computer that i've been locked out for some reason okay uh there must be something wrong can you tell me before you got a problem what exactly you were trying to do on the computer well this was yesterday we're trying to go onto a road trip so i was looking up stuff on the internet and it just seemed to happen okay what i'll do sir ma'am check it out yeah ma'am i'll go ahead and find out the you look at the bottom left-hand corner do you see the windows key uh yes i do hold it down the windows key um hold it down yeah please take an idea let me check it thank you for calling support how understand that you're having some kind of problem with your uh computer right ma'am yes i do let me turn up back on the computer real fast and then i'll let me get that loaded i'm sorry all right right ma'am so first of all did you open your google um is that from the start menu that will be your you just have to go to your google map how do you go to google okay so do you have a d do you have teamviewer into the computer map yes they had me download three different things the first one if you already have if you already have teamviewer then give me open the teamviewer okay how do i get to that uh you just need to go to your desktop icons which means you can close the google chrome okay i see do i need to tell you the icons i see yes ma'am santa claus picture family files peaceful.js a sports folder um a picture of my kitty cat calculator a desktop gadget word pad recycle bin team viewer oh there's okay teamviewer double click on teamviewer uh single double click uh you have to double click mem all right so i can see here map the configuration of the computer is very good you're using core i7 but there is a problem that you are using windows 7 you see here yes i see that what does that mean let me show you this thing map right now okay just stay in line microsoft he's typing i am typing mem well how did you get on the computer from the teamviewer i i took the id and password you gave me the id and password of the viewer and this is how i got inside to the computer map microsoft surrounded the support i thought it was i'm sorry i'm i'm a little bit newer with doing the computers i'm used to using the ipad uh-huh see ma'am the reason it is not working right now because what is happening the computer that you're using okay it is no longer supported by microsoft what happened to the background of the computer though man the background is no more because i am connecting your computer that's the reason don't worry once i'll be out from the computer the background will be there map okay okay right so you can see here the problem right now ma'am and one by one i will show you all the problems which is happening with the computer right now ma'am these are the system drivers that all should be at a running position but i can see here some of the drivers are working fine but some other drivers are just getting scammer file access opportunities detected here i can tell you if these drivers are getting stopped which means uh like here these things can be easily accessible ma'am okay ma'am i just saw here that somebody just connected your computer ma'am someone's on my computer yes ma'am i just saw here that someone is in your computer map okay well i don't know who that is did you allow did you allow somebody to get inside your computer you kicked them off well i'm trying here give me one minute okay okay just stay in line ma'am let me check it okay okay something is going suspicious correct i'm somebody just trying to hack your computer ma'am oh lord okay ma'am let me ask you one thing do you use the computer for any banking or any shopping mam uh yes i do all right ma'am it could be a reason that somebody just trying to hack your machine ma'am ma'am there are 28 people who are hacking your machine right now man it's 28. yes ma'am and then you can see here there's some kind of for active connections that you can see here these are the active people who are hacking a machine you can see here ma'am i would like to know that or uh there is something going suspicious okay i was just trying to diagnose your computer yes and i just felt like you're somebody just trying to hack my somebody just trying to like play with my computer somebody hacked your computer we have to go ahead and like install some nt hacking securities and though those anti-hacking securities will be like here will be a paid securities map um there will be a one-time charge there will be a one-time fee for that man they were hacking your computer they were controlling yours yes ma'am oh well that sucks that security software will be a paid software map there's three protection plan that we have we have a one year we have a three year we have a lifetime okay the one year will be coasting you uh five hundred dollars okay or if you go for three years we'll be costing you eight hundred dollars and if you go for a lifetime that you never ever have to renew for your rest of your life we'll be coasting you uh twelve hundred dollars ma'am also we can go ahead and install windows 10 as you can see here that you're using windows 7 that will be the latest thing well what is the name of the company ma'am the name of our company is we're gonna be uh this is will be from hp it will be hp support okay and all the software they're going to be installed that's all powered by hp map okay perfect that would be perfect because i've got a hewlett packard computer myself you can tell me with security software that you want to go for i can go ahead and register you and after that i can go ahead and uh update all the securities for you um i need you to kind of tell me what all these other things are on my computer there's a thing in that security reason i cannot talk to you anymore you can't talk to me anymore why i guess you the one who hacked my computer i didn't hack your computer yes you did i just realized that you the one who hacked my computer you know i had somebody that reached out to me and said that you guys took money from their mother-in-law why would you do that sir i can tell you why would you take money from their