yeah so today we're going to go through the main  tests that we are testing all our soldiers for   like twice a year and that's just to measure their  physical capacity just so they know what they have   to work on to get stronger faster more explosive  so the tests that we're going to do we're going   to start with a 3rm deadlift and that's not  based on body weight at all right no no it's   not we're kind of having the same expectations  for everyone for everyone your kit is not getting   easier for someone who's yeah weaker or stronger  having the same expectations yeah that's good   that's fair yeah that should be uh should be  interesting i'm up against this beast of a man   the only exercise i can beat you in is the  pull-ups that's that's going to be like my   one goal uh we have pretty high expectations or  maybe the brutal bench too i could potentially   be okay at that all right let's start then  uh should we uh you can you can go first   i don't need to start with this weight though  yeah no i'm not gonna i'm definitely not gonna say what your personal best is yeah you should try  beating them my personal best is uh 230 kilos for   three reps yeah and my one rep max is uh 250 kilos  really good and i was actually most impressed by   your pull-up record you said you did 16 pull-ups  with uh 11 yeah kilos last time i tested the i   did the 16 pull-ups but my personal best in that  one is 20. yeah but now i'm a little bit heavier   so yeah natural bullets will go down yeah yeah  i don't even know if i can win the pull-ups all right so this is just my first lift of the day i  don't even know what to start with uh like   a hundred kilos i have no idea all the other  exercises i know pretty much what to start on   do you think 100 no maybe 80 80. be  safe yeah some liquid heaven so yeah   before you start as well we are expecting  you to start in a downward position yeah   but you're ending up in a straight position on top  okay if you're stopping air yeah okay okay yeah   so yeah i uh feel free to correct my form  because uh i know that people watching this   video will otherwise uh so is this wide  enough yeah more than that you can try and let go i'll try 20 more kilos okay yeah thanks what is the minimum requirement  here well we are kind of saying that after a year   working here we are aiming for people lifting  120 three times okay and that's gonna be my goal usually we do this in uh like uh training clothes   yeah so a little baggy pants  is like yeah yeah so today i think i'm not going to go anywhere today  this one so how many kills was that 230.   okay minimum requirements here we go got this easy your personal best is 140 right uh yeah i think  my personal best is 104 i think it was twice my   body weight but i don't know i just remember  it like it progressively getting a lot harder   when you reach those type of weights so but i  could try we have like uh three or three weights   the weight you have to do is 120 yeah and  the next one is 140 okay and uh like uh 162 okay and a half so yeah i'll probably go with  140 then just try it if that's the next step you   know yeah because uh yeah that would be very easy  for you so yeah i mean yeah i was going to ask you   how much you think i can go up but uh you got to  feel it yourself so it could look easy but it's   very heavy so yeah yeah so you're not using straps  when you're lifting no when we do this that's the not the fastest but we got some guys that are even  stronger and even faster too so wow yeah i think   the the strongest guy he that lifts 310  kilos for one rep yeah in the left 230 in   the squat yeah and 160 in the bench press  and he and he can run very fast too yeah   so he's like a huge viking yeah no bear though  just tall and strong yeah that's a scary guy okay oh okay next test that's going to be  bench press another one of my favorites uh it's a one rep max same so much yeah very  simple uh do you want to start or should   i start we're gonna take a stone paper  sister huh should we do it in norwegian all right so did you need to go first  or did i yeah that's always the case   i can go first time yeah okay i mean it  really doesn't matter it's not like i'm   looking at your weight and thinking about  what i should lift so this is 130 uh yes so this is 90 kilos it's uh it should be  around my max so we'll see how strong i feel crooked and not the best form but actually  don't think i can go much higher than that   i might just uh stay at 90. i try one more  lift at the one for you yeah i think uh i   think that's that's about it yeah what is the  minimum requirements though well the minimum   we've already beaten that that's around 75. okay  so yeah as long as i'm above math i'm fine come on i don't think i'm going to go any heavier  because that felt a little uh off with a   140 nice