[Music] what's up guys so we have a special video plan for you today you are getting the morning started I'm doing my morning walk and my wife is finishing up her workout we are going to swap diets for the day now I gotta say I'm not looking forward to this because Terry I think it's not very pleasant foods and also in very small quantities as I'm scared I'm going to starve what do you mean unpleasant news all I ever see you are Brussels sprouts there are these tiny little boys I was feel bad for you on a daily basis I really do I'm actually looking forward to today a little bit if I was you I would be looking for today - is my diet is delicious the food looks really good I'm very scared about the quantities I think I'm gonna be stuffed for the day after meal life probably but you're gonna be in heaven cause it tastes amazing [Music] Oh what is that this is all you have for breakfast after breakfast and what's in here frozen strawberries scoop of vanilla protein powder and I would I would guess it's maybe 150 200 calories okay well in front of you you have eight eggs okay six waffles okay and you also get to eat some probiotic prunes six and six of those you could eat I don't think I've ever had with with serve besides I'm not sad about this you shouldn't the quantity is scaring me but kind of excited either you guys eat these waffles for breakfast every morning I don't think I've ever tried one so disappear nice purple straw I know I thought you would love it I have to drink it through the straw or this [Music] [Music] and good after that is disgusting I'm not eating a delicious actually [Music] all right do the whole thing pop it right in no whole thing that's disgusting it's not go for it oh there you go you wanna take your shake with you and get the boys it's an awful I'm about a little over halfway mm-hmm and I honestly do not want to eat the rest of the bike hmm it's a delicious meal and I'm sad that you're not going to yeah I'm trying so hard I really am [Music] I'm not even gonna cite it anymore I was actually really looking for you all listen eels this is disgusting what do I always say the evening is the holdup you do see that say the either yep we've gotta come you gotta come with a little bit better attitude and commitment okay next meal so does that mean you get to have another meal in between when I getting it again not to say you're watching I don't know you said four hours can we not space that out a little bit better for me maybe we can break it up into a snack we can take a meal and split it in half to give you a second please I'll take a snack all right I am admitting defeat all right guys meal number two and I gotta say this couldn't come fast enough I am starving how are you feeling I'm feeling stuff I like I have a stomach ache and you were cooking this food and it smells awful typically I actually really like green beans and they smell awful right now everything even my own meal what let me explain what you have in front of you thank you please bison burgers YUM sweet potatoes green beans with a duck fat drizzle but you can't concede extra calories no it's amazing honestly I'm so jealous me on this I'm really explain what you have two scrambled eggs Wow asparagus and two little mandarin oranges why would you ever combine asparagus with eggs it just looks it sounds disgusting and honestly it does look disgusting I don't know what you're talking about that's like a veggie omelet that's something I would order when we go out at a restaurant I'm grossed out by this but I'm so hungry that I'm just anymore I hate when you do that defeat on meal number two good job come under it's gonna be your white flag wave it weighs it do it yes take the victory think getting ready to eat meal number three if you can even call this a full sized meal I'm not sure or this would be the family feast when I also be you are this is the rice krispies treat that she gets to eat as dessert so you've got to finish that first just put that out there so you can see you know that's part of the meal I don't think when your diet is says eat the chicken sweet potatoes first then reward yourself in the rice krispie treats it's all a meal I know I just made that rule okay but you need you need to try to eat well I will rotate my bite all right so you've got chicken sweet potato fries rice krispies treat I have what you have bison yeah Bryce and good green beets literally in a kid sized quantity it's not I'm a full-grown adult thank you fun fun sighs kids truth this is a family beef and it looks funny but this is honestly what you eat before Trini yeah every day trying to savor this try not to starve so much rice on my plants crazy she's that I'm all of it in one bite literally in this so disappointment if you want to get jacked like you eat honey what you got to do [Music] how do you feel I'm trying to savor it it's got a lot there [Music] maybe I should have just a little bit of dessert [Music] so Phoebe here I'm the help so beep between you and me yeah I can't finish a race crispy country you know I know you're no help oh I am oh yeah cuz I I can put sweets away the real question is is if that was peanut butter cups could you this no no no [Music] oh you're really you're really in a bad spot no peanut bar cops no ice cream no nothing I'm actually starting to feel bad for him and I feel worse for me I feel like I really have a sacrifice here but I do feel bad for you I can we can call this one I don't want you throw it out good attempt at nothing alright so we are back with meal number four are you excited I'm not I got all no no so now I'm sorry I probably was covering that tiny little plate up with these morsels of food probably explain let's start with the better part okay you have a delicious protein shake delicious it's ice and it's blended up and it's delicious let me just pop the top off here I feel this in my stomach there's something that you're serving and it's conveniently got a handle my three for a week there you go me on the other hand explained to me what this poor excuse for a meal is this is my meal while you have your protein shake and it's bison and brussel sprouts can I just for the record I absolutely despise brussel sprouts hate them okay [Music] that's the last one [Music] hey nice the Bison was good a mite absolutely - starving over the Brussels sprouts you like that's a little extreme I'm gonna put this in it to go pup or can I love you is it to go that others personal kindness I'm gonna use this to go cup with my handle and take this with me to sip one hmm until the next meal I suppose all right we got to go to our appointment yep so you're gonna take that and you're gonna promise me that you're going to try to actually drink it YUM can't wait I'm so excited all right guys meal number five last meal a day I am a hurting unit and just a minute ago there was an interesting knock at the door and as you can see pizza was delivered so I would like you to explain why there's pizza because that's not on my diet yes sorry time every now and then you get a cheat meal so the boys and I figured today was the perfect day for a team meal so we are having pizza and chicken fingers and french fries and so does apple juice senda you're gonna have my meal number five which is zucchini and bison with a little dash of salsa on top for some flavoring yummy and here are your cards that you felt that you're missing oatmeal and some fats on top which is super yummy actually my favorite meal with it yes I would try to enjoy this but before I start this meal I just want to remind you guys that we are having a big launch honestly evolution athletics gear calm with God the knee and elbow sleeves it got men's and women's shirts banners hats all kinds of awesome stuff so what we're going to do is we're actually going to give away a shirt so in order to be qualified for that all you need is like the video leave any comment that it would like and then also go follow evolution athletic skier on Instagram and we'll pick a winner and get that sent out but definitely appreciate you guys a sport that yeah you can eat it all buddy show me yep my level of disappointment right now living life everything yeah because I know I'll be honest with you I passed like you know you approach angry you need me personally no no me yeah three my exam yet today a long time ago yeah and now this I was actually excited about because I thought that somehow the only butter on top would help it's so good it's disgusting really yeah it's really bad it's like are you seen on top of the cake no I see yeah yeah it's like chocolate on top of the ice cream cone [Music] I'm going to say that this probably was one of the worst video ideas I've ever possibly had I would much rather do an eating challenge and be sick from eating too much meat dog eating Brussels sprouts and zucchini noodles why I genuinely feel bad but that's what you eat all the time and then I'm happy you don't eat like me not gonna lie I'm proud of you for that and thankful also but so you're saying you wouldn't be attracted to me I think
