[Music] [Music] this is stan we created this channel together in may 2013. the name was epic steen we were 13 and we made videos like this hi me again on the guys turkey coca-cola i see you're enjoying it after some time i took over the channel at a whopping 186 subscribers and changed the name to brownie so you're on youtube and you're looking for applestein but what do you find i started making videos which stands still sometimes in there i also started working out i transformed myself uploaded that and i kept making videos now almost eight years later this is stan he is 20 years old 190 centimeters six foot three and 69 kilograms 152 pounds and he never worked out in his life so i challenged him okay so today we're challenging stan to transform his body in 90 days and if he succeeds he wins 500 bucks i do it i do it i do it the question is do you accept the challenge i accept the challenge you accept the challenge yes by the way [Music] so we got to work on day one of this challenge he could do three sort of pull-ups and spoiler alert a few days later he could do zero oh he could do 23 push-ups in a row and on the beast he burned 20 calories in 34 seconds and these were his body measurements how did we get to a point where i don't wear a shirt and you do yeah so stan wins 500 bucks if he reaches these goals in 90 days one gain weight he is the first contestant that needs to gain weight we want to go from 69 kilograms to 75 kilograms two gain muscle we don't want the six kilograms to be fed we gotta make sure he's making gains and three get stronger go from three or zero pull-ups to eight pull-ups in a row go from 23 push-ups to 35 push-ups and burn 20 calories in 20 seconds or less yes this is a pretty big and hard challenge especially for such a tall guy but definitely not impossible let's go [Music] oh come on push it push it come on come on keep it up oh my god not so much an athlete now jesus christ not feeling too well no howdy bakes then when is the last time you had a workout never so that never worked out and the first workout actually went pretty good he put in the work did everything he needed to do but again he felt a little bit sick after the first workout do you know what you're eating right now i have no clue that's what i thought all right that's what we're gonna find out and we're gonna create a diet all right as always we gotta get you some new stuff yes that that looks like stan that's that's stan okay let's get some vanilla whey protein that one is really clean cold brownie echo brownie 36 36 up right now let's get him games yep okay so it's day three yesterday was my first workout and i gotta say my left arm is pretty useless today next week onwards is gonna be three workouts a week [Music] so nearly at the end of the first week and i gotta say it's actually going pretty decent so far oh my god that was heavy geez we're working on it so we're now at day nine and i gotta say i'm starting to realize that i'm way too impatient for all of this it's really keeping those workouts in and hoping to progress doing them that's the biggest challenge right now well there were some problems okay halfway the first month show us your pull-ups oh jesus oh oh oh oh no no and to make things even better i'm just trying to finish my calorie goal for today get some cashew nuts here if i'm underneath 70.6 tomorrow i'm gonna be so pissed i really didn't expect the gaining weight to be this difficult but stan didn't even think about giving up he kept going at 110 in 30 days his pull-ups went from three-ish to zero to two his push-ups from 23 reps to 28 and burning 20 calories as fast as possible on the beast went from 34 seconds to 24 seconds that was sick kilograms three kilogram games [Music] okay i just finished another workout so uh i'm gonna give you guys a little update the first week after we recorded the 30-day update i actually lost some weight so i started to eat even more and now i'm about 73 just below 73. we're we're on track right now it's going pretty decent pull-ups are still a bit tough and i haven't done three in a row yet for the first time since day one i've actually hit three pull-ups in a row finally i did do four pull-ups in a row for the first time hopefully i'll be able to do four clean ones at 60 days that would be amazing i'm really wondering if there's going to be big changes compared to the 30 days but i think so but for me it's difficult because i like i see myself in the mirror every day so you're not going to see a huge change if you look at it day by day not that i like go to the mirror and flex as hard as i can every day to see if my chest has grown but um no actually that's pretty much it yeah grab perform oh is there a fix is there a fifth oh there is a fifth oh and the goal is six for at the end of the 90 days so close nice all right who ships all right 31. and these were insanely clements [Music] nice i weighed in at 75 kg today and tomorrow is a 60 day update so that's pretty sick my maximum pull-ups is still five right now push-ups if i hit 32 tomorrow that's also fine because then i'm still on schedule and then all that remains is the beast i'm not as scared as i was last time i'm still a bit nervous for it i guess you never know i might throw up you never know if i could actually improve on last time so just get below 24 seconds that would be perfect we're doing well we're doing well let's see how we do tomorrow all right so day 60. how are you feeling i'm good good yeah i'm actually good yeah i feel like an athlete nearly no way we're this close this is just like you see and feel a difference yourself i do yeah but are there any gains is there a difference we'll see right now let's look at the stats 74 kilograms oh that's games and i i can see some real good gains here oh like that's that's sick chest shoulders that is an insane growth and in real life right now this guy is a completely new person already it's crazy and oh is there a sixth one is there a sixth one are you gonna hit the goal today yes after 60 days then was able to do eight pull-ups we're gonna work in the forum but this is insane one more one push it out push it out and his push-ups went up to 32 and the beast well yes oh 21 seconds and also still feeling good yeah he's getting fitter and fitter every single day we're 60 days in this is insane [Music] alright so we're at casa del sten that's right okay let's let's show your room that's where you work out right magic happens oh specially that's it exactly that's what it that's what it is there's no fancy anything here actually and one thing oh you got a med i got a mat but i do have exercises on there and i used to do the diamond push-ups because i did them on my knees [Music] cool [Music] this is his warm-up guys so this is the space would you say that you need a lot of equipment no not really not really actually you don't even have a bullet bar no but what i have a solution let's