big so [Music] [Applause] be [Music] hello hello hello hello everyone and let me again welcome you to another bible art i will say wherever you are which is it's morning afternoon night it's so good to have you i hope you had a wonderful week despite all that you may have faced during the week we can truly say that the fact that we are alive and you are alive all of us are alive we can say god is good and all the time god is good and so we want to just thank you again for for sharing with us and enjoying this program i want to say to you if this program have been a blessing to you we'd love to love to hear from you i am uncle eddie and it's good to have you again sharing with us today another tuesday that god has blessed us with a wonderful day and today we're going to um be looking at as last week remember the last time i spoke i mentioned something about purpose and so today we're going to be looking a little about that so i am going to be talking about something as i talk about purpose and all of us as we go through life we all make this right here um there's a p let me just get that one p uh here we go look at the yellow don't look up don't concentrate on the black you will see the word as the letters start to form in and making a word there you go oh you're right um um there you go and so what is the word there you go it's what plan you make plans don't it and all of us make plans um for this right here um let all right let me just put the one right there we make plan ah i put the l right there but um um for let let me put this right here if oh let me just get this one right here before four um there we go right here um there you go uh there you go and we all make plans for our there you go and one right here and another one there so we make what plan for our plans right um for my life or our life we all make plans as we go through life what is the plan that you have for your life eh maybe you have it on people sometimes you know we we put it on paper and we say this is what i would like for my life i want this to happen you know um especially if you're a young person uh maybe a teenager or in your early 20s you might be saying oh one of the things i want to have you're going to i want to have a good job i want to get married well that's not bad yeah um um maybe how many children you want to have i don't know maybe the way times are going no i don't know right i want to have a lot of this right here let me just put this right here we're gonna i want to have a lot of this right here a lot of what yeah money i want to have a lot of money so i can have a good house and it's good to have a plan but you know sometimes we don't ask ourselves even as a child maybe you as a child have accepted christ as savior i am maybe you don't even ask what is my plan is it what this person has in store for me and let me just finish it right here um there we go um and so i am gonna be putting what god's a plan for my life is it that is my life the plans i have for my life is it what god really wants for my life because you know when i as a young boy growing up i i came to understand god's plan for my life when i when it was in my 20s but you know something as a child i used to walk around on the streets and you know what i used to do i used to be looking at the chocolate trees and the mango trees and the banana trees and i used to stop on the road and preach to them because you know something i got saved at the age of eight and that was in me i just would just walk and i would be stopping and preaching they sent me to the shop i would stop and i would be preaching to the trees and everything but now i realize why i was doing that because what god had a plan for my life and god was leading me in that way and it's very important that we do that so i'm going to be telling you a story and the story is to bring out a certain plan and a way to look at ourselves so i'm going to put this right here and so here we have a tree right here and i'm going to call this a say a apple tree that there you go that's a nice apple tree now there's a lot of apples on that tree i am so i am going to be focusing on here is one right there um another there i i hope you can see it right there let me just put some right there and um here here is another one right here and so what happened is that one day they're on the street and remember now i'm just using a story on this street on the special day is that the wind began to blow and as the wind blew there was this apple right here a young apple and while the wind was blowing um the the the all the apple looked and saw this young apple you know and he says to them young man young you you're trying to hold down from the wind he says yes i am holding on because i don't want to fall and so the older apple said to to the younger one why is it that you don't want to fall that will be good for you he says no i don't want to fall at all look down there you see oh down there is dirty and there are some insects down there and all those things down there i don't want to fall there i am going to get dirty and i don't want that at all and so the older opposite today you're going you but i want to say to you again that would be very good for you if you fall it says no so all the apple says to the younger apple then tell me something what is it that you really want he says well you know what i would like to happen to me i would like someone to come and pick me off this tree and when they pick me off this tree i want them to do this i want them to carry me to their home right and when they carry me to their home i want them and let me say no what should i use them let me use another color um i want them to carry me to their home and when they came into their own i want them to put me in a bowl and so let me just draw this bowl nice blue ball right here there we go and one minute to put me in a nice bowl right on the table as they wash me i want them to put me right in this bowl right here on the table there we go nice i'm looking up right there on on the table and my time i am so clean and what would happen now is that one of the child or if they just have one child would take me put me in their lunch kit and take me to school everybody will see me and admire my skin oh it is nice and then they would eat me and when they finish eating me my core that's a little part there and as in the seed and the old man says what happened oh the old man says well you know what's going to happen they're going to throw you in the trash in the bin he said oh but i don't want that to happen to my life i that's not what i want and all the old apples are the old opposite to to the young people hey remember