get slow [Music] yes son yes Lord yes cheese Jesus goes holy goes have your way Lord [Music] [Applause] I like for everyone to pray the same prayer we've been praying since father's day with me tonight those of you in the chapel those of you at home I want you to pray this prayer just a few minutes ago the Lord spoke to my heart about hundreds of you in this room that have made Jesus Christ your savior but you're not serving him and he's not governing your life and I want to warn you tonight about that that is a false religion you can't live like that friend where you want it you want to be saved from punishment you want to be saved from hell you want it's you want you want security for heaven but you're not serving him and you think you think you're going to heaven friend but I'm warning you tonight Jesus Christ wants to be your Lord he wants to govern your life he wants to govern your life and people come up to me all the time after reading that little booklet stone cold heart and they say brother Steve how is it that change has come about in you and you've been able to travel and do the things you've done and especially Teen Challenge guys come up all the time and they asked me that because he seeks just such a radical change I want to tell you how friend I've made him Lord of my life he saved me I remember I remember when he saved me I remember when he saved me in two days it'll be 21 years that he saved me but friend I also remember when I started learning about the lordship of Christ that I was no longer my own you are not your own you are bought with a price you belong to Jesus young people look at me you have absolutely no right planning your future listen to me in the chapel you can't plan your future you can't go out looking for a mate you can't go out looking for this and looking for that see you are a slave child of the Lord you belong to Jesus you're bought with a price he knows and I meet people I meet people all the time friend they tell me I'm gonna do this I'm gonna do that I'm going here I'm going there and it's like they govern their own lives one of the things I love so much about the art the the the language in Argentina the Castellanos they always say CDLs kitty cdos kitty if God permits if he allows I would say you want to go there tomorrow they'd only go CDLs kitty see if God permits we'll go there tomorrow and I remember hearing that over and over and over again in the beginning debted have been embedded in my mind that yeah that's the truth if God allows me then I'll do this and that so tonight in just a few minutes I'm going to be given an altar call many people I've already met people here that don't know the Lord you're gonna come to Jesus but others of you others of you in this room that maybe you've gotten saved before but he does not govern your life praying you're gonna be one of those in those last days he's going to look at you you're gonna you're gonna you're gonna be expecting you're gonna be expecting a a welcome you're gonna be expecting an entrance an open door and you're gonna say but Jesus I cast out demons in your name but Jesus I healed the sick in your name but Jesus I ran the orphanage but Jesus I worked a soup line for Thanksgiving at the mission but Jesus as I taught Sunday School but Jesus I pastored but Jesus my youth proof was running 275 but Jesus and he's going to say depart from me I never knew you and that has to do friend with just living on your own in rebellion you just did your own thing never questioning the Lord of the harvest about a thing what does he want everyone pray this prayer with me in the chapel in this auditorium those of you at home you are not exempt from this prayer somebody gave you this tape and you're so kind to have watched it you're watching it right now but sir I'm telling you this is not just another video this is a Word of God coming into your home and it's about time and ma'am sir you're gonna pray this prayer with us you're gonna ask the Lord to speak to your heart and to change your life would you pray with me right now dear Jesus speak to my heart change my life in your precious name Amen you may be seated three things I am sure of tonight friend everyone is here under divine appointment look at me folks I don't care how you got here it makes no difference if somebody drugged you into this place I remember the other day some parents came up to me with a young girl and I mean she was queen snot she hated me she hated this revival she was one of those kids that got drugged here probably the parents said in Kentucky honey do you want to go to Disney World do you want to go to Florida and they stopped for gas here you know type of thing but she didn't want to be here and if you're here tonight like that you don't want to be here friend your this is a divine appointment for you just a few weeks ago we had the police pull up outside with three people they had arrested on the streets and rather than take them to jail they brought them to the revival think about that think about that you're sitting in your kit sit in the squad car you know behind the cage sitting back there thinking about man what's it's gonna be like I'm going to jail you know they pull up at the church they sing get up they marched him when the altar call was given two of the three got saved that nine hallelujah so they were here that was that was a divine appointment no the cops brought me here no friend God used the cops it is a divine appointment everyone here is under divine appointment if you've been coming to the revival a lot and you just happen to come tonight you didn't happen to come for it this is God's plan for you tonight I don't know how you take life but I don't take it's circumstantial I don't take it like things sort of happen I believe in divine flat tires I believe everything that happens has a purpose everything nothing