WORLD OF LIGHT (Nuzlocke): The Supercut

so you guys remember world of life you know everything we're doing here but this this is a different run we're doing a Nuzlocke run which is you know and Pokemon if your Pokemon dies it's out it's dead there's no Pokemon Center there's no reviving if we lose a character in a battle that character is gone for the rest of the run we're playing on hard mode still using spirits cuz I'm a [ __ ] our goal is to beat the game no side quest we don't care about hundred-percent we're just trying to beat the game with as many characters as we can and if I'm not wrong I think we already have like the DLC characters I was wrong I mean okay it's called a Nuzlocke we're just gonna call it a light Locke that's the official name of this run from now on all right so our Kirby's ready to go we're gonna get the smoky Prag oh come on Nintendo I know what I'm doing don't get me wrong I already have thought about what happens if I lose here because everything we've built this video up to be kind of just gets invalidated so I'm playing really scared right now right the spacing oh he's dead he's dead got him I I could have gone for the disrespect but now like there's something bigger than me out there this is life and death okay so we got that taken care of time to fight Eevee I actually do have some spirits I think I'm gonna quit now oh I get one of these okay Eevee's just gonna stay mad chillin I'm gonna camp so much here oh my god you just came out of nowhere you got the handoff I'm got it oh my god oh oh no I'm going for the desperate moves I think I'm gonna play worse this entire run just because I'm scared of the worst possible scenario which is looking like a stupid idiot like the right Yoshi oh okay that wasn't scary at all now let's fight this stupid owl wait I got a new item tech you ready for this item tech tell me that wasn't sick I'm a master of the casual meta I'm innovating constantly all right so now this is where we get Mario like Mario is one of my best characters but it's like do I want to play Mario and risk losing him this is like the scariest place to be like I think later light lock might not be too scary because then it's like oh I got multiple characters to burn right now if I lose it's just over look pivot see drop it's so good it had shield stun and then you just get to hit with whatever you want but anyways Mario's in the game imagine showing this picture someone from the 1930s okay so my plan right now is to keep Kirby as long as I can and then when his body just gives in that's when we break out the Mario and I'm gonna cheese out world of light the best I can because I know how scary this can be so I'm just gonna grab him that way he can't damage me that's how you beat things like this I'm just gonna pummel him oh no I'm not oh god end of Kirby I'll be honest after putting the light Locke conditions on it just makes me so much more scare than I've ever been before while playing this game I just wait at the end of the crosser okay so I get a free character I think it's like Marth Sheik villager I think ok which is the most valuable I think it's Marth for now I'd only got much but I'm gonna buff this TV ok you know what that's a lot actually we're good I would like to think this is a losing matchup but I'm feeling good about my Kirby he pulled through on that last one she's not actually scared at all whoa got him this time though wait thanks Jill god bless america why if he's just so much more swole than I thought it all right so we got Kirby Mario and Marty that's not a bad line up to start off with especially since no one's died yet also they've nerfed orlimar in world of light and I don't think I want to rely on that cheese in this like I'm gonna try and play this as honest as I can so the lives of these characters actually feel terrifying and it's looking like released because Richter is already dead I feel like I just grazed him once maybe just blew a little too hard of wind on him and that'll do it I have officially found the counterplay can you guys uh can you believe that that worked on to the next world we're makin progress I don't really know how long the series is gonna be but I think it ultimately depends on how well I do Oh God I'm definitely a death percent for something this big okay get up attack almost killed me that could be it no no no well I'm scared I'm stamina I'm just gonna hide right here I mean right here I mean right here now he's trying to cheese me I know it I know he wants to cheese me and I want to choose him so I'm accepting these terms and conditions okay Mars kind of cleaning up rest in peace Kirby poor went out for the big G up in the heaven and now we got luck backwards Mario come up here and find me you coward I say as I'm camping I feel like we have gotten a lot of mileage out of the spirit let's go skill tree actually what do we got off up neutral tack buff buff up tilt attack and then a shield damage why not we're not gonna break any one shield anyways gotta keep it balanced though we can't have her be the only swole one otherwise we're gonna get counter picked by the game rabid Kong my arch enemy let's uh reassign these spirits okay that's what God intended I could she's it I could camp right here and she's it but I've seen these go wrong before oh my god i cheesed it ok well that wasn't too bad you got blaze the cat against spirit battles they can make it really easy for you to feel like you're winning and then just steal it from you but wait I got submarine what Oh God shut it backyard like wait she has punishment and oh ok whatever she's dead I know that's where we could have lost Mars but hey I know we got to get as many characters as we possibly can so despite what sounds right in my mind we got resistance like this isn't an easy mission by any means they can pick up the balls the wind moves the balls and also there's four of them okay one more one more oh God oh no he got it babe oh that was good to be a - Jack but we take those Pasha who is it you know what I think I could work with Jigglypuff it's not a bad punish though I could have caved her once and then I think that would have killed housing yet up smash yeah but wouldn't even cooler