there's fear chaos and the whole world shuts down you use your faith don't you panic there's not the time for god's people to panic god has big big plans for you and the enemy is not after them he's after the church trying to silence the church and stop your forward progress he's seen that this is going to be year of god's going you walk by faith you increase by faith you work miracles by faith you stay open by faith because the church is essential you feed the community by faith you build by faith you win souls by faith you exercise your dominion by faith you continue to send the word this time um god was able to be able to help us to be able to manifest our faith confidence because people need to come together at some point in time you know we we need to we really do i i just i i just you know when i was preaching here sometime when we were on lockdown and nobody was here i had to preach up here because you know i'm i'm not going to stop preaching just because you know and uh and i'm telling you it was kind of different preaching to nobody because you're going to have to envision thousands of people you know you have to amen and you know the holy ghost will help you do that so we did it and i'm telling you it was powerful on to tomorrow we're having our healing meeting and so we uh pat called me and said pastor you got a healing meeting scheduled but you know the pandemic is on lock down so forth and uh are you going to still have it now paul's admitted the holy ghost said yeah praise god well he didn't say it like that but he said yeah and uh so what happened was we had it but we had that and i tell you nobody was here we used some old videos footage for praise and worship and so forth and that night we've got 633 confirmed healings that night people were texting us from all over god healing so if we speak the word the holy ghost is there to make that word manifest say amen to that so don't think anything is lost just because somebody is not here whatever have you god is all-powerful he's almighty he's all-knowing they amen to that and so forth so i just want to thank you also now could you come up and read the um here you can use mine if you blessing to the party's house on numerous occasions and he's been a blessing to me and a dear friend and he he said he called me but he really texts me now you know when you get in trouble where boomers start texting it's really you you're really going at something we're texting back and forth trying to work this thing out i could tell he wouldn't text me if he didn't need some help and i said let me see what i can do and the lord so had it that that he brought me up here i didn't know i was going to be here but god knew from the foundations of the world that i would be standing right here today how many are glad you're in the building today i'm glad to be in the building today i greet you in the name of jesus i again honor your pastor and grateful to god for his goodness i want to honor a couple of pastors i brought with me bishop marcus strong and pastor michael phillips i just want to praise god for you you got me some back up would you stand let us honor both of you glory to god good to see you in the service of the lord marcus and jonah you know how much we love you and how much we think of day star and how we've been a part of the day star family for many many many years back when i had a jerry curl yeah yeah i was preaching my hair it started out white and i wasn't always bald i used to shake it i used to tell the sound man that i like my monitor so hot that when i holler my hair blow back now i got to come up with another expression ain't nothing left to blow but i'm still in the army of the lord 45 years i've been preaching the gospel 45 years i've been preaching the gospel i've been preaching longer than i the bigger part of my life and i owe it all to calvary can you say amen as we gather in this international faith conference we all need our faith strengthened because these are challenging times we don't need that store-bought faith we don't need that shake and bait kind of faith we don't need a bag full of christian colloquialisms and nice things we're fighting a real devil now a real devil with real issues and real tests and real proud and you have to mean it because you're going to be tested on levels you've never been tested before but i still believe that greater is he that is in me than he that's in the world i still believe that god is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we may ask or think i still believe that he's got all power in his hand i still believe that he heals the sick every night then i still believe that he can raise the dead i still believe he can pick you up out of the gutter and make you somebody and make you the head and not the tail and above and not beneath have i got a witness in this place oh yeah i mean that thing i won't be before you too long tonight yeah yeah there you go brother give me some power i'm not one of them quiet ones i want in texas boys we holla yeah i'm going to the book of exodus chapter number 33 thank you again for the invitation uh to be behind uh this pulpit exodus 33 verse 13 through 23. i want you to follow me along in god's word i'm reading out of the king james version not because of this clarity or simplicity i just like it because it's old like me we've been hanging so long i don't think we need a divorce now i read everything but i preach out of king james most of the time and at this particular point in the 33rd chapter of the book of exodus notice that exodus that means we leave it [Music] exodus means pack your bags exodus is a book of transition and transformation and people who are nomadic enough who are not so attached to where they are that they're not ready to move to the next dimension of where they're going exodus 33 13 we catch them already in flight god has already done a lot of things for them he's already opened a lot of doors he's already parted the red sea he's already made the bitter waters that mara turned sweet he's already healed them of their plagues and their diseases he has proven himself to be a mighty god and yet there is more to be experienced about god god is inexhaustible irreplaceable immutable eternal everlasting sovereign god all by himself able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we may ask or think that means he's able to blow your mind and so we step into this text because man is talking to god and moses is talking to god and god is talking to moses because god is blowing moses mind i i like it when god blows my mind i don't i don't want a god i can carry around i don't want a god i can put in my suitcase i don't want a god i can carry i want a god that can carry me i don't want a god i can't explain because if i can explain i can duplicate i want a god that must be revealed not explained [Applause] the mighty god the eternal god the everlasting god has taken his children on a trip much like he has today and as we step into the sacred moment of this text we step into an intimate moment not a published or publicized moment but a moment of exclusivity where god is talking to his servant and his servant is talking to god and it says in verse 13 now therefore i pray thee if i have found grace notice i had to find it if i have found grace in thy sight show me now thy ways that i may know thee that i may find grace in thy sight and consider that this nation this nation is thy people they don't belong to me they belong to you and he said my presence shall go with thee and i will give thee rest and he said unto him if thy presence go not with me carry us not up here i'm not going anywhere without you for wherein shall it be known here that i and thy people have found grace in thy sight is it not in that thou goest with us so shall we be separated i and thy people from all the people of the earth our uniqueness is that you are with us touch yourself say he's with me and the lord said unto moses i will do this thing also that thou hast spoken for thou hast found grace in my sight and i know thee by name and he said i beseech ye show me thy glory oh yes and he said i will make all my goodness pass before thee and i will proclaim the name of the lord before thee and will be gracious to whom i will be gracious and i will show mercy on whom i will show mercy ain't nobody's business who i bless i'll bless whoever i get ready to bless i won't meet with the board i won't talk