takes God by surprise we say xym the present that means he's everywhere nothing takes him by surprise friend he knows what's going on out there don't don't live some mystical life friend God knows what's going on he's there with you he's brought you here tonight I also know that what I'm sharing tonight is God's message for you the Lord knows how to prepare the heart for the message and the message for the heart company say Amen and many of you tonight will be hit by the arrows of the Lord and I hurt for those of you that do not respond the arrows of the Lord are sharp the Word of God says they are sharp they strike like lightning pastors this is a great word study if you want to do it the arrows of the Lord are sharp they strike like lightning and they stick fast the only one that can remove the arrow of the Lord and that means when the conviction of God hits you tonight the arrow pierces your heart and it begins beating or like little girl said the other night began just hurting her heart was hurting some it pounds out of their chest that's conviction friend if I was talking about harley-davidsons or the Florida State Seminoles or something else like that your heart wouldn't be doing that I can talk about golf and bass fishing your heart wouldn't do that some of you would get all excited but most of you wouldn't fall into conviction but you start talking about God and you start mentioning sin and sins and as soon as we mention sins in this room friend you should see what we see heads begin to bow people begin to go honey I go to the bathroom that's what they I gotta I gotta get a drink of water that's conviction friend why do you suddenly have to get a drink of water why do you suddenly have to go to the bathroom why all through the service you've got your head up then suddenly it's down in your lap it's called conviction friend it's the era of the Lord and it's pricked your heart and the only one that can remove that arrow is the Holy Ghost he's the only one that can remove the arrow I meet people all the time how many folks have met folks out on the streets and in the restaurants at work that live sort of under conviction and as soon as you bring up Jesus and something they start changing the subject how many of backsliders they're everywhere they got arrows sticking out of them Fred that's why people can't sleep at night you can't sleep with an arrow sticking out of your body they roll over they toss and they turn all night long because they're full of guilt they're not free so tonight many of you are going to be pricked by the arrows of the Lord you need to respond to the Lord tonight turn with me to Matthew 27 last night was awesome how many were here last night friend this building God moved so mightily here in the chapel across the street dick I know you're over there with a group of folks in the chapel across the street the whole front filled up and all the aisles filled up in the cafeteria 180 people came forward trained it was it was awesome last night Matthew Matthew 27 like to speak to you for a few minutes on the question the question verse 11 Matthew 27 now Jesus stood before the governor this is Jesus before Pilate and the governor questioned him saying are you the King of the Jews and Jesus said to him it is as you say and while he was being accused by the chief priests and elders he made no answer then Pilate said to him do you not hear how many things they testify against you and he did not answer him with regard to even a single charge so that the governor was quite amazed now at the feast the governor was accustomed to release for the multitude any one prisoner whom they wanted and they were holding at that time of notorious prisoner called Barabbas when therefore they were gathered together Pilate said to them whom do you want me to release for you Barabbas or Jesus who is called Christ for he knew that because of envy they had delivered him up and while he was sitting on the judgment seat his wife sent to him saying have nothing to do with that righteous man for last night I suffered greatly in a dream because of him now if you want a picture of that friend she had an arrow sticking out of her that woman was under conviction her heart was doing this she was under conviction so close yet not saved but the chief priests and the elders persuaded the multitudes to ask for Barabbas and to put Jesus to death but the governor answered and said to them which of the two do you want me to release for you and they said Barabbas Pilate said to them then what shall I do with Jesus who is called the Christ they all said let him be crucified and when Pilate saw that he was accomplishing nothing but rather than a riot was starting he took water and washed his hands in front of the multitude saying I am innocent of this man's blood Sita that yourselves and all the people answered and said his blood be on us and on our children then he released Barabbas for them but after having Jesus stirred he delivered him to be crucified look with me back at verse 22 this is the question then what shall I do with Jesus who is called Christ everybody has got to answer that question look at me folks everybody now we have visitors from South Africa god bless you brethren from South Africa every man woman and child is going to have to answer that question in Africa what am I going to do with Jesus who is called the Christ we have visitors here from Australia every Australian from east to west north to south is going to have to answer that question what shall I do with Jesus who is called the Christ the question is not what will I do with the Assemblies of God the question is not what shall I do with the communion of the Lutheran Church if question is should I be confirmed in the Pisgah pelean the question is not should I be baptized at Cottage Hill Baptist the question is not should I attend