video that you're going to want to watch the entire video i know it's a little bit longer i will cut to the chase but um i love accessing scammer systems deleting files but also downloading files if you've seen some of my videos we like to download files not to ridicule the scammer or anything like that but to get information now some of the information uh that we're able to get especially in this video is to see um a live scam so what you'll see not in its full entirety but on the stream what we did was we were watching a live scam in progress and going on we were watching a scammer's computer as we were doing a scam bait and we saw a live scam going i'll let you see the rest of what happens but it's very very interesting and i cannot thank you all enough for watching these videos we do recipes online banking okay okay then go go go and log into your online banking okay well log into your online banking account we will transfer 400 as a refund to you okay just go ahead and log account because we share a joint no problem you can log into any accounts or any account but it should be a valid one that's it well of course it's a valid one okay so which account would you like to have your available balance and to serve your checking please please my checking can do a second account okay okay why can't i see my screen oh okay here it is now it says 4 000 no no i'm just giving a click on it from which account from your savings account to your checking account from the amount will report why are you transferring 4 000 from my my savings to my checking no no no we are not transferring so we were just checking each and everything somehow and okay now you can see there your available balance into your account into your checking account do you see that sir yes okay so write down this available balance in a piece of paper okay what will be your refund amount do you have any idea what will be your recurrent amount uh 400 what do you see on your computer screen right now um i see my bank account how old are you well i think it's a little personal but i'm 78 years old you don't sound as if you're 78 years old you sound as if you're 92 or 93 years old okay the only purpose of using this computer is to do online banking accounts no i said that sometimes i go to espn sometimes we go to the food network to look up for recipes so what basically uh why basically are you getting this money refunded do you have any idea about it why you are getting you guys called me today okay and why do you are you getting your money reported they said it was an emergency that's what the voicemail thing said it was an emergency from the computer support company okay now do you see a blue color page on your computer screen connected with the microsoft certified server um yes okay go ahead and type in your name over here okay after william james it's fine just do the short name i don't want to type that whole thing out again oh oh my god okay sir okay type down your bank name okay hold on one second i'm gonna grab my wife this is taking too long hold on hello oh yeah hi hello yes where's ann are you mom put anne back on she's a lot nicer okay who who who is uh who wants doctor do you want to talk to me no i don't want to talk to you i'd like to talk to ann who is ann uh she's the lady that whom i was talking with before no no no no do you want your money to be here map what is the refund amount 400 why did you type four thousand i didn't put four thousand i put 400 honey i watched you type another zero no no honey honey honey honey listen who put an extra zero did i put an extra zero or you put an extra i certainly did an available balance into your account has increased to four thousand right let me check just check it don't touch it don't touch your account dawn four thousand wait four thousand has been transferred yeah it's a transaction from savings oh it's gone no no four thousand has been it's gone now okay four thousand will again be transferred into your account no don't transfer 4 000 again what are you doing no no because no no that is a quality and a legal transfer your account will be blocked if you don't go and get what are you doing why are you clicking around and changing the text no no i'm not changing the text i'm just trying to edit your money okay why because i want only four thousand dollars from you do you the paper microsoft refund we ran this rajpath senior technician our technician technician from microsoft office in your computer has a virus and we must work quick to remote remove it we please provide me with 5 lakh in the google play gift card and i will be able to remove the virus love you honey bunny raj what are you talking about oh my goodness who is this raj patel that's my microsoft wrap you're extremely nosy how do you know about raj patel the raj padel is my manager it's your manager i don't believe that i think it was where are you ma'am i'm in the car is that okay with you oh this this is a scammer's computer it is 3 33 in the morning over there so now we can just watch him a little bit i'm gonna call up some of these potential victims uh this guy probably has realized that his files are gone a long time ago all right i'm gonna call this person up hi is this terry hi um i i know this is probably a very random phone call but i don't know if anybody has been pretending to be like a computer support person calling you if they are i don't want it i don't want to review it i know what i'm telling you is please there it's it's a scam they're trying to steal money from you okay i'm calling you proactively because i am on i pretty much fight against scammers and i they had your information on their computer because i'm watching their computer and i just wanted to call you to at least warn you that if they're calling you and saying that there's a refund and all this stuff please do not let them connect to your computer okay okay just hang up on them i promise you