thanks good job you too man yeah this  is water it's not gas it looks like a gas tank   so now it's pull-ups yeah i haven't felt  any pressure up until now but now i'm really   feeling the pressure i mean that guy's like 100  kilos if i can't beat him and my own exercise yeah next up is pull ups max repetitions with  11.5 kilos i can go first so you have something to   beat okay yeah i think you will take me  at 30 seconds oh 16 uh it's pretty hard   yeah but that's every day is the difference  yeah the platoon record is 2023 yeah so yeah   that can be the goal of today and who has that  record is that it's our um is that the same   guy as you talked about earlier no no this  is a different one yeah a different viking one two three all the way up come on come on come on 14. come on come on come on come on thanks hope the uh the reps are strict yeah let's  take some off oh i think that was good uh you're   in charge of you're the referee so so yeah you  got 17 there but you got some falls as well so   around 15. okay well that's true well let's say  just make sure you're as strict with me then   the question is uh shirt  or no shirt it wouldn't be because people are going to say if i do  it with a shirt people are going to say   he would have won if he took his shirt  off so if you beat me with my shirt off   then you have really beaten me and no one  can complain so make it fair for both of us because i haven't felt any pressure up until now one two three four five six seven eight oh i've never done it with this weight you know  usually i do it without weight where i do it   with like 30 or 40 kilos just it didn't make that  much of a difference for me with a an extra 11   kilos yeah yeah good job though because i i don't  think i've seen it i haven't seen many people   as heavy as you do pull ups that well so that's  impressive yeah so if i beat you at the last one   then we're even if you beat me it's another  win for the telemark battalion yeah no pressure   okay so since you've started so far i should start  the next one yeah yeah next exercise i don't watch   it called in english but we call it the brital  bank yeah you hang upside down in the sit-ups   uh elbows to the knee yeah and that's basically it  yeah your back has to touch the the pad it's what   is normal on this upper exercise like what's the  minimum the minimum will be around like 16 16 it's   for rain before and what you have to remember as  well is that you're using this small string here   yeah okay that you're having behind your  head just so we're not getting any cheating since it worked well in the last  exercise i'm going for shirtless again   oh you should have gotten shirtless on  the bench you would have been in trouble okay like this yeah that's  fine one two three four five 25 well done nice the worst is getting out it's strange how the  first 20 feels so easy and then it just all of   a sudden hits you nice thanks i've heard that  you can do 29 so i'm in trouble fix the sack one two three four five six  seven eight nine ten eleven i was like sure you're gonna beat me this is  like by dc and then it just stops yeah yeah   well good job youtube man i guess it's the  tie uh yeah we're just slime for this side   you guys smoked me in the last video though  so at least i got tired this time gave me some   confidence you know but they actually said that  also sometimes they do rowing as part of this   and if we had rowing then they would definitely  win so i'm glad we didn't do wrong i never thought   that i would be able to pull off a collab with  you guys and it's all thanks to andreas who   who hooked me up and i mean i had high  expectations for this and i think yeah   all my expectations were like uh surpassed like  it was way better than expected i've done like   so much cool stuff now that now that when i go  back to my normal life it's going to seem so dark   i might become an alcoholic or something because  i've had so much excitement these last hours   but yeah so big thank you to uh to you guys  for allowing me to come here i mean it's been   it's been the greatest thing ever i think we all  enjoyed you having you here as well giving us a   challenge so we want to give you this oh wow so  is that can i actually wear this though because   i'm not like one of you well you're am i going to  look like this now though aren't you going to look   like a tool walking around in this so it's really  important that you're wearing this when you're   walking around or even at when you're climbing  just so you can show very kind of belong as well   i mean actually a fun fact my fam my  family is from telmark that's where mit   comes from oh really is in telemark so it's  uh it's my roots i i mean if you guys say   it's okay i'm definitely wearing this there's  no doubt no one's gonna mess with me enough
