welcome to the world of an Amazon delivery driver safety is our top priority before hitting the road so as you guys can see I'm organizing my toast and make sure everything is in correct [Music] order right here as you can see I'm organizing my overflow packages now everyone have different routine the way they organize their overflow or their packages the way I organize my packages I go by the numbers on the boxes I'm going to show you guys a clip of what I'm talking about right now so yeah guys this is the way I label it to me it's better like this because you can see the number from far and this is the number I take from here you can't really see this from far so I got to make it big here so I can see from far so I don't got to be back here looking and stuff so yeah I usually mark them with a marker you guys can see that's what I usually do have a really nice route today by the way guys so I'mma take the package out of here and I'm going sort them up and let you guys see how I do it okay right here I'm taking out all my little boxes and my little envelope out of the tote and I'm organizing them by name and as you you guys can see all the totes goes in order so the first tote that I'm taking out everything is the first tote that I'm going to be delivering from and this is the reason I tell you I go by name the reason why is that sometime when you go by names you find double the same name cuz sometime one person order like five different packages and that's how you find five of the packages the same time when you're taking out everything out the to and like that you move [Music] faster so now how we took out everything from our tote and we have everything organized now we're ready for our first to so now we hit the road this second tote that I'm unloading I usually go by twos when I'm unloading my [Music] totes so now we're ready to take off go into the van put on my seat belt and it's time to hit the [Music] road I know you guys see a couple packages in front of my windshield reason why is that one person order more than one packages so I just put them there so when I see your name I just gathered them them together scan them and drop them off we're heading to our first destination for the day okay guys so we just arrived at the first stop for the day so we're looking for Michelle so it's somewhere here right so let's look it [Music] up this is Michelle right so I'm going grab the phone I'm put have arrived scan going to scan that barcod you see it turns green continue and it's a garage delivery okay guys so it's going to say connect to garage but you got to be like 5T from the garage so it could open but yeah let's do that guys it was a garage delivery but the garage was already open you guys can see so he just told me to drop the package here and just leave it there and just go on to my next [Music] route [Music] so when you're looking for a name you go at the back find the name that you find and when you get the correct name you scan the bar code and it's going to show red if it's wrong it's going to show Green like you just see that's mean you found the correct [Music] package so you drop the pckage at the front door but you got to read the delivery notes depends on what the people or where they want the package delivery but they don't say where they want to deliver you just put it at the front door snap a picture for them and out to be honest it's a really nice job the only thing of it is really tiring cuz you got to be in and off of vehicle put on your seat Bel cuz if you don't put on a seat belt we have like a camera that's watching all the move that we do so if you don't put on that seat Bel it's going to report you that you didn't have your seat Bel on and it's a lot of stuff but it's a really nice job so this is like the brand new um truck that rivan made for Amazon it's really nice we have our big screen at the front the big screen behind our steering wheel and it shows us all the addresses that we got to go so it's really nice guys it's really nice it's really fast it's really spacious as you guys can see so as you guys can see I'm organizing all the toast cuz we're done for the day so we heading back to the station now so yeah guys this is the day in the life of a Amazon delivery driver and I hope you guys like the video Let's head back to the station now and drop this vehicle [Music] oh