the United Methodist Church the question is not should I do this or should I do that the question is friend what should I do with Jesus who is called the Christ everyone has got to answer that and the Lord is pressing this question if you've noticed in this revival and around America he is sticking this question in our face he could care less about our religion he could care less about our denominations he could care less about our membership roles he is saying what are you gonna do with me I am the one that your denomination at one time was all about now I'm calling you back to your roots and what are you going to do with me what are you going to do with Jesus who is called the Christ everybody it's going to have to answer this when you're dead and gone people are gonna know what your answer was people know right now what your answer is friend some of you live such a wishy-washy life it scares me it scares me friend let me tell you something for those of you that call yourself Christian and don't live up to the standards of Christ don't use that name anymore don't use that name call yourself Ethan don't call yourself Christian because you're an embarrassment to the church and when the people stand there and smell the whiskey on your breath or they listen to your cursings or they hear your vile jokes and then you say listen I've got to go because tomorrow I've got to be in church my family our Christian what you've done is destroy the testimony in this country this country no longer knows what Christianity is friend there is no deciphering between Christians in the world they can't tell the difference but it's changing friend it's changing and it's changing rapidly we're going to be the same again it's never going to be the same again I want to tell you this is prophetic by the year 2000 when you say I'm a Christian people are going to tremble listen to me friend when you say that you're a Christian you are automatically setting yourself up in front of them as one of them one of them there's a Great Divide coming to the church watch it happen there's going to be a civil war like no civil war you think the one back in the 1800s was violent wait to see what happens to the church friend and it's time it is time God is sending his son back for a holy remnant Jesus is coming back for a bride a holy church separated clean spotless set up Law Center hallelujah you're gonna have to make up your mind president Rutherford be hazed our 19th President of the United States he said this I'm talking about what are you gonna do with Jesus which is called the Christ I publicly am a firm believer in the divine teachings the perfect example in the atoning sacrifice of jesus christ robert e lee says i can only say that i am a poor sinner trusting in Christ alone for salvation scientists Pascal said we know God only through Jesus Christ we know life and death only through Jesus Christ except by Jesus Christ we know not what life is what our death is what God is what we ourselves are without Jesus Christ man must be in sin and misery with Jesus Christ man is exempt from sin and misery I wonder what he meant friend I think this guy knew God we know God only through Jesus Christ he made up his mind a scientist in the 1600s made up his mind what he was going to do with Jesus which is called the Christ and other scientists who worked around him I'm sure said you are a foolish man how can one so wise with earthly wisdom be so ignorant in spiritual things don't you know there's nothing out there he said no sir I don't know that I know that we know life and death only through Jesus Christ Sir Isaac Newton how many know about him remember the Apple let's be his nephew rather Newton he gave us a love universal gravitation he said this we are to worship the father alone as God Almighty and Jesus alone as the Lord the Messiah the Great King the Lamb of God who was slain and hath redeemed us with his blood and made us kings and priests I wonder friend I wonder why they don't teach that in school this generation knows all about Sir Isaac Newton every one of them no but that what they don't know and he says is that he said you got to be washed in the blood of the Lamb what they don't know what they don't know is that little apple that fell from the tree Sir Isaac Newton was saying God made that Apple hallelujah Charles Dickens wrote in his will I commit my soul to the mercy of God through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ Alexander Hamilton said one of our founding fathers he said I have a tender reliance on the mercy of the Almighty through the merits of the Lord Jesus Christ I am a sinner and I look to him alone for mercy now I'm reading to you some of our leaders our founding fathers some of our great historians friend they did not say I believe in God they didn't say I believe in a Supreme Being that's hogwash friend and young people if they let you pray in school and they say do it generic there ain't no such thing you either pray through Jesus Christ because there's only one way to the Father and that's through him so if they say just stand and pray a prayer like this Oh God touch us all now I'm in no friend that could be for everybody that could be every religion in the world but when you say Oh God have mercy on us through your son Jesus Christ have mercy on this school mercy on my soul martin van buren the eighth President of the US said this the atonement of Jesus Christ is the only remedy and rest for my soul & alove Oh Noah Webster don't get me started on his brother and he's a brother this guy is a brother those of you that have been in these meetings I read you got the dictionary with you Charlie I read from this thing all the time this is Noah Webster's this is from the 1840s and this is we may start a petition for Noah for the Miriam Webster to get Webster's name off that dictionary