what i said to you it would be better for you if you fall to the ground because if that happened to you when they throw you in the rubbish bin then that's it for you oh the younger apple says i don't want that so the older apple says to him this is what will happen to you you see if a bird if a bird should come let me just put it right here a bird should come right here and fly down and pick you up the tree and after that bird picks you up the tree he flies away with you what happened is that he's going to eat a part of you you will now fall to the ground that with what was is left of you will fall to the ground and then there's something else that will happen to you is that the i hope you can see this one is that the sun will come out and shine on you there you go not only that the sun will come out and shine on you but then what might happen another day is that you will have the rain that is going to come and fall on you and when the rain comes and fall on you is that what's next is gonna happen is that you now will be covered in the dirt but that i didn't want that for my life so the old apple says all done hold on a minute you see now when you fall to the ground is that after a few days is that something is going to happen what is gonna happen is that you now begin to grow and you begin to grow and you are now going to grow into a nice tree there you go you're going to grow into a nice tree and then when you grow into that nice stream is that you are gonna put on some leaves yeah you are gonna put on leads and then not long after that what's gonna happen is that you are going to produce what there you go you are going to produce some apples wow so the younger apple says man that's good i would like to have that for my life and so i go back to what i mentioned earlier on what plans do you have for your life some of you as a child you have already have a plan well i'm going to go to school or study and maybe go to universe about oh in today's time it's kind of hard i know children are having a hard time and some of you don't even know what is it that i am going to do what is going to be the plan for my life because online school and things like this and things are rough but guess what it doesn't matter what the situation what times we are living in you might have a plan or maybe you don't but you know something god has a great plan for your life and so some of you as i mentioned earlier on is that so you might have a plan to have plenty what money yeah yes you got to have money in this state because without money you won't be able to survive so so you gotta have money it's a reality yes but don't not make money your top priority you know something let me say this to you is that many young people today when they get a job they're looking for a job and the first thing they want to make sure that they have a pla it it gives them plenty of money no that should not be just your aim if i should tell you when i started to work way back then i used to work for about 75 um 75 dollars or 75 or 750 dollars every what two weeks what could that do 750 dollars whoa but but guess what i didn't leave that job because i learned something from that sometimes you have to look at it what is it that i can get out of it so let's go on without saying so you see we have a plan some of us have a plan and the plan is not just for what having money but you see my plan is that i want to be this right here i want to be what i want to be happy in life nothing is wrong in being happy well you know that happiness is just for some time because today you can be happy and tomorrow you know what happened tomorrow tomorrow is that you are sad because something can happen that cause you not to be happy and that's not exactly what god's plan is for your life what is god's plan for you what is it that you you want for your life you see some of us um when we think about life when we think about our plans we only think about this right here we only think about our what self you know what the bible says especially in the last days the bible says that in the last says that people will be selfish you only think about yourself and today we see that many many times that people as they grow up as you think you only think about me there is nothing that says me myself and who else and i yes me myself but you know what the bible says you know the bible talks about we thinking about others better than all we think about ourselves yes the bible says that but so he will say oh no uncle eddie i can't do that but guess what if you really want god to to really bless you and you want to be in the way god wants you to be as a child as a teenager as an older one you have got to do what the bible says you see all of us want to prosper and god speaking to a young man by the name of joshua he tells him hey in order for you to be prosperous and in order to have good success you know what you need to do you need to what not only study his word and know is law but it says that you have got to make it a part of you you have got to meditate on it day and night let me ask how many of you are reading the script that the word of god are you reading the word of god you all have what a cell phone and on that cell phone oh it is open you can read the word of god how much how much are you reading the word i want to suggest to you young person in your child you you are an adult read the word of god your plan the plans that you have for your life you see this young apple as his plan was to get into a family there's somebody to treat them nice yes we all want to be treated wonderful and nice but he did not want to remember that says fall to the ground and the bible talks about as i'm talking about it this this part of the bible came to me that says unless a wheat a grain of wheat fall to the ground underwater and dies you will never see what it it it can bring forth and guess what god wants you to be in him if any man be in christ the bible says it is a nuclear that's what god wants for your life young people so here is it your plans the plans that you have for your life just like this young apple he had a plan for his life but then he realized the plan he had for his life at the end it worked out to nothing what is it that god wants for you what is it that god wants for your life you see first of all god wants you to have this right here not just be happy but god wants you to have what john and you know what joy is joy is a fruit of the spirit the bible says that the fruit of the spirit is what love joy peace yes god has a plan for your life i now remember a song that we used to sing and maybe you sing it it says god has a plan for my life god has a