mother-in-law with fake viruses i'm going to hang up this ball why would you take money from somebody okay so we're pointing out here in the video where uh we've deleted files right reached some havoc on the scanner's computer one of the things i like to do i like to download some of the files as well to see what kind of information i can glean whereas the call center information on their victims that maybe we can call up and i found some troubling and heartbreaking information on a victim who had actually sent in some really personal information to the scammer they have them scan certain documents and things and i just i was floored when i saw it i also looked at the date of the file and saw that it was within you know a day so i knew it was fresh so of course um i had to look this person up on the internet and give them a call we'll call this gentleman the ant-man and my goal was to try to save him from being scammed you've seen us help susan i wanted to save the ant-man from losing his money we did this live on the stream and it was one of the most incredible experiences i've ever had in streaming scambaiting anything to do this in real time to help someone was so profound to me and i'm so honored to have been a part of that so let's get into this call i just wanted to give you a call because i deal with internet scammers that steal money from people and i saw that they had your personal information as long as well as your banking information and i wanted to give you a call and tell you that you were scammed by them and if they took any money from you it is all fake what they did on your computer and that you should probably call your bank up and try to reverse the charges or make sure that there are not any other fraudulent uh payments on your account i just wanna starting off talking to uh microsoft i thought yeah they're they're liars so these guys are technical support scammers and they try to show you things on your computer and which they did right so it's it's i i accessed their computers um and i saw that they had information on you so i wanted to call you this was from two days ago so i wanted to call you and let you know so i don't know if they took any money from you or not but please call 600 yeah please call your bank and see if you can get it reversed today's saturday i can't call my bank today anyway if i were you i would do you have a mobile um like a thing on your phone that you can go on no okay so if you want i can i can try to help you if you really want me to because what they do is they make you download a program and it connects to your computer at any time so they can connect to your computer anytime that you have it turned on so they can see when you log i noticed there's some programs on there that i don't notice that i knew anything about i will tell you this though sir that they have taken tens and thousands of dollars from people at one time so i just want to i want you to please beware and try to see i'm gonna go look online and see if they if your bank is open at all on saturday to at least call somebody it's not if you want i can call you back on this number and try to help you um maybe tomorrow if you would be open for that i can call you and try to i would i would be yeah can we take some of this stuff off of my computer of course yes sir you can take all the crap that they put on your computer don't like but there still might be a chance that they can get on your computer i don't know i'm gonna have to look at that in the morning but i did want to at least let you know that those people what they did is not right it's not fair and we're trying to go after them so i scared the crap out of them i'll just let you know the girl i talked to uh said she needed to get with a technician right and she put me to somebody else right so it says oscar yep that's who i talked to oscar and i got onto his computer and that's where i found your information and that's why i called you up as soon as i could because i got onto oscar's computer go on his computer and erase it yeah well i did yes sir so that's part of what i did is i downloaded it so i could so i could you know call you up and tell you what's going on it's going to be erased it's already been erased from his computer and uh it's erased from my computer but i had your number i wanted to write it down so i could call you and tell you i will go on to your computer it doesn't cost money i'm not charging you money i'll go on your computer and get all the crap off of there okay because i don't want them i don't want them to be able to do this to you again okay so are you are you not scamming me are you no no sir sir you know i go after the scammers so that's why i found your information so we're trying to protect you know folks out there um so that's why i wanted to proactive i know this is a very weird call but i wanted to just reach out to you man-to-man and tell you what had happened and don't let it happen well i'm on the computer it's on right now well i mean i can connect to your computer if you want me to fix it for you right now um and tell you what what is the crap and what is what's real and what's not well if you've got time it's just time like a present so um i i have a youtube channel it's called scammer payback so um if you ever want you can go look at it and you can see videos of where i talk with these people and i try to spread awareness to other folks and they they don't have that kind of money yes sir i understand and i'm a retired state employee yes sir yes sir and and that's why you know folks like you that worked hard your whole life and stuff i i don't i don't want all your money taken i'm glad that i got you on the phone to kind of at least tell you what's going on so that they don't do it a second time or a third or a fourth to you so they won't do this they won't do this again yes sir yes sir it's your call just your calls don't forget that i'm 74 years old this is a bunch of crap i know it's sir i promise you they they target americans and um they do about uh 85 million robocalls into the us every single year and um they have a guy that just