that no computer company will call you i promise you okay thank you i and i tell your friends tell your family i know this is a very random call but i saw that they have you like either on a list or something but please i i just beg of you do not let them connect to your computer okay okay thank you all righty stay safe out there if you need anything you can always call me on this number okay i'm this harmless yes ma'am okay because they call before right and and if if they're calling you if if they ever say this is the computer person literally just hang up on them like don't don't even give them time of day because i promise you the computer support people will there's no refund and what they're going to do is they'll can they'll connect to your computer and then they'll connect into your bank account and they'll pretty much like lock you out of your computer and and kind of hold you up for ransom so you have to pay them a bunch of money so i'm just trying to protect you so this doesn't happen thank you yes ma'am you're welcome and i hope you stay safe out there and again if you ever need anything you can call me like if if you're worried about hey is this a scam gonna call this person that had a uh team viewer id hi um i i know this is a random call were you on the phone with a computer person earlier yes i'm still on the phone with that person and now i have to try to figure out how to send him back three thousand six hundred dollars no ma'am do not please please do not it's a scam i i'm on that guy's computer and he had your information um yeah let me please let me help you out it's a scam they're trying to steal from you all right they just told me that i was trying to steal from them no ma'am i promise you um i i deal with these scammers and um i you know actually run a youtube channel where i deal with these guys and they they target you know either folks that aren't as good on the computer or elderly or whatever it may be but they connecting to your computer they mess with your bank account and then they tell you that you owe them money so they were trying to give you 400 right and then it went to 4 000 didn't it yes yes yes i have chills right now because i'm glad i caught you okay there's a couple things because he's probably so the hard thing is he has a username and password to get onto your computer probably right because he's still on there isn't he yeah okay um well he's sort of on here but he's he's definitely not into um i don't think he is still in my he's not in your bank account i don't think so okay um because did they load like a chase bank account and stuff onto your like and they said hey we're transferring from chase did they do all that stuff yeah he said he asked me first which i had bank of america chief or a couple other ones and i said chase right right okay so okay do you see in the bottom right there should be like a blue thing like team viewer in the bottom right it's like an arrow yeah okay click that arrow so it comes out and then hit the x button on that um if you see an x where teamviewer is do you see that okay it says connect okay so does it say like it went away okay so it went away okay so now go can you double click on the teamviewer again please so there's two things i want you to do and this will be so he can't get into your computer so do you see where it says please tell me when it's loaded back up sorry okay it says allow right keeps leaving oh because he's connecting back in probably does it go to the bottom right yeah okay so okay yeah okay actually i know the information i i've got the your any desk is like one seven one not it's does it start with one seven one it doesn't matter but um one seven one yeah and he keeps leaving so that means that he's connecting back in so give me one second um i'm actually going to connect in and kick him out okay so i know this is very odd but i'm gonna get in there and kick him out because i don't i don't know i don't know how to give him the money back that i owe him there was no money there was no money it's a lie they edit they edit your bank account your bank account web page and make it look like they gave you all this extra money i promise you it's a lie all right okay so that's me that's me right here so i'm going to oh my gosh he's he's trying to click me out see he's clicking me out he's getting really upset right now that's me i'm viviane rogers on here i'm trying to get him out of the computer my computer just died it just died yep it just crashed okay we'll keep the computer off he's probably going to try to call you back um right but please don't he's trying now yeah please um just if you can turn the computer off for right now so that he can't connect like don't just shut it off like don't just like uh flip the thing down like i i assume it's a um it's a laptop it's a mac yeah okay so please instead of like just hold the power button until it turns off don't let him get back on there please we'll wait i'll wait a little bit of time and then because he still has the password to get into your computer so i just don't want him to mess with your computer right now if that makes sense yeah but i and i want it off that was the whole thing what did you put on your computer it was a it was a program okay and it was going to cost 400 and i said i didn't want it he said okay no problem no problem i can just put the money back into your account was 400 right right yeah that's that's how they get you every single time for the time being because right now in india it's 3 51 so i would just keep it turned off and maybe tomorrow i can i can try to get him off of your computer but please don't use it and please don't talk with him there's no money that's been if anything what he did was he transferred money maybe from your savings to your checking and made it look like there is a four thousand dollar transfer that's typically what they do but um if you have i don't