okay a couple men one just came over in the probe arm area just get the truck warmed up connect to the internet here it's synchronized and bring them all into Evernote's it's kind of funny when I started using Evernote they were a real small company and it just barely hit the App World and the other day I was reading an article in Time magazine about them and the growth of their baking and expansions and companies are looking at them they really hit the big time I need to watch a company grow like that all right so will synchronize should pull down the two new assignments also Heder wake up the air set it to 40 cry you pick it up this trailblazer we both have GPS tracking devices on them being the Trailblazer it's peeing right over here an apartment complex are off of State Street in the backside have a plate for it we've got a tracking location right usually to worry about a plate because we know where it's sitting I forget this trailblazer picked up and transported then we'll head south to Provo for the Honda Civic it has a tracking device as well but I find it it's not working it a lot of times it takes about 30 minutes into an hour after the device has been activated for it to actively track in their system so after you get that done with this first repo done we'll try pinging it again doesn't work that's an indication that the vehicle its installed in probably doesn't have battery power most likely either not being driven or broken down somewhere so that's the shop where I have the airbags installed ultimate 4x4 and then directly across the street is where the apartment complex is that that has this Trailblazer in it the Trailblazer pulling out right there but it's Maureen this is our Trailblazer is at the back hauls dead center and go right or you can go left it goes in a big loop and then comes back out so let's stay to the right back window camera going Green trailblazer it's exactly where the GPS shows it Bravo 6:31 can hear the air compressor adjusting got the VIN number covered up with paperwork but we know her name and we can see her name on the check stub right there and on a piece of envelope right there so we know this is the right vehicle I run the plate real quick through the DMV double-check it before we leave make contact get a key that's not good got a bulge in one of my tires to change that out for one of my spares see I got the brackets put on yesterday got the pin that goes through keeps them from coming off and if I have to leave the vehicle somewhere out in public for a long period of time I can lock those with a padlock now my doors don't hit anymore you okay we're here picking up your vehicle for your finance company wonder if there's any personal items you need to get out of the vehicle before we take it yeah the trouble either let's notice there's a lot of things not even that my insight I haven't no snow way cuz I have my okay I don't know I'm just a company that moves them you're welcome to give them a call if you've got any questions about why we're picking it up or just I'm a company that just transports it we all need to call the finance company to find out why they're having us just like mine but new chassis different bed he's got those rails along the side of his bed that I don't like it does look nice with the dollies tucked in the side like that I like I'm exposed on the side you can just grab and lift them right out those you have to clear that lip on either side these guys do towing dabbled in recovery work but they're mostly a towing company that's why they have to have the bucket and the broom for cleanup of accidents and stuff we don't carry that on our truck because we're doing repos only let's see how high that lift sticks above the cab you have to lower that all the way down if you go into underground parking garages and stuff or as you can see mine is even with the cab better layout for recovery work because we're doing a lot more in and out of parking garages and stuff than these guys these guys are going out and picking up cars that are typically out in the open been in some kind of an accident it's got the 6-7 engine in it yeah that guy was trying to negotiate with me on the repo fee he was on the phone with the finance company and they were telling him what we were going to charge to come out there and the amount that he was telling me through my window was a different amount than what we're actually going to be invoicing for us going out there and sometimes the finance companies have you know they do that they'll give a discount and so when I told the guy if that's what they're telling you he didn't like that answer he's like what do you mean if that's what they're telling you don't you the owner of the company I know all the numbers but it's none of his business what I built for my services you know that's the number they're giving you then that's the number that they're gonna charge you and that's what I was telling them but could tell he didn't like the answer one little bit here's a Honda it's like color long plate 9:7 33 it's not it this is that same area we were checking for that Trailblazer that I ended up finding in the apartment complex right behind here and we were checking numbers matched on the buildings - I think we're running in the same situation I think we're supposed to be over our mapping software's putting us on this street I'm supposed to be on that Street over there yeah they keep calling this 7:20 west this is not 720 West there's no street numbers on here that says 750 west so 720 would be that way because we more what west this way so that would be 760 West that we were just on 720 is gonna be this back parking lot here it's a Honda right at the end that's our license plate Delta zero four seven so that's our Honda submit at the very end of that driveway automatic he breaks off what-what-what-what hi hi how you done is this your silver Honda Civic we're picking it up for the finance company that's got the loan on it I noticed there's like a car seat and some other stuff that I won't know if you want to get anything out of it before we took it that's fine you can call them and make the payment arrangements but they've asked us to come pick up the cards I just want to know if you won't need to get anything out of the car before we take it and they're in the office right now if you want to call them right now you might be able to make the payment over the phone and that way we could leave the car here I don't know if you have a credit card or something oh okay okay um look I sorry yeah I don't know you'll have to talk to the finance company about that we're just the company that moves the vehicle and stores it so but I just figured if maybe you had the ability to pay over the phone you could do that but if you don't have a credit card then you'll just have to go down to their office do you know where their office is okay do you want to get some stuff out of the vehicle so okay we tried this one has a tracking device on it I'm checking it again right now I checked it earlier right after they activated it and it wasn't pings I'm just checking it again make sure the tracking device is working if it's not then we know we need to double check that before a customer gets the vehicle back yeah if I can you'll get the same key back with it you only pull it off for you yeah we'll just keep the key to when you guys come to pick up the car you'll get the same key back finance company and then they'll take care of all the fees and stuff and then they'll give you our number to come over and pick up the car all right it still looks like this tracking device is not working double-check the installation on it maybe reposition it put an identification