to the committee i won't get everybody to vote on it if i decide to show you grace i'll just bring you right into grace and give you mercy because i'm gone [Applause] and he said thou cast i see my face for there shall no man see me and live and the lord said behold is a place by me and thou shall stand upon a rock and it shall come to pass while my glory passes by that i will put thee in the cliff of the rock and will cover thee with my hand while i pass by and i will take away my hand and thou shall see my back parts but my face shall not be seen somebody say man i want to talk to you tonight not only here but around the world to all that are streaming and all that are logged on and all that are watching by television the holy spirit has sent me to tell you today that glory comes in glimpses glory comes in glimpses it will not be a deluge it will not be a flood it will be a flash it will be a flash the next thing god gives you is going to be a flesh he'll put you in a place where you can't see and cover you up and then let you catch him as he passes by in a flash somebody say flesh let's pray spirit of the living god falls fresh on this word right now anoint these lips of clay that they may be endowed with the kind of power that illustrates the word with integrity and yet vibrance with solidarity with the purpose for which you have caused me to stand here behind this sacred destiny draw nigh to every apparatus every electronic piece of equipment every television all those that haven't here to hear what the spirit will say to the church and push away the markers and the imitators and the spectators that those of us that sit in zion may be couched in a position to receive the counsel of god i thank you in advance for what you're about to do you don't even have to do it i'll praise you now your credit is good with me i praise you now you can do it later in jesus mighty and righteous name we pray somebody who really loves jesus shout amen moses is god's man but make no mistake about it he is a man he is a leader of a massive amount of people but he was once a confused boy trying to figure out who he was and even as a man there were moments of complexity and confusion so paralyzing that he thought he would never reach the moment of his purpose or his calling because reaching your purpose is much harder than preaching about purpose reaching your purpose is harder than teaching about purpose illustrating it defining it discussing it articulating it even doing etymologies on the word if it does not necessarily mean that you have done it do not be deceived everybody teaching the word isn't walking in the word it's easy to admonish others until it happens to you you see moses is complicated and pastor and i were talking in the back that it's kind of like orson's wealth it's the best of times and the worst of times all at the same time or as the scriptures would say the wheat and the tear are growing up simultaneously and you have to choose which one is going to grasp your attention on one hand moses has every right to be totally and completely dysfunctional he is born on the hitlist of hell satan has dispatched out an order for him to die while he is still just a baby in his mother's arms had his mother not hid him he would have been destroyed but because god had a plan for his life no weapon formed against him was able to prosper but just because it didn't prosper it didn't mean that it wasn't tried and it doesn't mean that it was easy for a mother to lay her baby in an ark and float him down the nile with snakes and alligators and parasites and diseases and trust god with her child there's not a mother in this room that would feel good about putting her newborn baby into a box and floating them down the river and saying i just believe god he'll be all right but that was where he started he was adopted by an egyptian prince princess adopted into a family and into a culture and to a society that did not match his dna he had to learn how to be adaptable he had to learn how to be flexible he had to learn how to be bilingual i just wrote a book don't drop the mic and then i spent a lot of time talking about being bilingual i'm not talking about learning other languages i'm talking about you have to have a language for every idiom of life you're going to walk in there is a church language there is a business language there is an entertainment language there is a leadership language for every dream that god has shown you there is a language that accommodates that dream and you can't go into that world with this language oh y'all don't hear what i'm saying they will immediately know that you are a fraud because you don't speak the language you don't know the dialogue you don't know the terms you don't know the protocol you don't know the routine and you're dressed up to what the big church had at a board meeting they'll immediately know that you don't belong in the room so it's not enough to have the degree you have to learn the language or you lose the opportunity not because you're not talented but because you're not ready moses had to learn the language of the egyptians the protocol of the palace though he had the dna of a slave he had to be able to assimilate into his environment easily and yet not lose sight of his identity that is not easy because most people assimilate to the detriment of their identity until they become a clone of something and become a cheap copy of a great original moses had to be authentic enough to understand who he is and yet adaptable enough to adapt to where he was but such was god's plan because god cannot use in great ways people who lack flexibility it's not enough to have favor if you don't have flexibility your favor will bring you into a room that you're not flexible enough to function in so with your favor you have to have flexibility or i like to use the term adaptability you when when we evaluate people for staff we check out their iq to see if they have the intellectual quotient that is necessary to be where they are and i have learned to check out their eq their emotional quotient because i've learned that you can be smart and still i better be polite i'm on tv and not have the emotional dexterity to be able to work with other people though you are brilliant with multiple degrees you fly off the handle and turn into a hood rat at will because you cannot manage your emotions you lose the opportunity though you meet the criteria for the job description you can have the iq and not have the eq come on and talk to me somebody and then i learned if they had the iq and the eq they must also have the aq the adaptability quotient so that they are not stuck into a role and become inflexible to the detriment of the growth of the organization and they start pulling you down because they can't come up some of you right now are in a situation that you're loyal to somebody who doesn't have the aq to keep up with your vision so they are faithfully where you used to be giving you regularly what you used to need they are doing what you taught them 20 years ago they'd like the adaptability to move forward and you're too loyal to let them go and so you're stuck in a situation wishing you coulda woulda shoulda but they don't have their cue to be adaptable enough to function outside of their environment one moment he's in the tent and the next moment he's in a palace with protocol and routine and regiment and expectations and order and god willed itself because god uses when god gets ready to use people before he gives him capital before he gives him finances before he gives him equity he gives them exposure if you want to know where you're going next tell me what god is exposing you to because god can take you no further than the level of your exposure and anytime god lets you be in the room where it happens you're in the room for a reason that exposure is a preview of a coming attraction he could not use moses as a leader and let him grow up like a slave oh y'all not gonna talk to me today so he had to walk amongst princess and be comfortable around pharaohs and be able to entertain princes and queens and accommodate them though he had the dna of a waiter a bellhop a butler a janitor and please don't be offended i am the son of a janitor and a schoolteacher there's nothing wrong with being a janitor but for what i had to do in my life i had to be able to do more than swing them up look at your neighbor and say what's next