got arrested and he had about he was making about 75 million dollars a year off of his enterprise of stealing from people yeah so you are not the only one um it's very very common it just doesn't make me feel good to be in a big crowd like that i i understand i you know somebody what's your name um my name is well i have a youtube it's called scammer payback i can't necessarily say my name i'm with you i'm looking okay so this is what happens first off they will go to see they put in a password so they can log in anytime you see this so if they knew your code they could log in any single time that your computer was on without you knowing which is crazy i'm not sure i ever saw that when they were doing that yes sir so that's the thing they did a bunch of stuff they said it's going to be an hour so that while they're working on it and then it it ended up taking about five or six hours oh my goodness oh they put in this my tech in the bottom you see this right here yeah i told i told you that was down there yes sir in case i needed a call let's see here it looks like they did not create a user so that's good i mean these guys right here these guys are scammers they put this in here so you'll just keep calling if you have an issue and again i'm sorry that this happened to you i'm going to show you the uh the youtube just so you know that i'm not lying to you is that is that fair well how can i tell that i just have to believe you so this is this is me right here do you see the scammer payback yeah up at the top yes sir so the videos and stuff this is what i do is i talk on the phone with the scammers i you know get into their computers and and make sure i pre you know i try to protect people as best i can so that's me right there with the microphone and the black hat on i just wanted you to see my face it's kind of shady [Laughter] well i i do want you to know that that guy crapped his pants when i was done with them i just want you to know that so well monday morning i'd call up the bank as soon as possible and see if there's a way to for them to protect you on that on the 600 bucks outside of that i think everything else is gone we found two pieces of malware that we cleaned up so what i want you to do when i get off the phone with you is this add remove programs let me get on this for you so we'll go to the add remove programs and then you'll go to the bottom where it says team viewer and you'll uninstall it and then i'll be gone i'll be gone forever unless you need to call me you can always call me i promise you you can call or text message me if you think that there's an issue or you want to ask me a question i promise you i'll help protect you oh really quickly by the way i did find there's a phone number for you to call 24 7 for your bank there's a 24 7 number if you want to call them and tell them that there's been fraud it's uh 888 okay thank you yes sir you know i i just want to wish you the the best and god bless you and your family and i'm sorry i couldn't get to them before they got to you but they should be able to probably help you and maybe either reverse a charge or something but just tell them hey that you know these people were internet scammers and stuff like that and they have illegal access you know to your check you know checkbook and this is fraudulent and all that kind of stuff so i just they think they're talking to somebody and i'm messing with their computers and stuff so i was young enough to know how to do that because i would sure love to get hold some of these people again if them that's really what our goal is is to help them now on the flip side of that there's a lot of emotion there's a frustration and anger at the scammer and i let that anger out on oscar not only did i destroy his computer but now we've got a little bit of a confrontation i called him back and had a discussion with him to let him know that he's not going to scam the ant-man anymore so let's get into that yes i'd like to speak with oscar this is oscar island where's oscar i need to speak with him i have um i have imported okay and you just uh format my whole system right yes why did you take 600 from 71 year old ma'am why did you do that what was the name i can refund what was the name of that guy how dare you take 600 from old man 71 years old i i saw what you did i talked with him for an hour on phone and you d you take 600 from very innocent man how dare you do that oscar what was the name of that guy sir no it doesn't matter i'm not going to announce his name to you you already took six hundred dollar you made him take a picture of his checkbook why would you do that do you have no shame to steal sir i repair that's not repair that's another repair you know it's not the repair it's fake repair yes he called me right because i know how you doing no i you have pop-up glove on screen and you guys speak fake you do fake you say there are all these connections on the internet fake connections of fighters no not william that's another victim that's another victim that you've taken money from so now what do you want i want you to stop doing it do you understand or else tell me what what is going to take to get you to stop working do you have a bot you owe money to somebody do you have a boss that a big crime organization why do this you you're better than this center or no no i don't have a call center so you work well like how big is your group that you work for you just do it at home where you like go to facebook and have somebody like you pay somebody like um a fee to give you the pop-ups no actually uh we are three uh like french and we work together with the three on we had only three like friends who work right together right how do you get your leads then you pay somebody to do the pop-ups though right yes sometimes i'm trying to help this entire situation and first off and i appreciate that you're saying all these like nice things and stuff after the fact but like if you really want to help there's ways that you can help but i've also talked with probably hundreds of you guys and you the same people say the same thing no nobody ever follows