I actually saw this house when it was valued at 250 million dollars. If you don't believe me, google 924 bel air. Look at some past videos. And read my critique on why the company had to drop 62 million off the asking price. LOL
this house is so nasty and overpriced. they already slashed the price from 250 million to 188 million b/c no one wanted it.
the house is overvalued. the property itself is worth 7 million MAX. it's not worth the 188 million even with the props and all the built in toys from the cars and tv in the pool.
if you look at the other videos where the seller was confident, he was so hyped that he could sell a 250 million house. but he underestimated real estate. he had land and he developed property without any buyers in mind. he didn't use a budget when building. terrible planning.
even the airplane engine used as a table? really? wtf! why is a handbag designer- the guy giving the tour- building houses? no one wants to eat food off a greasy airplane jet engine. no one wants to eat airplane food either. he also wasted 100k to built a candy and granola wall. that's just awful as no one can finish it all and it's a terrible waste of money and confections.

another concern of the house which really turns people off is that it's located on a neighborhood with no privacy - no surrounding trees or forest. it's just used as bragging rights, but when thugs come to rob you b/c your house too opulent and big and ugly, then shits going to hit the fan. security would set back a lot of amenities in the property, as a lot of the exterior would have to redesign.
Yeah, very smart idea to spend like 1/3 of your after tax winnings on a house. No wonder jackpot winners usually end up going broke.