god is not getting you ready for what's now and yet most of us are praying about what's now god is not worried about what's going on right now god is already ahead of you he's getting you ready for what's next oh you gotta hear what i'm saying so the reason you can't have an effective conversation is that you are worried about what's going on right now god knows that there is nothing going on right now that will hinder you from getting to what's next so you got a now prayer and god's got a next answer [Applause] and what good is it now prayer when all god has to offer you back is a next answer so god says you're not ready yet and he allows moses to spend the 40 years washing out of him the dna and not the dna but the mentality of servitude so he would walk right so that he would have the air of aristocracy so that he would be fluent with the protocol of the upper echelon of the society from which he was extrapolated god prepared him to put him in context with being someone who was a leader so that he would think like playing like look like walk like talk like a man of power and authority and influence and then ran him off into the desert as an ex-con and exposed him to the hot palestinian heat outside of the borders of palestine and away from egypt in the middle of nowhere to have a desert experience so that he would build up a tolerance to heat so that he wouldn't get his people out there in the middle of the desert and do something dumb like faint god will expose you to heat until heat isn't hot anymore oh yeah i don't hear what i'm saying [Applause] the first year i moved to dallas i thought i had gone to hell it was so hot in dollars i said what is this judgment i mean you didn't have to turn on your oven you could just put your turkey on the sidewalk and say happy thanksgiving it was done i was raised in west virginia where we had winter and snow and spring and nice weather and a breeze and now i'm in desert where i'm i'm in a desert so hot in august you could fry an egg on the top of your head the first year it was hot by the third year it was normal the weather didn't change [Applause] it's still just as hot in dallas as it ever was and i see newcomers all the time talking about i'm about to burn up in this heat and i say what he because i have built up a tolerance to the heat until the heat has become normal people who whine about external conditions haven't been in them long enough to accomplish the change that is necessary for you to be able to function in an environment that does not match up to your background so you keep trying to change the weather when in fact the weather is there to change you i don't know who i'm talking to but i'm talking to somebody god let him work in the heat with jethro for 40 years practicing his leadership skill on sheep [Applause] everything you are ever going to be you already are in a shadowed form you all don't hear what i'm saying i'm preaching way better than you shouting [Music] if you want to know where you're going if you look at where you've been and where you are there are traces of your destiny in your history i am telling you that everything you has been through is preparing you for what's next to happen in your life or let me say it in biblical terms because i'm in church if you are faithful over a few things i'll make you ruler over many so i'm going to test you with a little bit so that i can bless you with a whole lot and until you can be faithful with a little bit i can't raise you to the level the preachers are preaching about so you'll shout about something you'll never possess because you weren't faithful on this level you can't go to what's next [Applause] and what i'm giving moses is a glimpse of what it's like to lead by letting him practice on sheep most of the people in this room what you are worried about god is not concerned about because it was just for your training the trouble that you have right now is training i went to where i was born and raised in west virginia i started pastoring in west virginia i thought god wanted me to build a great church in west virginia that was not what he wanted at all god wanted me to struggle with a small church until the church had built a great man [Applause] y'all didn't catch what i said i'ma try that again i was trying to build a great church god was trying to build a great man so he put me in a small church with a little bit of resources and said how you like me now he let me lose my job he let me run out of unemployment he let me have to thumb to church and say can you preach faith broke [Applause] can you preach faith sick can you preach faith scared that you don't have dinner to feed your kids can you be faithful with seven members i'm going to give you 37 000 but i'm going to start you with seven [Music] oh y'all don't hear what i'm saying let me talk to y'all over here you are just practicing for what god is getting ready to pour out on your life and if you can praise him in the rehearsal i said if you can praise him in the rehearsal he will bless you in the recital somebody help me praise him right where you are [Applause] and this is bad english but it's great faith look at somebody saying this ain't it honey the reason i can praise god going through what i'm going through right now because i know this ain't it the reason i can shout in what i'm going through right now is i know that this ain't it this is not what i saw in my spirit this is not what i read in my word this is not what i believe in my spirit this is what is not what i know in my heart devil you ain't gonna trick me into accepting the desert as a promised land this aliens [Music] [Applause] [Music] so i don't read where moses spent much time with his father and i don't read where moses had a nice little family dinner with his mother and his father and his brothers and his sisters and a dog and a cat and a bicycle and i don't read where things were easy for moses i read where moses was always a misfit didn't quite fit in his mama's house for the bible said for when she saw that the child could no longer be hidden she brought him out of the house so his mama put him out this egyptian girl bathed in naked by the river bank takes him in now he's surrounded by egyptians who are killing his people how does that feel how do you sit down at the table and have dinner with people who are murdering your people moses has every reason to be a stock raving lunatic he rises up to fix it in his own strength and now they mark him for murder and put him out of the palace and he has to run into the desert and be adopted by a cushite a burnt-faced man and he is raised in the desert with a burnt-faced man adapting to a heat that has his destiny is in the heat [Music] so god has to climatize you for the level of pressure that it takes that he prophesied you were going to have a certain status in life and you shouted about the status but you didn't see the pressure and you have to realize that the higher the status the greater the pressure that's why they tell you on a plane that should this plane lose pressure the mass will fall out because the higher you go the greater the pressure at seven thousand feet you don't have to worry about no mass drop it but if you get up to thirty thousand and forty thousand feet you're flying at a level where if the if the cabin loses its decompression components you are going to feel the pressure of the height you're under and the only reason you don't feel it is because you are in a protected environment i don't know who i'm prophesying to [Music] but god is getting ready to take you so high that if he took you too fast you would blow up not from the status but from the pressure that it takes to rise to the level of your destiny so don't despise the day of small beginnings because small beginnings are preparations for the next level of life that you're on and by the time god gets you there everybody else will be telling you how hot it is and you'll be saying what heat [Applause] excuse me i thought this was the faith conference i want to talk to somebody who's got some destiny in their blood i want to talk to somebody who's not finished yet i want to talk to somebody who sees something that you haven't touched yet i want to talk to somebody who has a dream in their eye i want to talk to somebody who's still got a passion in their spirit i want to talk to somebody who's on fire about something you can't pay for who's looking at something that