yeah i don't think he did that i think it just came in straight okay so did he pretty much say like okay what's your balance right now and then oh look what it is now right so yeah they manipulated and then he said well what are you trying to do to me i can lose my job right and he then he started basically swearing at me and i said sir if you are the supervisor you are not very nice being a supervisor right well you know this this is why i do this because it makes me very angry and um so i go after these guys every single day pretty much if you have do you have um a mo like a mobile phone that you do banking on yeah if you do don't tell me any information about it but at least go and confirm and i i bet you the numbers are different on your phone versus um your computer and that'll give you a piece of mind okay hang on okay i can do that while i'm talking to you sure i'm so glad that i found you by the way i'm so glad because what they do it's very so like this might scare you really fast you want to hear my voice hello wait so i owe you four thousand dollars what do you mean are you kidding me so they think that yeah they think i'm like a 79 year old woman and they and they they bully you that's really what they do it's very very sad so they they start cussing at you and say that you're going to lose your job and all this stuff it's very very sad no he said he was going to lose him or he's going to lose his job excuse me right yeah yeah because um i obviously was uh trying to jib him out of money right while he was trying to give me just 400 i was picking 4 000. right right and i said no no no no it kept switching over right exactly so the other thing that i would recommend is um also maybe trying to change your um banking password um apparently i think i think the all right the money that's in there went from six well blah blah blah right to another 4 000 instead and at see did they black your screen at all they had trouble with my screen they tried to make it smaller oh gosh yeah that's what they do yep so yeah oh gosh yeah they'll go into like google chrome or whatever it is that you're using safari and they'll try to make the screen smaller so you can't see what they're doing and then they're editing your bank account pretty much okay i think that i think that there's been no change that's it yeah online transfer from savings correct right so they'll transfer from savings to checking and then they'll edit it and make it look like they gave you 4 000 bucks and then what they'll do is they'll actually have you call chase and they'll say hey um can you confirm that this dollar amount's in there right and then they'll say yeah this dollar amount and then you're like oh my gosh you guys did give me four thousand but they really didn't okay let me just let me see if i can see how they in a minute let me just see and you did just to confirm you did shut your computer off though i'm just making sure it's still on okay perfect because i just i just don't want him connecting and doing anything to your computer all right now what do you want me to do okay first off i would change your password for your bank and secondly i would also call chase and have a discussion with them and say that a scammer has been on my computer and trying to mess with my account just so that they're aware and then if you're available tomorrow i would love to try to get this guy off your computer just i want to throw them off the trail please don't turn your computer on because i don't he you give him a chance he'll lock you out of your computer and then hold it for ransom if that makes sense if you can just keep the computer turned off and i can call you like in the morning i don't want to keep you you know keep you on the phone all night i know you've just been dealing with these jerks so i i just want you to sleep easy and rest easy and know i know this was very stressful and it hurts me for you that they did this to you but the good thing is that you're safe and your money is not stolen that is the number one thing right here so please just rest easy and and if you want me to i can call you tomorrow in the morning or something and help you out on the computer like actually help you out to get these guys off of there okay i think he watched he's trying to get to me here he's trying to call you i'm watching this guys i'm watching this computer right now just to make sure he's not doing anything terribly nefarious so okay all right so you're suggesting that that tomorrow i can go to the bank and and chat with you there or something yeah whatever you want whatever you want from me i can i can certainly help i mean i know chase probably has a 24 7 fraud department or something like that um i don't think that anything happened but i would i would at least call them and say hey i need to change my password or something i'm very freaked out like i almost just got scammed out of four thousand bucks all right yeah i would do that first and then i don't know if you know how to change your password i don't know if you can do that on the mobile app or not but you should be fine if you do that there yeah yeah i can do that on the mobile app okay yeah i would do that did they do anything where they made you go into your email or anything do they do any of that yeah not really okay they uh they used they uh didn't really do anything with chase like that okay okay um at least i i know that's pretty secure okay well i you know i think that if if your computer is shut off so he can't get into it like it that he can't if you really turned it off like physically turned it off you know if you did that yeah you should be fine there and then i mean he didn't have any access to your phone so i think you should be fine there again we we already confirmed that there was no money that was transferred to you they just transferred between accounts so that's good um and yeah i would just if you want to