[Music] this is york my 17 year old brother [Music] and here's the full story of how he transformed his life in just 90 days i'm gonna show you everything you need to know about how he did it he actually used to be quite fit he never really worked out or went to the gym but he played multiple sports and was just a pretty active guy and he's gone but the past year however he completely let himself go he gained a lot of weight wasn't very active anymore and his diet was terrible i gave him a workout program a diet and offered my help when he needed it it is january 14 2020 right now he's gonna transform as well let's do it and he failed he could not stick to it and gave up so i challenged him stand here you know what i did with amber yeah you're going to do it as well 90 day transformation you ready i'm ready bucks baby 500 500 bucks jeez i mean he's a little younger so that's probably even more for him it's a lot of money it's a lot of money what do you earn every single month 200 200 a month all right there you go [Music] on day one of this challenge he could do 8 decent pull-ups 28 push-ups in a row and this were his body measurements 500 bucks if he reaches these goals in 90 days lose weight around 10 kilograms gain muscle in these 90 days and get stronger we typed in all his stats and the internet said he was overweight and after the first video went live some doubted if the goals were realistic at all and said that he would never reach the goals well let's go [Music] come on push push push that's heavy isn't it jeez [Music] okay so next day after my first workout with my brother i'm really sore [Music] almost below 80. so i'm doing my workout right now with a friend i get more motivation when i'm with friends if you're gonna do this try to do it to his friends so it's more fun [Music] oh oh look at the difference already 79 oh damn that's already three kilograms and i see a pretty decent difference in the belly do you see yourself do you see a little bit or a bit a bit because it's you right yeah like you shoot yourself every day let's go hit it [Music] so today i want to try something new so we're at a bar park with my friend so today i'm gonna do another workout we waited with some friends push-ups [Music] today i'm gonna get a haircut on your request as well needed so i'm gonna chase it up a bit you guys had something to say about his haircut and he agreed with you so he got a new haircut so i'm having game night normally we uh just have unhealthy snacks like chips yeah whatever now we have only healthy tomatoes and [ __ ] and some apples [Music] how are you feeling feeling good he's looking good he's looking really good 77 kilograms 15.5 body fat eight that's the best so far right yes yes everything should stay the same because that that means he's losing fat and gaining muscle but his arms are growing and we want the belly to shrink as well to get that lean look get those abs so we're over the 30 day mark i'm still here when we work out with two friends same friends we're gonna work even harder than last 30 days [Music] [Music] okay [Music] okay day 60. do you feel like a machine not yet but close close to the machine let's uh look at the facts oh look at that look at that all right let's do wait do you know what it was last time after 30 days around 77 i think 77 kilograms around 15 body fed and now you're at 73.1 kilogram and the body if i presented it thirteen point seven thirteen point seven body fat percent do you now feel like a machine game so we're over the 60 day mark and my girlfriend's now also joining [Music] so i'm on a vacation with my girlfriend but vacations are famous for their cheat meals cheat days and of course i'm gonna gonna eat a bit less healthy than normal but i'm gonna get twice as active so i can eat those calories [Music] one of the hardest part of being here is not having a scale so you don't see if you lose weight or gain weight so that's a bit frustrating this is the only pull bar i have here so i'm gonna do my pull-ups here and the vacation is going really well it's really fun i thought this vacation was like a sort of test for myself if i can maintain my weight and still just have fun some cheap meals interesting to see if i gained weight i don't think gain weight i was a really active certification [Music] hey [Music] are you ready for tomorrow i'm ready ready for the 90 days yes you think you beat the goat you think you won the 500 bucks i i think i won 500 bucks i think so too okay let's enjoy this meal and tomorrow we have 71.9 oh this is exactly oh this is exactly 10 kilograms 9.1 body fat i actually think you are more around 10 percent body fat right now 10 11 which is exactly what we wanted so smash it smash it this 90 day progress it's it's i'm mind blown i just let's do the measurements all right these are the measurements and this is exactly what we wanted he just kept the same size but he lost a lot of fat which means that he just made insane gains a lot of muscle gains it's i'm so blown away come here let's see how strong it got all right you ready i'm ready how many do you think you're gonna do 20 20 20. you started with being able to do eight pull-ups 20 pull-ups here we go come on proper form come on push it come on god okay man okay push ships you ready yes the goal is 50 in a row that's it that's a big goal you think you're gonna hit it oh yeah yeah yeah 50 in a row come on 50 was a big goal i mean that's crazy you're ready at 40 right now pretty sick come on four more push it no rest
