First Step before entering the fight selection the heart and change one of her spells to comment you need comment for that strategy second step with Shadow Hearts during the fight you need to use command drop on Commander sulk you have 55 chance to make him drop his weapon so make sure you save the game before trying because if you fail all this strategy will fail third step take the ever burning blade from the ground with any character the fight from now on it's really easy he can do any substantial damage whatsoever you pretty much choose this fight even on tactician which I am by the way