go there [Music] so this is where you do the pull-ups i do it nice and you also bring a bowl would you football yeah just in between sets i just uh do some cardio [Music] so 60 days are already over there's just one month left which is crazy it's going so fast right now we're on track with everything basically the weight the push-ups pull-ups and the beast it's all going pretty well one month left the first two weeks we're gonna keep gaining weight just a little bit more and then the last two weeks it's just maintaining that keep doing the workouts i'm very very very interested to see what 90 days is going to look like i'm excited i'm very excited let's do it [Music] wow [Music] all right halfway the last month day 75 you're feeling like an athlete almost we're so glad we're so close so close let's go all right so wait wait wait today today is gonna be the highest weight day because after this we're going to get ready for day 90. what is it what is it what is it [Music] yes 70 70. holy [ __ ] dude let's test your strength let's do it all right pull-ups how many do you think it's gonna be a tough one um you are two kilograms heavier right now i'm gonna say seven at least one come on [Music] come on yes yes i'll take that as well all right so push-ups it is quite cold here but but you're gonna do it how many do you think i need to do 35 in 15 days so we talked about form also for the pull-ups oh yes that's it that's it we don't want to go too far all right that's the record for here also really helps and i'm not going to be gaining any weight next 15 days okay we're going to get ready for day 90 and day 90 will have a professional photo shoot oh you ready yeah let's do it let's do it all right i can't wait [Music] nice [Music] so this whole weight thing it's it's actually getting ridiculous the first time that i don't have to gain weight and what do i do i gain weight of course of course i have to right now i need to maintain weight slash lose a bit of weight i've gone up to 78 kg and that was not the goal so yeah i guess i gotta eat a bit less now but it's so difficult to drag your weight because it goes up and down so quickly this is the first time i've actually not had any trouble to gain weight so it's annoying it's very annoying so so the last week i have a different diet this last week um i need to cut pretty badly in uh carbs which i hate for now i'm all right but the difficulty is to still get around 3000 calories because i don't want to lose too much weight and that's that's that's very difficult and a bit annoying i'm not enjoying this i enjoy the diet i had before a lot more than this it's just a week it's just a week hopefully we'll get the best results on day 90. [Music] [Music] so [Laughter] [Music] so tomorrow is the big day day 90. we're going to do the weigh in the measurements then pull-ups push-ups the beast and then we're moving on to the photo shoot should be a lot of fun i think i should be good to go on the challenges if anything i think push-ups are going to be the most difficult because i haven't hit 35 yet well there's a first half of everything that also means that this is the last day of the diet this day i can eat as many carbs as i want which is nice on the other hand i cannot drink too much water that really sucks because i've got a sore throat right now it's ridiculous but it's a weird thing anyway when stem tells you not to drink water i don't think he does that a lot okay day 90 let's go stan how are you feeling um i'm actually feeling good day 9 day 90. so you would say i'm an athlete you would say but last time i said that i threw up within half an hour so we're gonna look at the results all right so what is it wait wait so so what do you think it is um just below 76. the perfect goal right now would be around 75 maybe a little higher that would be perfect 75.5 kilograms there you go so yes a six kilogram gain which is half a kilogram a week what we aim for i've been 78 as well but then i lost some more weight we're going for some lean mess and that is i think that i think we did an epic job you're looking great we're photoshoot ready photoshoot ready [Music] all right so these these are the measurements shoulders chest arms abs everything grew except for one thing everything shout out to coach greg spice league i'm a proud guy man i'm proud of you i'm proud of you are you stan the statue straight yeah this is just right all right so pull ups proper form a pull let's do it there's some moral support here ready yeah let's go one oh clean two come on oh yeah three oh stan come on four four four four four these are clean man come on come on keep it up keep it up come on one one more come on come on come on clean clean clean yes look at that are you going for one more are you going for one more oh holy [ __ ] dude that's it alright so push-ups you haven't hit the goal 35 ever yet no 35 proper form here we go some moral support again yes great core engagement great five come on come on i know you can i know you can step on give it up give it up four oh one more [Music] stan come on come on 500 bucks 500 just keep rubbing i i i think you're ready [Music] okay one one really proper rep make it look epic [Music] oh so you ready for the beast last but not least yeah or do you uh want to try and hang for 100 seconds to win out in the box no you ready yeah okay three two one go that was oh that was 27 seconds left do you remember what it was at the start yeah i had 50. 50 left yeah this is crazy but now the beast yeah at least all right so the beast are you ready yeah let's do it last time 21 seconds you need to be died yeah 20 seconds or less that's it that's the goal that's the goal for the end of 90 days 20 seconds and today's a day countdown yeah three two one go we get him go look at him go we're gonna go 20 seconds or less come on yeah come on yeah yes [Music] all right so his workout course is called the bodyweight master this is workout routine his diet is made out of the brownie diet you can get these courses with a huge discount right now in description below all right stan and the buff photographer there we go you ready for the shoot yeah [Music] so [Music] it's quite tough isn't it it is yeah kind of fun all right so a little bit of a pause of a break you can enjoy some water or some drink [Music] all right you can finally drink drink your water yes look at him go and you did amazing man you gained he gave these look at those arms you actually gave a decent amount of muscle it's crazy 90 days is a short period of time definitely yeah yeah it was over like that going by so fast yeah all right so you did it you did the pull-ups push-ups you didn't throw up with the beast you did it you hit you 20 seconds and now you guys saw the results you did it 500 bucks it was doable really really as long as you keep seeing your progression it's really doable it's really motivating see you guys in the next transformation