feel even more comfortable tonight i would at least call chase um i can look up if see if they have like a 24 7 number um um yeah they do have um personal banking let me see here yeah so they have i'm sorry so in the first place so in the first place they never got into my laptop to put this piece of equipment on and then um they were really oh i'm sure you don't want this kind of stuff so we'll just take it out for four hundred dollars or reimburse you for 400. right so in actuality they didn't even really do that how were they going to get their money um so what happens is um so i've dealt so they have like money laundering schemes here in the united states so um so like i have a fake bank account that they connect to and they they've tried to take like thirty thousand forty thousand fifty thousand from me yeah so what they'll do is they'll have you go to the bank and get the money out in cash and wrap it into like a box and ship it to somewhere in like california or vegas or something and then somebody picks it up and then they do a money transfer to hong kong um i've also had them actually give me hong kong bank accounts with the trap like all the numbers and stuff to just do a wire transfer and give them the money um with your dollar amount with the 4 000 they were going to have you go and get my google play cards or target cards or walmart cards and give them yeah yep i was going to have to go to target because right walmart's farther away and um everything else is farther away that's what they were going to yeah well exactly i'm just i'm so i'm so sorry that they put you through this because you didn't do anything wrong so um and and let me tell you one other thing that happened yesterday yes ma'am um they somebody called and said did you try to get a phone on amazon yeah it's it's the same it's the same group of guys okay so what happens now is that they're supposed to send something which will come to my address here and then i'm supposed to send it back to wherever and it's supposed to have the information right on there so that all i have to do is plaster the the card that goes back yeah um so what shall i do about that did they tell you what's supposed to be coming to your house um a an iphone 11 oh gosh okay interesting so they they're sending an iphone 11 that yeah supposed to come to me and because it's a situation where theoretically now uh you're not supposed to touch things that are coming i mean i've had some other deliveries including my groceries sure that um are no touch quote-unquote what they usually do is they just stand there you know and make sure that you've gotten whatever it is right but in this case they said they wouldn't be standing there and that um the instructions would be on the box and then all i have to do is send that box back to wherever no i would whatever comes i would return to cinder or not that's basically what what it was saying well what they're probably going to have you do um is they're trying to use you to to send certain things it could either be money in there it might not even be an iphone it might be money so we we just were working with a lady where they had me send a check to this lady in california she had been scammed for two years straight and um they stole 30 something thousand dollars from her and oh my god yeah and then what they do is their victims they have new victims go to this lady she cashes the checks puts it in her account and then sends the money overseas to these people so they use some of their victims as like so um they're trying to use you to launder money essentially all right so you were going to give me the fraud number yes ma'am let me see here and you know i'm not i'm not trying to promote myself or anything but if if you wanted to even know who i was um i've got a youtube channel called scammer payback um and that's what that's what we do so we get back at the scammers and we try to protect people and um that's this is what i make videos about pretty much where we're helping people out we're wasting the scammers time so they can't be bothering you but obviously they're they're getting people every single day which is i'm just so sorry that this happened to you but i'm glad that we at least caught it so they didn't drain your bank account exactly yes ma'am wow yes ma'am and again if you ever need anything from me honestly like please call me like if you're ever suspicious of something um if i don't pick up please leave a voicemail or you can send a text to me whatever you need i'm here for you 100 and phone with them on the 22nd so four days ago it looks like they might have taken a remote of your computer as well of your dell laptop so i just want to let you know that there's no viruses on your computer these people are scammers and they're trying to steal money from you so if you want to call me back and ask me any questions you certainly can but i just wanted to warn you do not let them get on your computer anymore and do not give them any money they are scammers they are technical support scammers out of india please do not answer their calls anymore okay if you need to call me back please do have a great day all right i'm going to call this lady up pam this is probably a very random voicemail um but i think you were on the phone with some technical support scammers out of india yesterday and they were on the phone with you talking they got on your computer under your laptop and the reason i know that is because i'm on their computers and i'm just trying to help you out and i wanted to call and let you know that you should not work with them do not let them get on your computer do not take calls from them and do not give them money please i repeat there's not a virus on your computer they will try to tell you that there are issues on your computer and make you give them money so please do not let them on your computer anymore please if you have any questions please
