mine okay so now this is a London borough and we're going to cut these up in small pieces like we did to chicken you okay so now we're gonna make the rice for the hibachi so we start with eight cups of water okay so now the water is boiling I'm gonna dump in four cups of rice and cook it for 15 minutes now these are according to the rice that I use uncle ben's the directions are different and you might you all have to follow your own directions but this is the one i'm using so we have four cups of rice and eight cups of water and um but if you jump up ends i think it's 20 minutes this one only called for 15 or all the liquid is gone is what it should be doing simmering i have to hold it down on 225 I always use a skillet it just seems easier that more control of temperature so there you go see what it looks like I might hit it up a notch to about 235 okay so add vegetable thing today I'm gonna use the Normandy blend cuz that's what I have and it has carrots and cauliflower broccoli zucchini you don't use any kind of makes you wonder you can use fresh vegetables for today we're just going to use this frozen bird's-eye Normandy blend okay so the rice rice looks like it's done that looks pretty good so okay so it could actually it's cooked instead of 15 minutes it's cooked for 12 minutes okay so now we use ramen noodles that's gonna be our noodles for off far how bocce so I'm sure everyone knows how to cook those we're not gonna use the C's they know we're just gonna use the noodles see make of water and then we're going to do to cut the water where I let that boil okay okay so now we're gonna put the ramen noodles in and we're only gonna cook them for it cook for about three minutes okay probably only cook them for about two minutes and finish them on the grill nice slick isn't it and there we go okay so the Robins done now and we ran up an enjoyable to go on the ground okay say we're gonna start to bought you on the grill my son la is kind enough to be the chef today and that is tighter okay so he's gonna start with the chicken if it takes longer to cook [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] you seasoned it with salt and pepper [Music] is that soy sauce now [Music] [Music] [Music] you [Music] we're gonna put the rice on a rises already closed [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] zucchini often [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] take a rotten tooth off the grocery we started to cook about 11 about 12 minutes ago now [Music] [Music] [Music] as soon as I show you that North normally mix use any kind of shape you want to [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] chickens coming off Wow [Music] [Music] [Music] Wow [Music] [Music] [Music] better [Music] kind of stuck together okay could be right by actually put chicken chicken on it so lay it flat out next time the chicken I put on kick and drop and some butter it says I'm sick it better [Music] that's my problem [Music] [Music] you [Music] [Music] [Music] yeah they were wrong adapted to cook them a little longer he's not gonna nearly touch the grill and come off something like that right [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] okay this is taya that's my son-in-law he cooked for us tonight I hope everyone has enjoyed it [Music] you