of the bomb killed her I coulda caved once I was such a genius punish all right so they cleared that path we now got hair cross hell yeah ha ha funny Ariel I get it I don't really want to waste my time with the chess-like I know they probably help but I'm just not about it you know and also let's uh check the skill tree out okay so we're gonna upgrade literally the exact same things we did last time because that's all we have the ability to do I hope that's not an omen and we don't lose the next battle but hey man here's hoping so we have four characters we got Kirby Mario chic and Jigglypuff and the best part about that is 75% of our roster is composed of low tiers you don't get Paula Tina tailed the dark realm you don't get wool till the dark realm like all the top tiers man are hidden behind the wall they knew what they were doing I mean I get peach soon but like you I really want to break my hands just to beat some CPUs the answer's yes I would do anything my pride is on the line all right who do we get give me the top tier I swear to Christ if I if this is the run and it's because of Yoshi that's gonna be the most sour victory ever I just got standing right here he doesn't know I'm mad I'm mad he took away my satisfaction Yoshi hit me with the satisfaction cancel but I'm gonna hit him with the life cancel classic Mario up smash god what a curse screen just put it put it away oh what the lame is unhappy we saved Yoshi trust me I am too and for those of you don't know my origin story of hating Yoshi I don't really have one so what's the good part about this run is that we haven't had a single character die yet so I'm gonna try and change that now all right tiny baby pala Tina you're so stupid you dumb little baby you think you can beat me and Yoshi montt my I was gonna call Yoshi like my new main cuz that's kind of the joke right is that I mean every character but can't even joke about that it just sounds so despicable that someone would just out of all the characters do that and now it's time to just start throwing baseballs until one of them winds us the game yep okay any more characters on our path no that's fine we got five that's a lot more that that's that's good that's good not a hitter this moves this characters mad annoying oh now it's time to bolt shield and if someone gets close to me I'm there oh I can't even do that right huh what Burt Meehan narrow does she look this pretty hard tech you know it might look easy but yo she means are truly practicing their craft right all right which path do we want to take that's the routes of Bowser yeah let's go we know it's not no I'm just a stupid idiot it doesn't go there does it I don't know for sure but sure I try to get beware out of them oh no this could be where Yoshi dies like which is fine but at the hands of beware I don't know who can take beware out he's just too strong and he has armor okay beware it's gone I can further we go in world of light the easier it gets because right now we don't have any of our buffs we only have a few characters but later I feel like it starts you become a tad bit easier hopefully I said that I didn't want to just spam little Matt smash at one point but now I realize that doesn't sound too bad does it whatever gets the job done I suppose I'm just so scared about throwing out attacks because every decision matters so much more like I think I've been in Grand Finals of a weekly before that's a lie I have it but hypothetically if I was the stress were not matched this how could be grand finals of a major and the stress would not be this high okay that's one that's oh no he's still alive he's alive too wait where did he go I wasn't even looking at that guy come here minute Pikachu woo okay so I've been two very eventful episodes it's always like 1 or 2 missions that take everyone away from me I've lost literally everyone on twin bellos so I do think there's so I'm just scared of what's to come like there are just so many missions I just take everything from you I do think that there's a boat that comes every now and then that you can choose this mission out on but like I'll be honest I'm just like scared of what if I go all in on that strat and it just doesn't work alright halfway done if I can just keep this pace up everything's good if he could just get down from this tree geez the trees gonna cost us the match I can feel it now uh-uh don't stop I don't even think my goal is to win anymore I think my current goal is to have one run last two episodes that's all I want at this point I'm just wobbling him like this fights not even interesting because I just wait to grab okay okay hold up I see things going very poorly for me now okay gotta be extra state of attack really okay well that's okay I saw the bomb blew up and I had no idea who that was oh my heart just dropped thinking I could have lost this entire run just like that okay so this is the third run so let's go on the path we have not explored yet we've done Marth we don't have it has to offer wait grabbed at least I'm just gonna run into him okay whoa almost back five wait all according to plan and now we have all right so these paths are blocked off we got our villager now our Tron bond is I don't like this something about this I don't like look Mario is my best character and I know it so I want to save him let's go back to villager 101 I've talked about how scary this can be and if you've watched the past two episodes you know how scary it can be because the thing is once we get past like the beginning we're golden because world of life starts to power creep super hard and then we get abilities that give us two final smashes then we start with final smash then we have four jobs and we're strong like once we get there it's easy what do we got we got the whole racetrack and I think that's Falcon right there we can't move the car yet what's the right path I know there's a character in there I think this might be the best path actually just because there's a lot of characters around here and if I remember correctly I'm pretty sure link is down here I got a boat god of weight disrespect that'll show them she did it like a happy she is she died moved the fog open this Pitta is this