you don't have the money for who's dreaming about something you can't reach yet i want to talk to somebody who's destiny's child and if you are destiny's don't hear much about it now but when i grew up there were these weird people i shouldn't call them weird but for some psychological dysfunction in their life uh they would go out with trench coats on naked oh i can't say that on tv kenny sorry mark it's a journey and and when a crowd of people got around them they would do like that i've had a lot of temptations in my life that was not one of them number one i was a fat kid in school the kid that nobody wanted to pick on the dodgeball team i was always the last one to be chosen and it's something about being a fat boy you don't you know because it has an adverse reaction in order to you know you you got to work out in the gym i would think i don't know maybe it's just me i don't know i never did it but they they were afraid god is a flesher he won't give you all the details he won't fill in the blanks he won't tell you where the money's coming from he won't tell you who to hire and who not to hire he may not tell you which place to go he may not tell you what time you're going to get there but every time you're about to give up because it's hard and it's hot and it's tough and you're weary and you're frustrated god will come along and go [Applause] i'm wondering if there's anybody in here that ever ever had god just just just flashed you and said be not weary and well doing you should reap it due season if you fail not is there anybody in here just when you were about to give up the holy ghost came along and just and you said i believe i'll hold on a little while longer god [Applause] [Music] god is a somebody sounds like people in this desert and they're murmuring and they're complaining you ever notice how the children of israel were murmuring and complaining but moses wasn't because moses had already been there and he had adjusted to what was normal and when you take people out of their element into a new place even though it's better than what they had they'll complain about it because it's outside of their normal and only a few of them have the adaptability to be able to adjust quickly enough to change so they will want to go back to egypt because in truth their minds are still in egypt though their bodies are somewhere else oh come on talk to me somebody oh my gosh i got to stop and say goodbye to daystar i hate to stop right now are they getting ready to go off i got more time with him oh good choke me and not take me out until it is finished you could run into me with the car and i would get up and walk away because it's not over until god says it's over i'm talking to somebody i'm driving the spirit of death out the wrong i'm driving the spirit of suicide out of the room i'm driving the spirit of depression out of the room i'm driving the spirit of quitting out of the world who says it's over nobody but god says it's over and god will keep you alive until he has accomplished his purpose in your life somebody shouted [Applause] i learned something biblical from my contractor we were discussing during an edition of my house and he said anything you can think of i can do it i said do you know who you're talking to do you know how crazy my head is and so i started telling him what i could think of he said just describe it till i see it because if i can see it i can build it [Music] if you can't see it you can't build it but if you got something in your head and you got the faith to see it you got the power to build it you got the power to be it you got the power to do it you got the power to dream i didn't know i could produce movies i couldn't go i didn't know i could produce plays i didn't know i could write a book but but but i could see it so watchmen watchmen what do you see [Music] not what do you feel get out of your feelings and stop telling me about how you feel and tell me what you see god didn't promise to give you what you feel god promised to give you what you see [Music] if you can see the impossible you can do the invisible what do you see so moses and god are having a conversation and the holy spirit let us hack the line and nobody's up there but moses and god and they're in the place where moses and god hang out because moses met god in the desert the first time moses ever saw god he was he was doing what he was supposed to be doing at the time he was supposed to be doing it and it looked like it was nothing but he was where he was supposed to be had he been any place else the bush would have been burning and he wouldn't have seen it but moses was happy doing menial things knowing that medial things lead to mighty things and god caused a bush to burn in his menial so he could send him to his mighty so let me break it so moses wasn't working at burger king you know never thinking that god was going to drive up in the drive-in and ask him for a double whopper with cheese god has a way of showing up in menial places he has a way of showing up in mangers he has a way of showing up in mundane places riding on donkeys doing little simple stuff so all of you that's trying to be real big and important you're gonna miss god [Applause] because god will set a bush on fire in the desert for a shepherd boy who smells like sheepdog and say i am the god of abraham isaac and jacob and as i was with them so shall i be with you take off your shoes moses moses that's what he said moses moses whenever god says it twice it's covered the bible says once has he spoken it twice have i heard it power belongs to god so when god says it's twice that means it's settled in heaven and it's settled in earth abraham abraham moses moses joshua joshua or jesus verily verily this day shall be with me in paradise if he said it twice his covenant moses moses take off your shoes the ground you're standing on you think it's menial but it's holy i am there go down there and speak pharaoh language with egyptian protocol because you was raised that way and go back in your past and remember what to wear and what to say and how to hold your head up and who are the dignitaries and who you have to go through to get to pharaoh and i'm going to bring you in because the favor who was chasing you is dead and the lord sent me to tell somebody that the pharaoh that was chasing you is dead so don't be afraid to go back and get your stuff because the enemy that was after you god has already taken care of him and god's moved a new person into position and change is about to happen in your life if you got enough courage to go back your old pharaoh is dead that's that's that's enough to make somebody dance i don't know who it is but you're dancing on the bones of a dead pharaoh that was out to get you but the battle was not yours it was god's and god is taking care of your enemy and god said you can go back where you couldn't go back before because that pharaoh is dead now go tell this pharaoh i am that i am i can do whatever i want to do i can heal whoever i want to heal i can bless whoever i want to bless i can touch whoever i want to touch i can raise whoever i want to raise tell pharaoh that god said [Applause] let my people go and god said now you got to be adaptable because i'm only going to give you one class and you got to catch this in one class throw your rod down and he threw his rod down and it turned into a snake he picked it back up again it turned into a rod he said look at your hand it'll turn white with leprosy he stuck it in his wisdom and it was healed he said pour out your water it came out blood and god said okay rehearsal's over god said that last test you went through was rehearsal [Applause] that last person that came in your church and tried to kill you was just rehearsal that last obstacle that came up against you and they said you weren't gonna get out of it and god brought you out of it god said don't worry about it that was just rehearsal this next time i'm gonna bring you before kings and princes and it's gonna be showtime at the apollo and i'm gonna raise you up and nobody can put their foot on you everything you've been worried about was just rehearsal who am i talking to i got to figure out i got to figure out who it is because i feel like i'm talking to somebody that problem you had that bill you had that challenge you had that worry you had that opposition you had that enemy you had how you learned to deal with it was just training