plan for my life yeah he has a plan for you you know something boys and girls you are not here by chance you are not even if somebody might say to you you are just by chad it's a book god knew all along that you were going to be in this world and he has already placed a plan for your life but in order for you to enjoy the plan and to know the plan that god has for your life you see you got to come to knowing my savior you see the devil do not want god's plan for your life to be revealed he wants to keep you down he wants as i said you remember what i said recently that he wants to steal to kill and to destroy you but jesus says i am come that you might have life and have it what more abundantly isn't that wonderful yes it's wonderful and so not only that but just like the apple said the older opposite to the young one is that if he falls to the ground and he dies and all the things come is that he will what flourish and god wants you to flourish in him in the things of the lord but you got to know the word you have got to read this word and not only about flourishing in terms of flourishing what what does that mean in terms of flourishing in terms of flourishing he wants you to do this here we go b [Music] you need to uh bear what yes he wants you to bear what fruit yes because here we find this apple it was nourished by the ground by the the rain that fall and the sun and everything until it burst the seed burst and it brought forth fruit the bible tells us when you accept christ as savior the bible you know what it says in genesis 15 jesus said he said he ah the fine and what he's abandoned we are the one the branches you see and when the branch comes out every branch that is in me and a spoon it says that you are beer what fruit and god wants us he wants you to bear fruit he doesn't want you to just stay there you know some some of you may be saying oh i am a christian and that's it i don't have to do anything no that's not what god save you for you see god's plan for your life the main thing is for you to be like his son jesus christ so i want to say to you young person whomever you are sometimes you might find it difficult as a christian because people will laugh at you you find that some of the times you want to do things but because you are a christian you can your friends are doing things and you know you've got to be different it's hard i know as a child growing up i know i had to face it but you know something i want to tell you something young people is that god is able to keep you you've got to trust him let him work out his plan for your life it's not what you want but what is it that god wants for your life and that is very important and you can only know god's plan for your life when you spend time with him yes spend time with jesus it's important even now that you know the word of god because one day you might not have it on your on your laptop or on your phone they might take it off because they don't want you to know anything about god so it's better to you know the bible says study the word it's best that you learn to do it study the word of god god's plan for your life is for you to have joy it's for you to what to flourish it is for you to what bare fruit wow isn't that wonderful but how can i do all of this because it's very difficult to do all of this because what there is something in our lives that god wants to deal with in order for you to be whom he wants you to be and that one is what is sin yes you know the bible tells us that we are all sinners it says for all i've seen not some for all have sinned and what comes short of the glory of god and our sins your sins my sins you know what that does it separates us from god but the bible tells us in john 3 and verse 16. it says this for god so what love the world can imagine in terms of loving the world is talking about you for god so loved the world that he does what gave his only begotten son and who is god's only begotten son yes i'm hearing you saying it it's oh yeah it's jesus god's only begotten son that god gave his son jesus and he came he went to the crosser he was nailed to the cross the bible tells us that as he was near to the cross he nailed our sins to the cross and not only that but his blood was shed on the cross for you and for me and he's saying to you today if you want to experience all that i have for you all you need to do is ask me to forgive you of your sins and he says that is what i will do i will forgive you of your sins and only with that but i will come in and i will be your lord and savior i will come in you see you need to invite him in you remember that short person zacchaeus he invited jesus home but not only to his physical home but he invited jesus into his life a spiritual home and that's what god wants you to do today he wants you to experience all that he has for you and i know you want good things yeah but god also wants to give you good things you know what um jesus said in in the gospel is speaking he said hey look here your father when you trust it he says your father know what to give you your earthly father but god knows the best gift to give you he knows that do you want it yeah you need that gift that god has for you so give him your heart and life would you do that today would you say to him lord i realize that my plans are not your plans but i want my your plans for my life any plan in my life dear god that doesn't line up with your plans i want you to remove it i want you to remove it from me and to make my plans be your plans as you give it to me and when you do that he promised that he will reveal himself to you as a child as a young one remember i said earlier on as a child i used to preach to the trees and all of those because god's plan for my life was that i would present his word just as i am doing now he has a plan for your life give him your heart give him your life and see what god can do because in a time like this he's calling you to come to him would you do that would you say this prayer after me as you says yes lord i'm giving you my life i want my life to line up with your plans you can say dear god thank you for loving me i thank you for sending jesus to die on the cross for my sins today i'm giving you my heart my life please forgive me cleanse me and make me your child thank you for hearing my prayer and father i ask you to reveal your plans for my life so i can be all you want me to be in jesus name amen if you said that prayer and you meant it oh i want to tell you that there is rejoicing in heaven over you so this is what i'm going to say to you today thanks for tuning in thanks for inviting your friends to tune in today and we are looking
