Bannerlord | 5 Mods You ABSOLUTELY NEED in 2023!

are you sick and tired of getting beaten to death by AI cheese do you want the freedom to be able to choose any Banner you can imagine are you serious or maybe you want to run your kingdom like oh well I don't know an actual Kingdom well you've come to the right place here's five must-have Banner Lord mods the mods on this list are based on improving or enhancing the experience of the original game I'm planning on making another video on overhaul mods that completely change the gaming experience but as for this list there will be no overhaul mods included please remember to like subscribe and turn on that Bell icon guys let's get back into the video CC banners to kick off the first mod on this list we have CC banners CC banners will give you a ton of options for the banners that you can choose in game this will give you way more freedom than the banner editor in the vanilla game I always found the banner editor for the vanilla game to be pretty basic and very limiting in terms of design choices you can choose almost anything that you can think of from three-headed dragons some Targaryen looking banners shogunette style banners if you're looking to create a feudal Japanese Kingdom a whole lot more Celtic icons and heaps more medieval banners for you to choose from you can also choose way more colors now so you aren't limited to the base game Banner colors I always thought it was weird how they limited you to a couple of colors in the base game so now you have the freedom to express yourself in any way you want it's not the biggest change ever but as you continually capture more and more provinces your banner will fly high above them and it's something that you're going to see a lot in every single playthrough so for me this mod is a must-have become a soldier this mod does exactly what the title suggests it lets you become a soldier within the world of Cal radio I love this mod because it's such a simple idea but it gives you a completely new and different way to approach your next playthrough it lets you join under Commander's Banner as a foot soldier of the lowest Rank and offers you the chance to rise up through the ranks by proving your Valor in battle the higher you rise the more money you'll get paid you can choose what type of soldier you want to be according to the Kingdom's type of soldiers you want to be a crossbowman no problem or maybe you prefer Cavalry no worries you can use this mod as a completely dedicated Soldier playthrough or choose to start out in the ranks of an army to later rise up as your own Lord in the land of cult radio the choice is yours I love the immersive experience it comes with become a soldier it's such a good idea and I'm honestly surprised that the developers at Taylor worlds didn't come up with it in the first place oh improved garrisons improved garrisons is a kingdom management mod giving you the ability to manage the finer details in your provinces basically what this mod does is if you own a castle or a city you can completely change up the way the garrisons work within it can send out recruiters who will go out recruiting to local towns and bring back fresh troops you can send soldiers off on patrol you can use training grounds to train up an entirely new Army you can do way more stuff than you originally can in vanilla banalog The Garrison and town management has also seen a whole list of changes like for example you can make sure that the Garrison or their specific Province never goes below a certain number of troops or that the recruiters that you originally sent out can only recruit Elite type of troops this mod makes it feel like you're actually running a kingdom and not just mindlessly running around the land like a war band carrying out menial tasks if you want more control over your town and garrisons then I highly suggest you take a look at improved garrisons war and AI tweaks Warren AI tweaks offers a bunch of changes that make the AI act more realistic and less of a Mindless robot with no goal other than killing the player character no more randomly spawning armies after you've just decimated an entire Army one day beforehand this mod will make it so that the ai's Army will respawn and have to fill their ranks again much like the player character has to Clans will defend what's theirs Above All Else armies will only be created with a goal in mind either to attack or defend land you won't be seeing an army 1 000 strong just patrolling around their local Castle to take a quick look at the scenery I love this mod because it makes War seem a whole lot more realistic and makes winning massive battles a lot more impactful as any battle you face from this point on could be the turning point in a war rather than the zombie wave Survival game that vanilla banalode often feels like this mod also makes the way war is declared more realistic the more Wars that a kingdom is in the less likely they are to join another one resulting in a way more realistic take on kingdoms overall I mean seriously what kingdom who's already at war with three or four factions would say it and declare war on a fifth the more Wars the kingdom is in will make them evaluate their standing and potentially sue for peace if there are too many enemies at their doorstep RTS camera this is a pretty basic mod and it doesn't really change anything gameplay-wise but it will give you the option to take a bird's-eye view of the battlefield and tweak the way that the in-game camera looks RTS camera is what I use to shoot all of my battle Lord videos this mod can give you some pretty perfect looking screenshots with the ability to control the exact position of the camera and its distance it's really nice to have if you're in the midst of a large scale battle and you want a comprehensive overview of the battlefield or if you simply just want to watch the Carnage unfold from a better angle it also gives you the ability to play and control Heroes after your player character has fallen in battle this way you're not limited to Simply watching If your player character Falls if you've made it this far guys then thanks for
