choice mine happens to be coffee good evening around the world thanks for sitting in to the NAR ecology morning show guys you probably know by now that the narcissus wants to be in the driver's seat I don't know if you know this in every facet of their life especially relationships they really fear abandonment so if they are discarded or you control the break-up they probably experienced some form of abandonment as a child therefore therefore they really try to make up for that with maintaining a healthy body and they they want to be successful but even even with that said guys regardless of that they're still petrified of being abandoned so if you discarded the narcissist they really really flip out guys and if you go no contact their whole image of themselves is crushed keep in mind everything is predicated on the mass that they bought into guys when that mask is even questioned they get an injury so you can imagine how they feel after being dumped they take it really bad they'll go into this hibernation mode guys they won't get out of bed they'll try to sleep their life away because they are stuck home all alone with their true cells their chaotic minds are all alone with the true-self keep in mind in the relationship and in life in general they are center of the universe guys this is their way of thinking this mask is their whole entire life everything they know if they're dumped is false so they're forced home alone with themselves with that inner child who has been laying dormant all of these years guys you know they're already running from that shame from the true stuff now that is amplified and they are stuck all alone so many will try to sleep their life away they don't want to even be a way if they have a hard time going to work they won't even get out of bed for work guys so they you talk about an injury they take the narcissistic injury when they are discarded they desperate desperately try to get in contact with you okay they will become obsessed with seeing you hearing from you you know they have to get across that they're destroyed they know your heart they're gonna try to push those buttons they know you're probably an empath guys they have manipulated you all throughout this relationship and they're going to take one last swipe at it guys that's why you have to stay no contact but the one thing that narcissus is good at guys is picking themselves up because what they will remember aha this mask this mask looks pretty good it works pretty well so they put that mask back on and they start carpet-bombing the harem garage guys they're hoping for any type of reaction from the harem they will really lay it on thick with the future faking and whoever they whoever they can get to respond they're trying to convince anybody to give them a chance at this point that they have changed they plead with all the old supply and you know try to convince them that they're a different person that they've seen the light they will act really healthy and future fake saying things like it's you and me baby you were the love of my life and I've never forgotten that you were the one who got away they will lie to everybody same that you know that they discarded you and smear your good name you know they have to they have to present this false narrative always that that you didn't measure up to them and they couldn't stop thinking about you as they're systematically stalking you because it's all about appearance guys and manipulation just like it always is with the narcissist keep in mind if they had it their way you know they would want a quick replacement for that great a supply but they know how difficult that is especially if they were discarded guys out of that field and they didn't see it coming they're on survival mode keep in mind supply is everything to them like air that we breathe guys this is when you see them taking road trips to go see family ok normally they will assign a family member like a son or a daughter or any type of sibling as the temporary primary ok if they're not in bed trying to sleep the pain off they will go get a dog or they you know even even dogs are supply and they'll have that phone super glued to their faces guys they're really in this vulnerable state of mind they really have to conquer somebody at this point to let them know that they matter in this world this is where you will see a you know god-awful ridiculous panic pick with lambda lambda lambda or somebody from the Addams Family Guy's at this point the you know the pick they'll pick any type of fuel that they can picture the faucets with no hoses in front yards they're sticking their mouths under that hose bib that's how desperate they are guys they just need fuel from some somewhere they they really don't care at this point but this is it wasn't this is this isn't well how it was supposed to go down and they're kind of kicking themselves that you know they didn't manipulate you guys better they really take pride in the stages of narcissistic abuse guys I thought this girl you know was was more codependent but it looks like she's an empath with her crap together you know they will deem you the winner of the game at this point guys if you stay no contact they will be obsessed with the thought of you for the rest of their lives they deem you as the one that got away but really you are the one that they couldn't crush and pulverize like they do everyone else because that's what they wanted looks like I need to tighten up my game here I'm slipping a little you know when they realize it's game over they don't want you to know that they're affected if you stay no contact they will disappear in any way and they will go into absolute hiding this is where they will disappear off the grid guys until they have a trophy supply worthy of posting on social media he's not gonna post a panic pic on social media guys he's gonna bide his time and wait until he has another trophy to show off so it can be validated and get some some kind of self-worth from that trophy in the meantime he's gonna sleep with every tri-lamb in the sorority house gasps he will get fuel from that you cannot feel sorry for the narcissist they are used to hunting fuel sources guys this is what they do what they are good at guys this is what they live for those of you that are afraid the Narcis of leaving the narcissus because I can't take care of themselves Bologna you have no idea how easy it is for them to snap their dang fingers and find secondary and tertiary fuel sources guys and they can find that great a viable supply that they you know tend to covet and show off to the world you know they're not concerned on that right now they're just gonna copy and paste the same future faking text to everybody guys and they're gonna be driving their family members insane and smothering the family dog to death guys animals are definitely a source of fuel for the narcissist why because dogs love you unconditionally just like a codependent or an empath so you'll see them going out to the pound and getting a dog and it's gonna be hard for them to find someone like you guys again this is the take that they will have for the rest of their lives guys you guys are the winner of the game so if you guys want to win the game get your ducks in order and leave and I know you didn't realize it was all a sick game but it is they never loved you they never cared for you so get out of there because they will destroy your lives guys and they're not messing around you know you're not special in our eyes they say the same things to everybody guys they don't have their own personality so it's cut and paste time do you think they didn't they didn't want to get to know you guys anything they that it seemed like they did want to get to know they're just gonna use in the future as a weapon against you guys they just take their fuel sources guys and they squeeze every drop of energy out of the fuel supply until it's drained and then they destroy that fuel source gas and they move on to the next one and again they just repeat this is all that they know so why don't why don't you discard the narcissist but those of you that did discard the narcissist and aren't remaining no contact that's a slippery slope because they know how to manipulate you and push your buttons you're probably an empath you're probably a codependent you don't want to see this you don't want to hear from them because you're gonna have a weak moment guys and you're gonna break down and you're gonna open the door for the narcissist and they're laughing inside when you do that guys because they're gonna want to end things on their terms everything is about justification for the narcissus they wouldn't give a dying thirsty man in the desert about a water if that man crossed them and in any way and they would justify it this is who they are guys train your minds not to dwell on the narcissus after the discard you're gonna start replacing everything all the dissidents with your own true reality and what a great person you are and how lovable you are and you're awesome traits you deserve the best you deserve the best guys get rid of the narcissist don't feel sorry for them if you guys don't go no contact those crocodile tears cheers guys I need some coffee it goes crocodile tears are gonna get to you and I am NOT looking down on you I'm the same way it was essential that I went no contact essential because I have ultimate mercy on people guys and I don't like to see anyone in pain and I know a lot of you guys are like that too this is why you go no contact and you stay no contact you don't want to know their false movie anymore you don't want to know who what wretched you know Adams family member that they are with okay you don't want to know these things because all that they post on their social media anyway guys is false stuff that they're happy that they're in love they don't even know how to love guys they don't love the new supply they don't they don't love any type of supply secondary any type of backup supply they don't love care they don't love a family member they don't know how to love guys and I know that I know that's tough for you to hear but it's true they lose their minds when you discard them this was so important for me to do because a lot of these awesome impasse on live chat with Dave and impasse are still with the narcissist and they're trying to get the courage up to do this and you can do it the alternative is you be patient and wait and let them destroy your lives you either discard them or that will happen it's either A or B nothing in between figure out how you want the rest of your lives to go guys enough of walking on eggshells afraid of how they're gonna react afraid of being devalued as this is all that they're about guys I just wanted to get that off my chest I'm gonna get to the compa the new question of the day but first don't go