because I want to tell you ain't got nothing to do with Noah Noah hid freak if he saw what the dictionary was today and what he had back then and I was just looking the other day you could look up almost any word in here and all he gives us scripture references just one after another and I looked up I thought well I'm going to look up clean I did this yesterday morning I look up clean and he puts it to be free from dirt that's what clean means but he doesn't he doesn't stop there friend then he goes to be free from moral impurity to be innocent who can bring a clean thing out of an unclean job chapter 14 Acts chapter 18 that's way it's gone then he goes he says to be free from ceremonial defilement numbers 19 live it is 10 free from guilt sanctified Holy John chapter 13 Psalm 51 to be clean totally clean Luke chapter 11 to be like this guy that's clean that's cleaner than clean [Applause] I looked up walk you know he's to move one foot in front of the another he gives a standard definition then he says to walk after the flesh to walk in the spirit to walk after God to walk in the life just one after another all these scriptures Noah said this I know whom I have believed and am persuaded that he is able to keep that which I've committed unto Him hallelujah Webster Noah Webster answered that question he answered that question we're going to answer it tonight over the next few minutes everyone in this room now we're gonna have a little grammar lesson first charlie I want you to help me with these bring those things out would you it's Saturday night you need help more than you I need help if this is too dumb for you then relax the person sitting next to you needs it but the Lord told me as an evangelist friend listen to me as an evangelist he so he spoke to me years ago he said Steve if an eight-year-old can understand it its what child can understand it then everyone in the room can understand it and I began reading the sermons of the great revivalists of years gone by I've got thousands of sermons in my library's and I read through them I look at them I'm gonna go dear God the simplicity of the gospel the Argentine revival friend two million people have come to the Lord and the basic messages God loves you has a plan for your life won't you come over and over again man just and I watch and I want thousands and thousands come to the Lord every night God loves you has a plan for your life won't you come Jesus died on the cross for you he shed his blood for you what are you gonna do for him simplicity of the gospel so he told me Steve don't try to print and press anyone preach my word and preach it with power well we got this is a grammar lesson enough teachers I know you appreciate this trying to help you here kids this is a a period it's not a frisbee it's a period this point this is a point that marks the end of a complete sentence amen a period a complete sentence that's what it is not a dot it's a period John 14:6 says this I am the way the truth and the life no one comes to the Father but through me there's no question there's no there's no however there's no comma however there's no comma but it is period and Simon Peter one day said after Jesus says but who do you say that I am Simon Peter answered and said thou art the Christ the Son of the Living God no question about it friend it's a complete statement is anybody understanding this hello I'm still having a hard time brother Steve stick with me Bubba we're gonna make it we're gonna help you for God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life no question about it for this is not an intense word study or phrase that trust me and if relax I'm not Michael Brown this is an exclamation mark [Applause] exclamation is a word expressing passion an emphatic 'el utterance we know what it means if I screamed out to my little son who is running across the street and I saw a car coming I would say Ryan stop who that's what that is y'all havin y'all having a hard time saying explanation aren't you escalation say it exclamation John 1:29 behold the lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world friend he didn't say John the Baptist did not say behold the lamb of God that takes away the sin of the world he didn't say that friend he said behold the lamb of God that takes away the sin of the world takes away [Applause] Oh [Applause] [Music] it expresses passion now don't look all these up friend they're in there trust me matthew 27:54 now the Centurion this was at the death of Christ now the century and all those who with were with him keeping guard over Jesus when they saw the earthquake and the things that were happening became very frightened and said truly this was the son of God could you imagine could you imagine the earth is cracking open the skies have darkened people are jumping out of the graves and they're going surely no friend surely this was a son of God [Applause] and there's many uses in the Word of God of this of this grammatical what do you call it teachers [Applause] punctuation point when blind bartimaeus was going after God in mark chapter 10 crying out for a touch from Jesus the Bible says he was screaming out Jesus son of David have mercy on me friend Jesus he was screaming it was in battle a passionate cry Jesus son of David have mercy on me have mercy on me the poor man cried and the Lord delivered him out of all his distress is Jesus son of David have mercy on me friend that is the exclamation mark now we're moving on question that is something proposed which must have an answer Jesus in Matthew 16:15 said to the people to his disciples after everybody else had left remember the story Jesus turned to him I'm going to tell you something the Lord asked a lot of questions he would nail you in a heartbeat do you think the Lord was passive no sir he wasn't passive at all he looked at the people and they