up they're like oh i'm a nice person i don't want to do this all the stuff and then i never hear from them again they try to save face for whatever reason because they know that they've been caught and they're like oh i'm really a nice person and then they still go back to it see i can tell you i will be answering the call every single time whenever you call and i will be waiting for your and like you work with three of your friends or whatever doing this you go on facebook i know i know the facebook groups i've seen them my point is is whenever i talk with you guys the first thing you say is that this is how i know that you're not being truthful with me is one you say it's almost like a standard line of like this is the only thing that you can do to pay for your family which i understand that part but then secondly you say that um you know you'll do anything to to do a different job but would you really do that i don't think you would yes do your parents live with you and stuff like that yes i will your family who in your family lives with you well i have the entire family i have a sister i have my mother father and they know like all the stuff that goes on that you sit in your house and do this or do you go to your friend's house and do this and then come home and say hey now we leave with our friends i leave with my friends and my my parents live like two other states well i have a guy that's in uh if you're being truthful i have a guy very successful that's in bengal that you could talk with him and he could get you in the right direction if i will be getting a good career a good future then my money will not be a concern right we all everybody wants a good future and stuff but that doesn't mean that everybody goes and steals from other people you month oh okay what is that how do you guys do the payment thing we use our international payment method whatever is available yeah and we take the money from but you're not trying to keep taking money from them you just do that one check right yeah we take one check or we take one payment even if you have a number of my customers you may call them and i i always tell them all every single time that i'm in new delhi my name is oscar that's my official name because you cannot pronounce my name it is very hard to pronounce and we are in india and the money is going to india they don't know ever they know everything it's not like that that we are just telling them no dude you're full of crap man stop he said that you told him that you were from microsoft why are you trying to fool me man like i'm not saying i'm not you didn't have a printer problem why would i say this thing he was on the phone he said with a female and then she put on a senior technician and that was you and they said that you were from microsoft okay so don't freaking lie to me all right he said you're on their computer you were on his computer for like six hours what were you doing on there and why did you put it like you put in a persistence mechanism to be able to be on their computer all the like you were on team viewer you put in a password i saw what you did on mine too the reason i do this thing okay because whenever i spoke uh whenever i speak to u.s people or anybody who is old age who is your senior citizen they don't know how to share the remote so they took they take a very long time to share the screen this is why i made a password there so that in in case if the remote get caught off or if the in case if i'll be get out from the computer i will be connecting the remote as soon as possible without wasting my time this is what i would do every time even i uninstall the team viewer no you didn't it was on there you didn't uninstall his it was on there yeah i know i know because yeah i can tell you this i guess that the guy the guy that you're talking about one of my friend all right he was helping his he was helping him to connect the printer i guess this is the reason he couldn't uninstall the teamviewer i guess this is what this was the reason i want his information he's my friend friends don't put friends in these kinds of positions man you might think he's helping you but he's harming you because based off of the information that i have already from via the computer i will find him eventually not physically find him but on the computer i'll find him and the whole thing will be shut down so you can either help me or you can try to dance around all this other stuff and just like say well you know i can take my guarantee and i can say to you that if you will find me a real job i can leave this but i cannot i'm not gonna share anything with my friends or even anything about my friend because i cannot like here uh do such kind of things they are my friends if you want my help all i can do okay if you can find me a real job i can go ahead and leave this job this is all i can do i cannot share any details of my friend i i'm here's the thing here's stuff that your family will be proud of your family is not would never be proud of this crap if if they knew that you're doing this stuff man did you figure out how you're gonna reverse the payment piece of my mind he said he would try to reverse the payment um i don't think he is going to i think he's lying if anything happens if this thing i just wanted to also tell you sir that if um i have a really good community of people and they they want to you know if if this doesn't go through and and the money's gone uh we want to reimburse you the the 600 so um if it does i appreciate that yes sir so far the lady at the bank uh i call that number and she said that uh she could see no evidence that six hundred dollars had been taken out of my account that's uh so amazing so i'm i'm really happy about that you know the one ask i do have if you can even if you leave me a voicemail if you can call and and just confirm that the money wasn't stolen that would just be one of the most incredible things for my heart so i appreciate what you've done for me so hard yes sir i'm just i'm glad that we were able to talk and um again god bless you and you and your family and um thank you for your