for what god is getting ready to do in your life he said the next time you're gonna work your magic is in front of the pharaoh and his magicians and when you walk in you're gonna be bad you're gonna be shocked you're gonna be tough you're gonna be mighty because i train you in the desert cause i train you in the heat because i train you in the cold of night because i train you with stinky sheep because i trained you with obstacles because you spent 40 years with the bird face i'ma train you so you can talk to anybody [Applause] [Music] you could speak kushite and egyptian and hebrew you know everybody's culture you can eat everybody's food because i am looking for global thinking people global international thinking people who can go in and out and find green pastures who can abase and abound i am looking for you because i raised you strange and i made you different and i took you through opposition that you don't understand and i didn't let you have all the things that all the other kids had because i'm getting you ready to take you someplace that all the rest of the kids won't get to go and stop breathing over what you didn't get cause god said i did it for a reason and i took you through painful places and your heart has been broken but it's also been strengthened and because it's been strengthened when you get in opposition you'll be able to stand where other people crumble i'm talking right to somebody god said i'm explaining to you why you didn't get the reaction from your family that you wanted to get in your life because had they taken you in you would have settled to be one of them but i always let you be a misfit so that you wouldn't fit in with nobody but me and the reason you seek him like you seek him is because nobody else accepted you and i made you that way because i created you for my glory if i'm talking to you take a minute and just release whatever your spirit [Applause] [Music] [Music] i didn't want them to like you i didn't want them to like you i didn't want them to accept you i didn't want them to stay in your church i didn't want them to take you in i didn't want your father to raise you i didn't want your mama to love you i meant for an innovative thinker he is a creative pioneer he is powerful in his demeanor he is charismatic in his conduct he has a uniqueness about him that he has chosen to be the first pastor of the old testament church he leads without a microphone millions of people through a desert without a radio ministry a television ministry without streaming on the air or without a business card moses is the man in the wilderness all by himself when they got sick he created brazen serpents and lifted them up and caused him to be healed moses was so bad that when moses died they cried for almost 40 days there has never been another man like moses but your talent is not enough to get you to your destiny so moses is saying to god the only way i will go further is with is if you go with me i have gone as far as i can go by myself and in order to go any further i need to know that i know that i know that i know that i know that i know that i know that you are with me the only way i'm not gonna mess this up because you know i'm crazy and you know i came from a dysfunctional background and you know every now and then my weird side peeks out and the only way we're gonna get my weird side up under control is that you promised me that you are going to go with me and guess what god says i will not leave you i will be there god says moses says that's good god because the thing that gives us distinction is not our talent it is your presence [Applause] we are not an autocracy we are not a democracy we are a theocracy and the thing that sets us apart from all the other people of the world is not our intellect or our pedigree or our enunciation or our articulation or our demonstration what sets us apart from all the other nations of the world is that glory shooting down on that tent in the middle of the wilderness as a sign that you are with us and i won't go another step without you being with me in other words lord whatever you're doing in the earth don't do it without me i want you to be in my walk i want you to be in my talk i want you to be in my job i want you to be in my investments i want you to be in my finances i want you to be in my future i want you to be in my real estate i want you to be in my thinking i want you to be in my drawings and my draftings i want you to be in my books and my artwork i want you to even be in my garden i want you to be in my livelihood i want you to be in my ideas and my documents and my papers i want you to be in my letters my credentials i want you to be in every area of my life i want you to write my thesis i want you to be with me when i get my doctorate i want you to be with me wherever i'm going the only way i'm going to do it is that you go with me now we don't see much of that today but it used to be where we were desperate for god when we were hungry for god well we would not rely on our own talent but we would lay on our face before god and say i'm nothing without you i can't walk without you i can't think without you i can't breathe without you i can't live without you god i don't want to mess this up i gotta have you i don't have to have her i don't have to have him i don't have to have them i don't have to have those but i gotta have you if everybody else walks away god [Applause] i want to see the people that are desperate for god better that's why i gotta have him i gotta have him i gotta have it i can't rely on my voice my singing my talent my degree my education my schooling my business my position i gotta have i gotta have him i gotta know that he's in the office with me that he's making the decision that he's choosing who i hire and who i trust and where i go and where i build and what i buy and what i invest in and what i go after i gotta have god in the recesses of my mind he's got to be the chairman of my board he's got to be the pilot of my plane he's got to be the compass of my life he's got to be the gps that guides me when i'm out of place and in a strange place i got to hear his voice telling me when to turn and when to keep going for it i got to have god some folks are shouting about the dress and some of them are shouting about the coat and some are dancing about the red bottom shoe but me i'm dancing about you jesus because i gotta have you i need you in the morning i need you in the afternoon i need you late at night is there anybody in here that has got to have god [Applause] it is to you that he says since you got to have me i am going to cause my goodness [Music] i am going to cause my goodness to pass by you now my goodness is so good you ain't gonna be able to handle it so i'm gonna have to put you in a cleft of the rock which means the next big thing is gonna come out of a small place [Applause] you've been fighting to get into big rooms but great decisions are never made in big rooms great decisions are made around small rooms and small tables and god said i'm going to put you in a small room around a small table and show you something big [Applause] i'm going to paint you where only a handful of folk can fit i'm gonna let you in the room i'm gonna let you in the room where it happens [Music] i'm gonna let you in the room where decisions are made and where mountains are moved and yes yes it's going to be a big thing to pass it by you but it's going to come because you're in a small room and while other people are running over top of you to get in the big room god said don't go there i got a small spot carved out for you in the cleft of the rock and when you get down in the cleft of the rock what i cause to pass by you is gonna blow your mind it's gonna be beyond anything you have ever seen before it's gonna be so much that i can't even show it to you i'ma let it pass by you and i'm gonna cover you up so that you can't see it i won't let you see the front of it because it will kill you if you saw what god was going to do in your latter day it would kill you it would blow your mind so god said i'm gonna hide it from you everybody else is gonna see your greatness but you and they're gonna talk about how good you did and you're gonna go home and wonder if it's a lie and it's because god hid it from you he hid your significance he hid your talent he hid your worth he hid your ability he hid your creativity and everybody's shouting about