kept walking around some of you are so dedicated to get him from getting God's hand you're after Richard said this so much in this revival Richard crisco our youth pastor he said some of you were after his hand his hand his hand and God wants you to be after his face his presence but you're always after his hand and that's Jesus had crowds he had crowds they are always hanging around him to heal the sick to feed them to clothe them to do whatever he could for them and he finally turned to them and he said drink my blood eat my flesh and they said this is a hard saying and they all left they all left and then jesus said this he said this question friend but who he said you do not want to go away also do you question Peter John looks like popularity just left while alone guys you know we had a lot of admirers a few minutes ago but thousands just walked off and left us alone here pastors I'm gonna warn you about revival you'd better be on that boat with Jesus you better be alone with the Lord when he turns around all these folks walk off he turns around and says you're not gonna leave me too are you you can't skirt that friend you can't skirt that he's asking you a question now we're gonna touch on this tonight friend you remember when they when folks are saying well Jesus is Jesus he's Elijah he's this he's that this is what the people are saying about you Messiah this is what they're saying but who do you say that I am question who do you say that I am America who is he one of our major denominations and some of you are represented in this church tonight one of our major denominations just voted the leader of the denomination just voted to permit homosexuals to Pastor their congregations you probably heard it in the news someone came and told me that I'm asking you this question priest pastor who do you say that he is who is he to your church organization who do you say that he is friend Jesus asked Peter after he had denied him three times around the fires of the ungodly friend you start warming yourself around the fires of the ungodly you'll step into denial in a heartbeat that's one of the steps of betrayal you remember what Judas did at the very end of right before he betrayed Jesus he went to the ungodly that's a sign of betrayal and some of you that's where you're at right now in your Christian life you're talking to unsaved people about your walk with God maybe about a church situation and they're saying yeah you need to get out of church you don't need to go there some of you talk to the unsaved about this revival you let an unsaved brother or an unsaved sister and unsaved dad or mom talk you out of coming several times who are they what do they know jesus said after Peter had denied him three times he said Simon son of John do you love me Simon son of John do you love me Peter do you love me now I'm going to tell you something about this question tonight before we close in this meeting charity you ready then what shall I do with Jesus who is called Christ number one this is a personal question look at me folks this is a personal question it is not a corporate print question it is personal young people what are you going to do pilot said what do I do with Jesus who is called the Christ his wife came up it was his wife one and said I've suffered greatly in a dream about this man the pilot made up his mind what he was going to do with Jesus what he was going to do with this man who called himself the Christ it is a personal question if I can get anything across to this crowd tonight is that this is not a buddy system this is one on one and the Lord is going to ask you tonight what are you going to do with Jesus who is called the Christ what are you going to do with him I'm not asking you aren't you going to go to church I'm not asking you are you going to join a local assembly I'm not asking you are you going to give an offering I'm not asking you are you gonna pay ties in the in the chapel I'm asking you what are you gonna do with Jesus it is a personal thing backslider this question is in your face tonight in your face what are you gonna do about your relationship with Christ what are you gonna do with this Jesus who is called the Christ I don't care whose hurts you I don't care what you've gone through dear god you're such a wimp men those of you that are backslidden those of you that have slid away from God that stinks and the nostrils of God act like a man and be strong come back to God come back to God come back I meet so many people that have been disillusioned by some stupid little thing that took place in a church they back slip totally left Christ left the church left everything rolled in the mire of depression discontentment ungodliness why because of some idiotic situation in a church somewhere they owned a brick company and the church was building a new building and they wanted the church to buy their bricks but dated Church didn't want to buy their bricks they wanted to buy it from some other place I want to tell you something friend I was probably wise counsel I'm gonna tell you why because if you left over that if you left the church over that I sure wouldn't want your bricks on that building but I'm not talking to you about your little donations I'm not talking about the church membership I'm talking about what are you gonna do with Jesus tonight are you gonna make him Lord of your life are you gonna make him the center of your family is he gonna be everything to you you're gonna have to make up your mind tonight friends I love this revival because thousands and thousands and thousands are making up their minds they're making up their minds see the curtains closing friends throwing a whole lot of time there's not a lot of Acts left in this play it's closing friend its closing and it's decision time what are you gonna do it's a personal question I rent to you a