the Ling place yet that's that's link okay and I think fiora's around here this is absolutely the right path this is what we should have done from the beginning oh god she's at ninety three hundred it's also Lucena that's that's a hard target to face what what about down here what's the alternate path 4,000 wait I might choose him out here with jab of course the deadliest weapon Marco has go up here we avoided the fiora completely which I think that's good wait I think I finally figured out I can get this puff out that's what it looks like to choose someone man one away let's kill the dawn again still sizable numbers much less than that 9 k cheese okay we're gonna fight Luigi wait I didn't deserve that at all so that really felt like I was about to lose Mario but now we got link I suppose he's off stage what does a Mario do best pin it with a funny aerial and now we got link that's cool so I think I got everything I need from over here because this fiora she only makes you a pure metal which is just really mean by xenoblade chronicles definitive anything what did he die too so I think this is the best we've ever looked in our Nuzlocke runs because even though we only have three characters we have three of my best characters in the game and all right there's a chest right here I don't need it we can't go into the car yet because we have to have some kind of writer I don't know who but that's how we get Falcon oh it's poised and I can't see anything oh it just doesn't stamina oh my god all right clear it up show me what you got oh I just remembered this blocks off doesn't it all the way over there just stop the light now the light is too bright and it blinds me and I can't cross it I guess uh I can get Lucario right here because I don't want to do any of the Bowser's Castle yet yeah let's just take Lucario and run I'm just gonna forward air him I can't believe that despite losing Kirby so early in the run we are looking mad nice we are collecting mad characters only one death so far pretty decent spirits and we got a Lucario please I don't wanna get too crazy but this is the best one we've had yet so that opens up everything up there and no Kali I'm not trying to go up there yet have your fun bud okay we got Lucario okay so right now my strat here is I'm just rounding up the troop because I'm not even trying to fight bosses or anything let's just see who we can get on our team oh he's just running away from me just like normal sonic gameplay come come on come on but that works as we've proven Mario is by far my best character that we have right now so I kind of want to use some of the worst ones just because if we lose them it's not awful but it you know one of me and let's throw villager out there wait one down here Oh choke that was it what what was that disrespectful laser he went for her like that was the most badass thing I've ever seen but like that definitely cuffed and the entire stop GUI okay all the way to Captain Falcon and it's gonna be so sad if I just go Falcon next and lose him cuz I just went so far for one character but oh well I don't like talking with that sword it was so close to beat what where did you start going okay well we got Falcon we have only lost one character I am actually like popping off because this is so good for me and my team since I still can't go either of these paths I really think we just hmm I think we just got to go to Bowser now I just think this path made us better equipped for Bowser oh damn I'm not visited the skill treats like there's not really a lot for me to get right now it's just kind of a building off into other paths which double final smash hyper smash tax that's what I'm looking for or that guy's a show-off right there he was just trying to impress somebody with that Perry huh huh before I go up to Bowser's I can dig quick pit stop and get a Pikachu and you know what there's strength in numbers so I think I'm just gonna do that oh I now remember this who can deal the most damage the fastest I think if I do it right it adds like 6% to all my aerials I don't like he keeps jumping now do this damage is insane oh my god I don't want to kill him funny banana would be good all right you know falcon pawnch that's what the people want alright now let's jump in right and then we just go get Pikachu okay uh uh and then I think that's puff or Yoshi one of the two this is uh not looking to be too bad god it's two drops bust have gotten so many fighters we've lost one but I can't believe I'm saying this but I think we are actually going to move on to an episode two of this one run I'm gonna Falcon kick him as soon as he gets released wait oh he's going up there well I guess that worked you know what I'm not gonna in today's episode till we actually make it through Bowser's Castle because I feel like it could just end whenever we find duck hunt again but you have is so strong like it's just all based knock back so it just kills even giants like Charizard who's almost magical on to him it would have been high for like I could have died you know what the stand mixer menacingly that's stare who will strike him down where he stands alright Falcon seen a lot of action let's let's give the peek of some spotlight but the party had on do you guys think that this could be the run because like I don't I just think this could be better than before oh he's now hitting me with a lot of dumb stuff I kind of wish I would still Falcon oh my god how how do I hit this mad lad I'm all multi hits and none of them work on this guy hold is this bad this is so bad I I have never made of worse mistake going into a battle we're on to Phase two and this one he just throws mad axes so that's why I think of reflector might come in handy what's nice about world of light is the later you get in the stronger your shield gets because you guys remember like whenever I fought the one boss I can't remember whose picture is now on screen but he broke my shield so many times and he is never gonna get the chance again oh my god the thing he knew his wing condition and he went for it and he outplayed us what more can I say it's just a rough I should have put him on the back burner he's too powerful to throw like throw around