something that you can't see and it's because god said i hid it from you they're not lying to you it really happened but you can't see it because i put my hand over you because i knew you couldn't handle it and i won't let you see it and there's somebody in this room that can't understand how people could have so much confidence in them and they don't have any confidence in themselves it's not that you're blind god hid it from you he put you in a small cleft of the rock and he hid it from you and he caused his goodness to pass by you and he said once my goodness is passed by you i'm gonna let you see my back parts i'm gonna flash and i'm going to give you a glimpse of glory and that glimpse of glory is going to be so strong that it's going to light up the very pores of your skin until your skin becomes glory beings filled with light shooting out of your face you're gonna be so become so illuminated because i am going to just give you a glimpse of my goodness i am going to cause my goodness to pass by you and affect the next five generations [Music] [Applause] i'm gonna cause my goodness to pass by you and it's gonna hit your daughter and your granddaughter and your grandson and your great-grandson i'm gonna cause my goodness to pass by you and it's gonna hit everything that's coming here after the back parts it's gonna hit everything that's coming after you for generation to generation to generation to generation they're all going to be changed because i'm going to cause my goodness to pass by you i'm going to put you in a position that few will ever go it's just a crack in a rock you'll barely fit in there you'll have to humble your flesh to get in i'm going to put you in the cleft of the rock but out of a small place will come a huge blessing and i am going to cause my goodness to pass by you and i'm going to let you see my back parts i'm going to let you see how things end i'm going to let you see how things end i'm going to show you the end from the beginning i'm going to show you that i have an expected end for you that's going to alleviate all that stress you've been in you haven't been able to rest well you haven't been able to sleep well you haven't been able to digest well but god when i show you how things end you're gonna go to bed and get good sleep tonight i don't know who i'm talking to but god said you're gonna get good sleep you've been all stressed out but god's gonna give you good sleep i want you to stand on your feet for a moment and lift your hands and open your mouth and fill this whole room with glory glory nothing but glory nothing but glory you're watching on daystar the anointing is in this place the spirit of the living god is in this place allow the holy spirit to come into your living room allow the holy spirit to come into your kitchen and into your house and into your life come on come on give him glory and he will heal you right where you are and he will touch you and he will alleviate the pain and the pressure and the stress and the stigma that's been on you he said i am the lord that healeth thee i will deliver you i put you in that spot for a reason and i'm gonna cause my goodness to pass over you it's gonna pass over your son it's gonna pass over your daughter it's gonna pass over your grandchildren it's gonna fall on you i want you to praise him for your seed i want you to praise him for your grandchildren i want you to praise it for everything that came out of your house everything that was adopted everything that came out of your loins everything you pushed out of your womb god said i'm going to cause my goodness to pass upon you until they know that they know that they know that they know that they've been healed i'm running out of time but i want you to praise god for this last 30 seconds like you lost your mind his goodness is passing his goodness now something supernatural is happening down inside of you and your dream and your vision and your calling and your passion god is flashing you with glory flashing you with anointing blessing you with because you praise him through a hard time because you went through a wilderness with it because you didn't complain about how hard it was god is going to cause his goodness to pass by you and he is couldn't give it to you moses couldn't give it to you i mean the pharaoh couldn't give it to you the princess couldn't give it to you your mother couldn't give it to you i want you to forgive all the people that couldn't give you what you needed because god did not allow them to give it to you so that you would be hungry for him so bad that when you got it you would know it was the lord that gave it to you who am i talking to he saved you for him because of your big heart and because of your willingness to give and to share and to always help other people what god is getting ready to open up to you you're going to try to give it to people that aren't ready and you're going to come down off the mountain with your face lit up with glory and find your friends dancing naked around the cavs god said this one is for you [Music] every time god gives you something you always give it away you pass it on to somebody else but god said you have come no more yet he said you have come into your season you have come into your time of refreshing you have come into the place in your life where god is going to do exceedingly abundantly above all that he may ask or think according to the power that works down inside of you and god has a secret place that he has prepared for you and he's going to set you in that place and no devil in hell will be able to dislodge you yes lord i'll tell them he told me to tell you that the glimpses were not alive [Music] i don't know what glimpses you had but god said the glimpses that he showed you long time ago and every so often he shows them to you again god said it was not a lie it shall come to pass it was glimpses of glory it was glimpses of your destiny it was glimpses of your purpose it was glimpses of your power and it shall come to pass and god said he will add strength to you because you're going to need strength for the harvest because the harvest didn't come when you expected it to it didn't come when you were very enough for strong enough for mighty enough it has come at a season in your life that you're trying to roll back but god said i'm going to revitalize you and i'm going to energize you and i'm going to strengthen you and i'm going to quicken you in such a way that you have what you need i know it should have come when you had more people and i know it should have come before your church split but god said i'm going to do it now so that you will know it was me that did it and it was not you [Music] bow your hands i want to pray for people in this room i've been preaching 45 years i didn't come here to get an engagement i didn't come here to entertain you i came at the behest in the call of my friend and the authorization of the holy spirit that said go and i know with all the surety that i'm supposed to be in this room [Applause] i know i'm the man for the job and i know you are too you're the man you're the woman for the job some of you have been so discouraged and been so tired i've been shot at invent so wounded and your faith people and you can't tell anybody that you're tired and that you're wounded but you are but god sees you and god wants to strengthen you and you've been making positive confessions and you've been saying all the right stuff but when you lay down at night you're weary and you're warned but the holy spirit said i'm going to renew you but i don't i'm going to renew you in this meeting i'm going to send you a refreshing from above it's not going to be dry rhetoric coming out of parched lips i'm going to reinvigorate you i'm going to bring you into the abundance that i promise you not just of resources abundance of resources but abundance of wisdom abundance of loyal people surrounding you i'm going to protect what i invested in you and god told me to tell you i will not leave you you have been abandoned over and over and over again and every time somebody leaves it opens up the wound again but god said i will not leave you i wouldn't call you and leave you i would raise you and leave you i wouldn't pull you out and leave you i will not leave you i will not leave you i will not leave you i will not leave you i will not leave you brother with the blue mask on and the brunette hair i will not leave you your