few minutes ago some of our our leaders and I could read to you hundreds and hundreds of men and women through the ages that decided it was a personal thing and this is what they're going to do I remember when I did that man back in October of 1975 there had been several times where I rejected Christ young people listen to me I rejected Christ as my savior people talked to me and I turned him down I was there when some of my friends fell under conviction and got saved I was there in jail when I saw some of my friends get saved I've seen some stuff I remember that Jesus Movement for several years of the Jesus Movement my friends were getting saved in the late 60s and early 70s and I detested it I hated it because there were no longer drug dealers and they're no longer doing smoking dope and running cocaine and they were no longer getting high with me and it bothered me I made up my mind when I was going to do with Christ I was going to reject him but there came a time bless the Lord where a man came into my room October 28 1975 at 11 o'clock in the morning and he sat at the edge of my bed and I was going through convulsions from years of drug abuse from years of tormenting this body tormenting this mind I had been shaking violently for three days my body was wracked with pain and he looked at me and he said Steve Jesus can save and heal you and I looked at him I was laying on my bed and I looked up at him and I said but I don't believe in Jesus and I want to tell you what was happening when he came into my room this question was about this far away but he started getting closer and I said but I don't believe in Jesus he said that's okay Steve pray with me but I don't know how to pray every time he was making a statement he was saying what are you gonna do with this Jesus who was called the Christ I'm getting closer what are you gonna do with Jesus who is called the Christ but I don't know how to pray he said that's okay say the name Jesus and he pressed it right into my face and I remember this man was so adamant so convinced he was there with an exclamation mark Fran I promise you he was saying Steve he will heal you he will set you free and he kept in my face and he said Steve call out the name Jesus and I remember at 11 o'clock in the morning a beautiful October day in North Alabama I looked up at the ceiling of my room and for the first time I answered this question right I went Jesus Jesus Jesus Jesus Jesus I started crying out to him friend what am I gonna do with this Jesus who is called the Christ I'm gonna make him my lord and my savior he's everything to me [Applause] do with this Jesus who is called the Christ let me tell you and I'm gonna close I'm closing friend in just a minute but those of you at home you look at this question in a matter-of-fact I want my cameras I want you to zoom into this I'm asking you a question one of the reasons many of you are at home watching this is because you're so just so disillusioned with what the church really is but you've missed the point friend the point is not the church the point is Christ your excuses don't hold up what are you gonna do with Jesus I'm just gonna reject him are you really we're talking eternal friend eternity in hell you're gonna reject him some of you that are listening to this are experiencing incredible torment right on this earth and you make the statement my life is hell oh no it's not your life is a Sunday school picnic compared to hell what are you gonna do with Jesus who is called the Christ I'm asking you tonight you're gonna make up their mind in just a minute you're gonna pray this prayer you ain't gonna skate friend it's it's decision time it's a personal question it's also a pointed question personal and pointed tonight I could ask you a question like this where do you want to go eat Whataburger Shoney's crystal Lisa the only place is open after the revival let me tell you something also if you're from Crystal Whataburger or Shoney's you need to be tithing to this revival you have made a killing [Applause] those of you that have rented a car with national rent-a-car listen to this friend national rent-a-car from their central office they send out maps okay maps for national rent-a-car you rent the car from national and you'll see on that map it'll have Tallahassee that's take happen okay Tallahassee it'll have Pensacola and it will have Brownsville and friend [Applause] they got so tired now Brownsville is a neighborhood I mean Brownsville if you look on that map those of you the national rental car you'll see it's as big as Pensacola that the works if you're from national rent-a-car we want your ties but I could ask you tonight I could ask you where do you want to go eat those three places that's an open question that's not a pointed question that's an open but also you can make a decision to follow Christ the Bible says on the day of Pentecost when 3,000 were added to church the Bible doesn't say that 3,000 people fell on their face and started moaning and groaning it's not clear what happened but I can guarantee your friend on that final day when we meet those folks you'll find some that cried and some that just stood there and said I believe that I'm giving my life to that and they died martyrs you know and others that wailed and cry before God and they were the same way they went after God but some cry and backslide and some stand there like this ask Christ in her line and backslide what I'm trying to get across to you I've written a book on tears because I do understand a little bit about tears that it's not the only sign of repentance little trinket friend those little things the drugs of pornography the pictures the stuff that you have hanging around you that's anti God and Antichrist will just pull you down that's all - there ain't nothin like flushing an ounce of marijuana down the toilet that's