Why Should We Hire You? Interview Question. #1 BEST ANSWER!

hey guys it's Richard McMunn here and in this training video I'm gonna give you the best answer and I promise you it is the best answer to the interview question why should we hire you so this question is asked during virtually every interview and I'll say why should we give the job to you why should we hire you so let's get straight into it three really important tips make your response about them not about you okay I'm going to tell you how to do that in a second but you make your answer about them and the way that you do that is you get hold of the person specification or the job description the role that you're applying for and you have a look for just three things in there that stand out now one of them might be an ability to give really good customer service it might be an ability to work under pressure or an ability to work as part of a team just take three things off and you're going to focus on those during your answer so the idea with this response is that you are giving them what they want to hear ok its really simple to answer and then the next tip the third really important tip is to use the following approach when responding to this interview question now watch this video from beginning to end I'm gonna give you the exact response of what you need to say it's really quick to put together and then I'm gonna tell you where you can get more training videos for free just like this so you're gonna use this approach you're gonna tell them a statement okay it's a short statement something like you know I'm really really great at customer service then you tell them what experience you have in that area and then you tell them the benefit what's the benefit of this to them and I'm gonna give you some examples so each statement experience and benefit okay here's my first statement so I've looked to the person specification and I see in there it says I have to be good with customers or I've got to be great customer service so I would say okay so I understand how important it is to deliver outstanding customer service in this role so that's a statement you say that and then you give them the experience you have for example I have over four years experience of delivering outstanding customer service and I have attended numerous training courses on the correct way to treat customers and then you give them the benefit now the benefit to you is that I can be relied upon to take good care of your customers which in turn will bring you more repeat custom and many happy and satisfied customers now you do that so it's a statement experience benefit you do eat three times so that's why it's important to pick out three things from the job description so let's do two more the next one the statement I'm also really strong whilst working on the pressure in fact I perform much better in pressurized situations the experience in my previous role my line manager often praised me for my ability to work effectively whilst under pressure and he would often come to me when a job needed to be done quickly to a high standard and whilst under strict time constraints the benefit I believe this will be another positive benefit to your organization as I can always be relied upon to be flexible and adapted difficult and varying tasks whilst always delivering key targets whilst under pressure the final one the third one finally I understand the role requires an ability to work effectively in a team environment having worked within different and diverse teams for many years I feel I am the best candidate for the job now the benefit because I have so much experience of working in diverse and varying team environments you do not need to train me up to perform the role competently I believe I will be able to hit the ground running which will save you lots of time having to supervise sorry save you time not having to supervise me so let's now take a look at this answer to the question why should we hire you in full here it is I understand