wife or your friends got her arm around you god said i will not leave you and over and over while i was preaching tonight the holy spirit kept drawing me back to you and back to you and back to you and back to you and god keeps saying i will not leave you in spite of your pain in spite of your heartache in spite of your struggles god said i will not leave you i have a plan and a purpose for your life and i've prepared a cleft in the rock by your heads the anointing is in this place in a moment i'll take my seat you've got great speakers coming but i don't want to be anywhere anymore that he doesn't want me to be i don't want to preach for anybody he doesn't want me to preach for i don't want to just go because somebody had an envelope in a stand i want to be where he wants me to be i want to do what he wants me to do dr winston i want to sow a just a thousand dollar seed it's not not that that's a big c but just i got to sow it into this moment tonight because i see glimpses of glory i see glimpses i've got property that i need to close i've got contracts that i need to sign i've got doors that i need to open i i've got some things in front of me and i see glimpses just glimpses of glory and i've been living off of glimpses but i believe tonight is a night that god has confirmed a glimpse you have to be a dreamer to understand what i'm talking about you have to have something in your heart and in your spirit that's just a little bit out of your reach and though you jump for it and leap forward and stretch your arm for it you can't quite touch it but this word confirmed to you that it is not a lie it's real the glimpse is real and in spite of cover it and despite the pain and in spite of suffering and death and bereavement god said i'm still gonna do it an antar i want you to prepare just a seed for me a thousand dollar seed and i want to sow it while this anointing is flowing because he is passing by he's not going to stay this glory is passing by and i don't want it to pass by without touching the resources i need for the doors that you got any yes i have a need i have a need for a lot of things i have five children and nine grandchildren and i have a need i have a need like i never had a need before i have a need for a touch from god and there are some of you you've never been able to get in the room not the room where it happens you've been in the room with the people who wanted to be in the room where it happens but god is getting ready to shift you into a room of influence and you're going to sit at a table where you're going to feel a little uncomfortable a little out of place and you're going to have to learn the language of this next room because god is getting ready to take you into a new room where you're gonna have to learn a new language don't drop the mic don't give up on it don't shut up don't walk away from it don't acquiesce back to the familiar just because you know the language this is your opportunity and if the holy spirit only if only if the holy spirit said to you to join bishop jackson so just a thousand dollar seed tonight for somebody i understand that's rent money i'm not minimizing that but for many of us for what we're believing god for a thousand dollars would never pay for it but from this small cleft in the rock a glory is going to come you might be online you might be watching from another country in another city in another circumstance but the holy spirit is saying this word is for you i don't know where god brought me here it wasn't planned this way the conference team didn't plan it this way my office didn't plan it this way the only one who planned it this way was the holy spirit and the goodness of god is passing by if you ask me two days ago i if i was going to be in chicago i'd tell you no it wasn't on my calendar but it was on god's calendar [Music] that the goodness of the lord would pass by when the bible says the goodness of the lord was passing by that means it didn't stay you don't have time to deliberate and wrestle and struggle and go into a trance and do a fleece you have to move while the holy spirit is moving and i want you to get an envelope as quickly as you can if you're one of those people and i don't want you to feel bad if you're not i don't care if you're not i'm not bothered that you're not i'm not worried that you're not i'm not upset that you're not this is not a contest this is about obeying the voice on the mountaintop for god is saying something that we need to be positioned a certain way to receive a certain thing because his goodness is passing by and tonight is the night whether you're watching online or you're here in the building tonight is tonight whether you're texting to give or giving online or however you have to do it whether you have to borrow from that brother standing next to you is trying to act like you don't have no money however you have to do it you cannot let this moment pass you by because every service is not like this service there is a glory that's on this service and who god wanted to be here is exactly who's here and who god wanted to be online is exactly who's online and we're not standing here craving somebody who sat at home and decided not to come or not to watch that's okay it wasn't for them god said it was for you tonight and i want you to come and i want you to stand up front with me and i just want to pray over your glimpses over your dreams over the thing that keeps nagging you and gnawing at you that won't go away and i want you to come right now i'm not going to wait long i want to pray over your seed can i do it that way it's old-fashioned and old school but can i do it that way i just want to pray over you i want you to bring it like they brought the lambs don't give it to the usher i want you to bring it a thousand dollar seat and stand with me tonight unashamedly without worrying about what people think of what you got on or what church you came from or what denomination you practiced or anything like that just people who sense that the goodness of the lord pass by them tonight in such a way that i believe long after i'm gone people are gonna play this on youtube and play this over over and over again and their lives are going to be touched in a supernatural way and god is going to open up new idioms of thought and new opportunities yes lord thank you jesus while i'm talking to you god is talking to me and he keeps saying to me tell them what i told you and god said to me when you when you pray for change i answer with disruption because there is no way for you to have change without disruption and then he said but don't let the disruption become a distraction because every time you see disruption it's a sign that i will give you opportunity and i don't know who that's for but god kept telling me to tell you what he told me i have been chewing on that word for almost a year and lord has it been disruption lord has it been disruption i've never in all of my life would i have ever thought that i would have built all of that church and then i had to preach in it by myself and the devil dared me to preach in an empty building with nobody in there but my wife or a couple of staff people and i said devil are you crazy i started an empty building i cut my teeth with no people i don't preach for your reaction i preached for his glory and if everybody walked out of this room i wouldn't drop a scripture because i started out preaching by myself i started out preaching in the shower i started walking through the woods preaching the birds and possible i'm a country boy and god started me that way so i would never get hooked on people anybody else coming come right now if if only if only if there's somebody in this room that cannot give on that level but you feel the push or whatever level you can give and you feel the push to give that's all i want just you i want you to come tonight i'm not going to pray different levels of prayer because it may be different levels of giving but it's the same level of sacrifice and if you got a glimpse sometimes you don't have a thousand dollars you just got a glimpse i had a glimpse in food stamps i had a glimpse in government cheese i'm not being funny i'm telling you the truth i had two kids and a wife and food stamps and didn't know how to spend them and they've run out of unemployment and i had two babies that did have nothing in the refrigerator and i remember one time my wife and i have to be terri i