breaking up with the devil right there when the demons of Hell watch that stuff go back where it came from pouring that whiskey down the toilet pouring that Miller light down the toilet I want to tell your friends something clicks in the heavenlies you're gonna be known in hell and that's where you want to be known you want to be known in hell you want the devil to tremble when when you say Jesus and when he sees you you want to be a threat to the kingdom of darkness and the only way that's gonna happen see the Bible says Jesus I know and Paul I know but who are you that means you can be known in hell that's where I want to be known I want to be known down there for him I want to be a threat to the kingdom of darkness and the way you do that is get righteous get holy get on fire listen to Kerry Robinson he's gonna share three things with you in just a minute we're going to pray with everybody in this church more mature than some people that have been safe for years and just live it out there in a normal Church listen you need to be in the fire you were born in it and you need to stay in it okay so find your revival service and and be here at this revival if you're from out of town and you can't get here it's too far for you to get here and asked around there are revival fires burning all over this nation now listen it didn't gonna be too long before you're not gonna have to look for a revival it's going to be so evident that you won't have to look around but there are revival fires near you I'm telling you right now they're there and if you'll ask around you can find one near you and if there isn't one near you guess what God's gonna use you as kindling to begin one hallelujah so get in revival and stay in revival because you'll grow rapidly and you'll grow quickly the second thing you need to do is you need to join a good bible-believing Bible preaching church listen we've been taught theology until it's running on our ears what we need is something just like Steve gave us tonight period explanation point question make a decision that's kind of church you want to go to it doesn't matter what the name is on the door what's preached over this pulpit is what is important listen you can find a church somewhere that preaches this word there there are hundreds of good churches in this country that preaches this word in its purity and in a simplicity and you want to join that church listen when you join don't go sit down on the Pew and say okay preacher what can you do for me know when you join you tell the preacher the day you join I'm not here for you to do something from me I'm here to do something for you I'm making myself available I'm a soldier and I'm enlisting in the army right now and you can call on me and you can count on me you can preach it as hard as you want as hot as you want and I'm gonna say Amen and I'm gonna give and I'm gonna and I'm gonna get in here to serve God with your preacher I'm gonna be your best your best supporter that's that's what what it means to be joining a good Bible believing Church the third thing you need to do is you need to be baptized in water those of you here last night behind that curtain up there there were 20 people baptized in water 20 people that have been saved in this revival next Friday night we're gonna be baptizing 20 more if you've gotten saved in this revival tonight and you're at this altar you you're gonna be here next Friday night you want to be baptized call the church office and you'll stand in that pool next Friday night and you'll be your this microphone will be put before you and you'll be able to testify to the decision that you made tonight and be baptized before these folks listen baptism is nothing more than a watery grave it's a testimony to you and to everyone that sees you that you've died to that old life when you're put in the water you're being resurrected to a new life and you're not you're not the same person anymore it's a witness okay why do I need to be baptized are not saved yes you are saved right now period okay you are saved right now period but you need to be baptized because jesus said you need to be baptized the scripture says repent and be baptized okay that's that's the only reason you need their theological ramifications and I could tell you those but you don't need those you just need to know that you've repented and the next step is baptismal listen obey God if you just obey God those the people that obey God are those that God blesses I mean God rushes to bless those that obey Him so don't don't beat around the bush about it don't call a committee meeting don't call one of your unsaved friends don't call one of your friends that's been saved 20 years and never been baptized so what do you think listen they're already in rebellion they have been baptized anyway and so you don't need their advice you just need to do what God says do okay just do what God says do all right those three things come to revival join a good bible-believing Church and get in there support it and be baptized in water by immersing those three things do those three things and all of heavens going to begin to break out in your life now right near you there's a person and they have on a purple badge and it says prayer team member and our prayer prayer ministry team or there may be someone with a yellow badge that says pastor or pastor spouse we're having to press some pastors and their spouses in the service tonight because there's so many of you they're going to talk to you and they're gonna give you some literature and they're gonna pray with you and they're gonna love on you a little bit and if you need a Bible tell them if you need a reference to a local church tell them and there's a good possibility they may know of a good church right near you so right now turn around those people are going to talk to you do not leave