have to be careful telling it because i started crying i remember how one time my wife and i went out in the field and gathered apples and cooked them so the boys would have something to eat because we didn't have nothing at all and every door was closed and everything had shut up and the devil said where is your god now and i said he's still with me and it took a while and it took a time but god had to train me with nothing because of the level he was going to bless me on he never wanted any devil to ever be able to say that i did it for stuff i mean they can say it but they can't make me believe it because you came in on the last scene of the movie i was preaching this gospel when i had holes in my shoes i was preaching this gospel when my wife was washing my suits because we couldn't send them to the cleaners i was preaching this gospel when i didn't have any dates and they give you money in a little brown envelope and have quarters in it a bunch of quarters and a few dollars in a big speech and i learned the bigger the speech the speech the smaller the offering we can't pay you for the word of god when every time it started like that i knew we weren't gonna be able to get home that night but all of that was necessary so that when i negotiated my first million dollar deal when i went in the office with sony and signed the contract that lasted 12 years to produce movies when i opened up my own recording studio and started producing movies and started producing music and signed a million dollar contract long time ago when god started opening up doors for me and i was preaching around the world at 30 when god gave me a building to build in dallas a place i'd never been at 38. i don't draw my strength from my successes i draw my strength from my struggles because i tell him if the devil if god could take me through that then whatever you throw at me i'll be all right everybody who's got a seat stand on your feet this is the moment everybody who's got a glimpse and a dream stand on your feet you might not have nothing but a dream stand on your feet i've been there bro i feel you i feel you i had to work my jelly to get there call my best friend get a ride we all chipped in on the gas just to hear a word from god that would keep me going hoping that he would just flash me how many got a flash tonight [Music] the glimpse of glory that god has given you is real [Music] and don't let anybody take it away from you you're watching online don't let anybody take this away from you this is your opportunity on whatever level you give and even if you got nothing to give but a praise then give him that praise until everybody is giving what they got to god lift up whatever you got your phone your giving your mouth whatever you got lifted up before god because his goodness is passing by and lord i thank you tonight for every one of your children who you have put us in different cracks in the rock and different small places and tight places and yes lord sometimes it's been uncomfortable and we had to bend over and hunch over and we had to stay in positions lord that made us ache but we stayed there just to get a chance to see your glory and i pray right now that your goodness would pass over us your goodness in whatever way we need it whether it's financially or emotionally or spiritually or whether we need to develop the ability to adapt and start murmuring and complaining about everything that that sometimes we need to change whatever we stand in need of strength to harvest vision to rethink innovation creative idea lord let somebody think of something that nobody else has done and go out and do it let them make something that nobody's ever made let them create something let the spirit of creativity break loose in this room in such a supernatural way that they'll never be the same again and put them in the right place with the right people to birth the things that seem impossible let your goodness pass by them tonight in jesus name amen now it's unorthodox it's old-fashioned is driving the ushers crazy and all like that but i want you to lay your gift on the altar like it was a lamb or a goat or a turtle dove and go back to your seat praising god like you got just what you wanted from the lord like you got just what you needed from the lord like god did something amazing in your life from the lord would you do that for me what you do that i mean loud i mean like you hollering at your children loud yeah i mean praising him like you got what you wanted from the lord [Music] yeah i want you to lay it on the altar because it's a sacrifice and sacrifices go on the altar and the fire falls on the altar and the anointing moves on the altar oh god oh god have your way lord have your way over the stream have your way hallelujah on facebook have your way on youtube have your way all over the world in sweden in norway in italy in nigeria have the way jamaica heavyweight in canada in the way have your way i believe that at the international faith conference i caught a glimpse of something i caught a glimpse or something and devil you wait till i get back home i'm gonna wear you out come on make some noise if you're gonna wear him out when i get back home i'm gonna wear you out i'm gonna fight you like you talked about my mama i'm gonna fight everybody going crazy with my country self running around hollering and jumping and sweating and hooping but he gonna call it back to order and fix it and patch it up and sew it up and whatever i oh yeah i'll pay you hallelujah hallelujah hallelujah everybody who know how to praise him like we used to praise him come on out your bag for a minute and just give it just a little holy ghost just a little just a little just a little bit of just a little bit of victory parade just a little bit of victory just a little bit devil up under my feet kind of praying just a little bit of war dance praying just a little thunderous applause or deliverance prayer everybody who bit through something and you made it out make some noise and all that out of your life and give them tough praise like you know he's able to praise him like he's your god praise him like he can do anything praise him like you know he's able i can't hear you give him the praise right now i tell you i can't i dare i dare you i dare you i dare you to praise him like it's already done like the battle is over like you got the victory like a gorgeous open i dare you to pray i dare you to praise him i dare you to pray liver let everything that have breath praise you the lord praise him in his power pray them by his name bring them out of your belly praise him out of your spirit open up your mouth and give god a somebody who has never given their life to the lord and god is speaking in your heart right now now i want to get you in and the bible says that thou shalt confess with thy mouth the lord jesus and believe in thine heart that god's raised him from the dead thou shall be saved so we believe here in making sure that everybody gets born again and so we're calling out to those who may be listening by stream or those who might be in this immediate congregation that if you don't know the lord jesus christ that he died for your sins and was raised from the dead and now seated at the right hand of the father making intercession for us that this same jesus made it so that you and i wouldn't have to go to hell that we can actually be born again and reunited with the father and be in the family of god so god wants you to do that it's not just being born again but everything that born again means all the things that jesus died to provide your health your your abundance of of money or whatever you need there and your honor all of that he came to restore it so if you're here and you're listening to me either here or virtual and you have never given your life to the lord i want to pray for you right now i want you to lift your right hand up to heaven and and repeat this prayer after me dear lord i come to you now just as i am you know my life and you know how i've lived forgive me lord i repent of my sins i believe jesus christ is the son of god that he died for my sins and on the third day he was raised from the dead lord jesus i ask you come into my heart live your life in me and through me from now on from this day forward i belong to you now if you said that praying said it from your heart i've got good news your name is now being written in the lamb's book of life a miracle
